I was expecting a pool and crazy slides in Hawaii! Unlike in Japan, there wasn't much waiting, and I was able to ride all the attractions in under 5 minutes. It's okay if you don't understand the language. There was a Japanese staff member at the locker rental area who helped with everything. However, when riding the attractions, you have to carry a large float up the stairs, which can be a bit challenging. The children's pool is also designed in an interesting way, and I saw some people entering while holding their babies. I recommend it for those who are tired of the slides you find at hotels!

ハワイでプール、クレイジーなスライダーを期待していました！
日本と違ってそんなに待つこともなく、すべての乗り物が5分以内に乗れて全制覇出来ましたよ。
言葉が分からなくても大丈夫です。
ロッカーを借りる場所には日本人スタッフの方がいてすべてやって下さいました。
ただ乗り物に乗る際は下で大きな大きな浮き輪を持って階段で上に登るので少し大変です。
子供用プールも面白い作りになっていて赤ちゃんを抱っこして入っている方も見かけました。
ホテルにあるようなスライダーに飽きた方はオススメです！

Both children and adults had a great time! It can be enjoyed by everyone from small children to adults. The bodyboarding was difficult. The concrete was too hot, and I got burned.

子供も大人もとても楽しめた！小さい子どもから大人まで楽しめます。ボディボードは難しかった。コンクリートが熱すぎて火傷をしてしまった。

The shuttle bus was easy to find and it was a lot of fun. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were fewer people, so we were able to enjoy the slides without waiting too long. The pool was very enjoyable, but outside food is not allowed, so we had no choice but to eat at the one restaurant there, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I didn't know that bringing floaties and boards was prohibited, so for those planning to go in the future, please be aware of that. I had a great time, and I would love to participate again next time.

お迎えのバスも分かりやすくとても楽しかったです。平日だったせいか、人も少なくてそこまで並ばずにスライダーなども楽しめました。プールはとても楽しかったですが、持ち込み禁止なので、一つだけしかないのですがそこのお店のごはんを食べるしかなく、それだけが残念です。
それと、浮輪やボードなどの持ち込みが禁止だと知らなかったので、今後行かれる方は注意してください。とても楽しかったので、また次回も参加したいです。

After the bus arrived, there was some time until it opened, and even after entering, the attractions gradually opened one by one, so the wait times for each were long, and it felt like the closing time came quickly.

バスが着いてからopenまで時間があり、中に入っても徐々にアトラクションがオープンしていくので、１つ１つの待ち時間も長く、閉園時間まであっというまでした。

I'm not sure if it was due to the timing at the end of August or the cloudy and rainy weather, but it wasn't very crowded. There were slides that we could enjoy without waiting in line, and we had a lot of fun. The soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and I had about three cups. We didn't opt for the all-you-can-eat option, but it seemed like there were time restrictions, so I think it's better to be able to eat what you want at your own convenience. It's quite far from Waikiki, so you should definitely include transportation.

8月末という時期的なものなのか、曇りのち雨という天候のせいなのかわかりませんがそれほど混んでおりませんでした。
並ばずに滑れるスライダーもあり、けっこう楽しめました。
ソフトドリンク飲み放題で3杯くらい飲みました。
食べ放題はつけませんでしたが、時間の指定があるようだったので、自分たちの都合に合わせて好きなものを食べられる方がいいと思いました。
ワイキキからは結構遠いので送迎はつけるべきです。

〇Kind and accommodating reservation changes
- I contacted them to change our departure date from Japan to one day earlier than originally planned, and I was worried about whether the change would be approved. However, three days before our departure, I received an email confirming the change, which relieved me, and I am grateful to VELTRA.
- The motivation for this trip came from my third-grade grandson, who requested to go to a place with a big pool and many attractions in Hawaii this year, so I decided to plan it.
- The participants included us and my eldest son's family (with two children).

〇Meeting Point
- We gathered at the three flagpoles in front of the Hilton at the Ilikai Hotel where we were staying, and at the meeting time, there were many Japanese tourists, including those from other tours. Since I have been on tours every year, I expected a large passenger vehicle (light van) as usual, but I was surprised to see a large bus.
- The bus driver took attendance, and we received wristbands according to our respective plans before boarding.
- The air conditioning on the bus was a bit too cold, but the grandchildren were very excited.

〇Entrance
- Bringing food and drinks is prohibited, and there is a check at the entrance. If you have any drinks, they will be confiscated, so please be careful. We brought a water bottle filled with ice (which passed through without issue).
- I didn't bring any valuables, but we used lockers for changing clothes.
- Since I did some research beforehand, everyone wore marine shoes, which were very helpful.
- The park was basically filled with various types of slides, primarily "thrill rides." The younger grandson was too short to ride the four-person slide we entered first, so he played with me in a small pool and had a good time. The older grandson, who wanted to ride, was very satisfied riding various slides with his father. In particular, he loved the super scary slide shaped like a trumpet in red, shouting loudly and having fun with his father, creating wonderful summer vacation memories.
- In terms of time, the older grandson wanted to play more, but overall, I think the duration was just right.

〇Future Plans
- I plan to go again next year with my eldest daughter and second son's family, along with my eldest son's family.

〇親切な予約変更対応
　・当初の計画から一日早くするように、日本を出国日に変更の連絡をしま
　　したが無事変更が承認されるかどうか心配でしたが3日前にメールで
　　変更了承の旨の連絡があり安堵するとともにVELTRA社に感謝していま
　　す。
　・動機付けは小学校3年生の孫がジイジ、ハワイの大きなプ－ルとアトラ
　　クションがたくさん有る所に今年は行きたいというリクエストが有りま
　　したので計画することとした。
　・参加者は我々と長男家族(子供2人)で参加しました。
〇集合
　・私達が滞在しているヒルトンの前のイリカイホテルにある3本の旗竿が
　　ある所に集合ですが、集合時間には他のツアー客も含め日本人がたく
　　さんいました。私は毎年ツアーに行っていましたので、いつものように
　　大型乗用車(ライトバン)かなと思っていたのですが大型バスには驚きま
　　した。
　・バスの運転手が点呼をとり、それぞれの申し込みプラン毎のリストバンド
　　をして貰い乗車しました。
　・バスの中は冷房が効きすぎて、若干寒かったですが孫達は大はしゃぎでし
　　た。
〇入園
　・飲み物食べ物の持ち込みは禁止で入園時にはチェックされ、もし飲み物等
　　が有れば没収されますので、注意してく下さい。我々は水筒に氷を入れて
　　行きました(見事に通過)
　・貴重品は持って行かなかったのですが、着替え等でロッカ－を使用しまた。
　・事前に調査しましたので、全員マリンシュウズを着用しました。大変役立
　　ちました。
　・いろんな種類のスライダーだらけの基本的には「絶叫系」でした。最初に
　　エントリ－した4人乗りのスライダ-には下の孫は身長不足で乗ることが出
　　来ず、小さなブールで私と遊ぶこととし、それなりに楽しんでいました。
　　希望した上の孫は父親といろんなスライダ－に乗り大変満足していました。
　　特に
　　赤い色でラッパの形をした超怖いスライダ-が気に入り大きな声を上げ父親
　　と一緒に楽しく遊び、夏休みの思い出が出来大変喜んでいました。
　・時間的には、上の孫はもっと遊びかったのですが、全体としては丁度良い
　　時間であったと思います。
〇今後の計画
　・来年は長女、次男家族と再度長男家族と全員でと計画しようと思っていま

I booked the standard package and went by rental car, but there was a huge crowd at the entrance, and it took a long time. It might be better to arrive early. However, once inside, I was very satisfied.

スタンダードパッケージを予約してレンタカーで行きましたが、
入場するのに大混雑で時間かかりました。
早めに行ったほうがよいかも。
でも入場後は大満足でした。

I attended with my elementary school son. The wave pool had higher waves than those in Japanese pools, which was enjoyable. There were few customers, so we only had to wait a few minutes for lockers and lunch, making everything smooth.

小学生の息子と参加しました。
波のプールが日本のプールより波が高く愉しかったです。お客さんも少なくロッカーや昼食も数分並ぶ程度でスムーズでした。

This was my second time using the service. It seemed that the participant list was not organized, which caused a delay in departing from the meeting point. Additionally, the roads were congested, resulting in an arrival that was about an hour late. They mentioned that the return time would be delayed by an hour, which unfortunately affected my plans afterward.

二回目の利用でした。参加者名簿が整っていなかったのか、集合場所からの出発に時間がかかり、さらに道が混雑していたようで到着が約１時間ほど遅れ、、帰りの時間を１時間遅らせるとのことで･･･そのあとの予定に響いてしまったのが残念でした

I had a great time when I went before, so it's so much fun that I participate regularly when I go to Hawaii! It's very spacious and has a lot to offer, so unlike in Japan, you can enjoy the attractions without waiting in long lines!

以前も行って楽しかったので、ハワイ行く時は定番で参加するぐらい楽しいです！
とても広く色々あるので、日本と違ってあまり並ばずにアトラクションが楽しめます！

Dissatisfaction points → You have to carry the thrill ride float up the stairs yourself. The restrooms and changing rooms are in the same location. Even though there are many food order windows, only about two are open, creating long lines. The all-you-can-eat plan has a very short operating time, only from 12:00 to 13:00. I thought the attractions themselves were somewhat interesting (the kids said they enjoyed it too), but I felt that there’s no need to take a bus for over an hour from Waikiki for the aforementioned reasons next time.

不満点→絶叫系のフロートを自ら抱えて階段を上がらなければならない。トイレと更衣室が同じところにある。食べ物注文窓口がいっぱいあるのに2か所くらいしか空いておらず長蛇の列が出来る。食べ放題プランでも窓口が12時から13時までのみの営業と営業時間が短すぎる。アトラクション自体はまあまま面白かったと思う（子供も面白かったといっている）が、前述のような点をわざわざワイキキから1時間以上もバスに揺られていく必要性は次からはないな、と思いました。

I participated to enjoy the last day in Hawaii with attractions like the water slide. The coin lockers are expensive, costing $13 for medium and $18 for large. On the Ohana Highway, my 11-year-old almost got thrown off the float and was quite scared. The Kapolei Cooler was supposed to be a lazy river, but there was no current, so we had to paddle ourselves, and there were a lot of floating objects, so we stopped after one round. The Hawaiian Waters Wave Pool was somewhat decent. Waikiki Beach might have been better.

ウォータースライダーなどハワイ最終日を楽しむため参加しました。
コインロッカーはMが13$,Lが18$で高い。
オハナ・ハイウェーで11歳のうちの子は浮き輪から放り出されそうになり、ビビってました。
カポレイ・クーラーは流れるプールのはずであるが、流れが無く自分で漕がないといけない状態であり、浮遊物も多く1周でやめました。
ハワイアン・ウォーターズ・ウェーブ・プールがまあまあ良かったかな。
ワイキキビーチの方が良かったかも知れません。

My first time at Wet 'n Wild.
I had reserved a cabana in advance, and I was worried about whether I could actually get it, but I was definitely able to borrow it.
Having a cabana was great because drinks and fruit were served, and it provided a relaxing base!
I also enjoyed the attractions.

初めてのウェット＆ワイルド。
カバナを事前予約 していたのですが、借りられるか不安でしたが、、確実に借りる事が出来ました。
カバナがあると飲み物や果物がサービスされ、落ち着ける拠点が出来て良かったです！
アトラクションも楽しめました。

I'm a returning visitor after three years, and it's enjoyable because there aren't as many strict rules like in Japan. My family and I can have fun doing various activities, like filming videos while riding the slides.

3年振りのリピーターですが、日本のように細かい決まり事が無くて楽です。家族でスライダーに乗りながら動画撮影など色々楽しめます。

The pool is filled with thrilling water slides, not suitable for small children or the elderly. However, kids in elementary school and above will absolutely love it. My children, who are in elementary and middle school, were thrilled and said they want to come back again! If you take the shuttle bus, you can line up right at the entrance, but if you go on your own, it costs $8 for parking, and then you have to wait in line to exchange tickets before entering. The park closes at 3:30 PM, but around 2:30 PM, when the bus passengers start getting ready to leave, it becomes much less crowded, and we could enjoy the slides to our heart's content.

The BBQ lunch was a buffet with hot dogs and salads, but it wasn't an actual BBQ. The variety wasn't extensive, and it wasn't particularly delicious, so I feel like we could skip it next time. However, if you don't get the BBQ lunch, you'll have to stand in a long line at the food counter, which is a bit of a dilemma.

絶叫系スライダーばかりのプール。小さな子供とお年寄り向きではありません。でも小学生以上なら大喜びです。小学生と中学生のうちの子たちは大喜びで、もう一回来たい！と言っていました。送迎バス付きだとすぐに入場門に並べるのに対し、自分たちで行くと、駐車場8ドルかかり、更にチケット交換に並んでから入場門。でも、3時半にクローズですが、バスの人達が一斉に帰り支度を始める2時半ごろから一気にすいて、スライダーやりたい放題でした。
BBQランチは、ホットドッグやサラダが並んでいるビュッフェ形式で、BBQするわけではありませんでした。種類が多いわけでもなく、すごくおいしいわけでもなく、次回はつけなくてもいいな…という感じです。ただ、BBQランチをつけないとフードカウンターで長蛇の列にならばなければならず、悩ましい所です。

There were still few visitors, so there was no waiting time, and I was able to enjoy various attractions and slides, which made me very satisfied. There are many attractions available that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

まだ、入場者が少なく待ち時間もなく色々なアトラクションスライダーを利用でき満足できました。アトラクションも数多く用意されており老若男女楽しめます。

It's enjoyable for both children and adults. Anyway, it was not crowded. Maybe it was just a good day to visit, but we could try the popular slides multiple times without much waiting. It feels like a nice large pool in the countryside (though some facilities are a bit aging). It's about a 40-minute drive from Honolulu. The food mainly consists of hamburgers, but the taste is okay. The kids were very happy. If I had to say something, it's not as spacious as I expected. Initially, I thought that the playtime from 10:30 to 15:00 might be short, but I think it's just the right amount of time. Towards the end, the adults did get a bit bored at times. Overall, it's good.

とにかく空いてる。行った日が良かったのか、人気のスライダーも大して並ばずに何度も挑戦。
いい感じの田舎の大型プールって感じでしょうか？（設備が若干、老朽化気味）
ホノルルからも４０分程度。食事もハンバーガー中心ですが味もOK。
子供達が大喜びでした。
しいて言うと、思った以上に広くない。当初は１０：３０～１５：００までだと遊ぶ時間が短いかな？と思っていたが、ちょうど良い時間だと思います。
大人は最後の方は若干飽きる場面もありましたね。
全体ではgoodです。

We rented a car during our trip and stayed at the Kahala Hotel, which was not included in the shuttle service, so we went on our own. The parking fee was $8, and we could pay by card. For entry, the VELTRA guide only mentioned meeting at the entrance, but it was smooth when we presented the voucher at the counter. There was a baggage check at the entrance, and it seems that food other than fruits is not allowed.

Inside, there were multiple slides, and it was compact and easy to navigate. However, since the operating hours were until 3:30 PM on that day, there were some attractions we couldn't do. I think it's a great place for families with small children. However, the food counter gets really crowded.

旅行期間中レンタカーを借りていたのと、カハラホテルに滞在していて送迎対象外だったので自分達で行きました。駐車場は$8。カードで払えました。入場は、VELTRAの案内では入口集合としか記載なく、窓口にバウチャーを提示したら、スムーズでした。入口では手荷物検査があり、フルーツ以外の食べ物は取上げの様です。
中はスライダーがいくつもあり、コンパクトでまわりやすかったです。ただ、営業時間が15:30迄の日だったので、できないアトラクションもありました。
小さな子供連れには良いところだと思います。
ただ、フードカウンターはめっちゃ混みます。

I was able to relax on the bus both ways, and the entry was smooth, allowing me to enjoy without any waste. I would like to go again next time.

行き帰りともバスでノンビリできましたし、スムーズに入場もできて、むだなく楽しめました。また今度も行きたいです。

I found the hotel pool a bit lacking, so I decided to check this one out, and I was very satisfied. My child is small, so we couldn't use the water slides, but it looked like a lot of fun and was really crowded. I definitely plan to try it next time. The wave pool was quite intense; even adults could easily find themselves in trouble if they weren't careful. We rented a cabana, and although it was pricey, it provided a place to store our belongings and relax comfortably. However, the rental float that came with it was quickly used by others, so you need to be cautious about that.

ホテルのプールでは物足りなかったので行って見ましたが、大満足です。子供が小さくウォータースライダー系は出来ませんでしたが、とても楽しそうですごく混んでました。次行った時は絶対やろうと思います。波の出るプールは油断すると大人でも溺れそうなくらいでした。カバナを借りたのですが、値段は高いものの荷物置き場や座る場所が確保出来たので十分にリラックス出来ました。付いてきたレンタルの浮き輪がすぐ他の人に使われたので、注意が必要です。

We participated as a family of four. I had read in other people's experiences that the air conditioning on the bus was quite strong, so I brought a jacket. On the way there, many people were wearing their own towels. On the way back, perhaps because we were sitting in the front row, we didn't feel the cold air conditioning, but I didn't see the back seats, so I'm not sure how others managed.

As for the lockers, we didn't use them. We left our change of clothes nearby and kept our valuables in a waterproof case that we bought at ABC Store, which held our credit cards and iPhone.

My youngest child is six years old, and they went on almost all the attractions. They said the attraction shaped like a red trumpet was scary.

We had so much fun that we didn't even have lunch, and we only drank a little of the water we were allowed to bring. We played the whole time and were very satisfied. We want to go again!

家族4人で参加しました。他の方の体験談で行き帰りのバスの冷房がキツいと見ていたので上着を持って行きました、行きは持参のバスタオルを羽織っている方が多かったです、帰りは我々は一番前の席に座っていた為か冷房のキツさは感じず、後ろの席は見ていないので他の方々はどうされていたか分かりません。
ロッカーについては我々は使いませんでした。その辺に着替えの荷物は置いて、貴重品はABCstoreで買った首から下げる防水のビニールケースにクレジットカードとiphoneを入れていました。
下の子供が6歳ですが、ほぼ全てのアトラクション行きました、赤いラッパのような形のアトラクションは怖かったと言っていましたが。
楽しくて楽しくて昼食も摂らず、唯一持参OKだった水を少し飲んだ程度でずっと遊びました、大満足でした。また行きたいです。

I had a great time.
It felt a bit short, but the whole family enjoyed it.
We bought lunch at a local fast food restaurant, but even though there wasn't much of a line, it took a while. It seems like it's better to buy a little earlier.

すごく楽しかったです。

昼食は現地のファストフード店で買いましたが、あまり並んでないのに、時間がかかりました。少し早めに買った方が良いみたいです。

On Sunday, since I only set it up, I could only ride one attraction, and the time was short, so it might be safer to plan for a weekday...

日曜日に、設定したので、アトラクション1つしか乗れず、時間も短いので、平日に予定した方が無難かも、、、

There is no place as fun as this in Japan. It was absolutely amazing. The Tornado was especially interesting. However, the air conditioning on the bus was too strong, which was unfortunate for the women.

こんな楽しいところは日本にはありません。もう最高でした。特にトルネードはおもしろかった。ただし、行きのバスは冷房が効きすぎで女性にはかわいそうでした。

My elementary school-aged son had a great time. Since it's a popular theme park, it can't be helped, but the wait times in direct sunlight were quite long. We gave up on having lunch and decided to slide down as many slides as possible. The bus instructions for going and returning were very clear and reassuring.

小学生高学年の男子の我が子は大変楽しんでました。
人気のテーマパークなので仕方ありませんが、直射日光の下で並んで待っている時間が結構長かったです。お昼ご飯を食べるのは諦めて、一つでも多くのスライダーを滑ることにしました。行きと帰りのバスの案内はとても分かりやすく安心でした。

This was my second visit. Last time, since it was New Year's, there were times when some attractions were open and others were not, which made it inefficient and I remember waiting a lot. This time, I think there were more people than during New Year's, but everything was open, so I was able to enjoy it without waiting too much.

Attractions that could only be done in pairs last time are now available for individuals, which made waiting for the pair floaties take some time. I would like to see more pair floaties available.

I thought the operating hours from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM were a bit short, but I was able to go around efficiently, so I had plenty of fun. My child really loves this place. I hope we can come again!

二度目の来園です。
前回はお正月だったので、一部のアトラクションがやっている時間とやっていない時間があり、効率が悪く、待たされた記憶がありました。
今回は、人はお正月よりも多かったと思いますが、全てやっていたので、それほど並ぶ事もなく満喫できました。
前回はペアでしか出来なかったアトラクションが一人でも出来るようになっていて、ペアの浮き輪を待つのに時間がかかりました。
もうちょっとペア用の浮き輪を増やして欲しいです。

営業時間は10時30分～16時30分で短いかな？と思いましたが、効率良く回れたので充分楽しめました。
うちの子は、かなりお気に入りの場所です。
また、来れたら良いな～と思います。

My first experience at Wet 'n' Wild. Since I had a small child and elderly people with me, I arranged for a cabana. The confirmation email was a day late, but I was relieved to have secured it. On the day of the visit, we were given wristbands color-coded by plan before boarding the bus, but there was a mishap where I was mistakenly given the color for a different group's basic plan. However, that was quickly corrected. After getting off the bus, I exchanged the printed confirmation email for entry tickets with the staff, but this turned out to be a mistake. Once inside, I started looking for "where is the cabana I reserved?" but I had no idea where to find it. When I asked the local staff by giving my name, they just shook their heads and said "NO." I should have confirmed with the Japanese staff on the bus before entering, but it was too late, and I was very flustered. While I was trying to explain to the reception staff, a female staff member who spoke Japanese came to help and checked the situation. After a short wait, the response I received was, "We apologize. We indeed reserved it under your name, but due to a mistake on our part, we reserved the wrong date. Since this is our error, I will email Veltra today to explain, and we will refund the cabana fee." When I asked, "Is there anywhere I can rest in the shade?" she very politely replied, "I will take responsibility and find a place for you." After a while, they provided apology gifts for everyone and secured a spot with chairs, although it was a bit far away. It was disappointing that I couldn't use the reserved cabana, but the response from the female staff was very pleasant, and I was able to enjoy my time without feeling upset. After returning home, I also received a polite email from Veltra. While this might be uncommon in Japan, such things may not be rare in America (Hawaii). I recommend everyone check the options before entering.

初めてのウエットアンドワイルド。小さな子供と年配者がいることもありカバナ付きを手配。予約確定のメールは予定より1日遅れでしたが何とか確保できて安心していました。当日、プランごとに色分けされたリストバンドをバス乗車の前につけられるのですが、間違って違うグループのベーシックプランの色をつけられたりとハプニングはありましたが、それはすぐに訂正して頂きました。バス降車後、スタッフの方に予約確定のメールをプリントアウトしたものと引き換え入場券を頂きましたが、これが失敗でした。入場してから「さて予約したカバナはどこ？」と探しましたが全くわからず、現地のスタッフに名前を言って聞いても「NO」と首を振るばかり。バスの日本人？スタッフに確認してから入場すればよかったのですが、時すでに遅しで大変焦りました。受付スタッフに何とか説明していると、日本語ができる女性スタッフが来てくれ、状況を確認してくれました。少し待たされた後、返ってきた答えは「申し訳ありません。確かにお客様のお名前で予約頂きましたが、こちらのスタッフのミスで日にちを間違えて確保してしまいました。今回はこちらのミスですので今日私からベルトラにメールで説明し、カバナ代金は返金させて頂きます。」とのこと。「どこか日陰で休めるところはありませんか？」と聞くと「私が責任をもって探して参ります」と大変丁重に謝って下さいました。そして暫くしてお詫びのグッズを人数分と、少し離れた場所ではありましたがチェアーのある場所を確保して頂きました。予約していたカバナが利用できなかったのは残念でしたが、女性スタッフの方の対応が大変気持ちよく、イヤな気分になることなく楽しめました。帰国後、ベルトラからも丁重なメールを頂きました。日本ではありえませんが、このようなことはアメリカ（ハワイ）では珍しくないのかもしれません。皆さんも入場する前にオプションの確認をされることをお勧めします。

前日、ハワイのVELTRAにて予約しましたが、スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。また、お盆中に中学二年生の息子と来店いたしましが、久しぶりの親子のコミニケーションがとれて最高でした。

We gathered in front of the designated hotel at 9 AM and took a bus. We went with a BBQ plan. Each tube had its own designated float, but many people ended up having to line up again because it wasn't strictly enforced, so be careful. You can tell which float is which by looking around.

There are about six different types of tubes, but they were split into two groups, and you have to use the designated float. However, there were no prior instructions, which made it a bit confusing. Many people were lining up again, and there wasn't much effort to communicate properly. Well, this is America, after all (laughs). The lack of motivation from the staff is something that would be unthinkable in Japan, but if you accept that this is America, you can enjoy it a lot (laughs).

The BBQ lunch buffet was not what I expected; I thought we would be able to BBQ ourselves, but it was more of a "buffet style where you can freely take the BBQ ingredients." Well, as long as it's tasty, that's what matters (laughs). The ingredients were decent, and I enjoyed them reasonably well. If you're a light eater, there are also regular places where you can just line up and buy food, so that might be a good option too. The all-you-can-drink option also required lining up, so I only used it once.

We gathered at 3 PM and took the bus back. The short duration of the stay was a downside, but I enjoyed the experience itself.

朝の9時に指定されたホテル前に集合してバスで行く。BBQ付きプランで行った。各チューブでそれぞれ専用のウキワを使うのだが、徹底してなくて並び直す羽目になる人が結構いたので要注意。周りを見ればどのウキワなのかがわかる。
いろんなパターンのチューブが6種類くらいあるが、２手に分かれていたりして、指定のウキワを使わなけりゃいけないのですが、事前の説明書きなどが無くてややこしい。
並び直す人が結構いて、ちゃんと伝える努力ってものがないですねー。まぁ、ここはアメリカですからねぇ(笑)　バイトの兄ちゃんのやる気のなさなど日本ではありえない運営体制ですが、アメリカなんで致し方ないと達観すれば大いに楽しめるでしょう（爆）
BBQランチ食べ放題は、BBQできるのかと思いきや・・・「BBQされてる食材をビュッフェ形式で自由に取る」って形態のものでした。まぁ美味しく食べられればそれでいいんですけど(笑)まぁまぁな食材があり、まぁまぁ普通においしくいただきました。小食の方ならこのプランでなくても、普通に並んで購入するところもありますのでそちらでもよろしいかと。ドリンク飲み放題もいちいちならばにゃいかんので1回しか使わなかった。
15時集合でバスに乗って帰った。滞在時間が少なすぎるのが難点だが、内容そのものは楽しめましたよ。

My wife went separately, so I took my two sons (15 and 10 years old) with me. Having previously visited Adventure Cove in Singapore, Waterbom in Bali, and domestic spots like Shibamasa World and Nagashima Resort, I can't help but compare. The atmosphere here has a tropical vibe, and Waterbom is definitely the best (followed by Adventure Cove). The food is also better at Waterbom (I only know a place called Thaitalian, but it's definitely delicious). The water slides are best at Adventure Cove. I remember queuing multiple times for the incredible slide called the Riptide Rocket (please check the website for details). I think it's the same one that recently made its debut in Japan at NESTA Kobe! So, while the slides at Wet 'n' Wild felt pretty standard, the speed and lateral G-forces provided a thrill, and the kids tried them multiple times. The wave pool had some seriously intense waves that could almost make you feel like you were drowning if you weren't careful, which was a lot of fun. I think the kids were satisfied, but if the price is the same, I might not choose this place again.

妻は別行動のため、息子たち2人（１５歳と１０歳）で行ってきました。
過去にシンガポールのアドベンチャーコーブ、バリのウォーターボム、国内なら芝政、ナガシマリゾートなどで遊んだことがあるので比較してしまいますが、雰囲気は南国っぽい感じで断然ウォーターボム（次にアドベンチャーコーブ）、食事もウォーターボム（確実にうまいです。Thaitalianという店しか知りませんが）、ウォータースライダーはアドベンチャーコーブですね。リップタイドロケットという物凄い（詳細はホームページをご参照ください）スライダーに何回も並んで乗ったのが記憶にあります。最近ネスタ神戸に日本初上陸！と宣伝しているあれだと思います。ですので、ウェットアンドワイルドのスライダーは普通っちゃ普通な感じですが、スピード感と横Gはスリルがあり子供たちは何回もトライしていました。あと波の出るプールの波が油断するとおぼれそうな半端ない激しい波で楽しめました。
子供たちは満足していたので良かったと思いますが、同じ料金なら次はないかも・・です。
