This was by far the best cruise excursion I have ever participated in, and I’ve done quite a few on Oahu.

Pickup was well organized and on time. The ride out to the boat was pleasant.
The crew in itself felt like family. They were the nicest people, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Captain even jumped in the water with the kids and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Bbq lunch was great.
We saw manta rays and turtles that came right up to the boat,it was a really wonderful day and I can’t tell them thank you enough.
I will absolutely book this again next time we visit.

We took off from behind the Hilton Hotel. We flew for 150 meters with another couple of newlyweds, but the flight time was short, and I wished we could have flown a bit longer.

- It was great to be able to drive while enjoying the magnificent scenery.
- The guide's explanations were in English, and I couldn't understand them very well, but I think it would have been more enjoyable if I had.

・雄大な景色を見ながら、走ること（運転）ができ、とてもよかったす。

I had planned to experience traditional Hawaiian dance on a dinner cruise, but upon learning that there was also a rock show in a different genre, I signed up for this tour as well.

During the 90-minute dinner, they performed Hawaiian music and showcased dances.

Later, in the rock show, singers dressed as Elvis and Michael Jackson performed, creating a lively atmosphere that left me very satisfied.

As someone in my 20s, I’m not from the generation of Elvis or Michael Jackson, so I didn’t know many of the songs, but I was overwhelmed by their vocal and expressive abilities and had a great time.

ハワイの伝統舞踊はディナークルーズで体験する予定だったので、別ジャンルのロックショーもあるとしり、こちらのツアーも申し込みました。

90分のディナーではハワイアンミュージックを弾き語りしてくれたり、踊りも披露して頂きました。

またその後のロックショーでは、エルビスやマイケルジャクソンに扮した歌手等が歌を披露し、大盛り上がりで大変満足でした。

私は20代なので、エルビスもマイケルジャクソンも世代ではないため、曲はそれほどわかりませんでしたが、歌唱力と表現力に圧倒され良い時間を過ごせました。

I had a great time snorkeling with two instructors in the beautiful waters of Hanauma Bay.

The sea was so stunning that I wished I could have snorkeled for a longer time!

While joining a tour is certainly a good option for safety and peace of mind, if you are confident in your swimming skills and have checked the rules of Hanauma Bay in advance, I think considering longer tours or participating individually could be a good idea.

あまりにも綺麗な海でしたので、もっと長時間シュノーケリングしたかった！というのも同時に思いました。

安全/安心を考慮するとツアー参加でもちろん良いと思いますが、泳ぎ・体力にも自信あり、ハナウマ湾のルールを事前に確認されている方であれば、長時間のツアーや個人での参加も視野に入れて良いかと思いました

We did snorkeling yesterday. Nick is very good. He is professional and very nice. The tour was exactly as prescribed. No boat ride required and it’s in lagoon which is perfect for my 9 year old son. He gets seasick easily. It’s perfect for beginners. I will definitely recommend.

I was nervous during my first zip line experience. A group of ten was accompanied by three staff members who kept everyone entertained while we cleared each section. The harness I wore was secure, which made me feel safe on the first try. Next, I think I’ll recommend it to my family and have them experience it too.

初めてのジップラインで、びくびくしました。10人一組で3人のスタッフが付き添いみんなを楽しませながら一つひとつクリアーしていきます。身に着けたハーネスがしっかりしていて1回目で安心できました。次は家族にも勧めて体験させようかと思います。

The guide was amazing! Very kind, spoke beautiful Japanese, and I felt safe while swimming. I definitely recommend it.

Our tour guide Dan was extremely helpful and supportive when my husband struggled with snorkeling. He and his partner helped him and even swam with him to help him feel comfortable.
I appreciated knowing that we were in good hands and they made sure we were all safe while having a great time! Very knowledgeable, personable and helpful Guide. We had an amazing time and Checked snorkeling off our bucket list. It was an easy and fun way to experience this as we were picked up and dropped off from our hotel and everything we needed was supplied.

If you're considering this cruise I highly recommend you book it. The day we went out the weather wasn't the greatest however, the crew more than made up for that. They are fun, engaging and knowledgable. We had a blast the entire day. Lunch was really good and we had a very enjoyable time!

If you want to take a break from the walking, shopping, and hotel hustle and bustle around Waikiki I suggest a sunset dinner cruise on the Star of Honolulu.

The five star experience on the top deck Nova Room is a relaxing evening filled with well-made bar drinks, superior cuisine, piano and mood music, and sparkling views of coastal O'ahu.

The Nova Room experience is a step above the normal pricing for the cruise, but is a good value for all you receive.

I especially enjoyed the time to talk and relax with my wife, to enjoy the coastal scenery, and to savor the various courses of the dinner as described in the promotional materials.

The service was excellent throughout the evening and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Nova Room experience on the forth deck of the Star of Honolulu.

It was a great learning experience to enjoy nature while taking care of it. I was able to see a lot of fish, which was fantastic. I'm glad I joined the tour since general admission is reservation-based and can get crowded.

自然を大切にしながら自然を楽しむ勉強になりました。魚もたくさん見れて最高でした。一般の入場が予約制で混雑するのでツアーに参加して良かったです。

I participated for the first time.
The diamond bed from the sky was amazing.
There was no wind, and the clear weather felt great.

My group loves this activity. We booked the ATV package with shuttle, which is the convenience. The shuttle bus was on time, make sure you should be 10-15 minutes early.

The shuttle bus is comfortable and clean with recliner chairs, food rest, and good AC. We were dropped off an hour prior our tour, so we can have some food at the cafe.

The tour guides gave us the clear instruction and they made sure we followed them. It is slightly more than 2-hour tour as it was raining and windy. *** We under forecasted the weather, so we were cold and soaking wet. Please make sure to gear up jackets and raincoats. *** Anyways, it was so fun and adventurous.

The experience from the shuttle pick up/drop off to guidance and snorkeling are exceptional and amazing. We experienced as it detailed on the booking website.

After booking, I received the picture of the pickup location which is easy to find. Keep your eye to find the shuttle van, he parked across the street when there were 3 coach bus parked in front of the entrance. The van showed up on time and could fit up to 14 people. The van is clean, comfortable seating, and good AC. The driver introduced the Electric Beach and talked about the places.

After dropping off, the driver introduced Jose and Jorge who were the snorkeling guides. They are very friendly and acknowledged. One of my friend did not confident to swim in the ocean, but she trusted Jose and went to the water with us. Jose and Jorge made sure everyone stick together under their guidance. All the gears (snorkeling masks, fins, life jackets, jet machines) were provided. Jorge had his GoPro to record the fun moment and shared to us at the end.

My group loves this experience as many of us had no swimming experience but Jose and Jorge made it easy, fun, and safe.

In Japan, horseback riding experiences usually last about 10 to 20 minutes, but here you can enjoy a longer ride! You can bring items like your phone or a plastic bottle. If you have a bag that you can attach to your waist, it's also okay to bring that.

The local staff seemed to speak some simple Japanese, and they kindly said things like, "Sister, hold the reins." They were very nice. The horses looked calm, so I didn't feel scared at all. I had a great time experiencing this that day! Thank you very much!

I forgot about the tip... I had put my wallet in the locker, and the staff member who helped me went off to her next job quickly, so I couldn't give it in the end. It might be a good idea to keep some cash for tips in your pocket. That way, you can hand it over smoothly after the horseback riding experience.

Experiencing horseback riding in such a beautiful setting has truly become a wonderful memory! If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend signing up. I think it will become a lovely memory! ♡

日本では10〜20分程度の乗馬体験が多いですが、ここは時間たっぷり乗馬が体験できます！！携帯、ペットボトル位であれば持ち込み可。腰につけるタイプのカバンなら持ち込んでもOKでした。
現地のスタッフさんは簡単な日本語を話せるみたいで「オネエサン、タヅナヒイテ」等声をかけてくれました。とっても優しかったです。馬も穏やかそうで怖い思いはしませんでした。この日は楽しく体験することができました！ありがとうございました！！
チップの事を忘れてしまっていて…財布はロッカーにいれちゃったし担当してくれたお姉さんはすぐ次のお仕事に行っちゃったしで…結局渡せませんでした。自分のポケットにチップ分のお札をいれておくといいかもしれません。そしたら乗馬体験が終わったらスマートに渡せると思います。
最高な景色の中で乗馬を体験できるのは本当にいい思い出になりました！迷ってる方はぜひ申し込んでみてください。素敵な思い出になると思います♡

Really happy with the experience, my son and I loved it. He is a comfortable swimmer, while I just started learning a month ago. He felt comfortable enough to snorkel without holding onto the buoy used by our guide, while I did not yet. It was a perfect introduction to snorkeling in a safe environment.

From start to finish the crew is extremely helpful, and fun! This is the best zip line experience I have ever had, definitely book this for your trip!

Great 1st impression in Hawaii! It was so welcoming!! Friendly, helped us get where we needed to go for rental car.

There are Japanese staff members, and there are videos and explanations available for Japanese visitors, so it's reassuring! The horseback riding experience goes by in just two hours. It seems that the speed and course can vary depending on the horse's mood that day, so for those who absolutely want to see the filming of the movie, I recommend the bus tour or the buggy ride. It was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience something out of the ordinary, but my knees and back... haha, just a heads up that it will catch up with you later. I would love to experience it again if I have the chance! ^_^

日本人スタッフの方がいたり、日本の方向けにビデオや説明書きがあるので安心です！
乗馬体験は2時間あっという間です。お馬さんのご機嫌でスピードやその日によってコースが違うようなので、映画の撮影を絶対に見たい！という方にはバスのツアーやバギーの方がおすすめです。
綺麗な景色をみて非日常感を味わえてよかったのですが、膝と腰が…笑　後々きますのでご注意ください。機会があればまた体験したいです^_^

My first experience with the four-wheel buggy at Kualoa Ranch was worth every penny, and I was very satisfied. The check-in was smooth, and the briefing started on time. The local staff who assisted us were friendly. Kualoa Ranch itself has a vast area, so driving the buggy while enjoying the pleasant breeze and scenery was a lot of fun. During the two-hour experience, we stopped the buggy three times to get off and take photos, and listening to the history of the land in Hawaii made it very fulfilling.

初めてのクアロアランチでの四輪バギー体験はお値段以上でとても大満足でした。チェックインもスムーズで時間通りに説明も始まりました。担当して下さった現地のスタッフさんもフレンドリーでした。クアロアランチ自体が広大な土地を持っているので四輪バギーをひたすら運転して心地よい風と景色でとても楽しかったです。2時間の中に3回のみバギーを停めて降りて写真撮影ができたり、ハワイの土地の歴史の説明を聞いたらとても大満足でした。

We participated as a couple over the age of 60. Since we were there, we decided to go to the top floor. We dressed in a way that didn't require us to touch the code. By the window, there were couples from various countries who seemed to be newlyweds, immersed in their own world, while the center seats were mostly families enjoying their meals, the scenery, and jazz. During the Memorial Day event, there was a sense of unity in celebration, but everyone enjoyed themselves at their own pace at their respective tables. Of course, we also had a leisurely and relaxed time.

The entrance to the stern was close, and it was great to see the fireworks as well as the hotel buildings on both sides. After the fireworks, when I held the door to keep it from closing like a doorman, everyone thanked me. Even a Japanese person said thank you, and we all laughed together as we realized we were fellow passengers. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. My wife was also satisfied and very happy. Unfortunately, there was no welcome from the captain. I hope for improvement in that area. This year, I would like to try a different deck.

還暦を過ぎた夫婦２人で参加しました。折角ならと最上階へ。コードに触れない程度の服装で参加しました。窓際は新婚さんと思しき各国のカップルさんが、自分達の世界に浸り、センター席はファミリーが多く思い思いに食事、風景、ジャズを楽しんでいました。メモリアルデーイベントでは、お祝いで一体感となりましたが、各自のテーブルごとそれぞれのペースで楽しんでいました。勿論我々ものんびり、ゆったりの時間でした。

船尾への出入り口が近く、花火は勿論、ホテル群が左右に見渡せ良かったです。
花火の後、ドアマンの如くドアが閉まるのを抑えていたら、皆さんにサンキュウと言われました。日本人の方にも言われ、乗客の一人ですとお互い大笑いでした。
料理は美味しく、量も丁度良かったです。妻も満足し、大変喜んでいました。
残念ながら、船長出迎えは有りませんでした。改善を望みます。
今年は別のデッキにトライしたいと思います。

On the night of my arrival in Hawaii, I participated in the VIP course. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa, even at a leisurely pace with my mother in her 60s, and I found the location easily.

When I showed the voucher screen on my smartphone, a Japanese staff member assisted me at the reception, and the process was smooth. There were also restrooms nearby, which was reassuring.

After attaching a sticker name tag to my clothing and heading to the designated seat, I was served a welcome Mai Tai and pineapple. The Mai Tai could be chosen as alcoholic or non-alcoholic. I thought the buffet would start right away, but it actually took some time as there were ukulele performances and photo opportunities before the meal.

Thanks to the VIP course, I was able to go to the buffet first. While it wasn't quite at the level of a hotel buffet, I thought there was a decent variety. The meat was delicious and there were many options. There was no Japanese beer available. The friendly staff constantly checked in and made sure we were taken care of.

When I heard that the meeting time was at 5:15 PM and the show would start around 7:40 PM, I worried I might have too much time to kill before the show, but while enjoying the meal and watching the dance, the time flew by. After the dance performance, it was time for the dessert buffet, and then we finally moved to the show venue.

The show venue was a bit chilly, so I was glad I brought a cardigan. Sitting in the front row of the VIP seats was too close to see well, so I moved to the second row. All the dancers had lovely smiles throughout, changing costumes and coming out multiple times. Elvis's vocal power was amazing, and he came down to the audience, which really got everyone excited.

At the beginning of the show, we were informed that photos without flash were allowed, but I was so focused on watching the stage that I completely forgot to take any pictures, which I regret.

The performance by the Michael Jackson impersonator was fantastic. He sang all of Michael's favorite songs, and it filled my heart with joy. At the end, I got to shake hands and take a photo together. It seems that those who purchased the paid commemorative photos taken during the meal could also get autographs.

It was a very satisfying night on my first day in Hawaii. I wanted to see the show again during my stay, but unfortunately, my schedule was full on other nights, so I gave up. I wish there had been a daytime performance as well. I'll look forward to it the next time I visit Hawaii.

ハワイに到着した日の夜に、VIPコースに参加しました。
滞在したハイアット・リージェンシーワイキキリゾートホテルから、60代の母とゆっくり歩いても10分以内で、場所もすぐ分かりました。
スマホのバウチャー画面を見せると、日本人の方が受付してくれ、スムーズな対応でした。
お手洗いもすぐ近くにあり安心です。

シールタイプのネームを服にはりつけ、案内された席へ行くと、ウェルカムマイタイとパイナップルが出され、マイタイはアルコール、ノンアルコールと選べます。
すぐにビュッフェがスタートかと思っていましたが、ウクレレを弾きに来たり、写真を撮りにきたり、食事まで意外と時間がかかりました。

VIPコースのおかげで、一番先にビュッフェを取りに行けました。ホテルビュッフェとまではいきませんが、ある程度、種類がある方だと思いました。お肉も種類が多くて美味しかったです。
日本のビールはありませんでした。
フレンドリーなスタッフ達が常に声をかけて、気にかけてくれます。

現地集合時間が17時15分でショーの開演が19時40分頃だと聞いた時は、ショーまで時間をもて余すのではと思っていたのですが、食事をしながらダンスを見ているとあっという間でした。
ダンスパフォーマンスが終わると今度はデザートのビュッフェになり、その後いよいよショーの会場へ移動です。

ショーの会場は少し肌寒く、カーディガンを持っていって良かったです。VIPシートの最前列だと近すぎて見えにくかったので、２列目に移動させて頂きました。
どのダンサーさん達も、終始素敵な笑顔で、衣装を変えては何度も出てきます。
エルビスさんの声量が凄かったのと、客席まで降りて来てくれて大盛り上がりでした。

ショーの最初に、フラッシュなしの写真撮影はOKと案内がありましたが、ステージを見るのに必死で、撮影するのをすっかり忘れてしまい１枚も写真を撮らなかった事を後悔しています。

お目当てのマイケル・ジャクソンさんのパフォーマンスは素晴らしかったです。マイケルの大好きな歌ばかりを歌ってくれて胸がいっぱいでした。
最後に握手と、一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました。食事の時に撮った有料の記念写真を購入した方には、サインもして頂けるようです。

ハワイ初日から、大満足の夜でした。
滞在中にもう1度ショーを見に行きたかったのですが、あいにく他の日の夜は予定が埋まっており、諦めました。
昼の公演もあれば良かったです。
また次回ハワイへ行った時のお楽しみにしておきます。

Family had great time..had a little rain but it rains every day here in Honolulu and didn’t stop anything and had a rainbow after..would definitely recommend this Luau…

Experience a 2-hour buggy ride!
With plenty of time, we took turns driving!

Anyone can drive if they have a Japanese driver's license!
Driving is easy, just like a golf cart, so anyone can do it.

Our handsome guide provided instructions in English.
Since we are not very good at English, there were many parts we couldn't understand, but he took lots of photos and videos for us!

The weather was unpredictable, and it started to rain, so having a raincoat would be nice! However, most people managed without one! We also didn't use a raincoat, but the buggy has a cover, so we didn't get too wet!

However, it was windy and cold, so we wore a hoodie over our tank tops and took it off at times!
This information is from early April 2024, so please keep it in mind!

途中で雨が降ってきたりと
天気は読めないのでカッパがあったら
いいですね！でもほとんどの方が
カッパを使わずに過ごしてました！
私たちもカッパは使用せずでしたが
バギーはちゃんと上の部分があるので
そんなに濡れませんでした！

ただ、風が吹いていて寒かったので
タンクトップの上にパーカーを着たり、
脱いだりしました！

Loved the tour and was fun to see where all the movies were shot! Our guide was amazing! Would highly recommend going with your family! We only did the movie tour but there are a lot of other tours that seemed great!

While my child was playing alone, a local child came over and played together with them a lot! Although some areas closed due to the strong wind, the slides and kids' area were well-equipped, and there were about three staff members in each area, which made me feel safe.

子どもが1人で遊んでいたら、現地の子が声をかけてくれて、たくさん一緒に遊んでくれました！
風が強くて、途中からクローズしてしまった所もありましたが、滑り台もキッズエリアも充実していて、監視員さんが1エリアに3人くらいいて安心です。

The tour starts before 6 AM and you can return to the hotel around 10 AM. The guide was very kind, and I was satisfied. They took care of every detail, making it easy for first-timers to participate with peace of mind. When I was about to be swept away by the tide, they quickly pulled me back. The snack we had after coming out of the water was spicy and delicious. They also took a lot of photos!
However, the price is a bit high for Japanese people, and the additional tip is a burden. Considering the weak yen and the cost of living in Hawaii, it can't be helped. Next time, I will visit when the yen is stronger!

早朝6時前からのツァーで10時ごろホテルに帰れます。ガイドの方とても親切で満足です。細かいところまでお世話いただき初めての方でも安心して参加できます。潮に流されそうになったらすぐに手を引いて引き戻していただきました。海から上がった時にいただいたスナックがスパイシーで美味しかった。写真もたくさん撮っていただきました♪
しかし、日本人には値段がお高め、更にチップ必要なのは負担です。円安やハワイの物価を考えると仕方ないのですが。次回は円高の時に伺います笑

On March 22, my family and I participated. Dan was our guide. His Japanese was very good, and he made jokes that were funny, allowing us to enjoy our time during the trip. I felt that Dan really thought about how to make us happy and have a good time. Hanauma Bay was incredibly beautiful. It was a great memory to see the seals taking a nap. Thank you very much.

ダンさんにガイドして頂きました。日本語がとても上手で冗談も面白く移動中も楽しく過ごす事が
出来ました。ダンさんは、どうしたら喜んでくれるか、楽しんでくれるかを考えてくれる方だと感じました。
ハナウマ湾　凄い綺麗でした。お昼寝しているアザラシも見れて良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

I had the best experience riding horses in a wonderful landscape!

However, the transportation was disappointing. I didn't know that there were only a limited number of buses at specific times, and there was no prior explanation about this. It was only when I arrived on the day that I was handed a paper stating the time of my return bus. Since I wasn't informed in advance, I couldn't even cancel.

Of course, I can tolerate some waiting time, but this was beyond reasonable. It was terrible to wait for over 2.5 hours for the shuttle bus with nothing to do! If the schedule was going to be like that, I would have liked to know beforehand.

Since it was such a waste of time, I called an Uber and went home immediately. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn't take the bus, but I was told there would be no refund due to the cancellation policy. I thought they should have informed us about the shuttle bus waiting for nearly three hours, but there was no point in saying anything, so I just accepted it.

The transportation fee for a large tour bus carrying many people was quite high. If there are multiple people, it's much cheaper, faster, and more efficient to use Uber for round trips.

What should have been a great experience was tarnished by poor management.

素晴らしい風景の中を乗馬ができ、最高の体験でした！

ただ、残念なのが送迎。
指定時間に決められたバス本数のみの送迎だとは知らず、そういった事前説明もなし。当日現地についてから、あなたの帰りの送迎バス時間は何時ですと
書かれている紙を渡されて初めて知ります。事前に知らないのでキャンセルすることすらできません。

もちろん多少の待ち時間は許容できますが、常識を超える長さ。
やることもないのに、ただただ2.5時間以上も送迎バス待機はあまりにひどい！
そういう時間スケジュールになるのなら、事前に教えていただきたかった。

あまりに時間が無駄なので、Uberを呼んですぐ帰りました。
バスに乗らないから返金してほしいときいてみましたが、
当日キャンセルだから返金はないとキャセルポリシーを説明されました。
じゃ、3時間ちかく待たせる送迎バスですと事前に知らせてよって思いましたが、言っても仕方ないので泣き寝入り。

送迎料金が大型観光バスで大人数を運ぶのに、かなりの高額。
複数人いるならUberで往復いくほうが、安くて圧倒的に速く効率的。

せっかくの良い体験のはずが、運営がよくなくて印象が損なわれました。
