The office where we gathered was very clean, and they provided drinks, snacks, and muffins before and after the experience.

A Japanese person explained the instruments and piloting in Japanese, which was reassuring. Depending on the weather that day, they created a flight plan, and after taking off from Honolulu Airport, we headed north, went west, and returned to Waikiki before landing back at Honolulu Airport.

During the flight, the instructor, Mash, explained various geographical details in simple and easy-to-understand English, allowing me to learn about a new side of Hawaii. He was very kind and a great person. Thank you very much.

During the one-hour flight, I was able to take control of the yoke for about half of the time, and they also issued a flight certificate, which I was very satisfied with. I would like to use this service again the next time I come to Hawaii.

当日の天候により、飛行プランを作成してくださり、ホノルル空港離陸の後、ノース方面へ行き、ウエストを経由してワイキキに戻り、ホノルル空港着陸しました。

インストラクターのマッシュさんが飛行中、わかりやすい簡単な英語で、色々地理の事を説明しくださり、新しいハワイを知るこことができました。とても優しくいい方でした。ありがとうございました。

1時間のフライトのうち、半分くらいは操縦桿を任せていたたき、また、フライト証明を発行くださり、大変満足です。
次にハワイに来る機会があれば利用したいと思っています。

I have had a dream of becoming a pilot since I was a child, and it finally came true in Hawaii! I was allowed to take the controls during takeoff, which was an incredibly valuable experience! The scenery was amazing, and it became a honeymoon that I will always remember! Since it was our honeymoon, there were various surprises, and the service was excellent. Thank you very much!

Everyone was very polite and responded in Japanese, which made me feel at ease during the flight experience. The pilot was kind and gave lots of compliments, so I was able to enjoy the experience without feeling nervous. The views of Oahu, the sky, and the ocean from the ground were all beautiful, and I truly felt that coming to Hawaii was worth it. Thank you for a memorable experience that will last a lifetime.

We participated in our honeymoon trip!

We were the only Japanese people, but there was a Japanese staff member who guided us entirely in Japanese.

It was my husband's first time snorkeling, and he enjoyed it thanks to the thorough explanations provided.

On the boat, everyone was free to relax, and we could drink soft drinks freely. The lunch was also very delicious!

We got to see dolphins and turtles, making it a very satisfying tour! We definitely want to participate again!

旦那がシュノーケリング初めてでしたが、丁寧に説明していただき、楽しんでいました♪

船の上ではみんな自由に過ごしていて、ソフトドリンクも自由に飲め、お昼ご飯もとてもおいしかったです！

イルカと亀にも会えて大満足のツアーでした！

We participated in a 60-minute flight course for two.

The actual flight course was from Honolulu Airport, around the coast to the east, to Dillingham Airfield, where we landed once to switch pilots, then over the Dole Plantation, making a U-turn over the airfield and back around the coast to the west, returning to Honolulu Airport. It was so much fun to circle Oahu from the sky. We experienced thrilling moments with steep descents and sharp turns under the instructor's control. The instructor spoke English, but the flying wasn't too difficult, so it's not a problem if you don't understand English very well.

Although it was suggested to bring sunglasses, I personally had no issues without them. Since you get quite a lot of wind on your face, I recommend that women tie their hair back.

The owner couple who came to pick us up were Japanese, so we had a nice chat in the car. Initially, we were guided to the office for a briefing, where they provided drinks and snacks, allowing us to have a comfortable time. The restroom was also spacious and clean.

I think this experience is highly recommended for those with a short stay, as you can see almost all the famous spots on Oahu.

2人で60分×2フライトコースに参加しました。

実際の飛行コースは、ホノルル空港→海岸を東周り→ディリンガム飛行場→一度着陸して操縦者交代→ドールプランテーション上空→飛行場上空までUターンして海岸を西周り→ホノルル空港 でした。
空からオアフ島を一周できてとても楽しかったです。
インストラクターの操縦で急降下や急旋回も体験させてもらいスリリングでした笑
インストラクターは英語でしたが、操縦はそこまで難しくなく、英語がほぼわからなくても問題ないです。

持ち物としてサングラスとの記載がありますが、私の場合はサングラスなしでもとくに問題ありませんでした。
かなり顔に風をうけるので女性の方は髪をまとめていくことをオススメします。

送迎に来てくださるオーナー夫妻？は日本人の方だったので、車中でいろいろとお話しさせていただきました。
最初に事務所に案内され講習を受けるのですが、ドリンクやお菓子を用意してくださり快適な時間を過ごすことができました。
トイレも広くてきれいです(^-^)

オアフ島の有名どころをほぼすべて見られるので滞在日数が少ない方にもオススメできると思います。

The crew was wonderful. The Japanese photographer, Minako, and everyone were kind and worked hard to find dolphins and turtles so we could swim with them! It was the best!

We went from the airport to Waikiki, heading towards Kahala, and then counterclockwise to the North Shore, passing by the Dole Plantation and Pearl Harbor in that order. The piloting was from the ocean near Kahala to Pearl Harbor. It seemed like it wouldn't be a problem for those who don't speak English. I think it would have been even better if we could have flown around Diamond Head from the ocean side or if we could have pulled the control stick during takeoff. Seeing Hawaii from above at a low altitude is amazing.

空港からワイキキの街からカハラ方向へ抜けて反時計回りでノースショア→ドールプランテーション横→パールハーバーという順で回りました。
操縦はカハラの海上に出てからパールハーバーまででした。
英語が出来ないと思う人でも問題ないように感じました。
海側からダイヤモンドヘッドを回ったり、離陸時の操縦桿を引くところだけでも出来たら尚良かったと思います。
低い高度で上空から見て回るハワイは最高です。

There was something to keep everyone smiling. We loved the gorgeous west side mountains and the super slide!

There were few customers, and the wait time wasn't too long, but there were less than half of the available slides, which was unsatisfactory.

Still, I think it was good that the kids were having fun on the available slides.

Since meals weren't included, I ordered lunch from the concession stand, but the fries were salty and the hot dog was average. I understood that food at places like this tends to be expensive, but the quality was low. Moreover, even though I ordered five items and paid for them, one item didn't arrive. Normally, when paying by credit card, I would expect a receipt, but since they took the receipt when I picked up the food, I couldn't report that one item was missing.

I think the facility itself is a fun place to spend time, but if they are going to charge high prices, they should improve the quality of their staff a little more.

お客様は少なく待ち時間もさほどなかったのですが、空いているスライダーが半分以下で満足のいくものではなかったです。

それでも子ども達は空いているスライダーで楽しそうにしていたので良かったと思います。

食事がついていなかったので、売店で昼食を頼みましたがポテトはしょっぱくホットドックも普通で、こういう場所の食事なので高いのは分かっていましたが、クオリティーは低いです。しかも５つ頼んで料金も支払ったのに１つ来ませんでした。クレジット払いで普通は控えがあると思いますが、食事を受け取る際に控えを持っていかれた為レシートが手元になく頼んだものが１つ来ていないと言うことも出来ませんでした。
施設自体は楽しく過ごせる所だと思いますが、高い料金をとるならもう少しだけでもスタッフのクオリティーをあげた方がいいと思います。

The pick-up service was kind and helpful even after arriving at the office! During the flight, I felt a moderate level of tension, but the instructor gently guided me through the unfamiliar operations, making it enjoyable! There were no communication issues at all, even though I couldn't speak English. Additionally, I was able to take photos, which were shared with me after the experience. After the experience, I had a nice time relaxing at the office. It will be a great memory, thank you!

フライトは適度な緊張感の中、慣れない操作に戸惑いつつもインストラクターの方が優しく誘導していただけて楽しめました！英語が話せなくても全くコミュニケーションに問題ありませんでした。

I fulfilled my dream of gripping the control stick and flying in the sky someday. I flew over Oahu, Hawaii for an hour, looking down at Waikiki and Diamond Head while seeing the incredibly blue ocean, feeling a bit nervous while piloting, and finally descending from Pearl Harbor for a tense landing! It truly became a wonderful memory.

Actually, I had my wife film the experience for an hour from the back seat. She said it was an hour filled with extreme tension and excitement. I’m grateful to my wife for this flying experience. I hope to fly at least once a year!

いつかは、操縦桿を握り空を飛んでみたいていう夢が叶いました。ハワイオワフ島を1時間、ワイキキ、ダイアモンドヘッドを下に見て青すぎる海を見ながら少し緊張しながらの操縦で最後はパールハーバーから高度を下げ緊張の着陸！
本当に良い思いでになりました。
実はこの体験を家内に1時間、後部座席で動画を撮ってもらいました。家内は超緊張、ドキドキの1時間だったそうです。家内に感謝の体験飛行でした。
年１回は飛びたいなあ〜。

On the day we visited, the Tornado was closed for maintenance, and it seemed that due to a staff shortage, only about three other slides were being opened alternately. It might have been because it was a weekday, but the park itself closed at 3 PM. I was hoping to enjoy a few more slides since it was a weekday, so I was a bit disappointed.

ちょうど私たちが訪れた日は、トルネードがメンテナンス中でクローズ、それ以外のスライダーも人手不足なのか、3つくらいを順番に交互に解放しているようでした。曜日的に平日と言うこともあるかもしれませんが、パーク自体も午後3時で閉園でした。平日なのでもう少し色々なスライダーを出来るかなと期待していたので、少し拍子抜けでした。

The refreshing feeling of taking off into the sky while watching passenger planes from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is something you should experience at least once. You get to enjoy an aerial tour guided over key spots on Oahu, including Waikiki, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and the Dole Plantation. Along the way, I had the rare opportunity to pilot the plane myself. The beauty of the ocean and the close-up view of the mountains at Kualoa Ranch are truly unique to flying in a Cessna. The staff were Japanese, which made me feel at ease during the transportation as well. I'm really glad I had this experience.

ダニエル・K・イノウエ空港から旅客機を眺めつつ空へ飛び立つ時の爽快感、一度は体験すべきです。ワイキキ都心部からダイヤモンドヘッド、ハナウマ湾、クアロアランチからのDole農園とオアフ島の要所をガイドして貰いながら空中散歩します。途中自身で操縦できる貴重な体験も出来ました。海の綺麗さはもちろんクアロアランチの山肌を近くで感じられたのはセスナ機ならではだと思います。スタッフも日本人のかたで安心して送迎までしてもらえました。体験して本当によかったです。

We headed over to Ko Olina and drove to the main entrance of the Four Seasons Resort. Parking was valet so be sure to bring extra cash, which was $20 plus tip. The stargazing is located on the top floor of the spa building at the tennis courts.
Our guide Greg was very knowledgable and gave interesting tidbits about how the Hawaiians used the stars both in their folklore and in their navigation. The stars are quite beautiful in Hawaii so we were glad to have been able to do stargazing here.
Some of the most unique stargazing can only be done in the islands, so this was well worth doing for us!

Taking off together was wonderful, and flying was so much fun! It has been a dream of mine for a long time. The female instructor was also amazing and inspiring. This is a lifelong memory!

This is one of the best days out we had on the island.
Blane the ATV guide was great, really looked after us, kept us moving at a great pace.
The two girls who took us on the Zipline were amazing, very confident and kept everyone calm.
Was a Great Day out, would highly recommend.

I was unsure whether to add the all-you-can-drink soft drinks, but I'm glad I did. Since it's hot, I could drink as much as I wanted without having to go back to the locker each time to throw away my cups. I also opted for the shuttle service. The slides had almost no wait, and even when I did wait, it was less than 5 minutes! With 5 hours, you can go around all the slides twice. I got really sunburned, so I recommend applying sunscreen frequently. The locker was available for the whole day, and I rented a small one for $15.

ソフトドリンク飲み放題つけるか迷いましたがつけてよかったです。暑いので何回でも飲めるのとすぐ捨てられるからいちいちロッカーに行かなくてすみます。送迎もつけました。スライダーはほぼ並ばずで待っても5分未満でした！5時間あれば全スライダー2周はできます。日焼けすごくしたのでこまめに日焼け止め塗るのがおすすめです。
ロッカーは1日開け放題で小さいロッカーを借りて15ドルでした。

We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon. I wanted to see dolphins in the dream destination of Hawaii, so I joined this tour. Although it was an early start, we were lucky enough to encounter not only dolphins but also whales on this tour. I was also thrilled to see sea turtles. The staff were very kind, and there were Japanese-speaking staff members, which made me feel at ease. During snorkeling, I was able to relax and see colorful fish in the beautiful sea. The slide from the boat was also fun. On the way back, we got to see a hula dance, which became a wonderful memory. For those worried about seasickness, I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance. If you forget, you can also purchase a motion sickness band that is said to be effective on the bus ride there.

新婚旅行で訪れたハワイ。憧れのハワイでイルカも見たいと思い、こちらのツアーに参加しました。
早起きでしたが参加したこのツアーではイルカだけでなく運良くクジラにも出会えることができました。また、ホヌも見れることができとても興奮しました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で日本語対応スタッフもいるので安心して参加できました。シュノーケルでは綺麗な海でゆったりと色鮮やかな魚たちも見ることができました。また、船からの滑り台も楽しかったです。帰りの船上ではフラダンスも見ることができ最高の思い出になりました。船酔いが心配な方はあらかじめ酔い止めを飲んでいくことをお勧めします。忘れた場合は、行きのバスの中で、
酔い止めに効くと言われる酔い止めバンドを購入することもできます。

There were various slider-type attractions, and we had a great time. Before we knew it, it was already time to leave at 3 PM. Next time, I want to stay until the end with a rental car.

It was disappointing that my younger child, who is exactly 120 cm tall, couldn't participate in some activities. It's understandable since it's according to the rules, but it's better not to go if you're right on the edge of the height requirement.

Also, I wasn't happy with the waiting time in the lunch purchase line. Only one representative from the family waited for over 30 minutes. Since outside food is not allowed, I wish they could manage the lines more efficiently. Therefore, I give it 4 stars.

スライダー系の遊具が色々あって、楽しめました。あっという間に帰りの出発時間15時でした。
次はレンタカーで、終了までフルに居たいところです。

身長120cmジャストの下の子が、幾つかのアクティビティを通して貰えず残念でした。ルール通りなので致し方無いのですが、ギリギリアウトの身長で行かない方が良いですね。

あと、ランチ購入列の待ち時間だけは、いただけなかったです。家族の代表一人だけですけど30分以上並びました。持ち込み禁止ですし、だったらもっと効率良く回して欲しいです。
なので、⭐4です。

The staff included Japanese speakers, so they provided explanations not only in English but also in Japanese, which made me feel comfortable participating. I was able to see whales and pilot whales, and during snorkeling, I encountered a variety of colorful fish. I had a very enjoyable time, and it was a great experience.

The weather was cloudy and not great, but even so, the middle and high school students seemed to be having fun playing various games. Since it was a weekday, there were fewer people, which meant no waiting in line, but in exchange, some attractions had time restrictions, making it difficult to use them. The attraction called "Tornado" seemed to be the most interesting, but it was a bit disappointing that it was open for such a short time.

天気が曇りでイマイチでしたが、それでも中高生は楽しそうにいろいろ遊んでいました。平日なので人が少なく並ばずに済むというメリットと引き換えに、アトラクションが時間帯で制限されておりタイミングが合わず利用できないことも。「トルネード」というアトラクションが一番面白かったようですが、開けている時間が短かったのが少し残念でした。

Really enjoyed our Morning out. The crew and Captain made the trip so much better. Honestly, their energy was off the charts, the music was good, enjoyable for all ages (we went as a couple in our mid 20’s and loved it, there were children loving it and parents older than us that were having a blast!)

I’d recommend the photo package, we didn’t get it but looking back and seeing how many pictures Tom took is outstanding. It’s the only photo package I’ve seen so far that guarantees 300 real photos of you minimum.

We’ve done a lot of trips on this holiday and this was probably the best crew I’ve seen. Can’t rate them high enough. Wish I could remember all their names but I can’t. Either way, amazing team to have.

It was a very enjoyable flight! It was my first time on a small aircraft, but the prior explanations and the professional pilot's appropriate communication during the flight made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy the experience.

Although it wasn't guaranteed that we would see dolphins, we were able to see many of them. The boat was comfortable, and the staff really got everyone excited, making for a very enjoyable day. The early morning gathering was a bit challenging, but it made the day feel longer, which was very fulfilling. I also had the experience of seeing the great nature of the land from the boat, which was an excellent experience. Although the snorkeling time was a bit short, we were able to see a sea turtle and many fish. It was a lot of fun. Thank you!

イルカを見れることが確定ではないのにも関わらず沢山のイルカを見ることができました。船の中も快適でスタッフさんたちが沢山盛り上げてくれたのでとても楽しい一日を過ごすことができました。朝の集合が早かったですがその代わり一日が長く感じることが出来たので充実感に圧倒されました。陸の大自然を船から見ることができる経験も出来たので非常に良い体験をすることができました。シュノーケリングは少し時間は短いもののウミガメを無事見ることもでき、沢山の魚を見れました。非常に楽しかったです。ありがとうございます

The Stargazing activity was fun and educational.

This was my third visit to Hawaii but my first time in Ko Olina. Our stargazing took place on the top level of The Four Seasons Tennis Court.

My girlfriend's daughter enjoys astronomy and she was excited every opportunity to see through the telescope.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. I highly recommend this experience.

Good price, good location, fun crew.

Need to provide something more than meet-at-the-bathrooms-of-a-marina for mustering instructions. There were no crew/personnel at said marina bathroom well past the appointed time. The check-in process was haphazard at best, and did not instill a lot of confidence in the crew's ability/professionalism. The shuttle brining additional guests from Honolulu/Waikiki was very late and delayed our departure by more than 30 minutes (of a three hour cruise). This is obviously not the crew's fault and there is nothing they could have done about the traffic; however, the lack of communication to the guests who were there waiting could have (and should have) been much much better.

Once on the boat, the crew proved knowledgable and kind. A fun cruise that is perfectly suited for visitors staying on the west end of the island. There are similarly priced options closer to Honolulu and Waikiki without the hour-plus drive through really bad traffic.

The staff kindly provided information on reserving spots and efficient ways to get around before entering, and even though it was our first visit with children, we had a great time.

Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I was anxious about driving a rental car, and parking fees at hotels in Hawaii are high, so I opted for a plan that included transportation to the hotel. It took about 40 minutes by car from Waikiki using the freeway, and it was reassuring to have the shuttle service, especially since I could take a nap on the way back from swimming. (It would be helpful if the average tip for drivers could be displayed in advance on Japanese reservation sites, as there are also preparations for cash.)

In the morning, our driver was Jen, who spoke Japanese and kindly gave us advice on how to enjoy the park, which made me feel at ease. Other staff members did not speak Japanese. Most of the customers were Japanese families. For those with children, this water theme park, which is not found in Japan, is definitely worth visiting as kids will surely enjoy it.

The staff members were all well-built, which gave a sense of security, as I thought they might be lifeguards. Fortunately, it wasn't crowded, so the kids were able to try their favorite slides multiple times without waiting in line and had a great time. We were able to secure a spot with an umbrella, bought food, and ate there before playing again; the time flew by.

Attractions and pools required us to be barefoot, so I was sliding around with sandals in hand, but since it wasn't a particularly sunny day, I ended up going barefoot to move around. Perhaps because it wasn't crowded, the attractions were closing alternately at certain times. It was unfortunate that the lazy river was closed for the day. However, the wave pool was fun, with big waves coming in occasionally, making it feel like we were floating in the ocean.

I was too scared of the height to try the Shaka, but my husband and kids said it was fun and went on it multiple times. Other elementary school kids were also trying it repeatedly. The Tornado was incredibly fun, and I even tried it several times. The other slides were also enjoyable as they involved riding on large inflatable rings, which added to the sense of security.

ハワイは初めてだったのでレンタカーでの運転に不安がある上、ハワイはホテルでも駐車場代が高いのでホテルまでの送迎付きプランを申し込みました。
ワイキキからフリーウェイを使って車で40分くらい、泳いだ帰りに寝ることもでき送迎が安心でした。(こういうドライバーさんへのチップの相場を日本人向け予約サイトであらかじめ表示してもらえたら迷わなくてありがたいです。お札の用意とかもあるので。)
朝のお迎えが日本語話せるジェンさんで、とても親切に園内の過ごし方のアドバイスもらえて安心しました。
中のスタッフさんは、ジェンさん以外は日本語話していませんでした。
お客さんのほとんどは日本人ファミリーでした。
お子さんのいる方は日本に無い水のテーマパークで、子どもが喜ぶこと間違いないと思うので行く価値あります。
スタッフさんたちはライフセーバーなのかなと思うような、体格よい人ばかりで安心感ありました。
運良く混んでいなかったので、子どもたちは好きなスライダーを並ぶ時間かからず何回もトライでき満喫していました。
パラソルのある席を場所取りでき、ご飯を買ってそこで食べてまた遊んで時間はあっという間でした。
アトラクションやプール内は裸足にならないといけないので手にサンダルを引っかけて滑っていましたが、日差しがあまり強く無い日だったので途中から裸足になって移動しました。
混んでいなかったためか、アトラクションを一定の時間で交互にCLOSEしていました。流れるプールは1日CLOSEで残念でした。でも波のあるプールは、時々大きな波が来て、海に浮かんでいるみたいで面白かったです。
シャカは私は高さが怖くてトライしませんでしたが、夫も子どもも楽しいと言って何回もやっていました。
他にも小学生くらいの子が何回もトライしていました。
トルネードは最高に面白く、私でも何回もトライしました。
他のスライダーも大きな浮き輪に乗って滑るので安心感があり面白かったです。
