Yesterday, my family and I had a blast on the Circle Island helicopter tour! All staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable, making us feel safe and at-ease despite it being all of our first times in a helicopter. Jay, our captain, took us around the whole island and had a wealth of information about each area we flew over. He also readily answered any questions we had throughout the tour. The whole experience was thorough, executed seamlessly, and will surely be a highlight of our vacation.
It was an excellent way to experience Oahu, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

We had the best time! Everything was perfect, of course the places we visited were outstanding, real nature´s beauty. And the staff of the boat was very kind and efficient. Great people!

We participated with three adults and one high school student. We traveled by boat from the sandy beach to the spot. The ride can be bumpy, and it shakes while waiting for others to fly, so I think it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

After about a five-minute boat ride, the staff starts preparing everything. We took off our sandals, put on life jackets, and once we were ready, the groups started flying one after another. You choose the height when you make the reservation, but it didn't seem to be confirmed, so the height doesn't seem to matter much. What was checked were the number of water landings and the force of the jump. I didn't want to get wet, so I used "ones! mild!" and only splashed a little. Some people got quite wet, but it seems it's also possible to come back dry.

The flying lasts just under ten minutes, but it feels amazing. It was quite high and a bit scary, but I had enough time to wave my hands and take pictures. The staff were handsome and kind, and it was fun to chat with others on the same boat.

大人3人高校生1人で参加しました。砂浜からスポットまでボートで移動しました。移動も揺れますし、他の方が飛んでいる待機中も揺れますので酔い止めは飲んでいった方が良いと思います。

ボートで5分くらい移動したらスタッフの方が着々と準備を始めます。サンダルを脱いで、ライフジャケットを着て、準備が整うとはじのグループから次々に飛んでいきます。予約の時に高さを選びますが特に確認されることもなかったので、高さはあまり関係ない気がします。確認されたのは着水の回数と勢いです。私は濡れたくなかったので「ones！mild！」と使えたのでポチャくらいでした。人によってはかなり濡れていましたし、濡れずに帰ってくることも可能みたいです。

飛んでいる間は10分弱ですがかなり気持ちいいです。結構高くて少し恐さはありましたが手を振ったり、写真を撮る余裕はありました。スタッフの方がイケメンで親切で、同じボートの方との話ができたり楽しかったです。

I participated with my family and my 2-year-old nephew. I was nervous that there might be a height check since he was just barely 92 cm, but there was no check, and we were able to board without any issues.

The boat from the beach to the submarine sways quite a bit. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the submarine, and during that time, people who are prone to motion sickness felt quite nauseous on the swaying boat. Once we boarded the submarine, it was calm and steady once submerged.

Underwater, the visibility was poor, and we couldn't see many fish. There were fish around the artificially sunk feeding area. I was a bit disappointed because the photos on the website looked too beautiful, and I had that image in mind. Additionally, inside the submarine, we only listened to explanations through headphones, and there was hardly any interaction from the crew, which was a bit disappointing. However, the elementary school-aged children seemed to enjoy it.

2歳の甥と家族で参加しました。身長が92cmギリギリだったので乗る前に検査でもあったらどうしようとドキドキしてましたが、特に検査もなく何も言われずに乗れました。
浜辺から潜水艦までの船が揺れます。また潜水艦を待ってる時間が10分くらいあり、その間も揺れる船上で待機のため酔いやすい人はかなり気持ち悪くなってました。潜水艦に乗船し、沈んでしまえば揺れもなく穏やかです。

沈むと海の中は濁っておりあまり魚が見えませんでした。人工的に沈められた餌場の周りには魚がいます。ホームページなどの写真が綺麗すぎるのでそのイメージでいたのでがっかりです。また、潜水艦の中はヘッドホンで説明を聞くだけで乗務員さんからの話はほとんど無いのでそれも少し残念です。小学生くらいの子供は楽しんでいました。

My first time at Wet 'n Wild.
I had reserved a cabana in advance, and I was worried about whether I could actually get it, but I was definitely able to borrow it.
Having a cabana was great because drinks and fruit were served, and it provided a relaxing base!
I also enjoyed the attractions.

初めてのウェット＆ワイルド。
カバナを事前予約 していたのですが、借りられるか不安でしたが、、確実に借りる事が出来ました。
カバナがあると飲み物や果物がサービスされ、落ち着ける拠点が出来て良かったです！
アトラクションも楽しめました。

I was able to see every corner of Waikiki. It felt great to be surrounded by the wind! ✌️ But, I was still scared because I couldn't touch the bottom. The mischievous, good-looking guy was funny!

ワイキキの隅々まで見渡せました。風をいっぱい受けてキモチ良かった〜〜✌️でも、やっぱり足がつかないのは怖かった〜いたずらっ子のイケ面お兄さんが面白かったよ

Everything was great! My family loved the beautiful view of Maunalua Bay. The staff were super friendly and cooperative to our needs. They were super specific as to what the directions were or what to do just in case of emergency. The footage from the GoPro turned out great too. The boat had music and they allowed us to swim if we'd like while we were waiting. I would definitely recommend! I'd come here again :)

This was one of the greatest highlights of our whole vacation!! The staff were so friendly and kind. We shared the boat with other passengers who were on their honeymoons and on family vacations also. It was a great environment. And the kids had so much fun watching how they set up the parasails. The pictures turned out fantastic and it was overall amazing, I wish to come here again :)

I'm a returning visitor after three years, and it's enjoyable because there aren't as many strict rules like in Japan. My family and I can have fun doing various activities, like filming videos while riding the slides.

3年振りのリピーターですが、日本のように細かい決まり事が無くて楽です。家族でスライダーに乗りながら動画撮影など色々楽しめます。

The pool is filled with thrilling water slides, not suitable for small children or the elderly. However, kids in elementary school and above will absolutely love it. My children, who are in elementary and middle school, were thrilled and said they want to come back again! If you take the shuttle bus, you can line up right at the entrance, but if you go on your own, it costs $8 for parking, and then you have to wait in line to exchange tickets before entering. The park closes at 3:30 PM, but around 2:30 PM, when the bus passengers start getting ready to leave, it becomes much less crowded, and we could enjoy the slides to our heart's content.

The BBQ lunch was a buffet with hot dogs and salads, but it wasn't an actual BBQ. The variety wasn't extensive, and it wasn't particularly delicious, so I feel like we could skip it next time. However, if you don't get the BBQ lunch, you'll have to stand in a long line at the food counter, which is a bit of a dilemma.

絶叫系スライダーばかりのプール。小さな子供とお年寄り向きではありません。でも小学生以上なら大喜びです。小学生と中学生のうちの子たちは大喜びで、もう一回来たい！と言っていました。送迎バス付きだとすぐに入場門に並べるのに対し、自分たちで行くと、駐車場8ドルかかり、更にチケット交換に並んでから入場門。でも、3時半にクローズですが、バスの人達が一斉に帰り支度を始める2時半ごろから一気にすいて、スライダーやりたい放題でした。
BBQランチは、ホットドッグやサラダが並んでいるビュッフェ形式で、BBQするわけではありませんでした。種類が多いわけでもなく、すごくおいしいわけでもなく、次回はつけなくてもいいな…という感じです。ただ、BBQランチをつけないとフードカウンターで長蛇の列にならばなければならず、悩ましい所です。

I think it was the most beautiful sea I've ever seen!!!! I was so moved ♡ The staff were very kind and fun, and I really enjoyed myself!!! They took a lot of photos for us, and especially Yukiko, the Japanese staff member, was truly wonderful. I am very grateful! Thank you so much ♡

My husband wanted to try surfing, so I joined him. It was my first experience with surfing.

We were picked up by car on the way there, and since the hotel (Moana Surfrider) was close, we walked back afterward. It took about 10 minutes.

The staff at the reception spoke Japanese, which made me feel very comfortable during the lesson. I also received a CD with photos taken during the lesson, and it was a really great experience. I participated thinking I would just be a companion, so I didn't have much stamina and had to return to the beach partway through (laughs). Paddling is quite tiring!!

夫がサーフィンをやってみたいと言うので参加しました。サーフィンは初体験でした。
行きは車で迎えに来てもらい、帰りはホテル（モアナサーフライダー）が近かったので歩いて帰りました。10分くらいです。

受付スタッフは日本語を喋れるかただったのでとても安心して受講できました。
レッスン中の写真を撮ったCDRもいただき、とても良い体験ができました。
私は付き添い程度のつもりで参加したので、体力もなく途中でビーチに帰らせてもらいました（笑）パドリング、結構疲れます!!

It was great to see the sharks, but my children, who are sensitive to motion, got seasick from the boat's rocking before we reached the point and couldn't go into the water. The sea wasn't particularly rough, so those who are prone to seasickness should be prepared.

サメを見ることが出来たのはいいのですが
乗り物に弱い我が家の子供たちはポイントに着くまでの
ボートの揺れで酔ってしまい、海に入れませんでした。
海が特別荒れていたわけではないので
船に弱い人は覚悟したほうが良いかも

I was looking forward to the sandbar.

The staff were fun people, and the sandbar was very beautiful.

However, it was disappointing that it wasn't the sandbar I had imagined.

I had envisioned it during low tide...

It's a natural occurrence, so there's nothing that can be done about it.

I should have asked the staff what time the tide goes out or done more research.

Since I went on the morning course, I wonder if the tide would have been out if I had chosen the afternoon course.

Next time, I want to go when the tide is out.

But it was very beautiful, and I was truly moved!

楽しみにしていたサンドバー。

スタッフも楽しい方々でしたし、
サンドバーもとても綺麗でした。

ただイメージしていたサンドバーではなかったのが残念でした。

潮が引いているイメージでしたので・・・

自然の事なので、仕方がありませんが。

私も大体何時頃に潮が引くのかスタッフに聞くなり、
もっと調べておけば良かったです。

午前のコースだったので、
午後コースだったら、潮が引いていたのでしょうか。

次回は、潮が引いた時に行きたいと思います。

でもとても綺麗で感動しましたよ！

There were still few visitors, so there was no waiting time, and I was able to enjoy various attractions and slides, which made me very satisfied. There are many attractions available that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

まだ、入場者が少なく待ち時間もなく色々なアトラクションスライダーを利用でき満足できました。アトラクションも数多く用意されており老若男女楽しめます。

This was my second time, and it was just as enjoyable as the last. The horses were calm, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely use this place again next time.

今回は2回目でしたが、前回同様に楽しかったです。馬も大人しくスタッフも親切でした。
また次回もこちらを利用します。

If you want to do something typical of Hawaii, I recommend this. There were many families with children, and the staff was considerate, making for a satisfying tour. The lunch consisted of hamburgers made with grilled meat on the boat. While it wasn't incredibly delicious, just eating on the boat was enjoyable. During the final snorkeling, I was lucky enough to swim with a sea turtle, which made for a wonderful memory.

ハワイらしいことをしたいなら、オススメです。お子様連れも多く、スタッフの方も気遣ってくれて満足のいくツアーでした。ランチも船上で焼いたお肉でハンバーグで、すごい美味しいって訳では無いけれど、船上で食べてるってだけで楽しいです。最後のシュノーケリングではウミガメとも運よく一緒に泳ぐことができて素敵な思い出になりました。

Such a wonderful, once in a lifetime experience with very calm and professional tour operators. Even took the time to capture the experience on camera and send all of the photos via email, free if charge. Only wish we had more time to go again!!!!!!!!

My first hike in Hawaii was an experience beyond my expectations. When I arrived at the entrance, I received water and snacks and prepared by applying insect repellent. There is also a rental option for waist pouches. There were seven other foreign participants besides me. The guide spoke only in English, so it might be tough if you don't speak any English at all. The jungle itself was easy at first, but in the second half, there were steeper inclines and muddy areas, and I definitely worked up a good sweat. The bananas we ate at the destination were delicious! The tour itself was fantastic, but I had to call after waiting over 30 minutes for the pickup. I connected directly with the guide, who mentioned that they had gone to a different location for some reason. The pickup arrived in about 10 minutes, but waiting in the heat was quite tough. However, I was satisfied with the tour! I highly recommend it.

ハワイで初めてのハイキング、思っていた以上に素晴らしい体験でした。入口前に到着すると、水、スナックを貰い、虫除けを掛けたり準備します。ウエストポーチのレンタルもあります。参加者は私以外に7名の外国人。ガイドももちろん英語オンリー、英語が全く出来ないと辛いかも。ジャングル自体は、最初は楽チンですが、後半思っていたより傾斜があったり、泥濘もあり、しっかり良い汗をかきました。目的地で食べたバナナの美味しかったこと！ツアー自体は最高だったのですが、ピックアップタイム30分過ぎても迎えが来ず、さすがに電話。ガイドに直接繋がり、私への案内と何故か違う場所に行ったとのこと。10分程で迎えが来ましたが、かなり暑い最中に待っていたのでそれが辛かったです。しかし、ツアーは満足です！オススメです。

On August 17, I attended the Rock-a-Hula VIP dinner. First of all, by booking the VIP experience, you can enter earlier than general guests. While waiting for the opening time, hula dancers and singers come out to perform on a mini stage. Then, with excitement, we entered and were greeted by none other than Michael Jackson! We took a commemorative photo together! (This photo can be purchased with a frame.) As we moved further in, the staff welcomed us with a welcome drink and hors d'oeuvres. After relaxing for a while, we were shown to our seats. I thought the seating was a bit cramped, but once the meal started, it wasn't a big deal.

The food was five stars! Lobster arrived along with fruits and salad. I imagined it would be the kind of dry lobster served at weddings, but it was completely different. The meat was firm (but not tough) and came out easily from the shell, and it was delicious. The presentation was beautiful as well. Additionally, the main course of beef and Alaska salmon was served on warmed plates to keep the food from getting cold. What a thoughtful touch! The mashed potatoes on the side were also excellent. Overall, the portion sizes were just right, and it was a well-balanced meal.

By the time we finished the course, an announcement for the show began. The artists performing that day were Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Katy Perry. What a hit!! With captivating voices and dynamic dances, sometimes elegant and smooth. It was truly a stage where rock and hula merged. Even those who are not familiar with Western music can enjoy it fully!! I won't go into details, as the artists change depending on the day, and more than anything, I want everyone who will be going to experience the great excitement. Highly recommended!!

8月17日、ロック・ア・フラVIPディナー、いって参りました。
まず、VIPで申し込むと一般のお客さんより早く入場できます。
OPEN時間までの待ち時間、フラダンサーとシンガーがやってきてミニステージを見せてくれます。
そしてウキウキしながら入場。なんとマイケル・ジャクソンが出迎えてくれました！一緒に記念写真をパチリ！（この写真は台紙付きで購入できます。）さらに奥へと進むと、ウェルカムドリンクとオードブルでスタッフさんが歓迎してくれます。しばらくのんびりした後、席に案内されます。席は若干窮屈かな、と思いましたが、食事が始まるとそれほど気になりませんでした。

料理は５つ星です！フルーツやサラダと一緒にロブスターがやってきました。ああ、きっと結婚式で出てくるようなモソモソしたものなのだろうと想像していましたが、全くの別物でした。身がブリンと引き締まっていて（固くはないです）殻から取れやすく、おいしかったです。盛り付けも綺麗でした。また、メインのビーフ＆アラスカサーモンは、料理が冷めないよう温まったお皿にのって出てきました。うれしい心遣いです。付け合わせのマッシュポテトも最高でした。全体的に量が程よく、バランスのよいお食事でした。

コースを食べ終える頃、ショー開始のアナウンスが流れました。この日の出演アーティストは、エルビス・プレスリー、マイケル・ジャクソン、ケイティ・ペリーです。大当たり！！魅惑のボイスに躍動感あふれるダンス。時には優雅にしっとりと。正にロックとフラが融合したステージでした。洋楽に詳しくない方でも充分に楽しめます！！詳細内容にはふれないでおきましょう。日によってアーティストも変わりますし、何よりもこれから見に行く皆さんに大きな感動を味わっていただきたいので。イチオシです！！

I watched the Rock of Ages show from the VIP seats! Upon entering, we were welcomed with a welcome drink, and then we enjoyed dinner. The lobster, salmon, and meat were all very filling, and we also got one free drink. The meat and bread were especially delicious.

As for the main show, overall I was satisfied, but it would have been even better if Michael and Elvis's songs had been more popular hits! That said, there were hula performances and fire dances, making for a rich experience!

入場してすぐウェルカムドリンクでもてなしがあり、中に入ってまずディナーをいただきます。
ロブスター、サーモン、お肉とボリューム満点で、ドリンクも一杯無料でついてます。お肉とパンが特においしかったです。
その後のメインのショーですが、全体的には満足なのですが、マイケルやエルビスの曲がもっとメジャーな曲だったら尚良しってかんじでした！
とは言え、フラあり、ファイヤーダンスありで充実の内容でした♪

I participated because I wanted to see the sandbar and sea turtles! I was very satisfied to see many sea turtles up close, it was moving! The sandbar happened to be at high tide, so the water was up to my chest and it felt like just a regular sea. But the ocean is really beautiful!

目的はサンドバーとウミガメがみたくて参加しました！
ウミガメは沢山みれて大満足！船のすごく近いところでみれて感動しました！
サンドバーはたまたま満潮で胸付近まで水があって普通の海でした涙
でも海はとっても綺麗です！

We participated as a family of five. It was our first experience riding the waves right in the middle of Waikiki Beach, and everyone was thrilled. The guide was also attentive and explained everything well.

There was one downside: the activity time was short. Depending on the guide's discretion, it could end in about 15 to 20 minutes. We managed to ride the waves about three times. Since we asked to do a bit more, we ended up riding for around 30 minutes and about five times, but if you don't say anything, it could very well end in 15 to 20 minutes with just three rides. So, be cautious about that.

However, this is definitely one of the activities I would like to participate in again when we go back to Waikiki. We had a great time!

ワイキキビーチのど真ん中で波に乗るということを初めて体験でき、みんな大喜びでした。
ガイドも丁寧で説明も上手です。
難点が一点。アクティビティーの時間が短い。
ガイドの思いひとつで、１５～２０分程度で終わりの場合もあるようでした。
波に乗ることが３回程度でしょうか？
私たちは、もう少しやらせて欲しいと相談したので３０分、５回くらい波に乗りましたが
何も言わなければ１５～２０分、３回で終了もあり得ます。要注意ですね。
しかし、またワイキキに行くときには参加したいアクティビティーの一つですね。
楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It's enjoyable for both children and adults. Anyway, it was not crowded. Maybe it was just a good day to visit, but we could try the popular slides multiple times without much waiting. It feels like a nice large pool in the countryside (though some facilities are a bit aging). It's about a 40-minute drive from Honolulu. The food mainly consists of hamburgers, but the taste is okay. The kids were very happy. If I had to say something, it's not as spacious as I expected. Initially, I thought that the playtime from 10:30 to 15:00 might be short, but I think it's just the right amount of time. Towards the end, the adults did get a bit bored at times. Overall, it's good.

とにかく空いてる。行った日が良かったのか、人気のスライダーも大して並ばずに何度も挑戦。
いい感じの田舎の大型プールって感じでしょうか？（設備が若干、老朽化気味）
ホノルルからも４０分程度。食事もハンバーガー中心ですが味もOK。
子供達が大喜びでした。
しいて言うと、思った以上に広くない。当初は１０：３０～１５：００までだと遊ぶ時間が短いかな？と思っていたが、ちょうど良い時間だと思います。
大人は最後の方は若干飽きる場面もありましたね。
全体ではgoodです。

I was moved by how they sincerely listened to my booking troubles and worked hard to address them. They provided an abundance of local gourmet recommendations about Hawaii, making it feel like more than just a single tour; I really enjoyed it.

This was my second time participating in the OP with VERTRA. I had a good impression from the first time and it was a fun experience. This time, I participated with my family: my husband and daughter. My daughter has disabilities in her hands and feet, so she cannot swim. She has never been to a pool or the ocean with friends. However, we had been to Hawaii several times, and I always wanted her to experience snorkeling or participating in ocean activities someday. This time, I decided to take the plunge, and I was able to see my daughter’s happy face. Although it was just for a short time, we were able to enjoy snorkeling. This was all thanks to the staff of Heavenly Ocean Tours, especially Yuki, who encouraged us by saying, "I'll assist you, let's go together," which I truly appreciated. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful OP. I definitely want to participate again.

VERTRAさんのOPは、２回目の参加です。１回目も悪い印象はなく、楽しい思いでです。
今回は、家族３人での参加でした。夫婦、娘です。娘が手と足に、障害があり泳ぐことができません。友達とプール、海なども行ったこともないです。でも、ハワイには、何度か来ていたので、いつか、シュノーケリングや海でのOPに参加させて、あげたいと思っていました。今回、思い切って、参加して娘の喜ぶ顔も、見れたしシュノーケリングも少しの時間でしたが、楽しむことが、できました。それも、ひとえに、天国海ツアーのスタッフ・・特に、YUKIさんが、補助しますから、一緒に行きましょうと、声をかけて下さり、本当に、ありがたかったです・・感謝です。本当にありがとうございました・・・とっても、素敵なOPでした。
また、必ず、参加したいです。

Very well organized. The crew are fantastic and although we were a little nervous about doing the activity - we needn't have been the crew are there with you every step of the way. The water is so blue you can see all the way to the bottom. Have recommended this to heaps of our friends.

I was worried about the 150 meters, but it was a very enjoyable parasailing experience. The view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from above was amazing!

150mは心配でしたが、大変楽しいパラセーリングでした。
上空からのワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドも最高でしたよ。

My husband and I and our 13 year old son all had a fantastic day ziplining. It was our favourite day of our stay in Hawaii, great fun, amazing views, fantastic staff and something we won't forget. Would highly recommend.
