I participated two years ago and it was so great that I joined again. Naturally, the staff, the boat, and the menu were all exactly the same. However, I felt that the snorkeling time was extremely short. It was like, "Wait, is it already over?!" Unfortunately, there were no fish at all. The coral reef might have fewer fish now. So, if snorkeling is your main focus, it might be a bit disappointing. The staff's service is excellent. The hamburger was just as delicious as last time.

２年前に参加。非常によかったのでまた参加してきました。
当然ですがスタッフの顔ぶれも船もメニューも全く同じ。
ですが、シュノーケリングの時間が極端に短かったように思います。
「え、もう終わり？！」という感じ。
また残念ながら魚が全くいなかった。
もうあのサンゴ礁には魚が少なくなっているのかもしれませんね。
なのでシュノーケリングをメインにするとちょっと残念な感じになるかもしれません。
スタッフの対応は最高です。
ハンバーガーも前回同様おいしかったです。

I was anxious about how it would feel to fly, but it was very pleasant, and I wasn't scared at all. I'm really glad I did it. The views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from above were beautiful and amazing. I definitely want to do it again!

どんなふうに飛ぶのか、不安ながら参加したのですが、とても気持ちよく、怖さもなく、本当にやってよかったです。空の上から見るダイヤモンドヘッドや、ワイキキビーチなどは、きれいで、最高、また、やってみたいです。

Our experience from start to finish was exceptional! The shuttle ride started with a wonderful ride from Emanual- she was friendly and conversational, making our time feel like it was spent with a friend. She was knowledgeable about the Island and told us interesting things. She suggested we rent a car and we did- the next day! Thanks Em so worth it! On the boat Em and Captain Jenna were wonderful. Our teenager got a little sick but they didn't give up on her, with their words of encouragement and support we set sail. Our 8 year old was afraid and because of you two ladies she got in and snorkeled with an 80year old turltle. Words can express that magic of that experience! We are eagerly anticipating the pictures photographer Paul took. Your attention to detail and obvious dedication to your craft is remarkable. Thank you team dolphin excursion for loving what you do and sharing that with my family. Mahalo!

We traveled with a teenager and an 8 year old. Our day on the bay was amazing. The entire staff, from start to finish, we're super friendly and made the experience that much more fun! We felt we left making friends! Parasailing was exceptionally beautiful! The "water dip" was exillerating! Our girls said they will never forget this trip. And that's what it's all about! Buy the photo package- they capture unforgettable precious moments you won't want to miss out on trying to snap photos of everything.

Awesome deal! Had a great time! It was our first time doing it and exploring Hawaiis ‪finest. The deal is awesome. Who wouldn't want a 2-1 rebate. They service you from start to finish. Very convenient. Not too far from Waikiki. They were able to accommodate us, especially since we're out here on vacation. They picked us up from our hotel. No charge, so definitely make use of that tipping service. Hopefully you're generous enough to do so. We got the jet ski deal but take a look at the whole package deals especially the 3-4 rides. We didn't have enough time to do all of that because our flight was in the evening & luckily the staff were kind enough to squeeze us in the am activities‬. The staff were great. Met a Chamorro which was awesome! Y'all should do it! Well worth the money and time. Don't forget to get your photos and video. It's soooooo worth capturing the moment.

On the cruise, I was able to see manta rays and sea turtles swimming. Since my child is small, we couldn't use the stroller, but I would definitely like to visit again when they are old enough to ride.

We rented a car during our trip and stayed at the Kahala Hotel, which was not included in the shuttle service, so we went on our own. The parking fee was $8, and we could pay by card. For entry, the VELTRA guide only mentioned meeting at the entrance, but it was smooth when we presented the voucher at the counter. There was a baggage check at the entrance, and it seems that food other than fruits is not allowed.

Inside, there were multiple slides, and it was compact and easy to navigate. However, since the operating hours were until 3:30 PM on that day, there were some attractions we couldn't do. I think it's a great place for families with small children. However, the food counter gets really crowded.

旅行期間中レンタカーを借りていたのと、カハラホテルに滞在していて送迎対象外だったので自分達で行きました。駐車場は$8。カードで払えました。入場は、VELTRAの案内では入口集合としか記載なく、窓口にバウチャーを提示したら、スムーズでした。入口では手荷物検査があり、フルーツ以外の食べ物は取上げの様です。
中はスライダーがいくつもあり、コンパクトでまわりやすかったです。ただ、営業時間が15:30迄の日だったので、できないアトラクションもありました。
小さな子供連れには良いところだと思います。
ただ、フードカウンターはめっちゃ混みます。

I was able to relax on the bus both ways, and the entry was smooth, allowing me to enjoy without any waste. I would like to go again next time.

行き帰りともバスでノンビリできましたし、スムーズに入場もできて、むだなく楽しめました。また今度も行きたいです。

I was a bit anxious since I had only done horseback riding when I was little, but the staff were very kind and friendly in teaching me, which was great. In the group with many Japanese people, there were those who could speak Japanese to assist us.

This tour, where you can enjoy beautiful scenery while horseback riding and spend time with cute and gentle horses, is something I would love to join again.

I thought the early start time was a bit sleepy, but it turned out to be a great decision! By the time we were leaving, it was quite crowded. It was my first time in Hawaii, and it became a wonderful memory.

乗馬は小さい頃にしかやってなかったので不安でしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切に、そしてフレンドリーに教えてくれたので良かったです。日本人の多いグループには日本語もわかる方々が付き添ってくれました。
乗馬をしながら美しい景色をながめて、キュートで優しく馬と過ごせるこのツアーはまた参加したいです。
参加時間が早くてちょっと眠いなぁと思いましたが、早い時間帯で大正解！！
帰るころにはかなり混雑してました。初めてのハワイでしたが、素敵な思い出になりました。

The morning reservation was fully booked, so we ended up on the afternoon tour, but the fish were beautiful, and we got to see a sea turtle, which made us very satisfied! I think we definitely wouldn't have found them on our own. The waves were a bit high, and my 6-year-old son, who was snorkeling for the first time, got scared, but the two instructors carried him on their backs the whole time. When he spotted the sea turtle, he managed to see it with his own eyes, and he said, "Next time, I'll try harder!" My daughter, who loves fish, was really happy because Teacher Chieko taught her a lot of things.

午前の予約が空いてなくて取れず、午後ツアーになってしまいましたが
魚もきれいだったし海がめにも会えて大満足でした！
自分達では絶対に見つけられなかっただろうなと思います。
波も高めで初シュノーケルだった６歳の息子は恐がってしまいましたが
先生２人がずーっとおんぶで泳いでくれて
海がめを発見した時は頑張ってちゃんと自分の目で見られたので
「また行ったら、もっと頑張る！」
と言っています。
魚が大好きな娘に、Chieko先生が色々と教えてくれて
すごく喜んでいました。

I was very disappointed with the restaurant; it was quite poor. Moreover, there was only that one place, leaving no options. If they want to cater to Japanese tourists, they need to improve the food, or else the tour guests will leave. I don't think I will go there again.

レストランがあまりにも貧弱でがっかりでした。さかも、そこ一軒しかなく選択の余地なし。もう少し日本人相手にツアーを組むなら食事を良くしておかないと、ツアー客は逃げて行くと思いました。自分は、あそこは二度と行かないと思います。

I found the hotel pool a bit lacking, so I decided to check this one out, and I was very satisfied. My child is small, so we couldn't use the water slides, but it looked like a lot of fun and was really crowded. I definitely plan to try it next time. The wave pool was quite intense; even adults could easily find themselves in trouble if they weren't careful. We rented a cabana, and although it was pricey, it provided a place to store our belongings and relax comfortably. However, the rental float that came with it was quickly used by others, so you need to be cautious about that.

ホテルのプールでは物足りなかったので行って見ましたが、大満足です。子供が小さくウォータースライダー系は出来ませんでしたが、とても楽しそうですごく混んでました。次行った時は絶対やろうと思います。波の出るプールは油断すると大人でも溺れそうなくらいでした。カバナを借りたのですが、値段は高いものの荷物置き場や座る場所が確保出来たので十分にリラックス出来ました。付いてきたレンタルの浮き輪がすぐ他の人に使われたので、注意が必要です。

This tour was awesome! We had plenty of time to do the waterfall hike and swim in the morning, then a relaxing lunch hour, then AMAZING surfing lessons with Uncle Bryan's very capable instructors. Honestly one of the best experiences of my life!

We requested private lessons for our son (11 years old), father (49 years old), and mother (43 years old). Our son had the pleasure of attending twice during our stay.

It was the first time for our entire family to try surfing. Once we entered the ocean, each of us had a one-on-one lesson with an instructor. At first, we were filled with anxiety: Would we understand what the instructor was saying? Could we stand up? Is it really okay to come this far out? However, all those worries disappeared after the very first attempt! Although we struggled to stand up and fell quite a bit, the instructor was incredibly kind! No matter how many times we failed, he encouraged us with praise.

He spoke some Japanese, so there was never a moment where we felt lost in understanding. When he taught us the timing to catch the waves, the board started moving at high speed, and I panicked, unable to do what I had learned, which resulted in more falls. I felt sorry for not being able to do it well despite his earnest teaching, but each time, he patiently reminded me to "Relax! Remember how to do it!" Following his instructions, I was finally able to stand up! It was an indescribably amazing feeling!

Our son progressed much faster than us and was having so much fun that he was completely hooked! So, we decided to request another lesson for him the day before our return (the parents refrained due to budget and stamina). I was also happy that the receptionist was a Japanese woman, and we were able to chat a lot.

The instructor for this lesson was different from the last, but he was also wonderful, and we had a fantastic time. The photos taken with the instructor are treasures for our son.

If we had plenty of money and time, we would love to stay at the Park Shore Hotel where the school is located and attend lessons every day during our stay in Hawaii!

息子(11歳)、父(49歳)、母(43歳)でプライベートレッスンをお願いしました。息子は滞在中２回お世話になりました。
家族全員人生初のサーフィントライでした。海へ入るとそれぞれ先生がマンツーでレッスンスタートとです。 先生の言ってることがわかるのか？立てるのか？こんな沖まで来ちゃって大丈夫なの⁇ 最初はドキドキしまくりでしたが、そんな不安は最初の１回目のトライで吹き飛びました(*^▽^*) 立てない、落ちまくりでしたが、先生がとにかく優しい‼︎‼︎ 何度失敗しても褒めて育ててくれます(^o^)
日本語をまじえて言ってくださるので、理解できなくて困ることはありませんでした。波に乗るタイミングを先生が教えてくれた時にはボードが猛スピードで進み始めているのでテンパって習ったとおりにできない＝立てない、落ちる を連発。あんなに一生懸命教えてくださるのになかなかうまくできなくて申し訳ない気持ちでしたが、その度に「リラックス！やり方を思い出して！」と根気強く教えてくれ、先生の言うことをちゃんとやれば立てましたー‼︎ もう言い表せない最高の気分でした！
息子は親達よりもはるかに上達が早く、楽しくて仕方がない‼︎と、どハマりでした。ならば‼︎と帰国前日に息子のみもう一度レッスンをお願いしました。(親達は予算と体力の都合上自粛) この日は受付が日本人女性でたくさんお話しができたのも嬉しかったです。
レッスンは前回と違う先生でしたが、またとてもステキな先生でとても素晴らしい時間を過ごさせていただきました。先生と撮った写真が息子の宝物です。
お金も時間もたくさんあるならスクールの入っているパークショアホテルに宿泊して毎日レッスンに通うハワイ滞在を過ごしてみたいと話しています(๑>◡<๑)

Lots of fun! We enjoyed the adventure very much. Our driver to North Shore was wonderful and shared lots of interesting tidbits about the different famous sights (Lost, 50 First Dates, etc.). The only bummer was that our tour guides were very sassy. At times it was hard to tell if they were laughing with us OR at us.

We participated as a family of four. I had read in other people's experiences that the air conditioning on the bus was quite strong, so I brought a jacket. On the way there, many people were wearing their own towels. On the way back, perhaps because we were sitting in the front row, we didn't feel the cold air conditioning, but I didn't see the back seats, so I'm not sure how others managed.

As for the lockers, we didn't use them. We left our change of clothes nearby and kept our valuables in a waterproof case that we bought at ABC Store, which held our credit cards and iPhone.

My youngest child is six years old, and they went on almost all the attractions. They said the attraction shaped like a red trumpet was scary.

We had so much fun that we didn't even have lunch, and we only drank a little of the water we were allowed to bring. We played the whole time and were very satisfied. We want to go again!

家族4人で参加しました。他の方の体験談で行き帰りのバスの冷房がキツいと見ていたので上着を持って行きました、行きは持参のバスタオルを羽織っている方が多かったです、帰りは我々は一番前の席に座っていた為か冷房のキツさは感じず、後ろの席は見ていないので他の方々はどうされていたか分かりません。
ロッカーについては我々は使いませんでした。その辺に着替えの荷物は置いて、貴重品はABCstoreで買った首から下げる防水のビニールケースにクレジットカードとiphoneを入れていました。
下の子供が6歳ですが、ほぼ全てのアトラクション行きました、赤いラッパのような形のアトラクションは怖かったと言っていましたが。
楽しくて楽しくて昼食も摂らず、唯一持参OKだった水を少し飲んだ程度でずっと遊びました、大満足でした。また行きたいです。

The female staff member in Japan provided various explanations and shared many stories on the way to Hanauma. Although we didn't see any sea turtles, it was reassuring that they kept an eye on everyone to ensure we didn't get separated.

日本の女性スタッフの方でハナウマまで行く途中も色々説明して色々お話を聞けました。
ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、皆がバラバラにならない様に見てくれるので安心です。

I could only see a little because a shark was nearby. The staff were all cheerful and it was lively. It was nice to have a leisurely morning.

サメが近くに来てるという事で少ししか見れませんでした。スタッフの方は皆さん明るくて盛り上がりました。朝がゆっくりなので良かったです。

Even at 90 meters, it was really high up, and the strong wind made it a bit scary when it swayed! But 90 meters was enough for us. The view from above was amazing!

They asked if we wanted to take photos for $30, but we decided to have a couple of newlyweds from the same tour take pictures with their iPhone, so we didn't get the photos.

Since it was an iPhone, our faces weren't captured clearly, but they were able to take videos as well, which was nice. If you want clear photos of your face, I think it's a good idea to ask the staff to take pictures with a DSLR camera.

90mでもすごく高くまで上がって、風がきつくて揺れると少し怖かったです！
90mでも私達には十分でした。空から見る景色は最高でした！
写真を30＄で撮るかと聞かれたけど、同じツアーの新婚さんのカップルにiPhoneで撮ってもらうことにしたので写真は撮ってもらいませんでした。
iPhoneなので顔までハッキリとは写らないけど動画も撮ってもらえたしよかったです。
顔まではっきりと写して貰いたければスタッフの人に一眼レフカメラで撮って貰ったらいいと思います。

I checked the tide chart and participated during the lowest tide, but I still got soaked up to my knees. Since the sandbar was my goal, I was a bit disappointed about that. The sandbar seemed to stretch quite a long way, but perhaps the tour companies stop at different places to disembark. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the blue sky, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. I also saw sea turtles and mantas, but overall, I feel it might be more geared towards younger people.

潮目表を見て最低水位の時に参加したもののの、膝くらいまでは浸かりました。サンドバーが目的でしたので、その点は残念です。サンドバー（浅瀬）はかなり長い範囲につながっているように見えましたが、ツアー会社によって船をとめて降りる場所が違うのかもしれません。もっとも、青空と海、そして周辺の山の景色は極上で堪能しました。
ウミガメやマンタも見れましたが、全体的に若者向けかな〜という気がします。

I had a great time.
It felt a bit short, but the whole family enjoyed it.
We bought lunch at a local fast food restaurant, but even though there wasn't much of a line, it took a while. It seems like it's better to buy a little earlier.

すごく楽しかったです。
少し時間が短く感じましたが、家族全員で楽しめました。
昼食は現地のファストフード店で買いましたが、あまり並んでないのに、時間がかかりました。少し早めに買った方が良いみたいです。

We participated as a family, but we were the only Japanese among the 16 participants. However, the Japanese support was excellent, and there were no issues. Being able to see sharks swimming gracefully up close in the ocean was quite an experience, and the whole family was satisfied.

家族で参加しましたが、参加者16名のうち日本人は我々のみでした。でも、日本語対応もバッチリで問題ありませんでした。海の中で、優雅に泳ぐサメを近くでバッチリ見れるのはなかなかの体験で、家族全員満足しました。

It was truly a wonderful underwater walk where I could see sea turtles up close. The supporting divers were kind and efficient, which made me feel at ease even though I wasn't confident in my swimming skills, allowing me to complete the tour without worry.

The children also seemed to have a great time. Thank you very much.

In the morning, when the pickup was happening, I think my name was called twice, but I heard it from a different tour group. While I went to check there, the bus had already started to leave, and if I hadn't noticed, I would have been left behind. Other than that, everything was great.

ウミガメも近くに見れて本当に素敵な海底散歩になりました。サポートしてくれるダイバーさんが親切で手際がよくて、泳ぎに自信のない私も安心して、ツアーを終えることができました。

子供たちも、とても楽しかったようです。ありがとうございました。

朝、迎えの時、2回名前を呼んでもらったようなのですが、違うツアーの方から聞こえたので、そちらに聞きに行ってる間にもうバスの方へ歩き出していたいて、気が付かなければ、置いてけぼりになるところでした。
それ以外は、すべて良かったです。

On Sunday, since I only set it up, I could only ride one attraction, and the time was short, so it might be safer to plan for a weekday...

日曜日に、設定したので、アトラクション1つしか乗れず、時間も短いので、平日に予定した方が無難かも、、、

The wait time was quite long, so the four people besides my wife got seasick...
It's not suitable for those who get seasick.
The underwater scooter was fun!
There are also photos and videos for sale.
Whether $75 for both for five people is expensive or cheap varies from person to person...

There is no place as fun as this in Japan. It was absolutely amazing. The Tornado was especially interesting. However, the air conditioning on the bus was too strong, which was unfortunate for the women.

こんな楽しいところは日本にはありません。もう最高でした。特にトルネードはおもしろかった。ただし、行きのバスは冷房が効きすぎで女性にはかわいそうでした。

This was my first time participating with my child.

Before the show, we waited at the entrance while choosing drinks with or without alcohol and snacking on light appetizers like fruits and nuts. Then we were shown to our seats.

Our seats were right in front of the main stage, and we had dinner first, but it took a while to place our drink orders as no one came to assist us. Just before the show started, other guests began to enter the second-floor seats, and we were still eating dinner, which made it a bit embarrassing as they could see us from above.

Once the show began, everyone was captivated, and it was so much fun that it ended in the blink of an eye. The excitement was incredible.

After the show, we waited at the designated spot as instructed by the staff from Veltra, but for some reason, a few people from the same hotel left and boarded a microbus going to a different hotel.

Later, I found out that the staff had actually arranged a separate bus for our hotel. (The bus arrived quickly.) They apologized multiple times, and after we boarded that bus, we were the only ones, so they dropped us off very close to our hotel instead of the bus stop we had originally departed from.

I truly appreciate how kindly and properly they handled the unexpected situation. If there are more enjoyable tours in the future, I would love to participate again!

モニターで今回子どもと初参加しました。

ショーの前に入り口で、アルコール有りか無しの飲み物を選びフルーツやナッツの軽いおつまみをつまみながら待ち、席に案内されます。

ショーの席はメインのすぐ前で先にディナーをいただくのですが、飲み物のオーダーがなかなか出来ず（人が来ない）少し待たされました。
始まる直前に2階席に別の客が続々入ってくるのですが、まだディナーをこちら側は食べていて上からその様子を見られているようでちょっと恥ずかしかったです。

ショーが始まると皆さん釘付けで、本当に楽しくあっと言う間に終わってしまいました。
迫力も満点。

終了後、ベルトラの付き添いの方が待つよう指示した場所にしばらくいたのですが同じホテルから来た数名がなぜか行ってしまい、別のホテル行きのマイクロバスに先に乗り込んでしまいました。

後でわかったのですが担当の方はうちのホテル行きのバスを別にちゃんと頼んでいてくれていたのです。（バスはすぐ来ました）
何度も謝ってくださり、またそのバスに乗った後、わが家だけだったので行きのバス停より泊まったホテルのすぐ近くで降ろしてくれました。

不測の時も親切にきちんと対応してくれて本当にありがとうございました。
また楽しいツアーがありましたらぜひ参加させてください！

Since this is a nature tour, it's understandable, but the bad weather and poor visibility left me feeling unsatisfied...

Regarding snorkeling, we all swam in a line along a predetermined route, so I was too focused on keeping up with everyone to really enjoy the underwater experience... (We had a group with both strong and weak swimmers, including children.)

Also, I had somewhat prepared myself for this in advance, but the water level at the sandbar was only up to my knees at most. Jumping for a photo was impossible.

自然が相手のツアーなので仕方がないのですが、天気が悪い＆透明度が悪くて、不完全燃焼でした……
スノーケルに関しては、決まっているルートを全員で一列になって泳ぐため、周りに合わせるので精一杯で海の中を楽しむ余裕があまりありませんでした…(泳げる人や泳げない人、子供などの団体になる為)
あとは、事前にある程度は覚悟していましたが、こちらのツアーではサンドバーでの海水位が膝下が精一杯でした。
ジャンプして写真を写すのは無理です。

I had a great time. It was easy to get there because there was a bus shuttle from Waikiki to Sea Life Park. I was healed by the dolphins.

とても楽しかったです。ワイキキからバスでシーライフパークまで送迎があるので行くのも簡単でした。イルカに癒されました。

I had heard from a Japanese travel agency that there could be accidents, so I was actually worried, but the boat left right next to the Hilton, and before I knew it, we were starting with the first group. In my case, there were three groups consisting only of Japanese people. There were also families who were just sightseeing and taking photos on their own. My 10-year-old child had a great time as well. I was relieved that there was no anxiety about landing, and they helped us get off the boat smoothly, so I didn't get wet at all from start to finish, even in my clothes. I had an 800 sticker on my hand, so I think I signed up for 120 meters, but was it 800 feet? It was higher than I imagined, and I thoroughly enjoyed the gentle breeze and the beautiful scenery! The cost for the SD card for photos (there were many shots I couldn't take myself!) was $35, and I prepared a tip for the boat staff who explained things in broken Japanese (o^^o). I took some motion sickness candy, but while waiting for the others, my son felt a little nauseous.

事故もあると日本の旅行会社から聞いてたので、実は心配していましたが、ヒルトンのすぐそばから船が出て、酔う間も無くもう1組目のスタートという感じでした。私の時は日本人の方だけの3組でした。見学だけで自分で写真を撮ってるご家族の方もいました。10歳の子どももとても楽しめました。不安だった着水もなく、船に上手に降ろしてもらえたので洋服でも良かったくらい最初から最後まで何も濡れませんでした。手に800のシールを貼られたので、たしか120mに申し込んだかと思いますが800フィート？想像以上の高さでゆったりと流れる風と素敵な景色を存分楽しめました！写真のSDカード代（自分じゃ撮れないショットも多いです！）35ドルと、カタコトの日本語で説明してくれた船のスタッフさんへチップのご用意を(o^^o) 酔い止めの飴舐めましたが、他の方のを待ってる間に少しだけ息子は酔ったそうです。
