I tend to get seasick, so I was a bit worried, but there was no problem at all. It was mystical to see the turtles swimming and the schools of fish. Also, the view of the coastal hotels when returning from the sea was lovely. I think it's a sight you don't get to see often!

船酔いするタイプなので、ちょっと心配でしたが全く問題ありませんでした。
亀が泳ぐ姿や魚の群れが見れて神秘的でした。
また、沖から戻る際に見えた海岸ホテル群の景色が素敵です。なかなか見れない景色だと思いますよ！

Great crew. Beautiful day. Beautiful catamaran! Wish I could've done the Sunset Cruise as well.

Missed the boat by 5 minutes. Couldn't find exact location. Tried to move the tour to another night but no response or effort. Didn't get refunded and over all lost $200. We are tourists and made an honest mistake on our end. Wishes there was an effort on there end.

This was my third experience, so I didn't have the strong impression I had the first time, but my friends who experienced it for the first time seemed to find it fresh and were very happy. They shared that it was a top-class event during our seven-night stay in Hawaii. As the one who invited them on this trip, I felt very pleased about that. Since it was muddy from the rain, the horses were slipping, which seemed to add to the thrill.

私自身は３度目の体験ですので、最初の時の強い印象はありませんが、今回初めて体験した友人夫婦には新鮮であったようでとても喜んでくれました。今回の７泊のハワイでのイベントのトップクラスと感想を伝えてくれました。その事が、今回の旅行を誘った私としては嬉しく思います。雨でぬかるんでいたため、馬が足を滑らせていたため、余計スリルに溢れていたようです。

The meeting place is at the ocean side exit of the Outrigger Reef Hotel. From there, head left along the beach until you reach the area with an orange umbrella and a flag with the tour company's name on it. It's quite hard to find. When I arrived before the meeting time of 2:30, I was told that the boat hadn't arrived yet, and we would meet again at 2:45. After waiting a bit longer, we finally set sail around 3:15. There were a group of ladies typical of Western tourists, a few couples, and families on board. The announcements on the boat were only in English. I had imagined a boat speeding through the blue sea, but it was more about enjoying drinks and music at a leisurely pace. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and instead of the blue sea, it rained at times, which was disappointing, but overall, it was still a pleasant experience. The ladies seemed to have a great time requesting their favorite songs and dancing.

集合場所はアウトリガーリーフホテルの海側の出口から出て砂浜を左に進み、オレンジのパラソルと催行会社名の入った旗が壁に貼ってあるところです。結構わかりにくいです。集合時間の2:30より前に行ったところ船がまだ来ないから45分にまた集合と言われ、再度行きましたがそこからもだいぶ待ちました。出航したのは結局15時15分頃だったかな？欧米人らしいおばさま集団と、数組の夫婦、ファミリーなど。船内の案内は英語のみです。青い海を風をきって走る船をイメージしてたのですが、ゆっくり走りながらお酒と音楽を楽しむ、というものでした。天候に恵まれず青い海どころか雨が降ったりしたので残念ですが、それなりに気持ちは良かったです。おばさま方は好きな曲をリクエストして踊ってとっても楽しそうでしたよ。

I participated with a friend. It was a pleasant cruise that really made me feel like I was in Hawaii. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but they would greet us using the Japanese words they knew. The music, the refreshing evening sea breeze, and the sunset created a luxurious experience.

友人と2人で参加しました。ハワイに来たなぁって感じがする気持ちいいクルーズでした。日本語が話せるスタッフはいませんが、知ってる日本語の単語で声をかけてくれたりします。音楽と夕方の気持ちよい海風とサンセットは贅沢な時間でした。

Although I had a little surfing experience in Japan, it was my first time riding waves in Waikiki, especially on a reef! At 49 years old and lacking in stamina, I was exhausted from paddling! During those times, the kind and strong Adam helped me by pulling my board with his feet multiple times! Thanks to Adam, I was able to catch many great waves! Thank you so much! (*^^*)

日本で少しだけサーフィン経験はあったものの、ワイキキ、しかもリーフで波に乗るのは初めて！
49歳、体力の無い私はパドリングで力を使いクタクタに！そんな時優しく力強いアダムさんが足でボードを引っ張り何度も助けてくれました！アダムさんのおかげで、たくさんいい波に乗れました！本当にありがとう(*^^*)

Overall it was a fun activity. Clean boat, good drinks, friendly staff, etc. However it was a bit presumptuous on their part to require your picture be taken for an upsell opportunity before you could board the boat. They had all the guests lined up for pictures like grade school photo day. Cheesy! Then of course after the cruise came the sales pitch the second you stepped back on shore. I was literally chased down the beach....LOL. Well it is the 21st century now, so many of us just used our smart phones instead at no additional cost. Other than this odd irritation I had an enjoyable cruise. Thank you.

Stand-up surfing was easy and fun. However, it was advertised as about 90 minutes, but it ended after 60 minutes.

スタンドアップサーフィンは簡単でしたし楽しかったです。ただ90分程度との案内でしたが60分で終わりました。

The Rock-a-Hula Show was fun!! I thought it would just be an impersonation, but the quality was very high and I was satisfied. The food was described as delicious, so I had high expectations, but it felt like what you might find on a typical tour. It might be nice to have partitioned plates. The hula was just okay.

ごはんは、美味しいと書いてあったので期待しすぎてしまいましたがツアーによくありそうな感じでした。仕切りのお皿があるといいかもしれないです。

My husband had a great time during the Fireworks cruise. Even though it felt like a lot of people were on board, everyone had a great vantage point for the fireworks show. Afterwards, we enjoyed boating, the views, and unlimited maitais (as well as other alcoholic drinks). The crew was friendly and check in on us, check in/check out was easy, but I would recommend bringing a light sweater because it does get chilly at night!

Great time, great crew, stunning scenery. They don't overcrowd the boat so there is plenty of room to move around. The crew makes the evening entertaining by socializing and they take pictures on request.

This is my third time in Hawaii, and I attended the show on the last night. This was my first time seeing the show, and the impersonator of Celine Dion had a wonderful singing voice. In particular, the segment about Elvis reminded me of watching the live broadcast in Honolulu on TV when I was in middle school, and it was very moving. This show is not just an impersonator show; it can be enjoyed as an entertainment show, and I believe it is worth attending at least once.

このショーは初めてですが，
セリーヌ・ディオンのそっくりさんの歌声は大変よかったです。
特にエルビスについては，過去のホノルルでの生中継を中学生
の時にテレビで見た記憶が思い出され，大変感動しました。
今回のショーは，単なるそっくりさんのショーでは無く，エン
ターテイメントのショーとして楽しめるものであり，一度は参
加する価値はあると思います。

Should be adults only since it is open bar, but it is amazing. A must do activity.

The water was a little rough, but signs were posted every where to be careful. The lifeguard made an announcement & everything was fine.

I participated to see the fireworks. The last time I joined, it was a daytime cruise, but this time it was my first night cruise. The atmosphere was completely different, and I really enjoyed it. The fireworks viewed from the boat were amazing, and I also enjoyed a delicious Mai Tai! It seemed like we took a route that we didn't go on during the daytime cruise, going all the way to Ala Moana and the harbor side, which allowed us to see a wonderful atmosphere that we usually don't get to experience.

花火を見るために参加しました。
以前参加した時は、昼間のクルーズだったのですが、今回は初めての夜のクルーズ。全く雰囲気も違うし、楽しめました。
船から見る花火は最高で、マイタイも美味しく頂きました！昼間のクルーズでは行かないルートを通ったのか、アラモアナ、ハーバー側にまで行ってくれて、普段見れない雰囲気も見ることができてステキでした。

Took the Hidden Oahu doors off flight with Jim. It was AMAZING!!! Jim is fantastic and the views are amazing. If you're going to take a helicopter ride, you definitely want to go Doors Off!

We would like to thank the staff of veltra for their outstanding services with helping making our dream vacation a reality, we really enjoyed the Dinner Cruise - the staff on the boat were perfect, dinner was delicious, show was very enjoyable!

Fun way to spend a friday evening. Great sailing experience. Met some other friendly travellers. The drinks were certainly flowing! If I were to do it again I would have 2 shakers, instead of 3!!

The all-you-can-drink option is great, and the crew is friendly. The space is a bit cramped, but there is a restroom available. However, it can be slightly visible from outside, so it's better for women to take care of that before boarding.

飲み放題もついいてクルーも気さくで少し狭いですがトイレもついていていますが外から若干見えてしまいますので女性の方は乗る前に済ましておいた方が良いです

Very friendly and knowledgable staff at Waikki Diving. I would recommend this to anyone that loves the water or has interest in becoming a certified diver! Thanks for the great day!!

The show was great!!! Michael Jackson..was on point... I would definitely recommend this show and watch it again.

It was a very valuable experience since it was the first time for the whole family on a submarine. The guide also made jokes in Japanese, so we had a fun time throughout. It was a bit disappointing that there weren't many fish, though.

家族全員が初めての潜水艦だったのでとても貴重な体験ができました、ガイドの方も日本語で冗談を交えて案内してくれたので終始楽しい時間でした、魚があまりいなかったのが少し残念でした。。

The instructors were amazing and extremely patient! They made surfing very easy and fun for us. It was all of our first time surfing and it won't be the last!

I wanted to see the fireworks from the seaside on Friday, so I participated. The ship was fully booked, and the buffet guests and lobster dinner guests were on the same floor. Buffet guests could quickly grab their food and leave, but those having the lobster dinner had to wait for their meals to be served, which took quite a bit of time.

The ship isn't that large, so even without a window seat, there was plenty of opportunity to see the outside scenery, which was nice. I was told that the window seats were fully booked, so I couldn't request one, but I was lucky enough to have a window seat.

When asked if I would go again, I think I would prefer to go to a restaurant at the Hilton to watch the fireworks instead. I think once is enough for me.

海側から金曜日の花火が見たいと思い、参加しました。船内は満席で、ビュッフェの人とロブスターディナーの人が同じフロアでした。
ビュッフェの人は早く取って、食べて出ていけるのですが、ロブスターディナーの人は料理が運ばれてくるのを待つしかなく・・・結構、時間がかかります。
船はそれほど大きくないので、無理して窓側指定しなくても十分、外の景色が見えて、良い感じでした。うちは窓側が満席ですと言われて指定できなかったんですが、運良く窓側の席でした。
次また行くかと言われると、ヒルトンのレストランに行って、花火を見る方がいいかなと思っています。
1回行けば満足かなと思います。

I participated the day after arriving in Hawaii. There was some rocking, but it was enjoyable, and my mother, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time, was very happy. I would definitely like to participate again.

ハワイ到着の翌日に参加しました。揺れがありましたが、それもまた楽しく、ハワイが初めての母も大変喜んでいました。また、ぜひ参加してみたいです。

Honestly, it was tough for a 47-year-old overweight woman like me. However, since the lesson was in English only, I thought I had to interpret, so I participated. My 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son quickly learned to stand on the board and were surfing stylishly. I was especially glad to see my rebellious daughter working hard with a genuine smile. My son, who isn't very athletic and usually slow, was told, "He has talent. When we go back to Japan, get him a board and a wetsuit," and he seemed motivated by that. If only we lived by the sea... I have been suffering from pain in my left knee and right arm due to physical labor, but I pushed through. However, it was quite a struggle to get back on the board after falling. I took a break before returning to the instructor. When I said, "I'm tired," I was told, "This is a two-hour lesson just to get tired." The instructions were mostly in English, and the instructor, who could speak a little Japanese, only knew phrases like "favorite student," "number one," "paddle right," "turn," and "paddle left." According to the kids, while I was trying, they said, "Mom, bad." But one by one, they praised me as "number one," which lifted my spirits. I finally managed to get on the board twice. A couple watching said, "Nice challenge." After it ended, without a moment to rest, we carried the very heavy board back to the office, which was a five-minute walk. I saw that other groups were being charged $35, but we got it as a gift. Additionally, the kids received a T-shirt each. Did we pay an extra fee for the family private lesson? Maybe they realized I was poor when I said I worked at a market? But they were nice people. That same day, I started feeling muscle pain in my arms, and surfing, which was the most challenging activity for me, became the most unforgettable memory. Above all, the happy faces of my children are treasures. I remember their best smiles along with the pain in my arms. Passive activities are nice, but it feels great to be able to work hard and achieve something. Unfortunately, I think the people at the office assumed I didn't understand English, as they were gossiping about me at first, which felt quite unpleasant. They laughed and said, "Is she?" in a derogatory manner. After choosing surfing shoes, I wasn't told what to do next and was left alone; when I asked, I was just brushed off with a "nice." After a while, a guy conducting group lessons explained things, and once he realized I understood some English, he changed his attitude. They probably made assumptions about me based on my age, but their behavior towards customers was unacceptable. I was ready to complain if that attitude continued, but then our instructor appeared, and he was nice, so I let it go. The unpleasantness from the office staff cost them one star. By the way, one of the women at the office was playing Pokémon Go in front of customers without a care.

正直、４７歳の太ったおばさんにはキツイです。でもレッスンが英語のみなので通訳せねば、と思って一緒にやりました。中２の娘と小６の息子はあっという間にボードの上に立てるようになり、かっこよくサーフィンしていました。特に反抗期の娘がすごく素直な笑顔で頑張っているのをみて、やってよかったと思います。小６の息子もあまり運動神経が良い方ではなく、普段トロいのですが、「彼には才能がある。日本に帰ったらボードとスウェットスーツを買ってもらえ。」と言われてその気になっていました。海辺に住んでたらね…。私は肉体労働で左ひざと右上腕を痛めているのですが、そんなこと言ってられないので、頑張りました。が、落ちてはボードに乗るのに一苦労。先生のところに戻る前に休憩。「疲れた。」と言うと、「疲れたるためだけの２時間レッスン」だと言われました。基本全部英語で、日本語が少しできるという先生は「お気に入り生徒」「１番」「右　こぐ」「まわって」「左　こぐ」くらいでした。子ども達によると私がチャレンジしている間「ママ　バッド」と言っていたそうです。でも順番に全員「１番」とほめてくれて、気分よくしてくれました。私もやっと２回ボードに乗れました。見ていたカップルに「ナイス　チャレンジ」と言われましたよ。終わったあと休む間もなくボードを運び（すごく重いです）、歩いて５分の事務所へ帰る。ＣＤを見て他のグループレッスンの人たちは３５ドルとか言われてましたが、うちはプレゼント。あと、子どもたちにＴ-シャツ１枚ずつプレゼントされました。３人でファミリープライベートレッスンにするのに、追加料金を払ったから？私の仕事を聞かれてマーケットで働いていると言ったから、貧乏なのがわかったから？でもいい人でした。その日のうちから腕の筋肉痛が始まり、サーフィン、私にとっては一番つらいアクティビティだったのに、一番忘れられない思い出になりました。何よりも子どもたちの嬉しそうな顔が宝物です。腕の痛さとともに子ども達の最高の笑顔を思い出します。受動的なアクティビティもいいのですが、やはり、自分が頑張って何かをできるようになるっていいものですね。でも残念なのは事務所の人たちが英語がわからないと思ったのか、最初私の噂話をしていて、かなり感じ悪かったです。「彼女が？」と蔑むように言われて笑われました。サーフィン用のくつを選んだあと、何をするのかも言われず、ほっとかれて、聞いても「ナイス」とごまかされて答えてもらえず。しばらくして、グループレッスンをしているお兄さんが説明してくれて、ある程度英語がわかると思ったら態度を改めていましたが、たぶん年齢とかから私をどんな人物か推測していたのでしょうが、お客様に対してありえない態度でした。その態度が続いたら文句を言おうと思っていましたが、その後私たちの担当だという先生が現れて、感じがよかったのでよしとしました。事務所の人たちの感じ悪さで星１つマイナスです。ちなみに事務所の女性はお客様の前だというのに構わず「ポケモンゴー」をしていました。

A completely different look at what Hawaii has to offer. Very much worthwhile

was a unique experience going underwater. had a lot of windows to look out at all angles and toured many wrecks and reefs. got to see sharks sea turtles and a large assortment of fish. good value
