I've been to Hawaii many times, but this time, since it was a trip just for the two of us without kids, we decided to check out Blue Note Hawaii, which we had been curious about for a while. It was unfortunate that we couldn't see Air Supply, who had a live performance the following week, but we still enjoyed a wonderful Hawaiian night filled with a mature atmosphere at Spyra Jaira. The tour included one drink and tips, so I thought there wouldn't be a bill, but lacking English skills, I ended up paying with my card for the bill the waitress brought. However, after returning home, I contacted VELTRA, and they responded very politely, and to my surprise, they arranged for a refund. I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again.
