Our greeter was super sweet and it was a great experience for our girls.
Our family of 5 had a great experience with the staff. We were running late because of a parade shutting roads down and we communicated with them effortlessly about the delay. They were so accommodating and understanding - we didn’t arrive until after the boat had left but they shuttled us out on another boat so we didn’t miss the experience. Once there we were able to snorkel and enjoy the water and views while we waited for our turn with the scooters. On the morning of the day, we arrived at the location while listening to our driver Matthew's enjoyable stories (I only understood about half of it, though) in the pleasant weather. We had a sufficient two hours, and we took our time climbing while taking lots of photos. When we reached the top, we saw a rainbow in the distance.
