I encountered wild dolphins.
I found a mother and baby dolphin in the pod, and they were very cute.
The tour guide and the crew were incredibly cheerful and it was a lot of fun.
I was worried about getting seasick, but the enjoyable atmosphere made it completely fine.
The hamburger on the boat was also very delicious.
However, the water was colder than I expected.
I think it's a good idea to bring a rash guard.
It was a very good experience.

野生のイルカに出会えました。
群れの中に親子のイルカを見つけましたが、とてもかわいかったです。
ツアーガイドさんも船のクルーの方たちもすごぐ明るくて楽しかったです。
心配していた船酔いも楽しい雰囲気だったので全く大丈夫でした。
船の上でのハンバーガーもとてもおいしかったです。
ただ、海の中は思ってたより寒かったです。
ラッシュガードを持参した方がいいと思います。
とても良い体験でした。

Don’t worry about the early pickup to get you to the west side of Oahu. After swimming with dolphins and seeing at least 10 whales including a mother and calf, you will be wide awake. Sleeping is for the shuttle back home after such a fun-filled adventure. Do it, you won’t regret it!

I went with my sixth-grade child. It was a bit pricey, but I'm glad we signed up! (^o^)/ You don't need to understand English! The staff communicate with gestures and really try to help, and even if you don't understand half of it, you can still have fun.

You'll get used to the zip line after a few tries, and you'll have the chance to take photos and videos. Some people might find the first ride a bit scary, but surprisingly, it goes smoothly.

For the second activity, we played at the Adventure Tower. A staff member guided us, and of course, she was a foreigner and not great at English! But it was fine; you can understand through gestures. It was as fun as Ariyoshi said during the summer vacation!

There were some parts that felt a bit scary (up high), so I thought, "This is definitely free!" and I kept shouting "NO!" while only letting the kids go. They were overjoyed. We played until around 2:00 to 2:30.

I highly recommend you go at least once! There were also quite a few older ladies in their 60s to 70s there.

英語がわからなくても大丈夫！
スタッフの人も身振り手振りで教えてくれるし、頑張ってコミュニケーションをとろうとしてくれるが、半分もわからないが楽しめます。
ジップラインは何回かするので、すぐに慣れて
写真動画を撮る余裕がでてきます
初めの一回目が少し怖い人もいるかもしれないが、案外ス〜っといけますよ。
二つ目は、アドベンチャータワーで遊びました。
お姉さんが指導してくれました。
もちろん外国人です英語苦手❗
でも大丈夫なんとなく身振りでわかります。
有吉夏休みでやってたとおり楽しかったです❗
少し怖いと思うところ(上のほう)があったのでここは絶対無料って思ったのでNO〜〜〜と叫びまくり子どもだけ行かせました

The tour took place in Hawaii under unusually low and rough weather conditions. Right after departure, many people started feeling seasick, but it turned out to be a lucky day, as we encountered a large pod of dolphins that swam leisurely beside us and even surfaced, which the crew described as a miracle. During snorkeling after the dolphins, we also had the rare chance to see a ray.

The weather changed rapidly, with rain, sunshine, and clouds, but thanks to that, we were able to see a double rainbow. The strong winds made it difficult to stop shivering on the boat. There was no place to change out of wet swimsuits, so we had to dry off with towels and put on a jacket while still wet. Those who are not confident in the cold should be cautious on cloudy days. For those worried about seasickness, I recommend starting with a shorter dolphin tour.

ハワイでは滅多にない気温が低く荒れ気味の天候の元でのツアーでした。出航直後から船酔いする人続出でしたが、イルカの大群に出会えた上、イルカ達がずっと私達のそばを悠々と泳いだり、水面に浮かび上がって来たりすらクルー曰く奇跡のようなラッキーデーでした。イルカの後の亀とシュノーケリングの際も珍しくエイに出会えたりしました。
途中雨が降り、晴れ間が出たり曇ったりと目まぐるしく天気が変わりましたがお陰でダブルレインボーまで見られました。
風が強くて船上で体の震えが止まらず辛かったです。濡れた水着を着替える場所は無いのでタオルで拭いて濡れたまま上に上着を羽織るしかありません。寒さに自信のない人は曇りの日は要注意です。船酔いの心配な人はまずは時間の短いイルカ中学に入学する事をお勧めします。

I sent an urgent email because I might not be able to go due to sudden circumstances, and I was very grateful for the quick response. It was relatively uncrowded, and I was able to create wonderful memories. However, it was disappointing that there were many attractions that were not operating.

急遽の都合で行けなくなるかもしれないことになってしまうということで緊急のメールを送ったところ、迅速に対応していただきとても助かりました。比較的空いていてとても良い思い出作りができました。ただやっていないアトラクションが多かったのが残念でした。

There were few visitors, so we were able to enjoy various attractions with almost no wait time. It was a bit disappointing that a couple of attractions were closed. The place was smaller than I had imagined, but there were thrilling attractions, and we had a lot of fun going on them multiple times. The weather was a bit chilly, so three hours was more than enough. Perhaps because there were few visitors, the staff was sparse, and the atmosphere felt similar to that of a community pool. The food at the concession stand had large portions, so sharing one was more than enough.

来客数も少なく、色々なアトラクションは待ち時間ほとんどなく楽しめました。閉まっているアトラクションも2.3個あったのが少し残念でした。
想像していたよりもこぢんまりとした所でしたが、スリリングなアトラクションもあり何度もいってみたりと、たっぷり楽しめました。
天候も肌寒かったので、3時間もあれば十分でした。来客数が少ないからか、店員さんもまばらな感じで対応も市民プールくらいの雰囲気でし
た。
売店の食事は、量が多かったので、１つをシェアしても十分でした。

I participated with my child.
We had a great time riding the slide without any wait!
It's wonderful that a slide where waiting for an hour is common at Nagashima had no wait at all.
With transportation included, along with inner tubes and life jackets, it was very convenient.

スライダーに待ち時間なしで、連続で乗れて楽しかったです！
ナガシマで1時間待ちは当たり前なスライダーが、全く待たなくて乗れるなんて素敵。
送迎付き、浮輪付き、ライフジャケットあり、楽でした。

I was able to see dolphins!!! They were so close, I was surprised!! The staff was also really enthusiastic, and it became the best memory of our honeymoon. Thank you!

I was worried about whether I would be able to see any animals since they are wild, but I was surprised to encounter so many dolphins. I was hoping to be lucky and see whales as well, given the season, but unfortunately, I didn't see any.
At this time of year, it can be cold while moving on the boat, so it's better to have something to wear over your clothes.
Next time, I want to challenge myself to see whales.

自然の生き物なので観れるかどうか不安でしたがびっくりするほどたくさんのイルカと出会えました。季節柄クジラも見られるとラッキーだと期待してましたが残念ながら観られませんでした。
いまの時期は船上での移動中は寒いので羽織ものがあった方が良いです。
次はクジラにチャレンジしたいと思ってます。

Last year, I participated in a tour swimming with dolphins from another company, but this time I joined Dolphin University.

On this day, it was quite difficult to find a spot where the dolphin pod was gathering, but once the snorkeling point was confirmed, I enjoyed watching the dolphins swim right by my feet.

During snorkeling, the staff guides you to where the dolphins are, but those who swim slowly might not make it in time. My fourth-grade son was able to keep up easily.

The slide set up from the boat after snorkeling was also fun, and we got to play on it multiple times.

It's a good idea to bring an action cam for underwater filming.

去年は他社のイルカと一緒に泳ぐツアーに参加しましたが、今回はイルカ大学に参加しました。

この日はイルカの群れが集まっている場所がなかなか見つかりませんでしたが、シュノーケリングポイントが確定してからはイルカの群れが足元を泳いでいくのが楽しめました。

シュノーケリング中にイルカのいる場所までスタッフのみなさんが誘導してくれますが、泳ぎの遅い方は間に合わないかもしれません。
小学４年生の息子は余裕で間に合っていました。

シュノーケリング後にボートから設営されるスライダーも楽しく何度も遊ばせてもらいました。

水中で撮影できるアクションカムを持っていくと良いですよ。

I participated with my 7-year-old son.
While experiencing the nature and culture of Hawaii from the boat, we encountered three teachers: the dolphin, the whale, and the sea turtle.
My son was super excited by the whale teacher's splash.
We also met many of our favorite green sea turtle teachers.
We had a hard time finding the dolphin teacher, but we finally met just before returning to the harbor and swam with it, even though it was a bit far away.
Thanks to the staff, my son was able to experience all the activities.
I lack physical strength, but thanks to the staff, my son had an unforgettable experience.
I don't know when the next time will be, but I want to build my stamina for a re-enrollment at Dolphin University.

7歳の息子と二人で参加。
船上からのハワイの自然、文化に触れながら先生たちの元へ、
イルカ。クジラ。ウミガメ。三先生に出会えました。
クジラ先生のスプラッシュに息子大興奮。
大好きなアオウミガメ先生にもたくさんであいました。
イルカ先生にはなかなか会えず帰港間際に出会え、少々遠いながらも一緒にドルフィンスイム。
息子、アクティビティーもスタッフの皆様のおかげですべて体験できました。
私は体力がなくスタッフ皆様のおかげで息子が一生の思い出となる経験ができました。
次回はいつになるかわかりませんがイルカ大学再入学のために母は体力をつけたいと思います。

I attended with my two children, one in first grade and the other in fourth grade, and the staff provided support, allowing us to participate with peace of mind. After searching for a while, we were able to see many wild dolphins.

*I recommend motion sickness medication for those who are prone to seasickness.*

小1、小4の2人の子連れでしたが、スタッフの方々にも、サポートいただき安心して参加できました。しばらくイルカ探しした後、沢山の野生イルカに会えました。

※酔い易い方は酔い止めをお勧めします。

The unlimited rides are a lot of fun, but they were more intense than I expected, so the kids only enjoyed the wave pool! If you have a group that loves thrills, I think they'll be very satisfied! The park mainly offers carbonated drinks. There is water available, but for those who prefer tea, it's better to bring a bottle since you can bring one from home!

乗り放題で凄く楽しいけど、思っていたより激しめのため、子供達は波のプールくらいしか楽しんでいませんでした！
激しいのが好きなグループなら、すきすきなので大満足だと思います！
パーク内は炭酸飲料ばかり。水はあるけど、お茶派はペットボトル1本持ち込み可なので持ち込んだ方がベターです！

There are plenty of attractions, and there are areas where small children can have fun, so we were able to play all day! The wave pool and slides are especially enjoyable for both adults and kids! Unfortunately, some attractions were not in operation, and the one I wanted to ride the most was closed, which left me a bit disappointed. I recommend it for families with children, as it offers a safe environment to play, unlike the beach!

アトラクションも沢山あり、小さな子供も楽しめるエリアもあり一日中遊べました！特に波のプールやスライダーは大人も子供も楽しめます！残念だったのは運営してないアトラクションもあって、1番乗りたかったものがクローズでしたので少し心残りです。子連れの方には海とは違い安心して遊べるのでおススメです！

On January 14th, I went with my family of four (including a 2.5-year-old boy). It was a weekday, so we had unlimited rides! The place was smaller than I expected, so we were able to enjoy everything comfortably. Our favorite was the four-person Tornado. Riding with four people was definitely more dynamic and fun than riding with just two.

After lunch, the parents got tired, so the kids went sliding by themselves, and they also participated in the $5 bodyboarding, which was a lot of fun to film. It seemed like they enjoyed it as they got better with each attempt! The next day, they mentioned having sore arms (laughs). The height restrictions were quite lenient, and even a child who was 126 cm tall could ride the Shaka, but it was a bit risky at that angle. It was a bit nerve-wracking!

I'm glad we went, but I think once is enough for me. The kids might want to go again, though.

1月14日、家族4人（2.5年男子）と行って来ました。平日で乗り放題！思ったより小さいので、余裕で回れました。4人乗りのトルネードがお気に入りです。2人で乗るより4人で乗った方が断然、ダイナミックになり楽しかったです。
昼食後、親は疲れてしまって、子供達だけで滑りに行ってもらったり、一人5ドルのボディーボードに参加してもらい撮影を楽しみました。
何回も挑戦するうちに乗れるようになり楽しかったようです！次の日、腕が筋肉痛と言っていましたが（笑）身長制限はゆるゆるで126センチの子供もシャカ乗れましたが、あれば角度が危ない。ヒヤヒヤしました〜
行って良かったです。でも、2回目はもう
いいかな。子供は行きたいかもだけれど。

We went as a family. There was a campaign where one child could enter for free with two adults, which made it a great deal. There was another company offering the same discount tour, but it seemed you couldn't apply at the last minute, so I was happy that Veltra allowed applications until 5:00 PM the day before. Perhaps because it was a weekday, it was not crowded, and we could slide on almost everything with just a little wait. However, we couldn't do surfing or bodyboarding due to the wait times and the schedule, and it was disappointing that there was one slide that wasn't operating. For lunch, we bought pizza and fries, which were delicious. My children are in elementary and middle school, but there were plenty of places for younger kids to enjoy as well.

家族で行きました。大人二人に対して子供一人分がが無料になるキャンペーンがありお得に行けました。もう一社同じ割引のツアーがありましたが、直前では申し込めないようで、ベルトラさんは前日17:00まで申し込めて嬉しかったです。平日だからか空いていて少し並べば滑れるもの殆どで、サーフィンかボディボードが出来るようなものは待ち時間がある為、集合時間の関係で出来なかったことと、ひとつ動いていないスライダーがあった点は残念でした。お昼はピザやポテトを買って食べましたが美味しかったです。我が家の子供は小中学生でしたが、もっと小さいお子さんも楽しめる場所も沢山ありました。

This was my second time since last year, but there were significantly fewer activities that my 6-year-old could participate in, leaving me feeling somewhat unsatisfied. We were able to rent a cabana on-site. The meeting point was also hard to find, and they were definitely late, which made me feel very anxious. I'm looking forward to next year.

去年からの2回目でしたが、6歳の子供ができるものがかなり減っていて、物足りなさが残ってしまいました。カバナは現地で借りることができました。集合場所もわかりにくく、時間通りになるは勿論来ないので、とても不安な気持ちになりました。来年に期待です。

They arrived right on time. Since it was a limousine bus, the air conditioning was quite strong, so a long-sleeved shirt was necessary. After arriving, we had free time, but the lunch included in the course was delicious. It was simply tasty. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, so I was surprised by its simple deliciousness. There weren't many items, but I was more than satisfied.

And this is a very personal matter, but I realized I didn't have my wallet after arriving. When I told the tour guide, they contacted various places and found it inside the bus. They even delivered it to me when I was leaving. I'm really grateful! I thought it would never come back, so I was very happy. It was miraculous, but if the tour guide hadn't helped, I wouldn't have gotten it back. I can't thank them enough! Thank you very much!

The attractions were fairly interesting. However, perhaps because it was the off-season, quite a few were closed. I wanted to relax, so it was fine for me.

時間きっかりに迎えにきました。リムジンバスなので、車内はかなり冷房が効いているから、長袖のシャツが一枚必要。
着いてからは自由行動ですが、食事つきのコースでお昼を食べたのしですが、美味しい。普通に美味しい。失礼だけれど期待してなかっただけに、シンプルなおいしさにビックリ。品目は多くないけれど、十分に満足です。
そして、そしてこれは極めて個人的なことですが、到着してから財布がないのに気づいて、添乗員さんに言ったら、あちこちに連絡してくださって、結果バスの中に落ちいていたのを見つけてくれて、更に帰るときに届けてくださいました。本当に感謝！絶対に戻ってこないと思っていたので、とてもうれしかったです。奇跡的なんだけれど、添乗員の方が対応してくれなかったら、戻ってきませんでした。感謝しきれません！ありがとうございました！
アトラクションは、まあまあ面白かったです。が、シーズンオフだからか、開いていないのも結構ありました。のんびりしたかったので、私にはよかったです。

I participated in a pool event for the first time in Hawaii. The meeting place was at the exit behind the Hyatt, but initially, there were quite a few people waiting at the entrance on the side, so I mistakenly waited there and realized just in time that I was in the wrong place, which was a close call. Since we were heading there by a sightseeing bus instead of a van, first-timers should be careful.

The pool had various attractions and was enjoyable, but in the morning, some features like the lazy river weren't operational, so it's something to keep in mind. The BBQ was delicious, and I was quite satisfied with the food. However, if someone wants to save money, it might be better to skip the BBQ and just have a hamburger. Also, the bus had strong air conditioning, so it was cold. I think it's a good idea to bring a long-sleeve shirt, especially since your body temperature drops after being in the pool.

It's less crowded than pools in Japan, so if you get tired of swimming at the beach, I think it's worth checking out at least once.

初めてのハワイでのプールに参加しました。
集合場所は、ハイアットの裏手の出口でしたが、最初、横手にある玄関で待っている人が結構いたので、一緒に待っていたら間違っており
集合時間ギリギリに気づき危なかったです。バンとかでなく観光バスで向かうので、初めての人は気を付けたほうが良いです。
　プールは、色々とあり楽しめたのですが、午前中は流れるプールなどが
稼働してなかったりするので、注意が必要です。BBQは、お肉もおいしくて
十分に満足できる内容でした。ただ安く済ませたい人は、BBQにせずハンバーガーを食べるのでもよいかもしれません。あとバスの中はクーラーが効いており寒いので。長袖は持って行ったほうが良いと思います。特に帰りは
プールにつかり体温が下がっているので…。
日本のプールよりも空いているので、ビーチでの泳ぎに飽きたら
一度は行ってみる価値はあるかと思います。

We went on this tour in the morning, and it was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!

The staff were kind, and I was able to experience everything with peace of mind. I was able to see the dolphins up close, and I am very satisfied. I'm glad I participated.

I went at the end of the year, but unfortunately, it was cloudy and the temperature was low, which made it hard to enjoy fully. However, when the sun came out and the temperature rose, I really enjoyed the slides.

年末に行ったのですが、たまたま曇り空で気温が低く全力で楽しめなかったのが悔やまれます。途中晴れて気温が上がった際は、スライダーを満喫しました。

I used the service in early January. It might just be the timing, but the day we participated was very windy and quite cold. We borrowed wetsuits, but it was still chilly in the water, making it hard to stay in for long! There were other children participating, around elementary school age, but they seemed a bit down due to the cold, so I think families with kids should choose the season wisely. We did get to see the main dolphins, and we could see them up close from the boat. I encouraged my parents in their 60s to join, but I think they would have enjoyed it more if it hadn't been so cold! Even if you can't swim, wearing a life jacket will keep you afloat. As long as you can kick your legs, you'll be fine. Jumping from the boat and splashing into the water takes a bit of courage too. For those trying snorkeling for the first time, practicing in the bath might be a good idea. Also, due to the strong winds, we couldn't use the kayaks, and there were only three paddleboards available for the number of people, so it felt like a first-come, first-served situation. It's better to think of that as a bonus to avoid disappointment. There was one Japanese guide and about three local staff members, but the locals obviously didn't speak Japanese. Even though it was January, the next day was clear and warm, so this really comes down to luck or timing! It's an activity that requires physical strength.

1月初旬に利用しました。これはタイミングかと思いますが、私たちが参加した日はとても風が強く、とにかく寒かったです。ウェットスーツも借りましたが、水の中にも寒くて長くいるのは辛かった！一緒に参加されていた他のお子さん小学生くらいの子たちがいましたが、寒さで元気がなくなってしまって少しかわいそうでしたので、お子様連れの方は季節選ばれた方がいいかと思います。メインのイルカたちには会えて、船の上からでも近くで見ることができました。60代の両親も思い切って参加させましたが、寒くなければもっと楽しめたかな！泳ぎはできなくても、ライフジャケット着ると浮きます。バタ足で進むことさえできれば大丈夫です。船から足を下にジャンプしてザバーンと入るので、そこもちょっと勇気いります。シュノーケル初めての方はお風呂で練習するといいかと思います。あと風が強く、カヤックは出してもらえなかったのと、パドルボードも人数の割に3つしか道具がないので、早い者勝ちみたいになるので、こちらはおまけ程度に考えておいた方ががっかりしなくて良いかと思います。日本人のガイドさんがひとり、現地の方が3人ほどで、現地の方はもちろん日本語は話せないです。同じ1月でも翌日は良く晴れて暖かかったので、こればっかりは運というかタイミングですね！体力が必要なアクティビティです。

No waiting, just sliding down the slides! The bodyboarding experience was amazing! However, since I went in January, it was cold in the morning and the adults were shivering... By noon, the temperature rises, so checking the temperature is important. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Waikiki.

並ぶことも無くスライダーで滑りまくり！ボディーボード体験も出来て最高！ただ1月に行ったので午前中は寒くて大人は震えてました…昼には気温も上がるので、気温チェックは大事ですね、ワイキキくら30分程度。

I was able to see dolphins, whales, and turtles from a distance! I thought it would be expensive because it's Hawaii, but the guide was entertaining, they provided motion sickness medication, and it was great that I could drink alcohol too! ^_^

遠くからでしたが、イルカもクジラもカメも見れました！ハワイだから、高いなだと思ってたけど、ガイドさんも面白くて酔い止めも完備していて、お酒も飲めて良かったー^_^

I am excited and grateful that, even at nearly 70 years old, I was able to experience an activity in Japan where young people formed long lines, making it difficult for older individuals to join in.

日本では若者が長蛇の列を作って、年配の人が入るのをはばかるようなアクティビティが、70歳近い私でも体験出来た事に興奮と感謝です。

It was a really fun tour!!
Fortunately, we were able to see a pod of dolphins, which was moving. I almost cried in the water.
Even if we hadn't seen the dolphins, the guide and crew were incredibly enthusiastic, so I think you would still enjoy it!
However, the viewing point was where surfers were riding the waves, so it was quite bumpy and I felt a bit nauseous (laughs). Motion sickness medication is a must!
Also, since you never know where the dolphins will appear, you'll be swimming around searching for them. So, you'll need some stamina.

But in the end, I'm really glad I participated!

I had been curious about it until now, but I went for the first time! It was a bit crowded since it was the end of the year, but I was able to smoothly enjoy various slides! As an adult, I never enjoyed slides with kids in Japan, but here it doesn't matter whether you're an adult or a child! Haha!

今まで気になってたけど初めて行きました！
年末で少し人多かったけどスムーズに色んなスライダーを楽しむ事が出来ました！大人になって子供とスライダーを楽しむなんて日本じゃしなかったけど、ここなら大人も子供も関係ないですね！笑

I visited on December 28, 2018. It wasn't as crowded as other comments suggested. It's not very large (about the size of one dome), so one day is enough to explore. Each attraction has specific operating hours, so if you're not there at opening time, you might not be able to do everything. The weather was occasionally drizzly, so I enjoyed it without getting sunburned, and it wasn't too hot or too cold. I signed up for a bodyboard lesson (an additional $10 on-site) with a BBQ included (which had a lot of food), but even so, the price is quite high, comparable to Disney.

2018/12/28に行きました。他のコメントほど混雑はなし。そこまで広くなく(実面積ドーム1個分位)1日で十分回れます。各アトラクション毎でやっている時間が決まっているので、開園時間にいないと全部は出来ないかも。天気がたまにシトシト降る感じだったので、日焼けもなく、暑くもなく、寒くもなく楽しめました。ボディーボード講習(現地で追加すると$10)+BBQ付き(格段に食べれるものが出ます)で申し込みましたが、それでも金額がディズニー並みは割高ですね。

On the bus ride there, despite it being early in the morning, the local guide and photographer was unusually high-energy and engaged with the participants. At first, I was a bit scared because I struggle with English, but he kept the atmosphere lively on the boat, and even now that the tour is over, we still talk about him and I ended up becoming a fan, haha.

I also appreciated that the other guides were very enthusiastic about making the tour enjoyable and ensuring everyone got to see dolphins.

The final hula dance with everyone was chaotic but fun, and it left a lasting memory.

冬季のみ観測できるというクジラ、イルカの群れと亀にも会えて大満足のツアーとなりました。

ウエットスーツを着ていたこともあり、水温は思った程冷たくありませんでしたが、水から上がった後はとても寒かったです…

行きのバスでは、早朝にも関わらず異様にテンション高く参加者に話しかけてくる現地のガイド兼カメラマンさんがいらっしゃり、英語が苦手なこともあって最初は少し怖かったのですが、船の上でも終始盛り上げてくれて、ツアーが終わった今でも、私達の中で話題に出てくる程、最終的にはその方のファンになっていました笑

他のガイドさん達も、このツアーを盛り上げたい、全員にイルカを見て帰ってもらいたいという意識がとても感じられて好感を持ちました。

全員で踊る最後のフラダンス（？）も、カオスでしたが楽しくて、とても思い出に残りました。
