I participated in mid-October when the waves were high. With the underwater scooter, the visibility was limited to about 2-3 meters due to the murky water, but I was able to see a variety of colorful fish. Even at the sandbar, they brought various water toys despite the high waves. During times of high waves, the underwater scooter can make you feel a bit seasick, so if you're prone to motion sickness, taking anti-nausea medication is a must. Next time, I would like to join when the waves are calmer.

10月中ばに波が高い中、参加しました。
スクーターでは水中が濁ってしまって２−３メートル先が精一杯でしたが、色とりどりの魚を見ることができました。
サンドバーでも波が高い中、色々な遊具を持ってきてくれました。
波が高い時期は水中スクーターで、水中かき回されるので、酔いやすい方は酔い止め必須です。
次回、波の穏やかな時期に参加したいです。

My husband and I went to the rock a hula show and had a great time! We decided to go with the dinner and a show option and the meal was very good! They give you plenty of food and your own spot at a table super close to the stage where you get a great view of the performers! When we went the performers were Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Katy Perry. The performers were all very good and super friendly, they came down to the crowd and shook hands and interacted with many people, you'll especially get a hand shake if you choose to be in the VIP section! Elvis started it off and it was pretty hard to tell the difference between his singing and the real deal. Michael Jackson was probably my favorite, sounded and actually looked just like him, and with him you'll also see a very authentic moon walk! There were big TV screens that came up and showed fun pictures of the real Elvis, Michael Jackson and Katy Perry while they all performed. Also there were hula dancers that performed during all of the performances and they were absolutely fabulous! At the end of the show, there was a fire juggler that came out and both my husband and I were awe struck by his performance! The way he was able to spin the sticks of fire was so amazing, when I think of Hawaii, this was definitely what came to mind! The staff was super friendly and very helpful, the service was quick and they could also whip up some delicious cocktails which just added to the fun! All in all we we're looking for just a fun night out and I love going to shows and this show definitely exceeded our expectations, I would recommend this show to anyone wanting to have a good time and see a truly authentic Hawaiian show!

On the afternoon of the day we arrived in Hawaii, I participated while still sleep-deprived. The round-trip yacht ride was quite rocky, and my daughter got seasick. Motion sickness medication is a must. I have a severe fear of heights, but my daughter wanted to jump from 150 meters since we were there, so I hesitantly went along. The seatbelt was thick and provided stability, so I didn't feel too scared while jumping. The view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the sky was wonderful and the best scenery! It was truly moving! It was a very good tour, but the only downside was that the pickup bus arrived nearly 20 minutes late. If you look at the attached photos, you can see how high it was!

ハワイに到着した日の午後、寝不足のまま参加しました。
往復のヨットはかなり揺れて娘が酔ってしまいました。
酔い止めは必需品ですね。
私はとてもとても高所恐怖症が酷いのですが、娘が折角だから150mを飛びたいと言い恐る恐る飛んだのですが、座るベルトが太くて安定感がありあまり怖さを感じずに飛べました。
空から見るワイキキビーチ、ダイヤモンドヘッド全てが素敵で最高の景色でした！
これは感動！
とても良いツアーだったのですが、迎えのバスが20分近く遅れて来たのだけが残念です。

I participated in a horseback riding experience with three friends, making a total of four of us. There were two white people in the same time slot, but the two instructors staggered the groups a bit and led us separately, so we had a private group experience. Alex, who was in charge of us, had a great personality and provided us with information about the horses' names and personalities, as well as guidance throughout the ride. I could feel her love for the horses radiating from her, which made us feel happy too. We were blessed with good weather, took photos on a stunning beach, and had a very meaningful time connecting with nature. Fortunately, we also encountered a sea turtle basking in the sun, making it the best horseback riding experience that we could only have here!

13時からの乗馬体験に友人3人と私、計4人で参加。
白人2名が同じ時間帯にいましたが、インストラクター2名が少し時間をずらして2組に分けて先導してくれたため、グループで貸切の状態でした。私達を担当してくれたAlexは人柄もよく、馬の名前、性格や途中のガイドもしてくれました。彼女の全身から馬たちへの愛を感じてこちらまで幸せになりました。天候にも恵まれ、絶景の浜辺で写真も撮れ、自然を感じられたとても有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。ラッキーなことに甲羅干しで寝ている海亀にも出会え、ここでしか味わえない最高の乗馬体験になりました！！

It was written that there would be a "BBQ on board," but in reality, it was just one cheeseburger and potato chips. It also mentioned "free eco bags with logo!" but there were no gifts.
The activity itself was good as we were able to see dolphins. The dolphins were small, specifically the spinner dolphins. We went to see them while they were sleeping, so we didn't get to see them coming close or swimming around as we had imagined.

「船上BBQ付き」と書いてあるましたが実際にはチーズバーガー1つとポテトチップスでした。また「ロゴ付きエコバックプレゼント！」と書いてありましたがプレゼントはありませんでした。
アクティビティ自体はイルカも見れて良かったです。イルカはハシナガイルカという小型のイルカ。寝ているところを見に行ったので、想像していたような近寄ってきたり泳ぎ回ったりという姿は見られませんでした。

I participated with the image of being able to walk on the sandbar, but in reality, the sandbar was not visible, and I was submerged in seawater up to my waist. I wish there had been a bit more time to stay and for snorkeling.

サンドバーの上を歩けるイメージで参加しましたが、実際はサンドバーは顔を出さず、腰近くまで海水に浸かっていました。もう少し滞在時間やシュノーケルの時間があったらいいなと思いました。

First of all, motion sickness medication is a must!
The sea was incredibly beautiful and clear.
The sunken ships and airplanes were mysterious,
and there were lots of small fish! Of course, there were big fish too!
And above all, the guide was very humorous and made it fun.
At the end, a dolphin swam by briefly.
I wish I could have seen it a little closer.

人工的に沈めた船や飛行機が神秘的で
小さい魚たちがいっぱいいました！もちろん大きい魚たちも！
そしてなんといっても案内役の方がとてもユーモアがあって楽しかったです。
最後にちらりとイルカが泳いでいました。
もうちょっと近くで見れたら良かったなー。

I participated in the 2-hour four-wheeler buggy course. It was my first experience, but there were Japanese explanation videos, so I had no trouble. It was fun to go through narrow paths that buses and cars can't access. The great outdoors is amazing!

四輪バギー2時間コースに参加させて頂きました。
初めての経験でしたが、日本語の説明動画があったりで不便はなかったです。バスや車では通れない細い道を通るのは楽しかったです。大自然は最高です！

I was worried about not being able to speak English at all, but the staff provided detailed explanations in Japanese beforehand. Once it started, the trainer could speak a little Japanese and taught us how to touch the dolphins in Japanese. I think the experience lasted just under an hour. The dolphins were smart and really cute. (*´∀｀*)

英語が全く話せなくてどうなるだろうかと思っていたら、詳しい説明は事前に日本語のスタッフの方がしてくださいました。
始まってからはトレーナーの方もちょっとだけ日本語が喋れるということで、日本語でイルカの触り方を教えてくださいました。体験時間は一時間弱ほどだったかと思います。イルカが賢くて本当に可愛かったです。(*´∀｀*)

I wanted to ride with my child, but we were forced to go with one participant, making it three of us. (It was stated that one participant under 80kg was not allowed.) Perhaps because we were with other participants, unlike other groups, there was no experience of dipping our feet in the sea. Additionally, despite requesting paid photos, we were not able to have any taken, which made my mother sad. It's disappointing.

親子２人で乗りたかったのですが、一名参加の方と一緒に３人で強制的に飛ばされました。(80kg以下の方の一名参加は不可と書いていたのに)他の参加者と一緒だったからか、他のグループと違い、海に足をつける演出も無し。また、有料の写真をお願いしていたにも関わらず撮っていただけず、母親が悲しんでいました。残念です。

I enjoyed the Horseback ride, but was disappointed we didn’t actually get to see the sunset.

I got a bit lost at the entrance of the ranch, but I arrived safely and waited for about 30 minutes until everyone who signed up for the tour gathered. (You can touch the horses while waiting.) Once everyone was there, the staff explained how to ride and how to hold the reins, and then we each mounted the horses with their assistance. We rode in a line along a designated course at a slow pace, so even those with no riding experience could feel comfortable. The horses seemed well-trained and followed the instructions smoothly. We rode for just under an hour against the backdrop of Hawaii's magnificent scenery, and then we returned to the starting point to say goodbye to the staff before parting ways. It feels great when the weather is nice! While I'd love to ride in light clothing, long pants and sneakers are a must. If you're concerned about sunburn, I recommend bringing a light shirt. We encountered some rain on the way, but it was sunny during the ride, and I had a lot of fun! The horses were very soothing!

牧場の入口で若干迷いましたが無事に到着し、ツアー申込した人が揃うまで時間をつぶしながら30分位待ちました。
(待っている間馬に触ったりできます。)
全員揃うとスタッフの方が乗り方、綱の引き方を説明してくれ、付き添いながら一人一人乗馬し出発。一列に並んで決まったコースをゆっくり進むので乗馬全く経験なくても安心して乗ることができました！
馬も慣れているようですんなり指示に従ってくれます。1時間弱位ハワイの壮大な景色を背景に乗馬しスタートした場所に戻ってスタッフとお別れの挨拶をして解散となります。
天気がいいととても気持ちいいです！
薄着で乗りたい所ですが長ズボンスニーカーは必須。日焼けが気になる方は薄手のシャツなどあるといいと思います。
行く途中雨に降られましたが、乗馬中は晴れていて楽しかったです！お馬さんにもいやされました！

Although it was disappointing that the sandbar didn't appear due to the rainy weather and it not being low tide, the staff were very kind, and I had a great time.

天候が雨模様でしかも引き潮の時期ではなかったそうで、サンドバーが現れなかったのは残念でしたが、スタッフの皆さんが大変親切で、楽しい時間を過ごせました。

The crew were so professional and nice. They kept us all feel safe. Our kids had a blast! Definitely recommends.

We went to Hawaii for my son's autumn break in his first year of middle school. It was his first time parasailing, but our reservation was canceled due to strong winds. However, we were able to reschedule for the last day in Hawaii, and he was able to participate without any issues. It became a wonderful memory for our family of three to fly together. They offer a photo service for $30, and when we requested it, they handed us an SD card with over 100 photos, so we were glad we did it.

However, the meeting time was supposed to be 10:25 AM at Duke Kahanamoku, according to the printed voucher with the flashy company logo, but the vehicle was just a regular van and arrived at 10:55 AM. I called to confirm, but since it was a reschedule, I was really anxious about whether they would actually come. It seems there was a discrepancy with the meeting time, so it might be a good idea to double-check. The parasailing experience was fantastic.

　中学1年の息子の秋休みでハワイへ…息子は初めてのパラセイリングでしたが、予約の日が風が強いということでキャンセルに…しかし次の日のハワイ最終日に振り替えていただけて、無事参加できました。家族3人で飛ぶ事もできとても良い思い出になりました。30ドルで撮影をしてくれるのでお願いしたら、100枚以上撮影したＳＤを渡されたので撮ってもらって良かったです。
ただ…集合時間がデュークカハナモクに10時25分、派手な会社のロゴの入ったトロリーとバウチャー印刷時に書いてありましたが、車はただのバンだし時間は10時55分…電話もしましたが…振替という事もあり、本当に来るのかと不安な思いをしました。集合時間が違ったようなので、確認された方がいいかもしれません。パラセイリングは最高でした。

Before leaving Japan, my daughter and I went parasailing, while my wife opted to stay on the boat. Despite having completed the payment for all three of us through VELTRA with a card, we were told on-site that my wife's payment had not been made. Even after showing the confirmation that we had already paid for three people, we were stuck in a back-and-forth argument about the unpaid amount. As the boat's departure time approached, and not wanting to inconvenience other guests, we ended up paying again. Regardless of the amount, being forced to pay twice left me feeling very upset and diminished the enjoyment of the parasailing experience, which was disappointing. As a travel agency, how can you not communicate properly with the local operators? Situations like this ruin the travel experience and affect the credibility of the travel agency. I believe it would be wise to implement improvements to prevent similar issues from happening to others.

日本を発つ前に私と娘がパラセイルをして、妻はパラセイルをやらずにボートに乗船することでVELTRAさんにカードで支払いをすませたにもかかわらず、現地では妻の分は支払われていないとクレームされ、すでに3人分VELTRAさんに払っていると確認書を見せたにもかかわらず未払いとだ押し問答をしているうちに、ボートの出発時間になり、他のお客さんに迷惑をかけるわけにもいかず結局追加払いしました。金額の多寡にかかわらず二重に払わされ気分を非常に害し不愉快になりながらパラセイルをしたので、楽しさも半減以下となりがっかりでした。旅行会社として現地とちゃんとコミュニケーションがとれないというのはプロとしてどうなのでしょうか。こういうことをされると、せっかくの旅行気分が台無しにされるだけでなく、旅行会社としての信用にかかわりますので、他の方に同様なことが起こらないよう改善対策を取られた方がよいと思います。

Last year, I took this lesson for my first surfing experience. It was easy to understand even for beginners, and I was able to ride the waves. It was so much fun that I signed up again this year. Once again, I had an incredibly enjoyable time.

去年、初めてサーフィンをしたのが、このレッスンでした。初めてでも分かりやすくて波に乗れました。とっても楽しかったので、今年も申し込んじゃいました。やっぱり最高に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

The guide, Yuki, was very enjoyable and left a good impression. However, the seawater came up to my chest, which was a bit different from what I expected (but that's nature, so it can't be helped). I think snorkeling is a waste of time, so it's not necessary. I read in a review that "the bus is cold," so I brought extra towels, but it was still cold. Doesn't the company see reviews like this? Please consider the temperature of the bus for future guests!!

I had plans to go to the North Shore, so I made a reservation out of curiosity. After about 20 minutes on the boat, we were given snorkels and entered the sea in a cage with around eight people. Looking around, I saw more than ten sharks, some about three meters long. It was quite thrilling, and I was very satisfied with the tour, which offered a thrill that you can't experience in Japan.

There were no other Japanese people besides us, and all the explanations were in English. However, I think it's not a problem even if you don't speak English, as you can understand the atmosphere.

It seems to depend on the day, but the boat does sway, so I think it's a good idea to bring motion sickness medication.

ノースショアに行く予定がありましたので、興味本位で予約。船に揺られ20分くらいの沖で、シュノーケルを渡され、海に設置されている檻の中に8人程度で海へ入ります。あたりを見渡すと、10匹以上のサメがいました。3メートル程度あるものもおり、かなりドキドキしましたが、日本では味わえないスリルがあり、とても満足のツアーでした。
日本人は私たち以外にはいなく、説明もすべて英語でした。ただ、雰囲気で伝わりますので、英語ができなくても問題はないかなとも思います。
日によるみたいですが、船は揺れますので、酔い止めは持っていったほうがいいかと思います。

As a beginner in horseback riding, I ended up riding a very intelligent horse that took the lead, and everything went smoothly. The horse was amazing, checking the horses behind and the guide horse, deciding when to move forward or stop. It seemed to even understand when I spoke to it in English. The female guide was very friendly, and since I speak English, I had no issues. However, she mentioned that they can also say the necessary words in Japanese and that they deal with Japanese tourists every day, so I think even those who can't speak English will have no problems.

乗馬初心者で何故かリーダー役の馬に乗ることになりましたが、馬がとても賢く、何も問題ありませんでした。(後続の馬やガイドの馬を自分の目で確認して進んだり止まったりしていて、すごかった…私が英語で話しかけると、どうやらそれすら理解しているようでした。)ガイドの女性もとてもフレンドリーでしたし、私は英語喋るので問題ないですが彼女らも必要な単語は日本語で言えるようにしているし毎日日本人観光客対応していると言っていたので英語できない人も問題ないと思います。

It was refreshing to explore the ranch, which was a filming location for the movie, by buggy! However, on the one-hour course, there is only one break (for taking photos at the filming location), so I recommend the two-hour course for those who want to take more pictures at the locations.

映画のロケ地となった牧場をバギーで回るのは爽快感がありました♪ただ一時間コースですと、途中休憩(ロケ地ポイントでの写真撮影する時間)が一回しかないので、ロケ地の写真撮影も希望される方は二時間コースをオススメします。

I had a wonderful time being able to touch a dolphin for the first time and swim with them! I highly recommend this program! However, the Sea Life Park itself is not very large (you can walk around it in about an hour), so after playing with the dolphins, I found myself with some extra time. Also, while playing with the dolphins, you can't take photos with your smartphone, so you'll need to purchase the photos and data taken by the photographer later (for two people, it's 75 dollars for four photos each).

イルカに初めて触ることや一緒に泳いだりすることができて素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました^^オススメのプログラムです！
ただシーライフパーク自体はそこまで広くない場所(1時間もあれば一周できます)なので、イルカと遊んだあとは少し時間を弄んじゃいました。
またイルカと遊んでる時はスマホ等の撮影が出来ないので、カメラマンに撮ってもらった写真とデータを後で購入(2人の場合、各4枚で75ドル)する形となります。

Parasailing was my first experience, and it was amazing. My wife was scared at first, but surprisingly, she said it was totally fine, and we made great memories.

I applied for the opportunity to participate in a resort wedding. I was amazed to see people from the same boat flying so high! However, when I actually tried it, since I was surrounded by the sea, it wasn't scary at all, and I was able to enjoy my journey in the sky with peace of mind. In the end, they confirmed if it was okay to land with a hand signal, and after I gave the okay, I landed beautifully about twice, up to my neck, while laughing a lot, and then they lifted me back up to the boat. They also took photos, and I thought $33 was a bit pricey, but when I got home, I was surprised to find they had taken nearly 100 pictures!

リゾートウェディングへの参加の機会に申し込みました。
同じ船の方が飛んで行く姿を見てあんなに高くまで！と思っていましたが、実際に飛んでみると周りは海なので、高くて怖いということもなく、安心して空の旅？を楽しめました。
最後は着水okか手振りで確認され、okしたら見事に首のあたりまで2回ほど着水で、大笑いしながらまた上げてもらって船に戻りました。
写真も撮ってくださって、33ドルとやや高いかな？と思ったのですが、帰ってみたら100枚近く撮ってくれていたのでびっくりしました。

The structure of the show and the performers are slightly different each time, so I participate every time I go to Hawaii. Influenced by the lively spirit of the American people, I can't help but cheer in a way I never do in Japan, and that has become a fun memory as well. This time, I wonder if Michael's singing was a bit hard to hear?

The two-hour horseback riding was wonderful. The horses were lovely, and the vast scenery was amazing. The filming location of Jurassic Park was also impressive, as it reminded me of that scene from the movie! The horses were very smart, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

２時間乗馬が大変良かった。馬が素敵で広大な景色も最高でした。ジェラシックパーク撮影現場も、映画のあのシーンだ！と、感動でした。馬が大変お利口で、ゆったり満喫でしました。

At high tide, the water was up to my waist, but I was still able to enjoy the feeling of being on the sea. During snorkeling, there were so many people that I was more aware of them than the fish (laughs). Nevertheless, the friendly staff's support allowed me to have a wonderful time. It can be surprisingly tiring, so I recommend the morning package.

満潮で、腰まで浸かる高さでしたがそれでも海の上にいる感覚を味わえました。

It was my first time parasailing, and it was fun. Once we were 120 meters away from the boat, it was really quiet, and my companion and I enjoyed chatting while floating in the air. We went quite far offshore, so we had a great view of Waikiki. At the end, we also did a rapid ascent from just above the water's surface, and I was very satisfied (especially since I booked at a discount). There were about 65 to 80 photos taken, and when we returned to land, they were available for purchase on an SD card. It's $30 for cash and $35 for credit cards.

初のパラセーリングでしたが、楽しかったです。
120メートル船から離れると、本当に静かで、ツレと2人で楽しく話しながらの空中遊泳でした。
結構沖合いまで出ますので、ワイキキを一望できる感じです。
最後、水面スレスレorジャボンからの急上昇もやって頂き、(割引で申し込んだこともあり)大満足でした。
65〜80枚ぐらいの写真撮影があり、陸に戻ったらSDカードで売ってます。現金なら30ドル、クレジットカードなら35ドルです。

We participated as a couple.
To put it simply, while there are tickets that include BBQ and unlimited drinks, the standard admission ticket with transportation was sufficient.
There are food options like hot dogs and hamburgers (around $9.89), as well as popcorn ($4).
We shared a large drink, which seemed to be about a liter in size, for $3.
I cannot recommend the BBQ plan at all. It takes up time, and while it says there are wakeboarding lessons, you just get handed a wakeboard and flail around in a wavy pool. They don’t actually teach you, so please be aware of that.
The pool lockers can be opened and closed multiple times, which is very convenient. I think the large size was around $20. The dimensions are about 300×450×300 mm, which is enough to fit a regular-sized backpack with some extra space. I recommend getting a large locker; the small size is really tiny and can only fit something like a handbag.
The pool was a lot of fun!
There are many attractions that go fast, so children in elementary school (lower grades) can enjoy them, but younger kids may not be able to ride many attractions due to height restrictions. Families should take note.

夫婦2人で参加しました。
結果から言うとBBQ付きとかドリンク飲み放題とかありますが、普通に入場券＋送迎だけのチケットで十分でした。
食べ物はホットドックとかハンバーガーもあります（9.89ドル）し、ポップコーン（4ドル）なんかもあります。
ドリンクはリットルはありそうな大きさのlargeサイズ（3ドル）を2人で分けました。
BBQのプランは全くオススメ出来ません。時間を取られますし、ウェイクボードのレッスンと書いてますがただウェイクボードを渡されて波のあるプールでバタバタするだけです。教えてくれませんのでお間違いのないようにしてください。
プールのロッカーは何度も開け閉めできるので大変便利。大きいサイズで20ドル程度だったと思います。大きさは300×450×300ぐらいです。普通の大きさのリュックが１つ入れて余裕があるくらい。大きいサイズのロッカーをオススメします。小さいサイズは本当に小さいです。ハンドバックぐらいしか入りません。
プールはとっても楽しかったです！
スピードが出るアトラクションが多いので小学生低学年以上だと楽しめますが、それ以下だと身長制限で乗れないアトラクションが多くなります。ご家族はご注意を。
