I participated on the first day of the season. I was looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales. It was disappointing since the kids were also looking forward to it, but I understand that it's all about luck. If I have the chance to come back in winter, I would like to try again.

シーズン初めての日に参加しました。
楽しみにしていましたがクジラを見ることができませんでした。こればっかりは運もあるので仕方がなかったのですが、子供達も楽しみにしていたので残念でした。
冬に来る機会があればリベンジしたいと思います。

The weather was bad, but we enjoyed kayaking. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the farthest island, so we didn't go there, but we were able to land on a nearby island.

天気は悪かったですがカヤックは楽しめました
一番遠い島には40分くらいかかるので行きませんでしたが近くの島には上陸できました。

On New Year's Day 2020, I enjoyed a view of Waikiki from the sky. Most tours take a break on New Year's Day, so be careful when planning your schedule! They do operate during the year-end, though. Thank you for the paragliding experience I participated in! They were open on New Year's Day! There were two groups with a total of seven people. The wind was just right, not too cold, and it was perfect. One downside was that the pick-up location was in the city rather than at the hotel, which made me a bit anxious, but it turned out fine.

2020年、元旦に空からワイキキを眺めてきました。
元旦は、ほとんどのツアーがお休みになってしまいますので、予定を組む際には、注意が必要ですよ！年末はやってますがね。
今回参加したパラは、有難うございました！元旦に営業していましたよ！
参加は二組で7名でした。
風も丁度よく、寒くもなく最高でした。
一つ難点は、PICK場所が、ホテルではなく街中でしたので、少々不安でしたが大丈夫でした。

Dolphins swam leisurely right beneath us. We were able to see turtles up close, and at the snorkeling point, the coral was more alive than I expected⭐︎ The staff were kind, and we enjoyed a hula dance as well. I would love to participate again.

One disappointing thing was that, despite the explanation not to use spray sunscreen because it harms the marine environment, there were customers who used it without concern. I hope that users will follow the rules to protect Hawaii's beautiful ocean.

スタッフの方も親切で、フラダンスも楽しませて頂きました。
また参加したいです。

一つ残念だったのは、海の環境に悪い為スプレータイプの日焼け止めは使わないで下さいという説明があったにも関わらず気にせず使われているお客様がいた事です。ハワイの美しい海を守るため、利用者にはルールを守ってもらいたいです。

I had a decent time, but it was a bit disappointing that many attractions were closed. Still, I arrived before the opening and was able to make good use of my time by enjoying the slides in the morning. It wasn't as crowded as pools in Japan. The wave pool is quite intense, so be careful with small children! My child seemed to hit their head on the bottom and was crying. Also, since ID is required for alcohol, it's better to bring your passport.

それなりに楽しめましたが、クローズしてるアトラクションが多く少し残念でした。
それでも開場前に到着し、午前の間にスライダーなどをやって時間を有効に使えました。日本のプールみたいに激混みすることもありません。
波のプールはかなり激しいので、小さなお子様は気をつけましょう！うちの子は底で頭を打ったらしく泣いていました。
あとお酒などでIDが必要なのでパスポートは持って行ったほうがいいでしょう。

I waited for quite a while and felt a bit sluggish, but once I put on the equipment and got ready to take off, I was nervous and a little anxious. However, there’s nothing quite like this feeling. My family waving below looked so small. The thrill of landing was also fantastic.

装置を装着していざ舞い上がるぞと緊張と少し
不安でしたが、こんな気持ちいいのはないですね。
下で手を振っている家族も小さくみえます。
着水のスリルも満点でした。

We participated as a family of five. Since it was the end of the year, there were many Japanese people, and everyone in the same group was Japanese, which created a sense of camaraderie towards the end, making it a lot of fun.

As others have mentioned, the crew members were very friendly, and they took care of all the setup, so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. It was thrilling and refreshing, and it was the most enjoyable activity we've done in Hawaii so far. The kids had a great time too.

It's possible to take pictures while holding an iPhone, but having a GoPro or similar device allows for much better shots. The crew also takes photos and sells them: one photo for $15, four for $30, or all 50 for $66. Most people ended up buying all of them.

The North Shore is a great place as well. You can cover everything in about two hours, and although the mornings start a bit early, I think it's efficient for making the most of the day. I would love to do it again.

家族５人で参加しました。年末ということもあり日本人の方も多く、同じグループみなさん日本人で最後の方には連帯感も生まれ楽しかったです。
他の方も書かれていましたが、クルーの皆さんも非常にフレンドリーでしかもセットアップも全てやってくれるし、あとは身を任せて楽しむだけでした。
スリルも爽快感もあり、これまでのハワイでのアクティビティでは１番楽しかったです。子供もすごく楽しんでいました。
iPhone持ちながらも可能ですが、GoProなどあるとかなりいい画が撮れます。またクルーの方が写真を撮ってくれ、販売されるのですが、１枚１５ドル、４枚３０ドル、５０枚全て６６ドルで購入できます。ほとんどの方が全部買っていました。

ノースショアという場所もいいですね。2時間ほどで全て回れるし、朝は少し早いですが効率良く１日が使えていいと思います。
またやってみたいです。

I signed up for the tour at the last minute the day before. Although Manoa Falls was under construction and we went to an alternative location, I was able to enjoy a lovely time walking through a botanical garden filled with rare flowers while also seeing the waterfall. Both the driver and the guide were fun and attentive, and there was an American couple who alternated explanations in English and Japanese, which made it very enjoyable. We also had lunch in the park, and perhaps because the weather was nice, it tasted even better.

前日に急遽申し込み参加しました。マノア滝が工事中で代替地になりましたが珍しい花が咲く植物園を散策しながら滝も見れてとても気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。運転手さんもガイドさんも楽しく気配りが有りアメリカ人のご夫婦がいらして英語と日本語を交互に
説明してくれ充分楽しめました。ランチも公園の中で頂き、天気も良かったせいかいっそう美味しく感じました。

The path was relatively flat, so there was no change. During the explanation, I was told to leave everything hanging around my neck, so I honestly put my smartphone in the locker. All the other foreigners had theirs with them, and the instructor asked, "Don't you have yours?" I explained that I was told to put it in the locker. It's a shame I couldn't capture the beautiful scenery or the riding experience. I thought there should have been better explanations.

割と平坦な道だったので、変化はありませんでした。説明時、首から掛けるとのは全て置いてくださいと言われスマホもバカ正直にロッカーに。
他の外人の方は全員持っていらして、イントストラクターの方に「あなたたちは、持ってないの？」と言われロッカーに入れろって言われたのよーと説明しました。せっかくの景色もridingも撮れず残念。説明不足。特記に書けばいいのにと思いました

At first, I thought it might be scary, but when I actually tried it, it felt amazing and was the best! I was a bit anxious because it was only in English, but even without being able to speak English, the instructor explained things with gestures and created a great atmosphere, so I didn't feel scared at all. When I come to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate in this activity!

はじめは怖いかなと思ってましたが、実際にやってみるととても気持ちが良く最高でした！英語のみなので少し不安があったのですが、英語が出来なくてもインストラクターさんがジェスチャーとかで説明してくれたりその場の雰囲気を盛り上げてくれたので怖いという感覚があまりありませんでした。ハワイに来た際にはまたこのアクティビティに参加したいです！

My son also became my number one memory from the trip to Hawaii. I want to go again when I visit Hawaii. The scale is just different! It's something you can't experience in Japan.

息子もハワイ旅行の1番の思い出になりましたー。ハワイに行ったらまた行きたいです。とにかくスケールが違う！日本では体験出来ません。

This was my first time participating. Since I stayed at Hawaiian Village, it was easy to walk there, which was convenient.

I even had the time to take photos with my camera, and it was a lot of fun!

I recommend that people who are prone to seasickness take medication in advance. Not only on the boat, but paragliding itself involves being in a Cessna, which can be quite bumpy. Be sure to prepare well!

初めて参加させて頂きました。
宿泊が、ハワイアンビレッジだった事もあり、歩きで行く事ができて楽チンでした。

カメラで撮影する余裕もあり、とても楽しかったです！

船酔いしやすい人は事前に薬を飲むことをおすすめします。船だけじゃなく、パラセイリング自体はセスナに乗って乱高下している状態なので。確りと準備を！

Becoming aware early in the morning a boat is needed to go to the beautiful Kane’ohe sandbar, I called Veltra trying to make a same-day kayak booking (online booking must be made a day beforehand). The lady was warm and patient to help check availability and input personal data of four participants - most important of all get 2 tandems confirmed for our trip! When we checked in at He’eia Kea State Park, water in the bay was a bit choppy, yet not enough for a formal cancellation. Two ladies in our group saw the condition creepy and had to abandon the adventure. As on the phone I was informed no cancellation can be made for the same-day booking, we had to forgo using 1 of the 2 double kayaks. Well, the trip of two-go is simply AMAZING!

We were able to share wonderful memories of Hawaii as a family.
The view was amazing!! The staff was fantastic!! Parasailing was the best!!

Although it wasn't overly expensive, the restaurant had a luxurious appearance, and the dishes that were served were thoughtful and delicious.

By the way, the menu included:
Appetizer: Seasonal small chilled soup, salad with papaya from Ka'u, tomato, burrata cheese, and San Daniele prosciutto
Pasta: Pomodoro with ripe tomatoes from Hawaii, served with fresh basil and handmade fettuccine
Main: Grilled prime beef tenderloin with a variety of seasonal vegetables and balsamic sauce
Dessert: Small tiramisu & Italian gelato
Coffee

Each dish was elegantly portioned, but I was more than satisfied.

とっても高いというわけではないのに店構えは高級で、出てくるお料理も気が利いていて、おいしかったです。
ちなみにメニューは、
前菜：季節の小さな冷製スープ、カフク産パパイア、トマト、ブラータチーズ、サンダニエーレ産生ハムのサラダ仕立て
パスタ：ハワイ産完熟トマトのポモドーロ　フレッシュバジルと共に　生パスタフェットチーネ
メイン：プライム牛フィレ肉のグリル　季節の色とりどりのお野菜と共に　バルサミコソース
デザート：小さなティラミス＆イタリアンジェラート
コーヒー
という感じでした。
ひとつひとつは上品な量でしたが、じゅうぶんおなかいっぱいになりました。

**Review**
Due to a mix-up with the shuttle staff, I was left at Kapolei Marketplace for two and a half hours under the guise of a lunch break. Kapolei Marketplace is a rather desolate shopping mall, so there wasn't much to do, and I felt like I wasted a precious opportunity. However, the staff who came to pick me up sincerely apologized, which helped me regain my spirits and participate in the next activity. For those who will be joining in the future, please be mindful of the lunch break time and location, and don't rely solely on the external shuttle staff; make sure to confirm with the park staff as well.

**What I Liked**
The activities were thoroughly enjoyable. The zipline, obstacle course, and buggies were all engaging and didn't feel rushed. The zipline was quite standard, but the obstacle course was lengthy and made me break a sweat, and I was able to ride the buggies for a considerable amount of time.
Additionally, the staff were cheerful and kind. I had previously visited Kualoa Ranch, but the atmosphere here was far superior.

**Advice for Future Participants**
Your clothes and shoes will get quite muddy (especially from the buggies). I recommend wearing washable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

【感想】
　送迎スタッフの手違いでランチ休憩と称してカポレイ・マーケット・プレイスに２時間半放置されてしまいました。カポレイ・マーケット・プレイスは寂れたショッピングモールなので、ほとんどやることがなく、せっかくの時間を無駄にしたな……とは思ったのですが、迎えに来てくれたスタッフがハワイでは珍しく平謝りだったので気を取り直して次のアクティビティに参加しました。これから参加される方はランチ休憩の時間や場所には気を付けて外部の送迎スタッフに任せきりにせず、パークのスタッフにもきっちり確認を取ってくださいね。
【気に入ったところ】
　アクティビティがしっかり楽しめるところです。ジップライン、アスレチック、バギー、いずれもじっくりと楽しむことができ、あっさり終わってしまうということはありません。ジップラインはオーソドックスなものですが、アスレチックはかなり長く、汗だくになりますし、バギーもかなり長時間走ることができました。
　また、スタッフが明るく親切です。以前クアロア牧場に行ったことがあるのですが、あそことは比べものにならないほど良い雰囲気でした。
【これから参加する方へのアドバイス】
　服や靴はかなり泥だらけになります（特にバギー）。汚れても良い洗える服で行くのがおすすめです。

We had really high expectations, looking at the pictures and reading some of the reviews. Unfortunately, it did not turn out anything like we had expected.
The whole thing took over 6 hours, from the time we were picked up and dropped back. Mind you the actual underwater scooter experience was just 10 minutes of these 6 hours.
We were made to wait on the boat for about 3 hours and obviously lot of people got sea sick.

The tour guides were really great and I appreciated their help. However, the wind was strong, making it very difficult to go out to sea with the kayaks, so the little ones had to settle for just the river.

ツアーの担当の方々は本当に良くしてくれて良かったです。ただ、風が強く、海にカヤックで出るのは非常に厳しかったので、小さい子たちは川の方だけで我慢しました。

My wife and I attended together.
First, we entered through the VIP entrance and took a commemorative photo with an Elvis Presley impersonator.
We received a welcome drink (alcohol) and enjoyed appetizers like fruits, nuts, and prosciutto while waiting for the venue to open.
After the doors opened, we savored dinner at a table in front of the stage. We had a voucher for one alcoholic drink, so we ordered a cocktail.
I thought there would be quite a bit of food, but it was just enough to fill us up. The lobster was delicious, and both the meat and salmon were tasty as well. There were also desserts and coffee.
The show included Hawaiian dances, impersonations of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, and even a fire dance, which left us very satisfied. Being seated right in front of the stage made it a fantastic experience.
The photo we took at the beginning can be purchased for $25, and after the show, the Elvis impersonator himself signed it for us.
When we left the venue, we were able to take commemorative photos with the singers and the Hawaiian dancers who performed in the show, creating wonderful memories.

妻と2人で参加してきました。
まずはVIP入口から入って、エルビスプレスリーのそっくりさんと記念撮影。
ウェルカムドリンク(アルコール)を受け取り、フルーツやナッツや生ハムなどの前菜を食べつつ、開場を待ちます。
開場後、ステージ前の席でディナーを堪能。アルコール1杯をオーダーできる券を貰ってたので、それでカクテルを注文。
料理は結構多いかと思いましたが、ちょうどお腹一杯になるくらいでした。ロブスターはもちろん美味しかったですし、お肉もサーモンも美味でした。デザートとコーヒーもあります。
ショーはハワイアンなダンスから、エルビスプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんショー、ファイアーダンスもあって大満足。ステージ目の前の席なのでバッチリ楽しめます。
最初に記念撮影した写真は25ドルで買えますし、終了後にプレスリーそっくりさん本人が最後にサインもしてくれます。
会場から出ると、ショーに出てた歌手の人やハワイアンダンス踊ってた人たちと自分のカメラで記念撮影までさせてくれて、いい思い出になりました。

We had a blast at the pool with lots of slides and waves. I was worried about lunch, but it wasn't as crowded as I thought, so we didn't spend too much time on it. The only downside was that several slides were out of order. If it weren't for that, it would have been perfect!

沢山のスライダーに波が出るプールと遊び倒しました。
不安だった昼食も思ったほど、混雑せず時間を取られずに済みました。
残念だったのは、複数のスライダーが故障で稼働していなかったこと。
それがなければ最高だったんですけどね〜。

The show is easily visible from any seat. The costumes changed frequently, which was enjoyable to watch, and I'm glad I participated.

I'm glad I got to see the ocean in Hawaii! I had the impression that there were many families around, and it might depend on the sea conditions, but I was a bit disappointed that there were fewer fish.

家族連れが多いイメージで、海のコンディションによると思うのですが、魚が少なかったのが少し残念でした。

Since it was my first time, I chose the 90m option, but I regret not going for the 150m.
You can really feel the excitement of being on a southern island, yay!
The staff was very efficient, and before I knew it, I was up in the sky.

スタッフの手際が良く、あれよあれよと言う間に空の上です。

I participated with my wife and two daughters, but it was quite difficult because my wife got drunk. The submarine itself is stable, but the waves while transferring from the shuttle boat to the submarine are quite intense. If you're not confident on boats, it's better to take motion sickness medication just in case. As for the tour, we were able to see sea turtles this time, and the kids were thrilled. What you can see depends on luck, though.

妻と娘二人で参加しましたが、妻が酔ってしまい大変でした。
潜水艦自体は安定しているんですが、送迎線から潜水艦に乗り移る間が水面のうねりが凄いです。
船に自信がある方以外は、念のため酔い止めを飲んで挑んだ方が良いです。
肝心のツアーですが、今回はウミガメも見れて子供達は大喜びでした。
何が見れるかは、運次第ですが。

Hanauma Bay has limited parking, likely due to its focus on preserving nature, and there tends to be traffic before entry because you must watch a video beforehand. However, if you join this tour, you can enter smoothly like with a fast pass.

For snorkeling, it was our family's first time, but the practice made us feel safe and we enjoyed it. Most importantly, we were guided to the best spots to see fish, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sea, including a surprise greeting from an eel.

The transportation was also great, with a cheerful guide who spoke fluent Japanese, providing sightseeing information and recommendations for delicious places, making for a fun and engaging time. I was initially unsure about joining a guided tour, but I definitely recommend it.

Additionally, after participating, you can get commemorative photos taken underwater, which you can upload to social media, making it a truly comprehensive experience with excellent cost performance.

ハナウマ湾は、自然を守る利用からなのでしょうか駐車場が少ない、事前のビデオを見なくてはならないとの理由からどこでも入場前には渋滞しています。
このツアーで参加をするとすべてファストパスのようにすんなり入場できます。
シュノケリングの方は、私達家族は初めてでしたが練習もあり安心して楽しめました。
何より魚が見えるベストな場所に誘導してもらえるのでたくさんのさかなや、突然のウツボの挨拶など綺麗な海を充分に堪能できました。
送迎も、日本語が流暢な外人の陽気なガイドさんが観光案内や美味しいお店の紹介も交えて対応してくれるので、飽きることなく楽しい時間を過ごせます。
はじめはガイド付きツアーで参加するのか迷いましたが絶対にオススメだと思います。
あと、参加後には、海中での記念撮影なども
SNSにアップしてもらえるので本当に至れりつくせりでコスパも最高でした。

It's a famous restaurant featured in every magazine. Every dish that came out was delicious! The wine was also great. It's a place I definitely want to visit again.

どの雑誌にも出てくる名店です。出てくる料理、すべて美味しかった！ワインもすすみました。また行きたいと思えるお店です。

The wind was strong, so kayaking was difficult, but overall, it was fun! I want to try it again!

On the day of departure, I was surprised to receive an email saying, "Please change the time."

The person in charge responded sincerely, and I have no complaints about that, but I don't understand why there was a change. I felt inconvenienced by having to frequently check emails on-site and communicate regarding the schedule (like the pickup) on the day of the event.

I hope you will work to prevent this from happening again, and it would be helpful if, in the event of a change, we could resolve it with just one or two email exchanges.

出発日に、「時間変更してください」
とのメールが来てびっくりしました。

担当の方は、誠実に対応してくださり、不満はないのですが、
なぜ変更なのか分からず、当日のスケジュール(ピックアップなど)の問い合わせに、頻繁に現地でメールチェックし、やり取りをしなければならない等、煩わしさを感じた事は否めません。

二度とこのような事がないよう、再発防止に努めて頂きたいのと、
変更があった場合、一往復程度のメールやり取りで済むようにしていただけると助かります。

In the morning, we used eBikes. There are options for shorter people, but it's better to be at least 140 cm tall. Also, it's not suitable for those who don't usually ride bikes or for the elderly. The speed can be quite fast, and the hills are steep. The grandmother who accompanied us was very slow and couldn't pedal up the hills, so she retired midway. The guide speaks English, but it's not a problem if you don't understand it at all.

In the afternoon, due to bad weather, we had to slightly change the kayaking course and gave up on landing on the uninhabited island. The tide and waves were quite strong. It requires considerable upper body strength, so elderly participants should think carefully.

As mentioned in reviews, the lunch was terrible.

午前中はeBIKEです。背が小さい人用もありますが、身長は140cm以上あった方がいいです。また、普段自転車に乗らない方や高齢者は不向きです。結構なスピードがでますし、坂も急です。同行したおばあちゃんは非常にペースが遅く、上り坂もこげなくて途中でリタイアしていました。英語のガイドですが理解できなくても全く問題ありません。
午後のカヤックは天候不良により少しコース変更し無人島への上陸は断念しました。潮の流れ、波とみにきつかったです。結構上半身の力が必要なので高齢者の方は熟考してください。
口コミでも散見されますが、ランチは最悪です。
