I was torn between taking the shuttle bus or renting a car, but since I could sleep on the bus and we arrived before the park opened, I wasn't worried about losing time. The air conditioning on the bus was fine as long as I closed the vents. Considering the risk of driving while tired, the shuttle bus was definitely the better choice.

It was quite empty, probably because it was a weekday in November. We hardly had to wait, with a maximum of three people ahead of us. The time spent climbing to the starting point with a large float was overwhelmingly longer than waiting in line.

We were fine with just three bottles of water that we brought, and since we had a proper breakfast and had lunch a bit later, there was no wait at the concession stand.

I was worried about what to do with my camera on the attractions, but it was fine to bring cameras, phones, and even wear flip-flops and straw hats while riding.

I felt it was more relaxed compared to amusement parks in North America, but it was great. I had an amazing time. I highly recommend the bodyboarding for an additional fee; it's a lot of fun and there were hardly any crowds.

送迎バスにするかレンタカーか迷いましたが、バスで寝れますし開園前に着いたので時間のロスも気になりませんでした。バスの冷房も送風口を閉めれば問題なかったです。疲れた体で車を運転するリスクを考えると断然送迎バスが良いです。
11月の平日だからなのか空いてました。ほぼ並びません。最大3人待ちでした。並ぶことよりも大きな浮き輪を持ってスタート地点まで登ってる時間の方が圧倒的に長いです。
飲み物は3人で持ち込みの水3本で大丈夫でしたし、朝ごはんをちゃんと食べて行き昼食をやや遅めにしたので、売店も待ち無しでした。
アトラクションでカメラとかどうするのか心配してましたが、カメラOK、携帯OK、ビーサン（流れる・・）、麦わら帽子はそのままで乗れました。
北米の遊園地と比べるとゆるいなぁと感じましたが、よかったです。
最高に楽しめました。追加料金のボディボードがとても楽しい（空いてます）のでおすすめです。

I was really scared during my first parasailing experience, but it was very comfortable. I'm not good with thrilling rides. There are some roller coasters at Disney that I can handle, but I can't ride any of the famous attractions at Fuji-Q. I was worried about whether I would be okay at 150 meters since it was my first time, but it ascended slowly, so it was fine. The view from the top was truly pleasant. There was no unnecessary noise, just the sound of the wind, making it quiet. I was able to float gently and enjoy the scenery of the sea and mountains at a leisurely pace! It was the best! The guide was also very lively, and I had a great time on the boat. I definitely want to do it again when I come back to Hawaii.

初めてのパラセーリングでとてと怯えていましたが、とても快適でした。
私は絶叫は苦手な方です。ディズニーだと乗れるジェットコースターもありますが、富士急などの有名な乗り物は何一つ乗れないレベルです。
初めてなのに150メートルで大丈夫なのか心配してましたが、見た目よりゆっくりと上に浮かんでいくので大丈夫でした。
頂上からの眺めは本当に快適です。
無駄な雑音はなく風の音のみで静かです。
ふわふわ浮きながら海や山などの景色をゆっくり見ることができました！最高でした！
ガイドさんもノリが良く楽しく船では過ごせました。
またハワイに来たら必ずやりたいです。

As we set out to sea on the boat, the surrounding water is a beautiful navy blue. When our turn comes, we take a brief stroll in the sky.

The weather was cloudy, but the sea was beautiful and we were able to see turtles. The guide was also kind, and we were able to take a lot of photos. It was great.

天気はくもりでしたが、海がきれいで亀もみることができました。ガイドの方も親切で写真をたくさん撮ることができました。よかったです。

We were picked up from a hotel near Waikiki and took about an hour by bus to the boat dock, from where we boarded the boat and headed to the sandbar!

For lunch, we were served hamburgers and drinks on the boat! They were very delicious!

There were also two restrooms on the boat.

The boat didn't sway too much, but if you're worried, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication before participating.

We joined the sandbar tour in the morning, avoiding high tide, and the water was still up to our thighs! The timing of high tide varies by season, so it might be good to check that before deciding on the tour time.

You can leave your belongings on the boat while taking photos and snorkeling at the sandbar. It was my first time snorkeling, but the staff taught us, and after a few tries, I got the hang of it! We moved the boat a little and, wearing safety jackets, we saw coral reefs and fish at a depth of about 10 meters. At first, I was a bit scared, but I was able to see the beautiful underwater scenery.

While swimming, I was lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was a rare experience.

We could also see many sea turtles from the boat and managed to capture some great photos.

On the way back, you can change clothes at a restroom near the boat dock, but I didn't have time (the men's restroom had no line, but the women's restroom had a queue), so I wore my clothes over my swimsuit on the way back. I had a bath towel, but since I got wet, I laid down a few smaller towels on the bus. I recommend bringing a few larger towels to prevent the bus seats from getting wet.

The guide and the captain were very friendly and cheerful! I really had a great time!

ワイキキ周辺のホテルからピックアップして、１時間程かけて船乗り場までバスで移動し、そこから船にのり、サンドバーへ向かいました！

昼食は船の中でハンバーガーとドリンクが出ました！とても美味しかったです！　

トイレも2つ船の中についていました。

　船はそんなに揺れなかったですが、心配な方は酔い止めの薬を飲んでから参加されるといいかもしれません★

サンドバーは満潮の時間帯をずらして午前中に参加しました(^^)それでも太腿くらいまでありました！
時期によって満潮の時間帯が異なるので調べてからツアー参加時間を決めても良いかもしれません

船の中に荷物は置いてサンドバーで写真を撮ったり、シュノーケリングをします。
初シュノーケリングでしたが、スタッフが教えてくださり、何度かやったら習得できました★
サンドバーから少し船で移動し、海底10メートルほどのあるところで安全ジャケットを着用し
サンゴ礁や魚を見ます。
最初は少し怖かったのですが、とても綺麗な海底の景色をみることができました。

泳いでいる際にもウミガメに遭遇することができ、貴重な体験でした。

船からもウミガメをたくさん見ることができ、写真にもしっかりおさめることができました。

帰りは船乗り場近くのトイレで着替えることもできますが、私は時間がなく(男子トイレは並んでいませんでしたが、女子トイレは行列でした)水着の上が服を着て帰りました。
私はバスタオルを持っていましたが身体を拭いて濡れてしまったため、小さめのタオルを何枚か敷いてバスに乗りました。

をいくつか持参されることをオススメします★

ガイドさんや船長さんがとても気さくで明るい方々でした！本当に楽しかったです^_^

The welcoming and the explanations after boarding were handled by a refreshing, handsome Japanese staff member, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. It had been 20 years since I last swam, but thanks to the life jacket and the fins for my feet, I felt no anxiety. I was moved to encounter a large group of dolphins on both occasions. When I heard, "Look down at the sea! Dolphins!" and put my face in the water, I saw dozens of them swimming so close that I could almost touch them. We took plenty of photos with our phones in waterproof covers, and the videos of the dolphins turned out beautifully. Snorkeling was also amazing; I encountered sea turtles and got to experience the slide and stand-up paddleboarding, which was the best. The taro cheese burger was delicious too. When I made the reservation, I thought the price was a bit high, but considering it included the life jacket, snorkeling gear, a hamburger, and drinks, and especially the crew who made it fun, it was a very satisfying tour.

お迎え、乗船後の説明などずっと日本人の爽やかイケメンが担当してくれたので安心して楽しめました。
20年ぶりのスイミングでしたがライフジャケットと足に着けるフィンのお陰で不安に感じることなく、2回ともイルカの大群に出会えて感動しました。
「海側下見て！イルカ！」との声で海に顔をつけると、
本当に手に触れそうな近距離で何十頭が泳いでいきましたよ。
写真は自分達で防水カバーに入れた携帯でバシバシ撮って十分でしたし、イルカの動画も綺麗に撮れました。シュノーケリングも海亀に出会え、滑り台、スタンディングパドルも体験できて最高でした。
タロ芋チーズバーガーも美味しかったですよ。
予約する時はちょっと値段が高いかなぁと思いましたが、ライフジャケット、シュノーケリングセット込みでハンバーガー飲み物付き、何よりクルーが楽しませてくれてとても満足できたツアーでした。

I participated with my 2-year-old. We joined in the morning, but despite that, the sandbar was already covered by the tide and we couldn't see it. I wonder if we needed to take an earlier tour? However, my child seemed very satisfied floating in the waves with a float. It was a beautifully sunny day, and the ocean was incredibly clear.

For lunch, we had burgers with charcoal-grilled patties. They were absolutely delicious! Since my child can't eat hamburgers yet, I brought rice balls.

We were lucky enough to see not only sea turtles but also manta rays up close! In the end, after playing a lot, they provided warm drinks for our chilled bodies, which was very satisfying. The staff were kind, and it was reassuring that they spoke Japanese. I would love to participate again.

午前中に参加しました。にも関わらず、サンドバーはすでに潮が満ちてきていて見れませんでした。もっと早いツアーじゃないとダメだったんでしょうか？ですが、子どもは浮き輪で波に揺られて、大満足だったようです。良く晴れた日で、海がとっても綺麗でした。
お昼ご飯は炭火で焼いたハンバーグを挟んだバーガーでした。最高に美味しかったです！
子どもはまだハンバーガーを食べられないので、おにぎりを持参しました。
ウミガメはもちろんのこと、ラッキーにもマンタが間近で見れました！
最後はたくさん遊んで、冷えた体に、暖かい飲み物も出してくれて、大満足です。
スタッフさんも優しくて、日本語なので安心でした。また参加したいと思いました。

Since my child was small, I gave up on the one-person option, but we had plenty of fun with the four-person option! The scenery was amazing! The guide took some interesting photos for us, and everyone loved them!

The sandbar was very beautiful, but it was about waist-deep and was more ordinary than I had imagined... It might have been better to consider the tide times before going. The sea turtle watching was amazing; I was able to swim very close to the sea turtles, and it was an emotional experience!

サンドバーはとても綺麗でしたが、腰くらいまで深さがあり、想像していたより普通の海でした…潮の満ち引きの時間を考えて行った方が良かったのかもしれません。ウミガメウォッチはとても近くでウミガメと泳ぐことができ、感動しました！

The weather was great, and I really enjoyed the sandbar! The staff were all cheerful and entertaining, which made it a lot of fun.

The show featured performances that closely resembled those of Elvis and Michael Jackson, and it was a two-in-one experience as we could also enjoy hula dancing. There was a great sense of unity between the performers and the audience, making it very exciting and enjoyable. Additionally, the meals were luxurious and served in generous portions that were more than enough to eat. Thank you for allowing changes to the standard menu. The welcome experience was also impressive, with hula dancing at the entrance, along with welcome drinks, snacks, and a variety of desserts. It was a very meaningful and fun time. I believe it's a show that you can watch multiple times without getting bored.

エルビスやマイケルジャクソンのショーがそっくりに演出されている上に、フラも見れるという一石二鳥のショー内容でしたが、出演者と観客との一体感もあり、
大変盛り上がって良かったです。また、食事も豪華な上、食べきれない程のボリュームもあり、食事内容も、スタンダードメニューからの変更も可能にしていただきありがとうございました。また、ウェルカム時のおもてなしの入り口でのフラダンスやウェルカムドリンクとスナックやデザートのサイドメニューも充実しており、大変有意義に、楽しく時間を過ごすことが出来て良かったです。何度見ても、飽きないショーだと思います。

It was very good.
I thought it might be difficult for my elderly parents, but they flew safely!
It was my first time in Hawaii, and it seems that paragliding was the best part.

We were the only Japanese people there, but it felt completely natural. The staff were great with small children, and those with experience studying abroad in Japan were very kind!

日本人は私たちだけでしたが、全く違和感なく、小さな子どもの対応も良く、日本に留学経験ありのスタッフも親切でした！

I went on a Saturday in October, and it was relatively empty, so I was able to ride without waiting. It was smaller than I imagined, but compared to places like Nagashima Spa Land, it was still American-sized and large. The shuttle service plan included a cheerful Hawaiian driver who picked us up.

10月の土曜に行ったが比較的すいていた為並ばずにすぐ乗れた
想像よりかは小さかったがナガスパとかに比べるとやはりアメリカンで大きい

All the staff members were friendly, even though they didn't speak Japanese, and I was able to have a really enjoyable time.

The lei bearer was a sweet, smiling, helpful and delightful greeter and the lei was absolutely gorgeous. My wife was very pleased. This was a fitting introduction to the warmth of the people we encountered and I cannot praise our receptionist and the lei enough. SO glad I chose to do this, and VERY pleased with the person sent to carry it out. She was right at the gate waiting, and accompanied us to baggage and to our limo. The number of participants was too high compared to the size of the cruiser, making it difficult to find a place to sit during the cruise and at lunchtime, forcing us to stand the whole time. Additionally, the safety of snorkeling was entirely left to the individuals, with no supervision. Despite there being dangerous areas with depths over 10 meters, there were no staff monitoring the situation, nor were there any lifeguards available. It’s concerning that an accident could happen at any moment.

クルーザーの大きさに比べて参加人員が多く、クルージングの道中も昼食時も座るスペースが確保できず立ちっぱなし。またシュノーケルの安全面は全て本人任せで放置。水深が10メートル以上の危険箇所があるにもかかわらず、監視するスタッフもいなければ、ライフセーバーの用意もない。これではいつ事故が起きてもおかしくない。

It was absolutely amazing! I recommend taking photos and videos while you're riding. The breeze felt great, and there was no swaying at all. I want to ride again!

I went with the Royal experience with my husband and 2 year old son. It was the first time Luau as a family. We absolutely loved it!!! The chief was very funny, and the show had a lot of audience engagements when the chief and his crews welcome audience up on the stage for dance and couple anniversaries. Food was very good and of course, the Mai Tai was amazingly tasty! Also, the activities before the show were really fun!!! My 2 year old son loved watching dances especially the last fire dance! He did not blink at all! I would totally recommend to everyone who has not experienced Luau but also to who wants more family oriented Luau experience.

We participated as a family.
It was very fun to interact with the dolphins.
The trainer communicated with gestures, which was great!
There were also some families with small children participating, and they seemed to be fine!
The pool was surprisingly deep, which made me a bit nervous!
It rained partway through, but it was no problem at all!

There was a little trouble with the photos, but they kindly assisted us even after we returned to Japan!
The photos are now viewable without any issues!

Seeing Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sky was amazing. Walking in the air with the wind was exhilarating, and I will definitely participate again next time.

I ran for a full two hours in the great outdoors, and it felt amazing! It reminded me of various movie scenes! I want to go again!

We participated with a total of 10 people at the end of October. The explanations were thorough, and we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. The staff also helped to create a lively atmosphere. The competitive course was a lot of fun. The zip line was my first experience, and it was amazing! Thank you very much.

I was able to go to the Rock-A-Hula Luau green room package. I got to go explore backstage and get a tiny glimpse of how all the action happens. I also got to take a picture with Michael Jackson before the show. The staff and crew members were very kind and made sure that everything was to my liking. I described this show as a Luau like no other because it was a Luau with a twist. All the music were the classics from Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson with the local culture included into the dance routine and into the stage outfits. The show also featured a local girl with a beautiful voice. For those who would like to watch a Luau in cushioned chairs and indoors I would definitely recommend this Luau to you!

The pickup was about 20 minutes late, which made me anxious, but they apologized properly for the delay, which I appreciated.
Although they didn't speak Japanese, there was a Japanese instruction manual, so it wasn't a problem.
The time spent was longer than I expected, and I was satisfied.
The weather was nice, and I could see Diamond Head beautifully.

ピックアップの時間が20分くらい遅れて、不安になりましたが、遅れたこともきちんと謝ってくれて、好感が持てました。
日本語は通じませんが、日本語の説明書があり問題ありませんでした。
上がってる時間は、思ったより長く感じられ、満足です。
お天気も良く、ダイヤモンドヘッドが綺麗に見えました。

I experienced a group lesson. We started practicing on small waves, and once everyone was able to ride them, we challenged ourselves with the bigger waves further out. The staff were also very accommodating, making it a great memory.

最初は小さな波で練習して、みんなが乗れる様になったら沖の大きな波にチャレンジ出来ました。
スタッフの方も柔軟な対応で良い思い出になりました。

I splurged a little and made a reservation for a VIP seat by the stage. First, we took photos with the star (playing the role of Elvis Presley), then enjoyed some snacks while sipping Mai Tais at the VIP welcome reception. We entered our seats next to the stage through the VIP entrance, and started our meal from the menu in the attached photo. The show began around the time we finished eating.

We enjoyed performances by Johnny Fortuno as Elvis Presley, Corey Melton as Michael Jackson, and Siena Sousa (a singer-songwriter based in Honolulu), along with hula dancing by Rock-a-Hula dancers. The highlight was the fire knife dance, and we were thoroughly entertained in the best seats, leaving us very satisfied. Initially, I thought it was a bit pricey, but after receiving a 10% discount, I was very pleased with the experience and the content.

I have had many snorkeling experiences, mostly on boat snorkeling trips, which gave me a sense of security knowing I could return quickly if anything happened. However, this time I had to swim a bit offshore from the coast by myself for an hour, and I became very anxious and thought about quitting. But the guide held my hand, and I managed to swim for a full hour in the beautiful sea. I had a great time and was very satisfied. Thank you!

シュノーケルの経験は何回もありますが、ボートシュノーケルのことが多く、何かあったらすぐに戻れるという安心感がありましたが、今回は海岸から少し沖の方まで自力で泳いで、1時間と言われ･･･とても不安になってしまい、辞めようかと思ったのですが、ガイドの方が一緒に手を繋いでくれて、綺麗な海をしっかり1時間泳ぎ切りました。
とても楽しめて、満足な時間でした。

My son loves it, and we go every year. This year, Dad joined for the first time. We were able to go all the way to the back during the wave pool, and my son seemed to have a great time.

This year, there were surprisingly many people, and most of the slides were open at the same time, so we were able to enjoy various attractions. Usually, there are fewer staff, and you have to time your visits to the slides when staff are present to use them.

Another downside is that the operating hours are short, from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM (due to transportation, we can only play for a shorter time than the actual hours).

If we can, I think we'll go again next year!

息子がお気に入りで、毎年行っています。今年はパパも初参加。波のプールの時に奥の方まで行くことが出来て、息子も楽しそうでした。
今年は意外と人が多かったのか、ほとんどのスライダーが同時間にやっていて、色々楽しめました。例年はスタッフが少ないのか、スライダーが時間別でスタッフが居るところを狙って行かないと出来なかったので。
あとは10時半から15時までと営業時間が短い（送迎がるので実際の営業時間よりも短い時間しか遊べない）のがマイナス要因がです。
来年も行ければ行くかな♪
