I had some concerns about the language barrier, but after arriving, the explanations and activity descriptions were provided in Japanese, so I was able to participate in the activities without any issues. Also, being able to drive myself and visit various locations was very enjoyable, and the scenery was amazing everywhere! While I couldn't take photos while driving, it was great that we could stop at various photo spots along the way.

Most participants were international travelers, but there were hardly any Japanese people on the tour. I worked hard to listen to the English being spoken and realized my lack of language skills. However, I was very satisfied with the tour overall. Although it was a group booking with one vehicle, I learned for the first time that if there are several participants in the group who want to drive, multiple group bookings are necessary, as only two people can drive in one vehicle.

We had great instructors both times but this time we got taken on a slightly longer path that was even more beautiful & scenic than the last. We had a couple friends with us this time that we recommended the tour too & they absolutely loved it as a highlight of their trip! Ticket price had slightly increased since the last time we came but definitely worth it!

At the reception, it was almost 100% in English, and it’s not an exaggeration to say that Japanese was hardly understood, but somehow we managed. With our phones, gestures, and broken English, we made it to the buggy ride. With goggles and bandanas, we were ready to go!

The buggy experience, while enjoying the filming spots and the grandeur of Hawaii, was incredibly fun. Unfortunately, the guide's stories at each photo spot seemed very interesting (the foreign guests were laughing and interacting a lot), but they spoke so quickly that our phones were of no help. If we had understood, it would have been 200% more enjoyable. Still, it was nice that the guide made an effort to communicate with us through gestures. Next time, I hope to at least understand some American jokes!

The day was a little wet from the morning rain, but it did not prevent us from having a fun day ATVing at North Shore Stables. Just prepare yourself to get dirty!!
We caravaned on the farm our guides took us along the coast but mostly through the farmstead. We stopped and met their farmers (cows) and their goats. Very delighted to find out that this company is doing what they can for the environment and turning much of their dollars to restoration! Kudos to NSS and thank you for a very fun time!!

I previously went horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch, and it became one of my favorite places, so I returned. Riding around in a buggy through nature is truly amazing! We stopped at movie filming locations where they provided explanations in English. Since you'll get really dirty with dust, I recommend wearing clothes you don't mind throwing away! (laughs)

I was on a tour with one Japanese person, an Asian family that seemed to be Korean (6-7 members), a group of four young white people, and a white family from America (four members).

During the tour, there were several stops, and at each stop, the driver-guide explained the location. However, the driver-guide (who was white) only provided explanations to the group of young white people and the white family, and at the end of the tour, he only said "Thank you. Have a nice day." to those two white groups. This behavior felt quite racist at times, and I experienced a strong sense of discomfort.

I can only think that if we had a good driver, it could have been a very enjoyable tour, which makes it all the more disappointing.

I was worried that neither of us had brought our driver's licenses and whether we could participate after arriving the day before, but we were able to adapt flexibly, and we safely joined the tour by riding in the back seat of the buggy driven by our guide.

The scenery was breathtaking, and it was fun to see actual movie filming equipment left behind. I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, as there is quite a bit of dust. Also, we made stops at various points to take photos, so I think people of all ages can enjoy this experience.

We participated as a couple. Since it was a day to drive around Maui with a rental car, we opted for the meet-up plan, but we arrived just in time for check-in. There were some traffic jams, so I think it's best for those going on their own to plan to arrive early.

We took turns driving. It was a pretty long drive, so it was good to switch off. Our faces got really dirty! My clothes were covered in dust, so I recommend wearing clothes that you wouldn't mind throwing away.

Driving a buggy at high speed through the great outdoors was thrilling and a lot of fun! The guide only spoke English, so I didn't understand much of the commentary along the way, but I still enjoyed the scenery.

On our way home we were talking about what our favorite part of the trip to Hawaii was and everyone said the Raptor Adventure. The two guides were awesome! I had heard great things about Kualoa Ranch. I really wanted to explore it on horseback, but since my 7-year-old child couldn't due to age restrictions, we took turns driving a buggy while enjoying the ride with our child, and it was a lot of fun.

I have a Class A driver's license, but I'm not very experienced, and I had no problems driving at all. However, I noticed another group of Japanese tourists seemed to be lagging behind and eventually disappeared from view. Make sure to press the accelerator firmly.

I made a reservation about two months ago for three family members, and it cost just over 50,000 yen, but when I checked right before our visit, it had gone up to around 70,000 yen, so it's best to book early.

We received pink masks to wear around our necks and mouths.

The guide was wonderful, and it was a fun 90 minutes. We started with explanations about nature and history, and I learned a lot about the views of the sea. Along the way, we enjoyed some ups and downs in the vehicle, and we also walked a bit to see some beautiful scenery, which made for a fulfilling experience.

Since the course started at 10 AM and the meeting time to return was at 1 PM, I had lunch, bought some souvenirs, and before I knew it, the time flew by. I'm glad I scheduled it for a time when I could still be active in the afternoon.

The buggy only reaches a speed of up to 20 kilometers, so even women won't have trouble driving it. It can accommodate up to 2 people per vehicle. Although it can hold up to 6 people, it's cramped, so 4 people would be comfortable. If you have more than 5 participants, I recommend making reservations for 2 groups.

While driving, the sand dust is intense, so your clothes will get covered in sand, and your face will be blackened! The scenery is magnificent and wonderful, and you can see the ocean as well.

The driving time is just under 2 hours, with stops at 4 to 5 recommended spots along the way, where you can switch drivers. It seems to be a super popular tour, but I was able to make a reservation just 4 days in advance.

The scenery was very beautiful, and I felt relaxed from start to finish. The instructor got off the buggy and explained the area thoroughly, but since everything was in English, I had some trouble understanding. However, they were very kind, taking lots of photos and chatting with us.

Even though the buggy couldn't go very fast, it was thrilling and quite bumpy! There was a part where we drove into what seemed like a pond, which was really exciting at the end! A lot of dust gets in your eyes, so it's better to wear goggles or glasses. Your clothes will also get quite dirty from the dust!

I participated with my two elementary school children (a 6th grader and a 1st grader). There were reviews mentioning that it shakes quite a bit, but it was more manageable than I expected. The guide spoke entirely in English (including safety instructions), so I didn't understand much, but we enjoyed the atmosphere. There is a bit of a hike to the top, but participation is optional. My two children were able to climb while having fun. I was very satisfied as I could feel a different side of Hawaii compared to the ocean and the city.

We had a great time. This place is a well oiled machine. From the pickup of transportation to the management of getting you to your tour. The tour was so cool. Two hours of UTV ride through beautiful mountains. Stops along the way to see movie sets and exquisite view points. We could not have been happier. We even had a water crossing. Our hosts were fantastic and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend it to all!
