I was quite anxious about participating alone as a woman and my limited English skills, but surfing in Hawaii was something I had wanted to do for three years, so I decided to go for it!

To my surprise, I heard a lot of Japanese being spoken here and there! Choosing this tour was the right decision. Thanks to the bright and friendly crew, I made wonderful memories in a short time. There were nearly 30 passengers, many of whom were foreigners, and everyone sat in their preferred spots enjoying the cruise. The "Mai Tai" drinks were all-you-can-drink (my husband, who can't handle alcohol, had soft drinks) along with snacks, and the music playing from the boat added to the fun. The boat rocked a lot, but it was fun! Those who are prone to seasickness might struggle. There were only my husband, a girl, and me, the only Japanese people on board. Even without speaking English, we had a great time. Along the way, we saw a rainbow toward Diamond Head! It was so beautiful. The front of the boat gets splashed by the waves, so you will get wet. I was having so much fun that I lost track of what time the sunset was… I didn’t pay much attention since there were a lot of clouds. I recommend this for those who love the ocean and drinks and are okay with being on a boat.

We didn't have high expectations for the food with this plan, so we finished eating in less than 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time enjoying the view from above!

Although it wasn't sunny, I was very moved by the beautiful orange sky, even though we couldn't see the sunset properly. Additionally, the staff took photos for us, and they made sure to get my partner to smile, resulting in some really great pictures! Although there is a fee, the quality is professional, so I recommend purchasing them! (Of course, you can check them first, so if you like them, it's a win!)

また、スタッフの方が写真を撮って下さるのですが、写真でなかなか笑わない彼が硬くならないように笑わせて下さるのでとても良い写真が撮れました！
有料にはなりますがさすがプロなのでとても綺麗な写真になりますので購入をお勧めします！
(もちろん確認ができますので、気に入れば◎)

ただ、天気や風の状況にもよりますがこの日は思ったより揺れがありましたので念の為酔い止めを飲む事をお勧めします。
なかなか乗り物酔いしない私と彼ですが、2人とも外の風を浴びていても少し酔ってしまいました(^_^;)

I participated in the same course last December and had a great experience, so I joined the same course again this time. However, the service from the staff was so terrible that it turned into a nightmare.

There were three of us, and three chairs were prepared, but four plates were set on the table, so we asked for them to be cleared. They took a long time to respond, and another staff member kindly removed them. After that, the main staff member came to our table, glaring at us, saying things like, "I'm the one in charge" and "Don't ask anyone else." They continued to complain as they walked by (unfortunately, I had no trouble with everyday English), broke a glass, and insisted we "finish, finish" while we were still eating, as if they wanted us to hurry up. The timing of the food being served was also much slower than at other tables, and when the steak was served, we had no drinks.

The person at the next table received an apology after breaking a glass, but of course, we were ignored! In the end, we received only one survey form for the three of us, and when they took it, they slammed it down on the table. They probably crumpled the survey as well. If it weren't for being on the ship, I would have left. I was really looking forward to the last day, so it was very disappointing.

I wasted my time and money. While there may be some ups and downs with other tours, the cost of this experience was far too high. I hope for a more professional attitude in customer service. I would like to see a satisfactory explanation after reviewing the survey.

The venue is on the rooftop of the 6th floor, and every visitor is given a fresh flower lei, which you can take back to Japan. It was very beautiful, and I was able to observe the seabed slowly. Along the way, I also saw sea turtles and many fish, which made me satisfied.

The boat to the submarine was very rocky, and I ended up feeling seasick. On the way back, we stopped on the water for about 10 minutes before heading to the port for photo sales, which made me feel sick again.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience that I wouldn't normally have.

I have been to Hawaii many times, but this time I challenged myself to try surfing for the first time! I decided to join the tour after reading the reviews. Since I wasn't sure about the location of the lesson, I opted for the pickup service, but I think I could go there on my own next time. Although the lesson wasn't in Japanese, there was someone who could instruct in Japanese! Moreover, it was a surprising reunion with someone I had met multiple times in the past at a certain place. I realized that it required more physical strength than I had imagined. I haven't mastered surfing completely, so I would like to participate in this tour again when I have the chance. Even as a beginner, they provide proper instruction, so I was able to stand up a few times. It was fun!

今まで何度もハワイへ行っていますが、今回、初サーフィンに挑戦！！こちらの口こみをみて、ツアー参加を決めました。
レッスン場所の位置がわからなかったので、送迎ありにしましたが、次回参加するときは自分達で行けると思う場所にありました。日本語レッスンにはしていませんでしたが、日本語で指導していただける方！！しかも、とある所で過去に何回もお会いしている方で、ビックリの再会でした。想像していたより、体力を使うことがわかりました。全部サーフィンをマスターしたわけではないので、また機会をみて、このツアーに参加したいと思います。確かに初めてでも、ちゃんと指導してくれるので、何回かは、立てます。楽しかったです。

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the snorkel catamaran. The boat crew was not only incredibly informative on use of equipment, but ensured first time
Snorkelers like ourselves had adequate support. They were also pretty comical as well! Seeing the sea turtles was awesome! One crew member even dove down to to the reef to retrieve my dropped cell phone! I had so many priceless photos and memories from my Dad’s funeral on the phone, that I would not have been able to replace them. Thank you for the incredible experience.

The last time I went to Hawaii, I enjoyed a dinner cruise where I could relax and savor my meal while cruising, but this sailing experience made me feel even closer to the ocean. It was truly wonderful to be splashed by the waves and to connect with nature! I could feel the ocean's blue up close, the wind on my skin, and the pleasant buzz from the Mai Tai and beer added to the sense of freedom. The sailing staff were very friendly and even danced with us, which made it so much fun! I definitely want to do this again when I go back to Hawaii!

前回ハワイへ行った時はディナークルーズに乗りゆっくり食事をしながらクルージングを楽しみましたが、このセイリングはもっと海を身近に感じ、特には波しぶきもかぶり自然と対話する素晴らしいものでした！
