My first experience on a submarine was truly a parade of emotions. The view of daytime Waikiki Beach from the boat as we moved to the diving point, the pristine white submarine, and the cheerful staff were all wonderful. I believe we were moving with the propeller, but the inside was completely silent and comfortable, already giving me a sense of satisfaction before we even dove.

I have previously been on glass-bottom boats in various places in Japan, but this experience far exceeded my expectations in scale and impact. The vibrant, colorful fish welcomed us, and even the little child sitting next to me was thrilled. The highlight was encountering sea turtles, which I had only seen in aquariums. I was so captivated that I was counting them one by one.

I was surprised to find sea turtles in the waters of Waikiki. The clarity of the water in Waikiki was also astonishing. I participated with a light heart, but it turned out to be a highly satisfying submarine experience. Thank you very much.

潜水艦に初めて乗ったこと・・・実に感動のオンパレードでした。
　潜水ポイントまで移動する船上から見えた昼間のワイキキビーチの景観、
　清潔に手入れされた真っ白な潜水艦と陽気なスタッフのみなさん、
　スクリューで進んでいると思いますが音も全く聞こえない静かで快適な艦内、
潜っていくまでにすでにこんな満足感を味わいました。
今まで日本の各地でグラスボートに乗って船底から海中を覗いたことがありますが、スケールといい迫力といい私の想像をはるかに超えるものでした。
原色鮮やかな魚達のお出迎えに隣の席に座ってた小さな子も大ハシャギです。
圧巻は水族館でしか見たことが無かった海亀に遭遇できたことです。その数一匹二匹三匹・・と夢中で数えていたのでした。
ワイキキの海に海亀がいるなんて驚きでした。
ワイキキの海の透明度にも驚きでした。
軽い気持ちで参加しましたが大満足の潜水艦体験でした。有難うございました。

This was my first time participating on my seventh trip to Hawaii. I took motion sickness medication based on the reviews I read, which really helped since the boat rocked quite a bit. I was able to board the submarine safely, and I was truly amazed by the beauty of the ocean and the abundance of fish. We even saw seven sea turtles, and my family was thrilled. This became our best memory. Thank you!

ハワイ７回目にして初めて参加しました。書き込みを参考にして酔い止めのお薬を飲んだのが功を奏して大きく船が揺れましたが、無事に潜水艦に乗れ、なんといっても海のきれいさと魚たちが沢山見れて感動でした。海がめも７匹見れて家族で大騒ぎ。一番の思い出となりました。ありがとうございます。

This is my 15th trip to Hawaii. I had participated in various activities, and the excitement was starting to fade. I had never joined the Atlantis Submarine due to concerns about seasickness, but this time I decided to give it a try. The pickup time was accurate, and while waiting for the boat to the submarine at the Hilton dock, the staff engaged us in conversation, making the wait enjoyable. On the day of the trip, the wind was strong, and the boat rocked quite a bit, but I didn't experience any seasickness and safely arrived at the submarine. Finally, it was time to board the submarine. Recently, perhaps due to getting older, I hadn't felt that thrill of excitement, but as I climbed the ladder from the deck into the submarine, I experienced a sense of wonder like I did as a child. Finally, we submerged. At first, the surface of the water was sparkling and beautiful, and then I was amazed at how blue the ocean was. I was able to see many sea turtles, sharks, and tropical fish, and I was very satisfied.

ハワイ旅行も今回で１５回目。いろいろアクティビティにも参加して、感動が薄れていました。アトランティス潜水艦は、船酔いの心配もあって今まで参加していなかったのですが、今回思い切って参加してみました。ピックアップの時間も正確で、潜水艦にいくまでの船を待つヒルトンの桟橋でも、スタッフの方がいろいろと話し掛けて来てくれて、待ち時間も退屈しないで楽しめました。当日は風が強く、結構船が揺れたのですが船酔いも無く無事に潜水艦につきました。いよいよ潜水艦に乗船です。最近、年をとったせいか、ドキドキするという感動がなかったのですが、甲板からタラップをつたい潜水艦の中に入るときは、子供の頃のようにわくわくする思いを体験できました｡いよいよ潜水です。最初、水面が光り輝いて大変綺麗で、次に海の中がこれほどに青いのにビックリいたしました。海がめやサメ、トロピカルな魚たちも沢山見ることが出来て大満足です。

I boarded the Atlantis submarine at 10:00. Due to jet lag and the bus's bumpy ride, I felt a bit seasick, but I was first moved by the wonderful views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the sea, and I truly felt glad to have come to Hawaii and to have participated in this experience. Once I got on the submarine, I was surprised to find that it was quite spacious and had enough room for everyone to enjoy the ride. As we dove down, I was amazed by the many beautiful fish, the artificial reef, and even an airplane and a ship—it felt like a scene from a movie, and it left a strong impression on me. Most of all, I was thrilled to encounter a sea turtle. The kids were overjoyed and were having a blast. Time flew by, and they kept saying they wanted to see more. When we got off the submarine and returned to the boat, the strangers we had been with said, "Did you see that? It was amazing! I got a picture!" and "I saw a turtle!" We felt like we had become friends. It was incredibly fun, and I truly think it was great. I took a commemorative photo for $20, but I didn't receive it. I hope to get it next time. Thank you for this precious memory.

アトランティス潜水艦に１０：００の日本語に乗りました、時差ぼけと、ピックアップのバスの揺れとで、ちょっと船酔いになってしまいましたが、海の上から見るワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドのすばらしい景色にまず感動し、ハワイに来てよかったと思い、参加してよかったと本当におもいました。いざ潜水艦に乗りこむと、意外と中は広く十分なスペースで傍聴できることがわかりました。もぐってすぐ、たくさんのきれいな魚たちや人工のあさひ化成・・や飛行機、船など、ちょっとした映画のワンシーンかと思うくらい、すばらしく印象にすごくのこりました。何といっても海がめに出会えることができたのが、感動でした。こども大よろこびで、はしゃぎまくっていました。時間はあっという間で、もっと見たいを連発でした。潜水艦を降りて船に戻ると、今までいっしょに乗っていた知らない人たちが、「みたーすごいよね！・写真とれたー」「かめ見た、かめ！」って、話しかけてくれて、仲間みたいになれました。非常に楽しく、本当によかったと思います。。＄２０だという記念写真は、撮ったけれど手元にはきませんでした。これは、次回に取得したいと思います。大切な記念をありがとうございました。

I went on a submarine (＾＾) and it was so much fun!! Since I can't swim, the underwater world was a mystery to me! I was so excited to board. I never expected to see so many fish, and it was truly a wonderful time. The schools of fish and their natural behaviors are things you can only feel when you enter their world. There were even fish that came right up to the window, which was moving. What impressed me the most was that there were five sea turtles at the sunken reef! Even with so many people around, I got so excited that I shouted "turtle, turtle!" Afterward, I felt a bit embarrassed! This was truly a valuable experience for me. I especially recommend it for those who, like me, can't swim. You can enjoy the feeling of being a diver without any practice (＾＾). You can experience a different sensation than at an aquarium. It was so much fun!

潜水艦乗って来ました（＾＾）すごく楽しかった！！
私は泳ぐことが出来ないので、海の中は未知の世界！ドキドキして乗り込みました。あんなに沢山の魚を見られるとは思っても居なかったので、本当に楽しい時間でした。水族館では見られないような魚の群れや、魚の自然な姿などこれって自分達が魚の世界に入って行かないと感じられないものですよね。ときどき窓のすぐそばまで来てくれる魚までいて感動でした。その中でなんと言っても感動したのが、[海がめ]船を沈めた漁礁になんと５匹・・かめって５頭かな？？もいたんです。まわりに沢山の人達がいるのに大興奮して「かめ・かめ」と大騒ぎしてしまいました。あとから考えると、ちょっと恥ずかしかった！今回は本当に貴重な体験をさせて頂きました。私のように泳げない人には、特におすすめします。だって練習もしないでダイバー気分を味わえるんですから（＾＾）。水族館とは違う感覚を味わえますよ。とても楽しかったです。

It was really great. I was a bit anxious because it seemed like the previous group canceled just before boarding, but still, I was able to see Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from above the ocean. It was a bit bumpy, but it was truly beautiful and left a lasting impression. When we moved to the submarine, I wondered if we would really dive, but I was amazed to see that we reached the seabed in no time. The sea turtles above the Asahi Kasei, the airplane, and the ship all felt like something out of a fairy tale, and I was completely captivated. I even forgot that I had a child next to me, and at the end, when I heard the comment about this... I came back to my senses and said, "It's beautiful." I was always intrigued. It was interesting. My child was also very happy and seemed to feel a strange sensation being underwater. Thank you for this truly valuable experience. Lastly, it was amusing to see the captain wearing headphones while diving, waving his hands and flapping his feet to the rap music.

The show is wonderful. The food was horrible. All salty to the taste and food that was suppose to be hot was cold.

I had surfed a few times before with previous lessons but never with this company. My boyfriend had never surfed before. We were picked up more or less on time by the driver, driven to the surf shop, and introduced quickly to our teacher, Ivan, a lovely man who has lived in Oahu over 20 years. He gave us our gear, including two massive boards that we toted to the beach. We then had a lesson on the sand for about 15 minutes, then out to sea!
We enjoyed the surfing, though I was a bit afraid of the waves and thus Ivan toned it down until I was confident. Once I was, though, he took us out to where regulars were surfing, and we did more or less okay!
Our lesson was 2 hours long, and we are both in 8 out of 10 shape, but were both POOPED by then end - so I recommend that you keep the lesson length in mind with your own fitness!
I absoultely recommend no more than 2 or at most 3 people to an instructor so that noone holds the group back.

We participated as a couple. For someone like me who can't swim, it was the perfect attraction, and I was excited and nervous about what the bottom of the ocean would be like. Fish came right in front of me, and I was able to see a turtle, which was fun. From the boat returning to the beach, I was lucky to see dolphins diving.
I think people of all ages, from small children to the elderly, can enjoy this.

夫婦で参加しました。泳げない私にはピッタリのアトラクションで、海の底はどんな感じだろう？とワクワク、ドキドキでした。すぐ目の前に魚がきて、カメも見れて楽しかったです。ビーチに戻る船からはイルカのダイビングが見れてラッキーでした。
小さい子から年配の方まで楽しめると思います。

We had a great time! We opted for the sit down dinner to get window seats for 4. The dinner was more food than we could eat which was served course by course beginning with cocktails and skewered shrimp, followed by a salad, lobster, and lastly steak and vegetables. They time the meal so that you are finished in time to watch the sunset. There is a small deck outside that only holds about 20; so keep an eye on the time and leave your table early to secure a spot on the deck to watch the sunset. After the sunset return to your table to enjoy the entertainment and dessert. Overall this was a great experience.

Excellent way to sightsee - no traffic, no buses - our best experience here yer!

It was my mom's birthday and we went with the family ! What a great time we had and the food was just fantastic. A lot of the dinner cruises don't seem to put to much thought and effort in the cuisine, but whoever came up with the menu for the Pacific Star obviously knew what they were doing. The nice thing was how relaxing and quiet it was. My sister walked around the boat and noticed how loud the hula show was, and I am glad that we chose the Pacific Star. The guitar player was top-notch and it was a nice not having to yell at each other to hear everyone over the music.

THIS WAS ONE THE BEST TIMES I HAD WHEN I WAS IN HAWAII. THE FOOD WAS GOOD, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE SUNSET WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL. I WAS WORRIED THAT THE BOAT WOULD BE ROCKY BUT IT WAS SMOOTH SAILING AND THE UPPER DECK IS A GREAT PLACE TO SIT BACK AND RELAX WITH YOUR HUNNY!

This was probably one the best hi-lights of our trip.It was a very pleasant surprise,as we had no idea what to expect.The only thing wrong was that the sun didn't co-operate for us .But all in all it was a very pleasant experience.I will do this again if we ever make it back there.

I enjoyed it when the speed was high in the first half, but in the second half, it became more relaxed, which felt nice, but I almost dozed off. It was easy to participate and I had a great time.

a friend of mine who went to hawaii last spring break told me about the pacific star and i am so glad that she did. the food is sooooo good and it is awesome being in the private lounge since i went around the boat and saw the other decks and they were totally crowded. we had our own private restroom and even a nice little deck area too. and only $5 for martinis! can't go wrong!

I rode a submarine for the first time. At first, I wasn't very enthusiastic about it, but once I got on, I surprisingly felt like a kid again, even as an adult. There were six of us participating, and just like others mentioned, none of us experienced seasickness, allowing us to enjoy the underwater world. I didn't expect that such a large submarine would have fish coming so close to us, so it was a very valuable experience. However, since we went straight to this optional activity after arriving in Hawaii, everyone ended up falling asleep towards the end. Next time, I want to participate with more leisure.

初めて潜水艦に乗りました。始めはあまり乗り気ではなかったのですが、乗ってみると意外と大人でも子供に戻るものなんですね。6人で参加したのですが、皆さんが書かれていたような船酔いも誰一人もなく海の世界を見ることができました。あんなに大きな潜水艦なのに、直ぐ近くまで魚達が寄ってくるとは思っていませんでしたので、とても貴重な体験でした。しかし今回はハワイに着いた足でそのまま、今回のオプショナルに参加したせいか、みんな最後の方には、寝てしまっていました。次回はもっと余裕を持って参加したいものです。

The last time I came to Honolulu, I went to Germaine's Luau (ICK!) and since I had such a miserable time with them, I decided to give luaus another chance and headed over to the Royal Hawaiian Luau with my boyfriend. I am SO glad that I went since it was a great experience and we had a really good time. The food was very delicious, the show was top-notch and it was really romantic.

I often come to Hawaii and have been on pretty much every dinner cruise on almost every island. The Star of Honolulu is a vessel that I often frequent when I am here in the islands since it has always provided my husband and I with a wonderful evening. The Pacific Star has become our new favorite with its initimate lounge setting, quiet atmosphere, delicious Pacific Rim cuisine and a chocolate fondue-like dessert that is to tasty for words. I personally do not like the loud and rowdy hula shows, so the Pacific Star is definitely my cruise of choice!

My friends and I have experienced the beautiful Star of Honolulu dinner cruise and it was the most memorable event ever. To begin the night was a graceful performance of the hula performers who greeted us aboard. We enjoyed songs of a live band and our favorite cocktails as we were seated to our table. The interior of the boat was elegantly decorated with special lighting and table settings, perfect for setting the mood of any occasion. As the large boat cruised smoothly through the waters of Oahu, my friends and I were able to capture beautiful photos together on the observation deck. With the sea surrounding us, we watched the beautiful sunset. Our dinner was immediately brought to our table with excellent service. We had an excellent steak and all you can eat crab dinner course. Throughout the rest of our tour, we watched an entertaining act of Polynesian dancers of different cultures, like Hawaiian, Tahitian, Samoan, and Tongan performances done by professionals with great aloha sp

Some friends and I got together to attend the Royal Hawaiian Luau at the large beautiful pink hotel of Waikiki and it was great. We were greeted with beautiful orchid flower leis at the entrance of the luau by the performers and immediately served a welcome mai tai. The whole setting of the feast was decorated with class and Oh-My-Goodness, the beach and the sunset was perfect to capture a photographic memory.

The host of the show did not waste anytime in welcoming all the guests preparing us for a wonderful feast and show. The food was delicious. There were several isles of Honolulu's most popular food and desert and lets not forget the huge roasted pig that everyone looked eager to taste. The Polynesian performers were brilliant. They were graceful, energetic, and very entertaining. They got the audience involved and let visitors get an experience their first hukilau and Tahitian dancing. The Polynesian performers were awesome and very energetic. They really put on a great show.

I participated with my mother. I chose this experience because I wanted to show her the beauty of the ocean in Hawaii, even though she is not good at swimming. I was worried about the boat ride from the shore to the submarine since I am not good with boats, but I was able to move to the deck twice along the way, so I didn't get seasick. The submarine itself was stable and reassuring.

However, I was a bit disappointed that there were fewer fish than I expected. But it was worth it because my mother was happy.

母と二人で参加しました。泳ぐのが苦手な母にハワイの海の綺麗さを見せたくて選びました。私は船が苦手なので沖から潜水艦までの船の移動が心配でしたが、途中で二回の船上へ移動することが出来たので酔ったりしませんでした。潜水艦自体も揺れが無く安心でした。
ただ、思ったより魚が少なくって残念でした。でも母が喜んでくれたので行って良かったです。

This is an excellent adventure. I would highly recommend this tour. A great way to see the Island for the first time. These folks are very professional and the equipment is in great condition. The pilots knowledge of the Island really made the tour more than a good view. I felt very safe while on the tour.

I had an absolute blast. I was orginally going to attend the luau by myself but i was able to talk my friend into going with me and i thought that it was awesome. i loved all of the hawaiin dances. but i thought that the fire dance guy (forgot what it is really called) was the coolest. I have never had hawaiin styled food and i liked how there was a wide varity of hawaiian food for me to try. i enjoyed it all very much. thank you.

First of all, may I just say YUMMM!? If there is one thing that this luau does well, it is the food! The buffet lines were groaning under the weight of all of the delicacies and the tables were laden with a bounty of food. There were tossed, macaroni and shrimp salads, an incredibly yummy fruit salad mixed with haupia, a perfect lomi-lomi salmon (not too salty like how a lot of places make it), some kalua pork which was insanely juicy, of course there was some of the ever-popular mahi-mahi, and my favorite, teriyaki beef that just melted in my mouth! I kept going back for more and even though I was stuffed, I still had enough room for dessert, and thank goodness for that. The guava cake was to-die-for and the macadamia nut cream pie was a little slice of heaven. Yes, it was really THAT good! Out of all the luaus I have to been to so far, the Royal Hawaiian Luau has, by far, the BEST food!

Even elementary school students who found just Waikiki Beach and shopping insufficient were satisfied to go to the bottom of the sea in a real submarine. It's conveniently located for boarding, and it was great to participate as it also healed our tired bodies.

ワイキキビーチやショッピングだけでは物足りない小学生も、本物の潜水艦で海の底に行けたのには満足げでした。便利な場所から乗船できるし、疲れた身体も癒されて、参加して良かったです。
