Upon entering, we first went to put our luggage in a locker. It's located immediately to the left after passing through the gate. The large locker was $18 and the small one was $13. Since there were four of us in the family and we had four bath towels, we opted for the large locker. It was just big enough to fit all our belongings. The payment for the locker is done using a machine in front, which also offers a Japanese language option, making it easy to understand without confusion. However, if you pay in cash, be careful as the machine shows how much change you will receive, and it seems that it won't give more than that amount.

I read in reviews that it's best to have lunch right after entering, so we had lunch first. The staff at the food stand were friendly and kind, confirming our order two or three times, but as others have mentioned, they were quite laid-back. When we passed by during lunchtime, there were more than ten people in line, so I thought it would take a while at that pace.

I noticed that the schedule for each attraction wasn't posted at the entrance, which was a bit surprising, but on the day we visited, all attractions were operating without breaks. Since it was a Monday, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy unlimited rides smoothly. 各アトラクションのスケジュールが玄関に掲示されてなく、あれ？と思いましたが、私たちが行った日は、全部のアトラクションが休憩することなく行われていて、月曜日ということもあり混雑することもなく、乗り放題で順調に全部のものに乗れました。スリルがあり子供たち（中学2年、高校3年）もとても楽しかったと喜んでいました。
私自身もまた行きたいなと思います。

In the morning, when I went out to the hotel entrance before the pickup time, the shuttle bus was already there. After confirming my name, they wrapped a paper with the return bus number and time around my wrist. The guide seemed to only speak English and informed us that there would be an explanation from a Japanese-speaking guide once we arrived. The pickup time was 9:35 AM, and the bus departed at 9:43 AM. We arrived smoothly around 10:25 AM without getting caught in traffic.

There are various thrilling slides that are very American, and even adults can enjoy them. Also, you can't slide while wearing flip-flops, so they're not needed in the park. The paid lockers are convenient as you can open and close them freely. Outside food is not allowed, but you can bring in water.

Unfortunately, it was quite windy and cold during this visit, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Next time, I want to go on a warm day.

Basically, everything gets wet because you put it on over a wet wetsuit. I found the shammy I brought to be incredibly useful! Once the bath towel gets wet, it's useless, so I wiped off as much water as possible with the shammy, then put on the bath towel, wore the 100 yen raincoat to block the wind and moisture, and then put on the Ultra Light Down, which was just right.

Out of 40 people, only 4.5 managed to swim happily without getting seasick until the end.
The rest were all throwing up, and only 4.5 people participated in all three dives.

Those with weak vestibular systems who can't swim will definitely get seasick since they can only float.

I personally have a weak vestibular system, but since I was constantly swimming, I wasn't affected by the swaying, so I managed to get through it.

This is an activity for those who are confident in their physical strength!

基本的に濡れたウエットスーツの上に羽織るので全て濡れます。 水泳で使うセームを持っていったらめちゃくちゃ重宝しました！！ バスタオルは濡れたら終わりなのでセームで水気をできるだけ拭き取ってから バスタオルをはおり、100均のカッパをはおり風と水気を遮ってから その上にウルトラライトダウンを着たのでちょうど良かった。


40人中、酔わないで最後まで元気に泳げたのは4.5人。
あとはみんな 吐いてたし、3回のダイブを全部参加したのはたった4.5人でした。

三半規管が弱くて 水泳ができない人は 浮いているしかないので 確実に酔います。

私自身は 三半規管は弱いですが 常に泳いでいたので揺れに左右されなかったのでクリアできました。


体力に自信のある人向けのアクティビティです！

I was really helped out.

I thought it would be all thrill rides, but my second daughter, who isn't good with scary things, enjoyed riding the three and four-person slides multiple times. My eldest daughter loves thrills, so she enjoyed everything. I thought it would be nice to have a pool with slides that aren't available in Japan while in Hawaii. Since it was January, which is winter in Hawaii, it seemed like the locals weren't coming to play, and the wait time for the round four-person slide was about 3 to 6 minutes. The slides that can accommodate two or three people had no wait, so we kept riding them. If you want to ride a lot, I recommend going during this time. A rash guard is good to have when it's a bit chilly.

Also, the driver for the shuttle was polite, which made me feel at ease. The Japanese woman who explained things after we arrived at W&W was kind and nice!

-絶叫系ばかりかと思いましたが、怖いのが苦手な次女も３人乗り・4人乗りのスライダーを何回も乗りとっても楽しんでました。長女はスリルがあるのが好きなのでどれも楽しんでました。
日本にはないスライダーでハワイでプールもいいなと思いました。
1月だったので、ハワイは冬という事もあり現地の方も遊びに来ていない様でスライダーの待ち時間は丸い4人乗りが3分～6分位だったかなと。
3人～2乗りも出来るスライダーは待ちなしでどんどん乗りました。
とにかく乗りたい方はこの時期おすすめです。
ラッシュガードがあると肌寒い時にはいいです。
-あと、送迎のドライバーの方が丁寧で安心しました。
W&Wについてから説明して下さる日本人の女性が優しくて良かったです！
-ボディボード・レッスンは英語で教えてくれますが、教えてくれている感じではなく「波が来たらこのラインのあたりから乗って！」くらいの説明で乗れずに終わりました。
次回はBBQランチはしなくていいかなと。思っていたBBQとは違いました。
施設内でランチBOXを買って食べ遊んだ方がいいかな。
総合的に、行ってよかったです！！

トータルで満足できる内容で機会があれば船酔いに耐えながらまた参加したいです。

Due to heavy snow in Narita, my trip to Hawaii was cut short by one day. It was a pretty intense two days, but I think I was able to enjoy my time in Hawaii. I had actually booked a sunset cruise for the first day, but unfortunately, due to the flight cancellation and delays, I couldn't change it, and it was treated as a cancellation without any refund, which was really disappointing. It felt like my excitement was taken away.

And finally, I enrolled in Dolphin University! I heard there might be times when we can't meet the dolphins, which made me a bit anxious.

The bus arrived quite late compared to the meeting time, but it was good that we reached the destination early! When driving on the highway, it suddenly appears in an area that looks like a construction site (laughs). When we arrived, there was a guide who provided Japanese explanations on the bus, which was reassuring◎

Although it was a holiday, it was relatively empty compared to large pool facilities in Japan, so we were able to enjoy all the attractions!! The slide where you slide down on a mat was particularly thrilling and fun, and it felt like something that wouldn't be made in Japan because it seems dangerous! I think those who are not good with roller coasters should be prepared (laughs).

We chose a plan that included drinks, but the available drinks were mainly carbonated, along with some that were like syrup for shaved ice. Honestly, since bringing bottled water was allowed, it might have been fine not to have the drink plan.

バスは集合時間よりかなり遅くつきましたが目的地には早くついたので良かったです！高速道路走ってると造成地みたいなところに急に現れます（笑）
着いたら、バスで日本語案内してくれるガイドの方がいらっしゃったので安心しました◎

祝日だったのですが、日本の大きなプール施設に比べるとかなり空いている方で全部のアトラクションを楽しむことが出来ました！！
特にマットで滑る滑り台がかなり迫力があって楽しかったのと、日本じゃ危なくてこんなの作らないだろうなーという感じでした！絶叫マシーンが苦手な人は覚悟した方がいいと思います笑

今回ドリンク付きのプランにしたのですが、選べる飲み物は主に炭酸系で、後はかき氷のシロップみたいな飲み物とかでした。ペットボトルの水は持ち込みOKだったので、ドリンク付きじゃなくても良かったのかなっていうのが正直なところです。

なんにせよ、とっても楽しかったのでハワイに行ったらまたツアーに参加させていただきたいと思いました！

At first, I considered going on my own, but I found this plan and decided to go with the shuttle service. Climbing the stairs for the water slide consumed more energy than I expected, so choosing the shuttle plan was the right decision!

For the coin lockers, you can't choose your preferred location; instead, you first use the machine to make a payment and set a PIN, which then reveals the locker number you can use. Also, the display on the machine is quite hard to read, making it difficult to operate. Since there were many Japanese participants on the tour, it was easy to ask questions with Japanese staff nearby.

Thanks to the off-season, there were no wait times for the attractions, and I had a great time. However, it was a bit disappointing that the lazy river was only open for two hours. Personally, I recommend the Tornado. You never know where you're going, so it keeps you on edge until you stop.

I think it's important to be cautious about injuries from friction on exposed skin areas like your ankles, knees, and elbows while wearing a swimsuit on all attractions. コインロッカーは自分の好きな位置を選ぶのではなく、最初に機械を使って支払いと暗証番号を決めることで始めて使えるロッカー番号がわかります。また、機械の表示がとても見にくいので操作しづらいです。ツアーで参加した日本人が多いからか、日本人スタッフが近くにいたので質問しやすいです。
アトラクションはシーズンオフのおかげで待ち時間もなく、楽しめました。ただ、流れるプールが2時間限定の解放で少し残念でした。個人的にオススメはトルネードです。どこに行くかわからないので止まるまでドキドキし続けます。
すべてのアトラクションで、くるぶしや膝、肘など水着で肌が出ている箇所が摩擦によってケガをしないように注意したほうが良いと思います。特にアイランドレーサーは出来るだけボディボードから足や腕が出ないように意識することをオススメします。怖くてそれどころではないかもしれませんが、怪我をしてしまうとプールに入れないのは残念なので…。
10時半開園の15時集合でしたが、時間が足りないかと不安でしたが、充分楽しむことが出来ました。

On the morning of the day I had a reservation, I received a message from the staff at VELTRA saying, "The waves are too high today, and the tour cannot proceed..." I was a bit anxious the next day, but since I didn’t receive a call, I thought everything was fine and headed to the pickup location. However, it turned out to be the day of an annual parade, and the roads were heavily congested. After waiting for the bus for an hour... (I wondered if this could have been anticipated since it happens every year, but all the other tours and buses heading to the airport were also delayed, so I thought it might just be something you have to accept in Hawaii with a big heart, haha). It seemed that the street where we were supposed to be picked up was particularly congested, so the bus stopped on a larger road, and two staff members (one of whom was Japanese) ran to greet us. A large, beautiful bus came to pick us up. Once on the bus, they began with an apology for the delay, introduced the staff, and explained the schedule and important notes in English followed by Japanese. There was also information about purchasing a USB for photos and videos taken on the trip, as well as renting wetsuits. Those who purchased the photo/video package on the way to the destination received a wristband as a gift (one for each participant) and a $5 discount. 予約をしていた日の朝、ＶＥＬＴＲＡさんのスタッフの方から「本日は波が高く催行不可能となりました…」と連絡があり、返金・振り替えなどの説明があり、翌日へ振り替えてもらいました。もちろんきちんとした対応で、何の心配もありませんでした。次の日も心配でしたが、電話が来なかったので大丈夫なんだなと思いピックアップ場所へ。しかしその日は年に一度のパレードの日だったらしく道路は大渋滞。バスを待つこと1時間…。（毎年の事なので事前に予測できないのかな？とは思いましたが、他のツアーも、空港へ向かう予約のバスもどれもこれも全てが遅れていたのでハワイでは仕方がないのかな？と思う大きな心が必要です（笑））我が家のピックアップ場所の通りが特に渋滞していたようなので大きい道路にバスを停めスタッフの方が2人（1人は日本人）で走って迎えに来てくれました。大きい素敵なバスがお迎えに来てくれていました。バスに乗るとまず、遅れたお詫びから始まりスタッフの紹介、今日のスケジュールや注意事項などを英語に続き日本語で説明してくれます。バスの中で写真や動画を収めたＵＳＢの購入、ウエットスーツのレンタルなどについても説明があります。行きのバスで写真・動画のセットを購入した人はリストバンドのプレゼント（参加人数分）、5㌦の割引がありました。カメラマンの方の近くにいると多めに撮ってもらえるような気がします。ハーバーに着くと、トイレを済ませフィン・ゴーグルを借ります。（バスの中でレンタルしたウエットスーツもここで試着してみます）サイズを合わせて、ＯＫであれば船に乗り込みます。乗船後、イルカを探しに行きますがその間、再度説明があり、海や生き物に敬意を表すためのハワイの歌を歌って花を捧げます。陽気なハワイアンのスタッフ、イルカのポイントに着いたらすぐに海へ飛び込みイルカの場所まで泳いでいきます。残念ながらかめ、くじらには会えませんでしたが、イルカに出会え自然を感じられ感動でした。そのあとは別の場所へ移動し、シュノーケリングやカヤックなどで遊ぶ自由時間があります。ハーバーまで帰港する際にタロイモのチーズバーガー、パイナップル1口サイズを1つ小袋のチップスを一人一袋食べながら帰っていきます。スタッフがフラダンスも踊ってくれ、参加者皆で踊ったりもします。終始楽しい時間で家族みんな大満足です。我が家はUSBを購入したので、その日の夕方ワイキキのDFS近くにあるオフィスへ取りに行きオフィスにいた日本人の男性もとても気さくで感じのいいかたでした。エコバックはこのオフィスでもらえます。次回ハワイへ行った際には是非また参加したいです。お子さんがいらっしゃる場合は、11時出航プランにした方が子供の負担にならないと思います。普段酔わなくても酔い止めは予防として飲むべきだと思います。

I visited at the end of the year. It was easy to get around since there was a bus from the hotel with a shuttle service.

The park isn't very large, but it's a treasure trove of water slides. You can enjoy thrilling slides that you can't experience in Japan without waiting in long lines.

The pool water was quite cold, which surprised me at first. However, the kids seemed to get used to it quickly.

One downside was that I had to wait quite a while to order lunch. There were various menu options, but I was told that only set menus were available when I tried to order. The bus pickup was at 3:15 PM, so I wanted to play a bit longer, but lunch took quite a bit of time. However, since outside food isn't allowed (they check bags at the entrance), we had no choice but to eat there.

My daughter was looking forward to doing some activities in Hawaii, so we decided to try the Adventure Tower. Before we started, I was a bit worried about whether my 7-year-old daughter would be able to do it, but I went first to show her how it’s done. I was surprised to see her bravely crossing the suspended platforms. The instructors and staff encouraged her with "good job!" while my wife, who was watching, kept saying, "That's scary, impossible, impossible. You did it—amazing!"

We also tried the "Free Fall," where you jump from the top of the tower at a height of 15 meters, and the "Giant Swing," which swings like a pendulum when you jump from just below the top (imagine being suspended by a single rope and swinging like a swing). We spent about 90 minutes doing these activities, and it flew by.

Although my daughter couldn't reach the top of the climbing wall, she was very satisfied with the fun and sense of accomplishment afterward. I personally think it's something I can absolutely recommend to those who haven't tried it yet. Even a 45-year-old dad and his 7-year-old daughter could do it, and there were instructors present, so safety was not an issue at all.

I would love to do this again when we visit next time. I want to try the zip line as well!

　始める前までは７歳の娘に果たして出来るのか若干不安でしたが、大人の私が先に行き見本を示し、娘が後からやり、ロープで吊るされた板の足場を勇敢に渡って来る姿に逆にビックリで、インストラクターの方やスタッフの方も「good job!」と勇気づけてくれる中、見学していた妻だけが「怖い、無理、無理。出来た～すごい。」と一人盛り上がってました。
　他に、タワーの頂上高さ１５メートルのところから飛び降りる「フリーフォール」、頂上の一段下（？）あたりから飛び降りたら振り子のように揺られる（ロープ1本で吊られてブランコの様に動くイメージ）「ジャイアントスウィング」、タワーの壁に取り付けられたホールドを使って頂上まで登る「クライミングウオール」（ボルダリング）で約９０分間あっと言う間でした。
　娘は最後のクライミングウオールこそ頂上まで登れませんでしたが、終わった後は楽しさと達成感で大満足していました。
　まだやったことのない方にも私個人的には絶対おすすめできると思います。
　４５歳のオヤジと7歳の娘でも出来たし、インストラクターも付いていて安全面も全く問題ありません。

There are various pools, so both children and adults enjoyed themselves. The management is really thorough, so it seems like there won't be any injuries or unnecessary troubles, which provided a sense of security. However, considering the travel time and costs, it might be more enjoyable once the kids are in elementary school or older. With preschoolers, there are height restrictions that can be disappointing.

I participated with my father (in his 60s). Since both of us grew up by the sea, we had no worries about swimming, but we were a bit nervous since it was our first time. The woman in charge was absolutely wonderful, and during the bus ride, we had a homeroom session where the participants (we were referred to as such) were laughing the whole time and felt relaxed. On the day of participation, we were told that due to high waves, it might be hard to spot dolphins right away, but as soon as we boarded the boat, we were able to see dolphins and sea turtles! After that, we dove into the sea and were moved to see dolphins swimming right below us... (they were quite far away, though, haha). We couldn't see them up close, but we were able to confirm a significant number of dolphins.

私と父(60代)で参加しました。二人とも海街育ちなので泳ぎには全く不安は無かったのですが、初めての参加のためドキドキでした。担当の女性の方がとっっても素敵な方で、バスの中でホームルームをするのですが終始生徒(参加者はこう呼ばれます)は笑いっぱなしでリラックス出来ました。参加日は波が高い為すぐに見つかるか分からないとの事でしたが、船に乗り込んですぐにイルカ・海亀を見る事が出来ました！その後海にダイブし泳ぎながら自分たちの真下を泳ぐイルカに感動…(距離はかなり遠いですが笑)間近で見ることが叶いませんでしたがかなりの数のイルカを確認できました。

船酔いで終始苦しんでおられる参加者の方もいましたので、船酔いする方や泳げない方(海に一度潜ると船は離れますので戻りたくてももどれません。20分くらい団体で泳ぐので得意じゃない方はかなら辛そうでした)にはおすすめしませんが、船酔いにも泳ぎにも問題ない方には全力でおすすめです！自然と一体化した気分が味わえますよう！

After swimming with dolphins in the Ogasawara Islands, I became captivated by them and applied for the experience. First, I tend to get seasick, so I intended to take motion sickness medication but forgot, and we set sail as is. As expected, I got seasick. I didn't reach the point of vomiting, but on the way back, I felt nauseous and couldn't eat. So, I recommend that anyone who is prone to seasickness definitely take motion sickness medication.

Now, onto the main event with the dolphins. It seems I was lucky that day, as we quickly encountered a pod of about a dozen dolphins. As soon as we jumped into the water, we were able to swim with the dolphins right away. They swam around us repeatedly, so we got to swim with them many times. They were really cute.

After that, we went snorkeling. Here too, as soon as we got into the water, we encountered two sea turtles. It was really exciting to see a large sea turtle swimming so comfortably.

After that, in January, the sun went down, and it got really cold. I recommend bringing warm clothing. The local staff were entertaining and made sure everyone had a good time, so overall, I was very satisfied.

小笠原でドルフィンスイムをしてからイルカに虜になり、応募しました。
まず私は酔いやすかったので、酔い止めを飲もうとしてたのですが忘れてしまい、そのまま出航。案の定酔ってしまいました。吐くまでは行きませんが、帰りの船は気持ち悪くご飯食べるところではありませんでした。なので酔いやすい方は必ず酔い止めを飲んだ方がいいとおもいます。
そして本番のドルフィン。
当日は運が良かったみたいで、すぐに十数頭いる群れに出会えました。
海にとびんこんでからすぐにイルカと泳げました。ずっと私たちの周りをくるくると泳いでくれてたみたいなので、何度も何度もイルカと泳げました。キッキいってほんとに可愛かったです。
そのあと、シュノーケル。
ここでも海に降りてすぐ、2匹のウミガメに出会えました。大きなウミガメが気持ちよさそうに泳いでてほんと嬉しかったです。
そのあとは1月で太陽が隠れてしまいすごく寒かったです。防寒のものを持参することをお勧めします。
現地スタッフのかたは面白くて皆さんを楽しませてくれ、全体的に満足です。

We went as a couple. There were many families there. The slides were of a type that you don't find in Japan, and they were a lot of fun. All the slides were easy to ride on. The summer beds were available in the morning, but by around noon, they were all taken. Since we went during New Year's, it was cold. After getting out of the pool, it was chilly, so I think it's better to bring a rash guard. They sell them at the shop at the entrance, but the selection is limited. Since it was a round-trip bus, it was easy to just sleep the whole way. I definitely want to go again when I visit Hawaii during a warmer season!

夫婦でいきました。ファミリーで来てる方が多かったです。スライダーは日本にはないようなタイプのものが多く、とても楽しかったです。
スライダーはどれもさほどならばずに乗れました。
サマーベッドは朝は空いてましたが、お昼頃には埋まっていました。
お正月に行ったので、寒かったです。プールから上がった後は寒いので、ラッシュガードは持って行ったほうがいいと思います。入り口のショップで売っていますが、種類は少ないです。
往復バスなのでずっと寝ていけるので、楽でした。次暖かい時期にハワイに行ったら、またぜひ行きたいです！！

Two years ago, I came here with my elementary school son, husband, and a female friend during summer vacation, and we had a great time, so this time I went again without my husband! Last time, it was quite crowded since it was during summer vacation, and we could only ride four types of slides, plus the ground was hot and walking was tough. However, this time we hardly had to wait for most of the slides and rode them twice! The weather was nice, but it was still quite cold... 2年前の夏休みに小学生の息子とダンナ、女友達の4人で来て、すごく楽しかったので、今回はダンナ抜きでもう一度行ってきました！
前回は夏休み中だったこともあり、カナリ混雑していて、4種類しかスライダーに乗れなかったし、地面が暑くて歩くのが辛かったけど、今回は殆どのスライダーにあまり並ぶこともなく、2回ずつ乗りました！
ただ、天気は良かったけど、さすがに寒かったですが・・・
超ビビリの息子もスライダーには楽しく乗れたようですが、一番のお気に入りは波のプールでした。

I wanted to swim with dolphins, so I enrolled in Dolphin University. While riding the bus to the port, the staff shared various stories, making the journey enjoyable. On the boat heading to where the dolphins were, I was thrilled to also see whales! I was so happy to get off the boat twice and see a large group of dolphins up close. I also got to see sea turtles and fish, which was fun. Although I found the SUP, slide, and canoeing a bit lacking since we could only do them for a short time, I had a great time overall. If I get the chance to come back to Waikiki, I will enroll in Dolphin University again! For those who are prone to seasickness, I recommend taking motion sickness medication.
