The lockers are conveniently located near the rides. However, it was unclear what needed to be done before using the lockers. I was able to experience almost everything without much waiting, which was stress-free. The only clock in the park was broken, so it was difficult to know the time.

ロッカーが乗り物近くにあるので便利。ただロッカー使用前に必要な作業がわかりにくかった。そこまで並ばずにほとんど体験出来たのでストレスフリー。パーク内の唯一の時計が壊れていて時間が分からず困った。

It was my first experience. Since I was there, I did the 150. The view from the sky was amazing. After going out to sea by boat, those who are prone to seasickness might need medication. It's something you can't do in everyday life, so I definitely recommend trying it!

初めて経験。せっかくなので150をしました。空からの景色はすごく良かったです。船で沖まで出てからなので船酔いは気になる人は薬がいるかも。日常では出来ないので是非やって見てもらいたい！

I didn't like that it took a long time to be picked up by a shared vehicle, so I chose the meet-up plan. I went to the location indicated on the map, which was the center of Aloha Marketplace, but there was no ticket center. I tried calling the local phone number, but it didn't connect, and time was running out, causing me to panic. In the end, I asked a crew member from another boat, who told me that there was a ticket booth next to the boat I was supposed to board, and I barely made it in time. I think the explanation was insufficient. I would like the meet-up location to be accurately provided. I couldn't see any whales, which was the worst part.

混載車での送迎で時間がかかるのが嫌なので現地集合プランを選択しました。現地集合の場所はこちらと地図に示されていたアロハマーケットプレイスの中心にへ行きましたがチケットサンターがありません。現地電話番号に電話をしても繋がらず時間も迫りあたふた。結局、別の船の乗務員さんに聞いて乗る船の横にチケットブースがあると教えてもらいギリギリ間に合いましたが説明不足だと思います。現地集合の場所を正確に載せてもらいたいです。くじらも見えず最悪でした。

I was unsure about going to the pool in Hawaii, but since the kids seemed excited, I decided to sign up. In the end, it was a great success! The adults had fun all day too.

Compared to Japan, the coin locker fees are high, but the fact that they use a password system and you don’t need to carry a key, along with the freedom to access your belongings, was very helpful.

There’s also a shop in the central area for lunch, and we were able to time it perfectly when a downpour came. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they mentioned this place first.

ハワイへ来てプール？！と思いつつも子供達が喜びそうだったので申し込みました。
結果、申し込んで大成功！大人も一日楽しめました。
日本と比べるとコインロッカー料金が高いですが、暗証番号式で鍵を持つ必要がなく、出し入れ自由なのは助かりました。
ランチも場内中央にお店があり、スコールが来た時にタイミングよくとることができました。
子供達にハワイで何が楽しかったか聞いてみると、1番最初にココだと話してます。

I was treated excellently and had an absolutely wonderful time. The divers made sure I had a close-up experience with all the marine life. The only thing they could add in the advertisement is to tell clients to arrive wearing swimwear, there are no change rooms on the boat.

There is a shuttle service to the hotel (depending on the hotel), and since we were able to return to the hotel by noon, we could plan different activities for the afternoon, making it an efficient and enjoyable experience. We were able to see many sea turtles, and the ocean was very beautiful, so I would like to go again. The only downside was that after getting out of the water, my body was still cold despite drying off with a towel, and the air conditioning on the return bus was too strong, making it very cold (though this may vary by person). I think it's better to prepare warm clothing that can get wet.

宿泊先のホテルまで送迎あり（ホテルによる）、昼にはまたホテルに戻って来れたので、午後はまた違う予定を組めたので、効率よく楽しめた。
ウミガメもたくさん見ることができて、海もとても綺麗で、また行きたいと思います。
唯一、海に入った後体はタオルで拭くくらいで冷えているのに、帰りのバスが冷房効き過ぎていてとても寒かったので（個人差あると思いますが）、防寒具や濡れても良い温かい服は自分で準備をしておいた方が良いと思います。

This was good for 11 yr old boy to be able to get dirty. The guide was nice It seemed a bit short of driving time for the amount it cost. It would be good if there was a car made for shorter people. It was hard to drive because I could barely reach pedals. Had to loosen seat belt to be able to reach anything. My nephew enjoyed it and he is 11 so that is good. Good activity just not a value. Maybe if there was a longer course or more laps.

First time to go snorkeling. We had a great time. Guides were excellent and good teachers. Took us on a route Around the bay We saw 3 turtles and too many different fish to count. Great trip. I would recommend this service.

I chose this tour because I heard the whale encounter rate is high. The weather was great, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any whales, which was disappointing. I just accepted it as a regular cruise. The open deck was windy and surprisingly cold, so a jacket is a must.

クジラ遭遇率が高いとの事で利用しました。
天気には恵まれましたがクジラには遭遇出来ずがっかり。
ただのクルージングに行ったと割り切りました。
オープンデッキは風があり意外と寒いので上着必須。

The parasailing and jet skiing was our favorite adventure. Everything was well orchestrated and every single person that we dealt with from the driver to the check in staff to the guys driving the boats and operating the activities were awesome. Couldnt ask for a better group of people. The rain didnt put a damper on our day.

Unfortunately they lost our parasailing pictures but we got the videos.

The green room experience is a must do experience, especially for those that enjoy theater shows! The family all loved it and the opportunity to meet the stars of the show, talk with them and take pictures while sipping champagne and eating hors d’oeuvres was fun and insightful. Elvis was especially friendly and personable! The food was very good, especially the tender steak and creamy mashed potatoes. The Polynesian dancers were exciting to watch and the sword and fire welding dancer was amazing! A good mix of the Hawaiian culture with the feel of a rock concert that the whole family can appreciate and enjoy! We would definitely recommend it if you have not been before!

We enjoyed a lot the experience! It was super cool! We saw a lot of sharks!

It was my first time parasailing, and I went up smoothly and steadily, with the view being absolutely amazing! I had a great time. The blue of the ocean was lovely as well. I was able to enjoy a sky walk while looking at Diamond Head and Coco Head, and I felt that choosing Hawaii Kai was the right decision. The ocean splash was fantastic too! The boat ride was thrilling and enjoyable. However, I had a bit of an issue this time; I was supposed to be picked up at 7:40, but they didn't come, so I had to call twice, and they finally arrived at 8:10. The tour was supposed to start at 8:30, but it ended up being delayed... The plan was to arrive at the hotel between 9:30 and 10:00, but it ended up being 12:00!! The parasailing itself was absolutely fantastic, but I lost the entire morning, and my schedule got messed up, which was disappointing... A two-hour delay is significant... That was the only regret.

初めてのパラセーリングでしたが、すっ～とどんどんあがり、景色も最高！たっぷり楽しみました。海の青さも素敵でした。ダイヤモンドヘッドやココヘッドもみながら空中散歩でき、ハワイカイを選んで正解だったと思いました。海ぽちゃも最高！途中のボートもスリル満点で楽しめました。ただ！今回は7時40分迎えの所、来ないので２回も電話し、やっと来たのが8時10分。8時半スタートの回だったのですが、結局遅くなり・・・。予定では、9時半から10時にホテル着となっていましたが、結局12時でした！！パラセーリングはとても最高でしたが、午前中全てがなくなってしまい、予定がくずれてしまったのが残念でした・・・。２時間のロスは大きいです・・・。それだけが残念でした。

All the staff spoke English, but the explanations for the equipment were easily conveyed through gestures, making everything smooth. There were two staff members on the boat who really energized the atmosphere, and it was a lot of fun. Although there is a height requirement when booking, I felt that the height and duration were about the same for every session, so I went with the cheapest option. (laughs) During our session, three out of four groups were Japanese, and we exchanged our own cameras to take pictures. When disembarking, I gave tips to the two staff members. We also tipped the driver for our transfer, but I noticed that other guests did not give tips. The pickup was smooth, and they helped us get on and off the vehicle, so I felt it would be better to give a tip if possible.

スタッフ全員英語ですが装具の説明はジェスチャーで十分伝わり、スムーズでした。
船のスタッフは2人でとても盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。申し込みでは高さの設定がありますが、実際聞かれることもなくどの回も同じくらいの高さ、時間だったように感じます。なので1番安いやつで申し込んでました。笑
自分たちの時は4組中3組が日本人で自前のカメラを交換して撮影してもらいました。
下船の時にスタッフ2人にチップを渡しました。
送迎の運転手さんへも私たちはチップを渡しましたが、他のお客さんは渡している方はいませんでした。ピックアップスムーズで、乗り降りの時も手をかしてくれたので、できればチップを渡した方がいいと感じました。

I had been curious about ziplining ever since I saw it on TV and in magazines. Finally, during my multiple visits to Hawaii, I got to experience it! My overall impression is that it was just so much fun! We were worried about whether the tour would go ahead due to heavy rain the day before, but we were blessed with beautiful weather and spent a dream-like time surrounded by blue skies, blue seas, and green mountains.

We had an 8:30 AM local meeting time for the tour, but it ended before noon, allowing us to have some time to explore the North Shore afterward, which was great. The check-in and the tour were mostly conducted in English, but even if you can't speak it well, you can manage just fine.

From the meeting point to the zipline base camp, we drove along a pretty bumpy road, which was actually quite fun. If you're prone to motion sickness, you might want to be careful as it can be quite bumpy. The English guide in the car was relentless with his commentary. Occasionally, he would ask questions, and I just responded based on the atmosphere (laughs). There was one Japanese couple in our tour group, but the rest were from Australia, Spain, and other countries. I can hardly speak English, but I was able to enjoy myself even with just a few words. Having a good vibe is important!

There are free lockers at the base camp, so you'll need to store all your belongings there. You can bring your smartphone as long as it doesn't fall out of your pocket. My husband brought an action camera. There are quite a few things to wear, like helmets, which can get pretty heavy, so it's best to keep your belongings to a minimum.

All the participants in our tour were wearing long pants. Since you'll be wearing a harness, it might be uncomfortable if you wear shorts. There were about half long-sleeve and half short-sleeve shirts. As mentioned by others, you might get bitten by mosquitoes, so it might be a good idea to prepare some insect repellent. I was also concerned about sunburn, so I participated in long sleeves.

Going to the seven points felt a bit like hiking, so I recommend wearing sneakers. Since it was the day after rain, the ground was quite muddy.

There was a 10-year-old girl in the family that joined us, and she seemed to enjoy the tour. As long as you're okay with carrying a heavy load and aren't afraid of heights, I think kids can have a great time on this tour.

There were three tour guides with us, but they hardly spoke Japanese. However, they really tried to keep the energy up, so let's enjoy it together! They would say things like "Awesome!!" and "So much fun!" (laughs). The beaches around Waikiki are lovely, but I also recommend the zipline experience surrounded by the greatness of nature. Please have a wonderful time!

テレビや雑誌で見てずっと気になっていたジップライン。何度目かのハワイで念願のデビューを果たしました！
とにかく楽しかった！というのが感想です。私たちは前日警報が出るような大雨で当日も実施するのか・・・と心配していましたが、天気に恵まれて快晴の中青い空と青い海と緑の山に囲まれた夢のような時間を過ごしてきました。

私たちは8：30現地集合ツアーでしたが、お昼前には終わるのでその後にノース方面に遊びに行く余裕もできて良かったです。チェックインやツアー中もほぼ英語の中で進めることになりますが、話せなくても結構なんとかなります。

集合場所からジップラインのベースキャンプまで車で結構なでこぼこ道を進んで行きますが、これがなかなか楽しい。車酔いしやすい人は気をつけた方が良いかも・・・くらい揺れます。車内は容赦のない英語ガイドが炸裂します。時々話題をふられるので雰囲気で答えました（笑）
ツアーには日本人のご夫婦が１組一緒になりましたが、その他はオーストラリア、スペインなど海外の方でした。私は英語はほとんど話せないのですが、片言でも楽しく過ごすことはできました。ノリが大切です！

ベースキャンプに無料のロッカーがあるので、そこですべての荷物を預けることになります。スマホはポケットから落ちなければ持っていっても大丈夫。主人はアクションカムを持っていきました。ヘルメットなど装着するものがとにかく多く、かなりの重さになりますので持ち物は最低限に。

私たちのツアー参加者は皆さん長めのパンツを履いていました。ハーネスを装着するので、ショートパンツだと食い込んだりして痛そうです。長袖・半袖は半々くらいでした。他の方のコメントにもあるように、蚊にさされます。虫除けを準備しておくと良いかもしれません。私は日焼けも気になるので長袖で参加しました。
７カ所のポイントに行くのはちょっとした山登り風ですので、靴はスニーカーがおすすめです。雨の翌日だったこともあって、結構どろどろでした。

一緒になったファミリーには１０歳の女の子もいましたが、楽しんで参加していました。重たいものを背負って歩くのが苦でないことや、高所恐怖症でなければお子さんも楽しめるツアーだと思います。
　
ツアーガイドさんが３人ついてくれますが、日本語はほとんど通じません。でも一生懸命盛り上げてくれますので、ノリで一緒に楽しみましょう！「サイコー！！」「チョータノシイ！」とか言ってくれますよ（笑）
ワイキキ界隈のビーチも素敵ですが、自然の偉大さに包まれたジップラインもおすすめです。ぜひ楽しい時間を過ごしてきてください！！

We experienced parasailing as a family for the first time. We were worried about the weather since it rained heavily the day before, but on the day itself, there was no wind and we were blessed with good weather. Everyone in the family was a bit anxious, but once we took off, it was simply amazing! I highly recommend it!

It was incredibly powerful. A large whale spouted water right nearby, and there were cheers. I was lucky to spot it so quickly. I think it would be amazing to see the whales up close. The boat is large, but if you're prone to seasickness, I recommend bringing motion sickness medication.

凄い迫力でした。大きなクジラがすぐ近くで潮を噴き歓声があがっていました。
すぐに発見できラッキーでした。
もっと間近でクジラを見れたらすごいと思います。
船は大きいですが、酔いやすい方は酔い止めを持って行くと良いと思います。

I participated in the tour hoping to see whales, as I signed up during a time when other companies had not yet started their whale watching. There was an announcement that a dorsal fin was spotted! However, it did not appear again, and I was unable to see it in person. I did spot two or three dolphins.

It was the rainy season, and it rained, with cold winds making it quite chilly even with two layers of clothing. If the weather had been better, the scenery might have been nice.

Tips were collected in a box at the exit. The food on board was delicious, and the Japanese commentary was well done.

他社ツアーがまだホエールウォッチングを始めていない時期に申し込みしたため、運良くクジラに出会えるといいなと思い参加しました。
背びれが見えました！とアナウンスはあったものの、その後一度も現れず、実際に見ることはできませんでした。イルカは2、3頭確認できました。
雨季で雨が降ったり、風が冷たく上着は２枚重ね着しても寒いくらいでした。天気が良ければ景色も良かったかもしれません。
チップは出口に箱が置いてある形式でした。
船内の食事は美味しく、日本語での解説もきちんとあり良かったです。

According to the story, it seems a bit early in December. However, I was able to enjoy the lunch cruise. The staff mentioned that it would be difficult to see whales today, but they directed us towards the west coast where dolphins were spotted. We were able to see dolphins for a brief moment. I received a one-year valid reboarding ticket, but I'm not sure if I can go within a year.

話によると、１２月ではまだすこし早いらしい。
でも、ﾗﾝﾁｸﾙｰｽﾞということで楽しめました。
係員の人が、今日は鯨は無理そうだけど、いるかが西海岸のほうにいるからと、まわしてくれました。一瞬ですが、いるかが見れました。
１年間有効の再乗船券をもらえたのですが、１年以内にいけるかどうか。

It was the best horseback riding experience. The explanations in English were very easy to understand, even for my 12-year-old and 8-year-old children. The people who accompanied us were fun and great! The horseback riding lasted a full hour along the coast, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the clarity of the water in Haleiwa. The location was also easy to get to. The sign is quite simple, so you might wonder if it's the right place, but I think it has a nice Hawaiian feel to it. I believe it would be easy to find with a navigation system.

最高の乗馬体験でした。英語での説明ですが非常に分かりやすく教えて頂き、12歳と8歳の子供達でも分かる内容でした。
一緒に回ってくれる方も楽しい人達で最高！
乗馬はかなり長めの1時間で海岸沿いを歩いて回りましたが、最高の景色でハレイワの海の綺麗さも堪能出来ました。
場所も簡単に行く事が出来ました。素朴な看板なので、ここかな？って思うぐらいですが、ハワイらしい感じで良いと思います。ナビがあれば簡単に行けると思います。

It was so much fun.
I want to participate again during my next stay in Hawaii.
It will be English only, but that's okay.

There were few Japanese people, and some parts were difficult to understand in English, but I had a great time. It was more refreshing than I expected, and I was able to fully enjoy all seven zip lines. There were some challenging spots along the way, but there were water, bananas, tomatoes, and macadamia nuts available, which made for a nice break. When it suddenly started to rain, the raincoat I bought at ABC Mart was a lifesaver!

日本人が少なく、英語の説明で難しいところもありましたが楽しめた。
思っていたよりも爽快感があり、全7本のジップラインを思う存分味わうことができた。
途中、難所なところがあったが、水やバナナ、トマト、マカダミアナッツなどが置いてあり、よいブレイクをすることもできた。
雨が急に降り出した時はABCマートで購入したレインコートが大活躍！

We purchased the five star sunset dining and jazz. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxed. The staff was very polite and kind. The food ( 7 course) was magnificent! This was my second time for this cruise~ I will purchase another in the future

It was a fun time riding horses in the great outdoors. Personally, I thought a shorter course would be sufficient.

大自然の中で馬に乗って楽しいひと時でした。
個人的にはもう少し短いコースでも充分だなと思いました。

少し寒いですが、そんなに混んでいません。長い列に並ぶ必要もなく、ストレスもありません。

We love it! The crew are friendly and the performance was very interesting!! The food was stunning too!!! Love the lobster and the steak!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!

I have used similar facilities in Guam, but this one is larger and more comprehensive in terms of content. Even though it was the end of the year, there were few waits, and we had a great time playing. I was a bit disappointed that there were paid activities inside the facility and that the jacuzzi was gone. There are many negative reviews about the food, but I had the BBQ that they cook right there, and it was delicious without any issues! Since it's about 40 km away from Waikiki, I recommend taking a tour that includes transportation. It would be even better if there were two different return times for the tour bus. I would love to visit again when I come back to Hawaii.

グアムで同じような施設は利用したことはありますが、こちらの施設の方が規模も内容も充実しています。 年末でしたが待ちも少なく楽しく遊べました。施設内で有料アクティビティがあるのとジャグジーが無くなっているのが、少し残念でした。食事は酷評が多いですが、その場で焼いてくれるBBQを食べましたが、問題なく美味しかったです!ワイキキからは40Kmほど離れているので、送迎のあるツアーをオススメします。ツアーのバスの帰る時間が2パターン位あるともっと嬉しいですね。次もハワイに来たら又行きたいと思います。

First, the pickup was 15 minutes late. Just as I was about to call because I couldn't wait any longer, they finally arrived, and of course, there was no apology. Next, when boarding the boat, it was so crowded that there were no seats at all. Our group of six had to stand both going and coming back. The staff completely ignored the fact that we were standing without seats. It was difficult to stand with the boat swaying, and when I tried to go towards the deck to grab the handrail, I was told I couldn't. I had no choice but to keep standing. A minute later, when a foreigner tried to go to the deck, the staff said nothing. So, we also moved to the deck. My wife's parents, who are elderly and have weak legs, were with us, and I think it's terrible to accept reservations when there are no seats available. Even though we were visible to the staff, they did nothing and even prevented us from going to the deck. Moreover, when we were sent back, there was no explanation, and we had no idea which car we were supposed to get into. At one point, they changed the route to drop off other customers, and for some reason, they started picking up new customers, leaving us anxious about when they would finally send us. They stopped for a long time near the Sheraton without any explanation, and since it seemed like we wouldn't be departing anytime soon, we had no choice but to get off and go shopping. It was truly the worst experience. I will never use this company's tour again.

まずピックアップは15分遅れ。待ちきれず電話しようとしたところでやっと到着、もちろん謝罪はない。つぎに船に乗る際人がいっぱいで、座るところが全くない。私たち６人のグループだけが行きも帰りも立ったまま。スタッフは我々が座れず立っているのに全く無視。ゆれて立っているのが大変なため船の手すりに捕まろうとデッキの方へ行こうとしたらダメと言われ、仕方なく立っていた。その1分後に外人がデッキへ行こうとしたらスタッフは何も言わず。なので我々もデッキへ移動。妻の親が参加しており老人で足腰弱いんだから、座る場所もないのに予約を受けるなんて最悪と思います。我々がスタッフに見えているにもかかわらず、なんの対応もせずデッキにすら行かせるのを邪魔して一体なんなんだと思います。しかも帰りの送りの際もなんの説明もなく、いったいどの車に乗ればいいのかさっぱりわからなかった。途中他の客の求めでコースを変えて降ろしていたし、何故か新たに客を乗せ出しているしいつになったら我々を送ってくれるんだとやきもきしました。途中シャラトンのそばでなんの説明もなくずっと停車しいつまで待っても出発しそうにない為、仕方なく我々は降車し買い物にでかけました。本当に最悪でした。二度とこの会社のツアーは利用しません。

The day I had my reservation, it unexpectedly rained heavily, so I postponed it to the next day. The next day was sunny, and I was able to experience the best parasailing.

予約した日は、まさかの大雨だったので、翌日に延期。
翌日は晴れ。最高のパラセイリングを体験することができました。
