The crew was very kind and the trip was amazing. Perfect view of Waikiki, the people surfing and doing other activities, Diamond Head and the sunset. If I go back to Hawaii I would book again the trip.

We chose the sunset cruise. Upon arrival we were a bit concerned about the surf as it was pretty rough for this time of the year. I asked the captain about it, and he said they would have no issue. We left the harbor, and the waves were pretty good size. The boat cut through them with no issues. The boat is a good size, about 35' x 55', and we were able to get up and walk around and take some great pictures. We took our own cocktails, and the crew had an ice chest to store them. The crew was very friendly, and the cruise was very relaxing. it was the best money spent while on our vacation.

This was such a great way to experience the fireworks! The moment we walked up we were greeted and we got to take picture! The staff was friendly and the drinks were great. This cruise is for everyone couples, family and friends. It was very romantic for me and my fiancé. The overall experience was worth it! After the show they played music and folks were dancing.

My adult daughter and teenage son and I had an amazing time. From the warm welcoming from the hula dancers and music being played to the staff. I had a reserved table with the view of the water. Beautiful set up. The food was delicious and beautiful presentation. Our waiter was very attentive. Enjoyed the dancers/performance and music. The fireworks show from Waikiki because it was on a Friday night was absolutely beautiful while being on the water. The fireworks were okay wished it was more of them but it was nice just the same. I highly recommend this cruise. We went in July 2022

We went there as a pair. I showed the receptionist the screen from Veltra to communicate that we had a reservation, but she didn't seem to understand well. We were guided to our seats, but I was looking forward to seeing the live performance, and from my position, I could only see part of the instruments at the edge of the stage due to the building's wall.

Only the regular menu was left on the table, and we were left waiting. After a while, a male staff member came, and when I showed him the Veltra reservation again, he understood. I was asked which main dish I wanted, but nothing was asked about the appetizers, and they just brought two types without any discussion. For dessert, it was written on Veltra that we could choose from three options, but without being asked, two types were automatically brought to us.

All the dishes were delicious and the portions were generous.

In terms of location, it was by the poolside surrounded by hotels, and we could hear the voices of children playing, so it wasn't a quiet atmosphere with a view of the sea and live music.

受付の女性にベルトラの画面を見せて予約してある事を伝えましたが、よくわかっていなさそうでした。
席に案内されましたが、ライブ見られると楽しみにしてたのですが私の位置からは建物の壁でステージ端っこの楽器一部しか見えず・・

席には普通のメニューのみ置かれていてそのまま放置。しばらくすると男性スタッフが来たので
もう一度ベルトラのを見せると理解してくれました。
メインをどれにするかは聞かれましたが、前菜に関しては何も聞かれず、普通に2種類持ってこられました。
デザートもベルトラの内容には3種類から選べるように書かれていましたが、聞かれる事なく2種類が自動的に運ばれてきました。

料理はどれも美味しく量も多かったです。

ロケーション的にはホテルに囲まれたプールサイドにあり、子供達の遊ぶ声などもするので
海が見えてライブ音楽で静かな感じ〜とかではなかったです。

Amazing experience. Great crew and the food. It's worth it.

From check in to the end this was well organized. We loved our waiter, how our table was set for us, delicious drinks. The show while we ate our dinner was amazing they did a wonderful job, the music was also pleasant, and dessert was yummy, the view is breathtaking. We went in July so we did not need sweaters of any kind. We did not know if we'd get motion sickness, so we still took some dramamine an hour before and we did just fine. We also loved our picture a memory that we will forever have with us, worth the price!

This is such a fun cruise. I’ve done it several times and look forward to it every visit. The crew is great! We’ve met some really cool people on this cruise. A great family adventure.

I wanted to see the Hilton fireworks, so I decided to join the dinner cruise the night before. I'm glad I could sign up on such short notice.

Every time I come to Hawaii, I've booked a dinner cruise, but honestly, I was surprised by the small boat and that dinner was a bento box. I was the only Japanese person who couldn't speak English well, and I was worried about what would happen if something went wrong. However, when I communicated my concerns to the staff, they reassured me that it would be fine and encouraged me to enjoy myself. They also made sure to take care of my drinks.

In the end, the bento box, which I was initially surprised by, turned out to be delicious on the boat, and I was able to eat it all. The fireworks were beautiful, and overall, I had a great time participating. (Having two drinks also lifted my spirits, haha!)

ヒルトンの花火が見たくて前日の夜でしたが、思い立って参加しました。急でも申し込めてよかったです。
毎回ハワイに来た時はディナークルーズを申し込んでいたのですが、正直小さい船（ボート？）でびっくりして、ディナーもお弁当なのがびっくりしました。
日本人でまともに英語が喋れないのが私一人だけで、何かあった時に困るのでスタッフに伝えると問題ないですよ、楽しみましょうって言ってくれて、飲み物等も気を遣ってもらえました。
結局びっくりしたお弁当も船の上だと増し増しで美味しくて、全部食べられました。
花火もきれいで、総じて楽しんで参加できました。（お酒2杯で気分が上がったのもありますw）

Lots of fun! Crew was entertaining, very nice and good at refilling drinks as needed. Perfect amount of time on boat. Sunset was beautiful!

My family had a wonderful experience with star cruise. Great food, very accommodating staff, great show and best of all is the sunset. And to top it all, great fireworks to end the night. Just make sure you book on a Friday to see the fireworks.

I took the Red Line Trolley from Waikiki and got off at the King Kamehameha statue, aiming for Aloha Tower while sightseeing. Many shops in the nearby mall seemed to be closed, possibly due to the impact of COVID-19, and I had trouble finding a restroom. At check-in, I presented the voucher on my phone, and after the usual photo session, we boarded the ship. For us, who didn't need a dinner that was too much to eat, one drink was sufficient. (You can order drinks on board. There was a Japanese staff member, so I think it's fine even if you can't speak English.) It seemed that many of the other passengers were tourists from the mainland United States. There was a restroom on the ship, but it wasn't very clean. We moved from Pier 6 near Aloha Tower out towards Waikiki, making a U-turn just before Diamond Head to return. During sunset, the lights of Waikiki and the sunset were very beautiful. Since it was windy, a light jacket is necessary. A little before disembarking, a staff member will ask if you'd like to buy the photos taken before boarding, either as data or printed. We purchased a cheap printed photo. (I think it was around $25 in cash.) After disembarking, we returned to Waikiki by The Bus.

ワイキキからレッドライントロリーで、カメハメハ大王前で下車し、観光しながらアロハタワーを目指しました。付近のモールは、コロナ禍の影響かクローズしているお店が多く、トイレも使えず、困りました。チェックインでは、携帯のバウチャー画面を提示して、お決まりの写真撮影から始まり、乗船しました。食べきれない程のディナーは不要な私たちには、ワンドリンクで十分でした。(船上でドリンクオーダーはできます。従業員の中に日本人の方がいたので、英語できなくても大丈夫だと思います。)他の乗客は、アメリカ本土からの観光客が多かったような印象です。船の中にトイレはありましたが、あまりキレイではありませんでした。アロハタワー近くのピア6からワイキキの沖の方に移動してダイアモンドヘッド沖の手前でUターンして戻りました。夕暮れ時で、ワイキキの明かりや夕焼けがとてもキレイでした。風が強いので、羽織る上着は必要です。下船少し前に、乗船前の写真をデータかプリントされた物を買わないか？従業員が聞きに回ります。私たちは、安いプリントされた写真を購入しました。(現金で、25＄くらいだったと思います。)下船後は、The busでワイキキに戻りました。

I took my parents, brother, aunt and cousin. We all loved the special treatment with the package. The food was above expectations. The views were nice. Loved the fireworks on the Friday night cruise. The music and entertainment was amazing. The young lady who served us was a new trainee and did a wonderful job. The only thing that was a little off putting was the manager’s conversation was a little repetitive throughout the dinner.

It was a little too crowded for my liking and the show was lackluster. Overall a bit to touristy for my liking. My daughter did not feel good the entire trip. They do offer you ginger candy if you are nauseous.

The food was really good, as were the cocktails and the views were amazing.

I also loved the professional photographer and we did purchase a beautiful family picture.

So overall mixed reviews.

We really enjoyed the cruise. Everything was great. Food was excellent, great entertainment. our waitress Geridene was just amazing. I highly recommend doing the dinner cruise.

The steak wasn't that good, but the crab and chicken were. Fireworks were nice but for the price we paid, I'm a little disappointed. The dances they performed are rhe same you would see at a luau. The men's slap dance was entertaining.

We did this cruise the first day we arrived and we absolutely loved it! One of our most memorable and funnest part of our vacation. The crew was so much fun and entertaining and also so down to earth and just a great group of people! Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise! All crew members were very nice, professional, fun , and the boat was spotless! The Holokai Houch is a must have Thank you for a wonderful experience & great memories!!

The food was delicious and the cruise was very nice. The only thing is there were too many tables and left no room for the entertainment. There should have been a better stage set up.

The boat is so big. Not crowded. There were a lot of space which I love! We were able to see the sunset! The view is amazing! The staffs are super nice and friendly. They kept asking to take photos for us. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great. Except the weather, it did rain a little bit. Our group of 8 had fun cruising, drinking, and dancing to all the music. The crew had us laughing the whole time. Would definitely recommend.

This was such a great wedding event experience for us and our guests! We pre-purchased tickets for up to 45 people from our wedding party to join us on an afternoon booze cruise. From the views, the staff, the good vibes, this experience was so well worth it. This cruise included 3 beers, mai tais or waters as desired, which was more than enough. The DJ played great hits and gave us chances to play our own music too. Given how large our party size was, I really appreciated the attention the staff gave to everyone. They often checked in on folks, making sure they had drinks (if they wanted them), and that folks felt comfortable. We went on a windy day so we hit a couple of bumps on our way back. I appreciated how the staff gave special attention to anyone who may not have been feeling well as a result, ensuring they had water and a comfortable seat. My party had a really great time with the crew and it was a memorable wedding weekend event that none of us will forget! Thank you to the crew for the wonderful group experience you provided for us all!

This was truly such a fun time. The crew was friendly, informative, fun but still professional. The views were gorgeous and the catamaran itself was a blast!
