Very disappointing. We had to decide as soon as we got off the bus what time we wanted to be picked up - 10 AM or 12 noon. Had we known how long it would take us to actually get into the water, we would have chosen noon! We were picked up at 7 AM, got to the Bay about 7:45, had to stand in line to get tickets, wait our turn to see a required film (very good actually), and then walk about 10 minutes down to the Bay, and then stand in another line to get a locker for our bags. We did not get into the water until almost 8:45, more than an hour after we had been picked up. THEN, we find our that the snorkel/mask ensemble was so inflexible that we could not get it to work properly! The mouthpiece was too rigid, would not form a tight seal and kept pulling to one side, and my husband's snorkel actually kept coming unhooked from the mask! Had we known this, we would have bought our own equipment at the ABC store for $10 and actually been able to snorkel! As it was, we spent until 9:30 trying to get the equipment to fit, and then had to head back to the bus for the 10 AM pick-up. Had the connection between the mouthpiece and the snorkel tube been accordion-like and flexible, it would have been a lot better. If you plan to go on this trip, bring your own equipment and be prepared to not get into the water right away. The Bay is beautiful and the water was wonderful, but our experience with the inflexible pick up time and equipment was not wonderful!

wish I could have went snorkeling but due to a sewage spill it didn't happen but hey its happened but I'm not mad !!!!!! this place was very nice about contacting me and making sure I received my money back on time!!

Last time, I watched the fireworks from Mai Tai on Friday night, but this time, I recommend the sunset!

Was it because of the sunset? We waited over 30 minutes before departure, but we got to see a beautiful sunset. The crew was very friendly, and they kept refilling our wine, which made us very satisfied. It's a great tour for those who enjoy drinking.

日の入りの関係か？出航まで30分以上待たされましたが、綺麗なサンセットが見れました。クルーたちも大変気さくで、ワインのお代わりもいっぱい注いでもらい大満足でした。お酒好きにはお得なツアーです。

My fiancé & I absolutely loved every second of this sunset cruise. The staff is fantastic, the drinks are amazing, & the views are just perfect. We have already decided on our next trip, we will for sure be doing this again. If you're smart, you'll take them up on the offer prior to boarding the boat. They offer a shaker with a house cocktail which you get before boarding to pregame but it also gets you on the boat before anybody else (plus the drink is so so good)

I had the best time surrounded by the beautiful blue sea, the wind, and the sunny Hawaiian weather. Honestly, I usually get seasick on cruises, so I was hesitant, but I'm really glad I took the plunge and signed up for this truly Hawaiian tour. There were about three groups of Japanese people as well. The speed wasn't too fast, so even small children were enjoying themselves. I highly recommend it! (*^^*)

美しい青い海と風とハワイらしい太陽とお天気に恵まれて最高の時間を過ごせました。正直私は必ずクルーズは酔うので苦手だったのですが本当にハワイらしいツアーで思いきって申込して良かったです。日本人も3組位いらっしゃいました。そんなにスピードが出るわけではないので小さいお子さんも楽しまれてましたよ。是非お薦めです(*^^*)

I have been coming to Hawaii for over 10 years and have experienced various activities, but it was a reasonable and exciting experience. I was able to see a honu (sea turtle), but it would have been amazing to see dolphins.

ハワイには10年以上来ており、いろいろアクティビティーも体験しましたがリーズナブルでエキサイティングな経験でした。
ホヌには会えたけどイルカに会えたら最高でした。

I've been on several snorkel day boat trips and this was one of the best. The turtles were amazing and we're all around us. We also had a wonderful sail as well. Captain and crew were Friendly and helpful. Price was great. Loved it!

You can enjoy a lively atmosphere that feels like "The America" since Japanese is not widely understood here. In Waikiki, there are many Japanese people, but here you can relax and high-five with people from various countries and share lots of laughs. It definitely feels like a great experience.

日本語が通じないので、ザ☆アメリカというノリのいい雰囲気を楽しめます。
ワイキキだと日本人が多いけど、ここではいろんな国の人とのんびりハイタッチしたり、大笑いしたり。
かなり乗ってよかった感があります。

I participated in a tour during Silver Week. The sunset viewed from the catamaran and the Waikiki sunset were amazing. The Mai Tai was a bit weak in alcohol but still delicious. I switched to beer and enjoyed a few Mai Tais along with some beer. We encountered some rain and got soaked, but that was part of the fun. It was a very enjoyable two hours.

The only downside was that although the meeting time was set for 5 PM, when I asked the staff before 5 PM, they said, "We won't check in for another 20 minutes," and we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before departure. I wish I could have done more shopping during that time, so I deducted one star for that. However, it was such a fun tour that I almost forgot about that.

シルバーウィークにツアーに参加してきました。
カタマランから見るサンセット、ワイキキの夕日、　最高でした。
マイタイもアルコールが薄いけれども　おいしかったです。
ビールへの変更もでき、マイタイ数杯と、ビールを飲んできました。
途中で雨に会い、びしょ濡れになりましたが、これも醍醐味。
とても楽しい2時間でした。
ただマイナス点は、集合時間が5時になっていたのに、5時前に係りの人に尋ねると、「後20分くらいしないとチェックしない」と言われ、出航まで結局 30分近く待っていました。
それならもっと買い物したかったのに、、、と時間がすこしもったいなかったのでマイナス星１つです。
でもそれを忘れるくらいたのしいツアーでした。

On the evening of our arrival in Honolulu, we boarded the Mai Tai Catamaran. A nice breeze was blowing, and it was perfect cruising weather with big waves. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful sunset with cocktails in hand, accompanied by a lively crew and great background music. I will definitely ride again!

ホノルル到着日の夕方にマイタイ・カタマラン号に乗り込みました。良い風が吹き、波も大きなクルーズ日和。ノリの良いクルーとBGMでカクテル片手に素晴らしいサンセットを心行くまで楽しみました。また絶対乗ります！

The helicopter ride took about 30mins which is really not enough to see Honolulu and around. The pilot was great but he only flew over certain areas once so only people at certain side could see and take pictures. I was expecting him to turn around 360 so everybody can take pictures. Great views of Waikiki, Honolulu, Diamond Head.

The service was excellent, and the food, especially the truffle mashed potatoes, was delicious. The show was lively and enjoyable, with many non-Japanese audience members present.

サービスはとても良く、食事は特にトリュフ入りのマッシュポテトが美味でした。
ショーは観客にたくさんの日本人以外の方がいらっしゃったので盛り上がり楽しかったです。

I would highly recommend the Navatek Dinner Cruise. My husband and I both chose a chicken entree and it was fabulous. The staff was friendly and fun. The entertainment was awesome. This was our second time on board and we will definitely do it again. Thanks Navatek!!

It seems that the cruise on Saturday coincided with a local anniversary gathering, resulting in quite a crowd. There was also a group of about eight Japanese people from a company trip in the Kansai area. The crew was all very friendly, and we had a great time. The boat goes quite fast. Since we departed in the evening, it was a great idea to bring a long-sleeved shirt. We were able to take some lovely sunset photos. Since there was an all-you-can-drink option, be aware that while there are restrooms available, my husband and son mentioned that it might be a bit difficult for women to use them.

土曜日のクルーズと言う事と、地元の人の記念日の集まりにも重なったようで、かなりの人出でした。関西方面の会社の社員旅行の8名ほどの日本人のグループもご一緒でした。クルーは全員大変にフレンドリーで楽しめました。船はかなりスピードが出ます。夕方出発と言う事もあり、長そでを一枚持って行って大正解。素敵なサンセットの写真も撮れました。飲み放題と言う事もあり、飲み過ぎてしまうとトイレもありますが、女性はちょっと入りにくいだろうと、主人や息子の感想でしたのでご注意を。

Last year, I attended the "VIP Dinner & Cocktail Show," and both the food and the show were excellent, so I was determined to end my last night in Oahu here. This year, I upgraded to the "Green Room & Dinner Show." Unexpectedly, I was able to participate through a monitor tour.

Before entering the venue, I handed over my voucher at the reception and received a neck strap pass. At that moment, I felt like Cinderella. A charming and elegant prince guided us to the Green Room. There was drink service, but there wasn't much time to relax and enjoy. On that day, there were three other participants besides us. We sat on the white sofa indoors and took some photos.

After that, we were guided through the stage setup, lighting, costumes, props, and dressing rooms with clear explanations. I felt like a star on the empty stage and took a snapshot there too! Thanks to the backstage tour, I found the show I usually watch casually even more interesting, with quick costume changes and surfboards crossing the stage.

The dinner featured tender steak and mashed potatoes, which were delicious. The tasty bread was available for seconds. The salmon and lobster had a slightly fishy taste. The dessert was quite sweet, but it paired perfectly with the coffee.

The show featured Elvis, Michael, and Little Richard. Since I had familiarized myself with the lyrics beforehand, I was even more moved than last time. The dancers, including those performing Tahitian hula, delivered sharp performances that transported me to a dream! Especially the fire dancer's powerful and beautiful dance is something words can't express. You must experience it for yourself.

昨年参加した≪VIPディナー＆カクテルショー≫が食事、ショー共に内容がとても良かったので、オアフ最後の夜は絶対ここで締めようと思っていました。
今年は≪グリーンルーム＆ディナーショー≫にグレードアップ。思いがけずモニターツアーで参加出来ました。

会場に入る前に受付でバウチャーを渡し、ネックストラップのパスを受け取ります。この瞬間からシンデレラに変身？上品で素敵な王子様がグリーンルームに案内してくれます。ドリンクのサービスが有りますが、のんびり楽しむ程の時間はありません。当日は私達の他に３人の参加が有りました。室内の白いソファに腰掛け写真を撮ってもらいました。

その後、舞台装置や照明、衣装、小道具、楽屋などを分かりやすい説明を交え案内してくれました。まだ誰もいない舞台でスターになった気分でここでもパチリ！スターの早変わりや舞台を横切るサーフボードなどバックステージツアーのおかげで普段何気なく見ているショーが一層、面白く感じました。

ディナーの柔らかいステーキとマッシュポテトが美味しい。これまた美味しいパンはおかわり
できます。サーモンとロブスターは少し生臭い気がしました。デザートはかなり甘いのですが
珈琲とベストマッチです。

エルビス・マイケル・リトルリチャード３人のショーでした。前もって代表的な歌詞の内容を把握して行ったので、前回以上に感激しました。
タヒチアンフラを含めダンサー達の切れの良いパフォーマンスにしばし夢の中！特にファイアーダンサーの力強く美しいダンスはとても口では表現できません。是非ご自身で感じてください。

I got bored during the show.
There wasn't much to eat. If you miss the first round, there's nothing left.
The seating is arranged in two rows in a U-shape with the stage in the center. The front row seems to be reserved for guests, so you can't sit there even if you arrive early.
You have to wait until the people in the front row finish before you can go to the buffet.
It's expensive for what you get, but since it's the Hilton, I suppose that's to be expected.
It became a memorable family trip.

ショーは途中で飽きちゃいました。
食事は食べるのもがあまりない。最初に取り損ねるともうありません。
席は２列でコの字でステージが中央にある。前列は宿泊者専用なのか早くても座れません。
バイキングの取りに行く順番も前列の席の人が終わってからじゃないといけません。
値段の割には高いですがヒルトンなので仕方が無いと思います。
家族旅行の記念にはなりました。

I made a reservation because I wanted to see hula (since it feels like Hawaii). The food was quite delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. Additionally, it was fun to see various Polynesian dances, not just hula. The Tahitian performance was the most exciting, and my dad was invited on stage to dance, which made for a fun experience. Since we chose the standard seating, the stage was a bit far, but they danced facing different directions, so it was enjoyable even from the side. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth the cost.

フラが見たくて（ハワイっぽいから）予約しました。食事も結構美味しかったし、雰囲気も良かった。それに、フラだけではなくポリネシアンのいろいろなダンスが見られて楽しかった。タヒチは一番盛り上がり、うちのパパは誘われてステージにあがって踊らされ、楽しく過ごせた。スタンダードにしたのでステージは少し遠かったけど、いろいろな方向を向いてダンスしてくれていたので正面じゃなくても楽しめる内容だった。少し割高だけど、値段だけのことはあると思いました。

We participated as a family of three. Unfortunately, due to the poor weather and high waves, some people became unwell. However, the boarding area was good, taking less than 10 minutes from the Royal Hawaiian Center. I think it's very nice that you can interact with other travelers since it's a shared experience.

Depending on the weather, it could be the best experience!

3家族で参加しました。天候が芳しくなく波が高かった為、体調不良者も出て残念でした。
しかし、乗船場もロイヤルハワイアンセンターから10分掛からずにＧＯＯＤ。乗り合いの為、他の旅行者とも交流ができる点は非常に良いと思います。

天候次第では最高になると思います！！

Overall we had a good time at the Luau. I felt the food was pretty good with the exception of the fish not being cooked enough but the wife felt the food was lacking a fair bit. The show was very enjoyable and entertaining. Met some great folks at the table with us and overall really enjoyed the show.

Fabulous trip. Professional staff. Great snorkels and goggles. Safe. Loads of turtles to see. Really special way to see Waikiki and turtle canyon

All staff were professional and helpful and had a great time. The only thing was one of the gals helping had her whole but showing and thought that was unprofessional. I don't mind some butt showing but the whole thing?

Wonderful food, entertainment. Loved the dancing afterwards. Friendly crew, my daughter said our waiter Chad was a 'hottie'.

I had decided during my last trip that I would definitely go see this next time, and my wish came true. The newlyweds who joined us were friendly and refreshing, which was great.

As for the show, perhaps my expectations were too high... ^^; Michael Jackson was amazing, but I thought Elvis could have been even more over-the-top.

I believe there was an announcement that photography was allowed as long as no flash was used, but I was taking pictures without flash and was still told off by a staff member. I wonder why that happened?

前回の旅行時点で次は絶対見に行こうと決めていて念願がかないました。
同席した新婚さんも気さくで爽やかな方達で良かったです。
ショーの感想ですが期待が大きすぎたせいか・・・^^;
マイケル・ジャクソンは素晴らしかったですがエルビスはもっとオーバーアクションでも良かったと思いました。

フラッシュを使わなければ撮影OKとアナウンスがあったと思いましたが、フラッシュ無しで撮影してたのに係の人に注意されましたが何故でしょう？

The day we participated, there was hardly any wind, so it didn't sway at all! However, since it's a small boat, it seemed like it would sway a lot on windy days. After the ride, the boat quickly heads back, so if you want to take pictures with the boat, make sure to do it beforehand or get off the boat early!

わたしたちが参加した日は全然風がなくて揺れませんでした！ただ、大きくない船なので風の強い日はすごく揺れそうでした。乗り終わった後はさっさと船は帰って行ってしまうので船とともに写真を撮りたい方は先に撮っておくか早い目に船から降りましょう！

I signed up for SUP. As others have mentioned, the meeting point is hard to find. I registered with three other people, and while the other members rented rash guards, for some reason, I was not provided one. Then, just when I thought the lesson was starting, it unexpectedly turned into a surfing lesson. I thought it might be similar to SUP for a while and continued with the lesson, but it felt off, so I approached the instructor, who admitted there had been a misunderstanding. Despite having properly handed over the printed VERTRA voucher, I find it puzzling how such a simple mistake could occur. After that, we had to exchange equipment, resulting in about 15 minutes of lost time. Honestly, I wanted our precious time back. The instructor conducted the lesson 99% in English. Even when I asked questions in Japanese, I was told they didn't understand. It was labeled as "beginner-friendly," but the waves were much stronger than I imagined, and we had to paddle quite far out, which was incredibly scary for a beginner like me. The instructor kept gesturing for me to hurry up as I was lagging behind, but it was truly impossible for me to keep up. I was so frightened that I couldn't even stand. If we were going that far out, I think they should at least provide life jackets. The fear of whether the instructor would actually help me, who wasn't even wearing the rash guard, in case of an emergency made me give up after a few minutes. When I tried to paddle in shallower water for some fun, another staff member came to collect the equipment, and it was a forced end to my experience. There were several instructors available, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem, but I ended up spending a very boring time. Although it was supposed to last 1.5 hours, it actually ended in about an hour. Later, I rented equipment personally at another place and had fun.

ほかの方も書かれていますが、集合場所がわかりにくいですね。
４人で申し込み、他のメンバーにはラッシュガードをレンタルしていましたが、なぜか私には貸し出されませんでした。
そして、いざレッスンが始まったと思ったらなぜかサーフィンのレッスンがスタートしました。
途中までサーフィンと同じ要領なのかと思い、しばらくそのままレッスンを受けていましたが、やはりおかしいと思いインストラクターに申し出ると、勘違いしていたとのこと。
こちらはプリントアウトしたVERTRAのバウチャーをしっかり渡しているのにも関わらず、なぜこんな単純なミスが起きるのか不思議で仕方がありません。
そこからまた道具を交換して・・・そんなこんなで１５分ほどのロスタイム。
正直、私たちの貴重な時間を返して欲しいと思いました。
インストラクターは99%英語でのレッスンです。
日本語で質問しても、分からないと言われます。
【初心者向け】と記載してありますが、想像より波もかなりあり、かなり沖の方まで移動するので、初心者の私にしたら、とてつもなく怖かったです。
インストラクターに遅れて漕いでいると「早く来い」と何度もジェスチャーで呼ばれるのですが、本当に無理です。ついていけません。
足がすくみ、立つことすらできませんでした。
あんなに沖に出るならライフジャケットくらい貸してくれれば良いと思うのですが。
万が一のとき、ここのラッシュガードすら着ていない私を、果たしてインストラクターは助けてくれるのかという恐怖も重なり、数分でリタイアしました。
浅いところでパドルして楽しもうと思ったら、別のスタッフに道具を回収され、強制終了でした。
何人も手空きのインストラクターもいたので、問題ないと思ったのですが、とても退屈な時間を過ごしました。
所要時間1.5時間とありますが、実際１時間ほどで終了しました。
後日、別のところで個人的に道具だけレンタルして楽しみました。

While enjoying the view of Diamond Head on the left, we gradually headed out to sea. After the midway point, we picked up speed and battled some larger waves, returning to Waikiki in about an hour and a half.

It was an 11:00 departure, and we were blessed with beautiful weather that day; the stunning ocean left a lasting impression.

This is a recommended tour that allows you to experience the waters of Hawaii easily and safely.

If I go to Hawaii again, I will definitely include this in my plans. Next time, I would like to try the sunset tour as well.

左手にダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めつつ徐々に沖に出て
中盤以降は速度を出し、やや大きな波と格闘し、
1時間半ほどでワイキキに戻ってきます。

11:00の便でしたが、当日は天候に恵まれ、
とにかくとても美しい海が印象的でした。

手軽で安全にハワイの海を感じられる
お勧めのツアーです。

またハワイに行くことがあれば
必ず予定に組み込むと思います。
今度はサンセットも試してみたいです。
