I participated with my family and my friends' family. After reading the reviews, I wanted to give it more than one star, so I booked a one-star reservation for the lobster and crab, as the kids wanted crab!

When we waited at the front entrance of the nearby hotel, the van arrived on time. There were ten of us in total, sharing with other guests, and it was fully booked (laughs). We arrived at the location without stopping at other hotels.

After arriving, we waited a little in line to board the boat, but it wasn't too crowded, and we smoothly got on board.

We were seated on the first floor, where there weren't many guests, and the empty seats were noticeable. The waitress quickly brought us our welcome drinks and asked if we wanted alcoholic or non-alcoholic options, and I had one. When the main dishes of crab and steak were served, the staff helped the kids with the crab, making it easier for them to eat using scissors. They assisted all five kids.

Additionally, during the dance, the staff came over to the kids and encouraged them to participate (it seemed they felt the kids might not join voluntarily), and all five of them ended up dancing and forming a circle, which made them very happy. また、その方はダンスの時に子供たちのところにきてくれて、ダンスに参加させてくれて （自主的に参加しないだろうと感じたらしく）、最後まで５人とも輪になったりダンスしたりと、とても喜んでいました。
ウェイトレスの方も最初から最後まで子供たちのことを気にかけてくれて、ナイフが落ちてもすぐに新しいものを持ってきてくれたり、話掛けて楽しませてくれたり、ダンスのときは子供たちに一生懸命に笑顔で手を振って子供たちにダンスを教えるように踊ってくれたりしていただきました。
VELTRAさんからのメールで、チップをお願いしますとのことでしたが、チップを置いている人はいませんでした。
私は、子供たちのことを一生懸命に楽しませてくれたり子供たちも最高に楽しかったと言っていてとても満足したので、カニを処理してくれたスタッフの方とウェイトレスの方に直 接チップをお渡ししました。
サンセットは天気も良くてばっちり見られました！
子供たちがまた行きたい！と言っているのでハワイに行ったときはまた予約したいと思います。

I took my nearly 80-year-old parents and small children with me. From before boarding, there were smiles, friendly greetings, and uplifting interactions and dances that got everyone excited, both the children and my parents. The staff, including those serving food, truly made an effort to "entertain us!" which allowed us to enjoy the entire experience from the heart. Since it was Friday, we also got to see fireworks, and the dance we all did at the end made the children very happy.

This was my second time on the Holokai Catamaran, and it was my first time at Sunset Cruises. The staff really got everyone excited, and it was a fun time. I was able to see parts of Diamond Head that I wouldn't normally see, which made me feel like I was really in Hawaii! The sunset was also very beautiful, and the locals surfing looked amazing. クルーズの内容としては、サンセットが綺麗で素敵でした。ダイアモンドヘッドを背景に写真が撮れたのはよかったです。係員の方が写真を撮りましょうかと声を掛けて下さりました。ただ、期待が大きかった分、思ったよりロマンチックな感じではなく、カジュアルなクルーズでした。
私たちは正装で行きましたが、周りは外国人ばかりでみんなビーチサンダルとかラフな感じだったので、浮いてしまいました。
気楽にクルーズを楽しみたい方には向いているツアーだと思います。
ロマンチックな雰囲気を求める方や、王道のディナークルーズを期待する方は、有名なスターオブホノルルとかにした方がいいです。

I chose the buffet style. In a room with a pleasant number of people, we toasted with champagne. A large rainbow appeared, and we enjoyed the dazzling view of the slowly setting sun. Initially, only those who wanted a Mai Tai raised their hands, and they were served accordingly. After that, those who wanted juice could request it themselves. Instead of moving sideways near the Diamond Head, we stopped the engine and sailed straight out to sea using only the power of the sails. If you sit on the right side during the ride, you can enjoy the view of Diamond Head on the way out and the sunset on the way back, which I highly recommend.

Those who ordered alcoholic drinks like Mai Tais put about $5 in the tip box when disembarking. They also took a commemorative photo with the yacht when boarding, which you can purchase for $20 if you like. I bought it as a keepsake, and it became a wonderful memory! Saw this performance with my teen age daughter. It was a great show and we both enjoyed it. It was a fun night out in Waikiki. The dancers are the best part in my opinion. Elvis has strong vocals. Good band too. Excellent stage show - very entertaining. The food was great - my steak was cooked perfectly. Beautiful presentation. Even my picky daughter liked the food and tried the lobster. We had great seats - center stage up front. Everyone was very welcoming and the wait staff attentive. The drinks are quite tasty and pretty potent. We did the VIP package and the welcome mai tai was delicious. I'm glad we went.

It was a fun show that I would like to attend again. However, while they did their best, the singing ability of each performer didn't quite match the real thing, and since I was imagining the originals, I felt a bit unsatisfied. Video recording was not allowed, but taking photos was okay.

We participated in a one-star all-you-can-eat crab and steak course with six family members. My mother, who cannot eat meat, was relieved to be able to switch to crab and fish. The show and the view were decent, and the food was somewhat tasty, but our experience was marred by the very careless service from the female staff assigned to our table. I believe that was the main reason we couldn't fully enjoy the cruise.

Specifically, even though we were guided to our table at first, we waited a long time without receiving our welcome drinks, while drinks were served to those who arrived later. We were left waiting until we were parched. When the staff was serving food to the neighboring table, the tray she was holding came right over our heads, showing a lack of consideration, and we had to eat while worrying about whether it would spill on us. It didn't feel like a relaxed dinner atmosphere at all.

When she was serving the crab refills, she dripped sauce on my child's clothes and arms without apologizing, which even made my elementary school son angry.

The response from Veltra (for reservations and meal changes) was very prompt and courteous, and I have no complaints about that, but I don't think I will ever take this cruise again.

ショーも、景色もそこそこよかったし、お料理もそこそこおいしかったのですが、
私たちのテーブル担当の女性スタッフがとても雑な人で、それだけが理由でゆっくり楽しむことのできないクルージングになってしまったと思います。
具体的には、最初にテーブルに案内されたのに、いつまで待ってもウェルカムドリンクがこなくて、あとから来た方に先にドリンクが配られるので、こちらはのどがカラカラになるまで待たされる始末です。隣のテーブルに料理を配っている時も、その女性スタッフが持っているトレイが私達の頭の上にくるという配慮のなさで、いつひっくり返されるかとヒヤヒヤしてよけながら食事をしなければならず、ゆっくりディナーを食べるという空気では無かったです。
カニのお代わりを配る時も、子供の服や腕にポタポタと汁を垂らしながら配るのに、謝ることも一切なく小学生の息子も怒りだす始末。

ベルトラさんの対応（予約や料理の変更など）は、とても迅速で丁寧で申し分なかったのですが、この船には二度と乗ることはないと思います。

On our last night in Waikiki, my husband and I participated in this event. First, we were welcomed with a welcome drink and entered the venue. We had about 90 minutes for dinner, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Lobster, salmon, and steak were served. The taste was just okay. Next, the show began, featuring Hawaiian hula dancing, fire dancing, and impersonation acts, all accompanied by a Hawaiian band. There were many foreign participants, and I thought that if you don't understand English, it might be difficult to grasp what was being said. However, it was a lively and enjoyable time.
