At first, it was calm, and we were having fun with the gentle rocking, but as we went further out to sea, it started to sway quite a bit, which was a little scary and I felt slightly seasick (I had taken motion sickness medication). However, the crew mentioned that it was a windy day, so I think it will sway a lot on windy days.

It's about a one-hour cruise, but I recommend being prepared for some rocking on windy days. On the bright side, all the crew members were very kind and friendly! They communicated a lot with us, and the interior of the ship was clean.

In our small group of 13, we could clearly hear the staff's explanations. At other times, it seemed to be fully booked with about 50 people.

I felt that this show was a bit lacking compared to other Cirque du Soleil performances, but I would recommend it to those who are seeing Cirque du Soleil for the first time. It wasn't difficult at all, and we had a great time. We paddled out a bit with the oars to turn around, and when a good wave came, we paddled really fast in sync with the calls. Once we caught the wave, we stopped paddling and glided on the wave at quite a speed. The sun was strong out on the ocean, but once we were riding the wave, the wind hitting our faces felt really nice and refreshing. We got to do it three times, which was amazing! If I come to Hawaii again, I will definitely do it again.

However, the venue was very cold due to the air conditioning, so I brought a blanket with me, just in case. The venue isn't very large, so I think you can enjoy it from any seat, even from the back.
