It was unfortunate that we couldn't see Air Supply, who had a live performance the following week, but we still enjoyed a wonderful Hawaiian night filled with a mature atmosphere at Spyra Jaira. The tour included one drink and tips, so I thought there wouldn't be a bill, but lacking English skills, I ended up paying with my card for the bill the waitress brought. However, after returning home, I contacted VELTRA, and they responded very politely, and to my surprise, they arranged for a refund. I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again. The weather was perfect, and we had an amazing experience. We enjoyed a 1 hour and 30 minute dinner at Hyatt, and then the show started right after. It was truly a precious time to experience a real show up close! (I felt the show was longer than scheduled.) Our 6 and 10-year-old children were also completely satisfied with everything. The staff provided pleasant service as well. On our way back, we were lucky to see fireworks right in front of us at Waikiki Beach.

After learning how to use it, we practiced thoroughly at the facility before heading out for a short tour. Transportation and vessel operation were good. Food service and food need improvement. Service was very slow. Food was not served even remotely hot. Our steaks were so rare as to be inedible. Regarding the handling of the options, I made a reservation through Veltra, but the staff struggled to understand the meaning of the voucher. I participated in this tour because it departs from Waikiki Beach, making it convenient and time-efficient. Although I don't understand much English, I received a Japanese notice after departure. I was able to see dolphins in the distance and multiple sea turtles. The sea turtles up close are very cute! The view of Diamond Head from the sea while sailing was also wonderful! I was lucky to be with a Japanese person who spoke English, so I got help with things I didn't understand. The staff were all friendly, and I had a great experience.

ワイキキビーチ沿いからの出航で、時間的にもロスがなく便利なのでこのツアーに参加しました。
英語はあまりわからないですが、出航後 日本語表記の注意書きを渡されます。
遠くでイルカも見えて、ウミガメも複数見ることが出来ました。近くで見るウミガメはとても可愛いです！
セーリングで海から見るダイヤモンドヘッドも素晴らしかったです！
たまたま英語を話される日本の方とご一緒出来たので解らないところは助けて貰えてラッキーでした。
スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで楽しい体験が出来ました。

I experienced a submarine for the first time. The submarine itself is not something you can experience often, so it was a valuable and enjoyable experience. However, I didn't see as many fish as I had expected. The boat that takes you to the submarine, and the submarine itself when it's near the surface, can be quite rocky. Neither my husband nor I are prone to seasickness, but we both felt a bit queasy.

初めて潜水艦を体験しました。
潜水艦自体は中々体験できないので、貴重な経験ができて楽しかったです。
ただ、魚は思ったよりも見えませんでした。
潜水艦まで移動する船、そして潜水艦が海面近くにある時はかなり揺れます。
そこまで船酔いする方ではないですが、私も夫も船酔いしました。

Since it was during a campaign, it was quite a good deal compared to other companies' catamarans. Although the all-you-can-drink option doesn't allow for excessive drinking, I was overall very satisfied! I had a truly Hawaiian experience.

キャンペーン中だったので、他社カタマランと比較するとかなりお得でした。
飲み放題といってもそんなに飲めるわけではありませんが、全体的に大満足です！
ハワイらしい体験ができました。
