I was able to see a lot of whales!
I participated around the second week of March.
I was really moved to see the spouts and tails multiple times.
On the way back, I encountered a pod of dolphins and was able to see them up close.

I didn't understand any English, but I was able to manage by mimicking others:
- Put shoes in a box before boarding
- Get drinks on the boat
(Since everyone was putting tips in the box, I did too)
- Put tips in the box when getting off

I was quite anxious because I didn't know what time or where the pickup would be, and the people I was with on the way there somehow took an Uber back.
After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, the pickup arrived, and I was able to return safely, but I should have confirmed it on the bus going there.

クジラたくさん観れました！
3月の2週目くらいに参加しました。
潮吹きや尾びれが何度もみれて、すごく感動しました。
帰りにはイルカの群れに遭遇して、
近くでみることができました。

英語は全く分かりませんでしたが、
・靴を箱にいれて乗船する
・ドリンクは船の中でもらえる
(みんなは箱にチップいれてたのでいれた)
・降りるとき箱にチップいれる
はみんなの真似してできたので困りませんでした。

帰りのお迎えが何時にどこへ来るか分からず、
行きで一緒だった人たちも何故かウーバーで帰って行ったのでかなり不安になりました。
15~20分くらい待っていたら、迎えが来てくれて無事帰れましたが、行きのバスで確認しておくべきでしたね。

Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I was anxious about driving a rental car, and parking fees at hotels in Hawaii are high, so I opted for a plan that included transportation to the hotel. It took about 40 minutes by car from Waikiki using the freeway, and it was reassuring to have the shuttle service, especially since I could take a nap on the way back from swimming. (It would be helpful if the average tip for drivers could be displayed in advance on Japanese reservation sites, as there are also preparations for cash.)

In the morning, our driver was Jen, who spoke Japanese and kindly gave us advice on how to enjoy the park, which made me feel at ease. Other staff members did not speak Japanese. Most of the customers were Japanese families. For those with children, this water theme park, which is not found in Japan, is definitely worth visiting as kids will surely enjoy it.

The staff members were all well-built, which gave a sense of security, as I thought they might be lifeguards. Fortunately, it wasn't crowded, so the kids were able to try their favorite slides multiple times without waiting in line and had a great time. We were able to secure a spot with an umbrella, bought food, and ate there before playing again; the time flew by.

Attractions and pools required us to be barefoot, so I was sliding around with sandals in hand, but since it wasn't a particularly sunny day, I ended up going barefoot to move around. Perhaps because it wasn't crowded, the attractions were closing alternately at certain times. It was unfortunate that the lazy river was closed for the day. However, the wave pool was fun, with big waves coming in occasionally, making it feel like we were floating in the ocean.

I was too scared of the height to try the Shaka, but my husband and kids said it was fun and went on it multiple times. Other elementary school kids were also trying it repeatedly. The Tornado was incredibly fun, and I even tried it several times. The other slides were also enjoyable as they involved riding on large inflatable rings, which added to the sense of security.

ハワイは初めてだったのでレンタカーでの運転に不安がある上、ハワイはホテルでも駐車場代が高いのでホテルまでの送迎付きプランを申し込みました。
ワイキキからフリーウェイを使って車で40分くらい、泳いだ帰りに寝ることもでき送迎が安心でした。(こういうドライバーさんへのチップの相場を日本人向け予約サイトであらかじめ表示してもらえたら迷わなくてありがたいです。お札の用意とかもあるので。)
朝のお迎えが日本語話せるジェンさんで、とても親切に園内の過ごし方のアドバイスもらえて安心しました。
中のスタッフさんは、ジェンさん以外は日本語話していませんでした。
お客さんのほとんどは日本人ファミリーでした。
お子さんのいる方は日本に無い水のテーマパークで、子どもが喜ぶこと間違いないと思うので行く価値あります。
スタッフさんたちはライフセーバーなのかなと思うような、体格よい人ばかりで安心感ありました。
運良く混んでいなかったので、子どもたちは好きなスライダーを並ぶ時間かからず何回もトライでき満喫していました。
パラソルのある席を場所取りでき、ご飯を買ってそこで食べてまた遊んで時間はあっという間でした。
アトラクションやプール内は裸足にならないといけないので手にサンダルを引っかけて滑っていましたが、日差しがあまり強く無い日だったので途中から裸足になって移動しました。
混んでいなかったためか、アトラクションを一定の時間で交互にCLOSEしていました。流れるプールは1日CLOSEで残念でした。でも波のあるプールは、時々大きな波が来て、海に浮かんでいるみたいで面白かったです。
シャカは私は高さが怖くてトライしませんでしたが、夫も子どもも楽しいと言って何回もやっていました。
他にも小学生くらいの子が何回もトライしていました。
トルネードは最高に面白く、私でも何回もトライしました。
他のスライダーも大きな浮き輪に乗って滑るので安心感があり面白かったです。

This was our 2nd time doing the Dolphins and You Tour (we did it in 2017). Last time was amazing as we had a very calm day and saw lots of dolphins. This time it was quite rough and we did not get an opportunity to swim in the ocean with them.
We did enjoy our time anchored in the bay, where we snorkeled, kayaked and swam. Lunch was delicious and the crew was terrific.
Even despite not seeing dolphins, it was a lovely day.

I enjoyed the attractions, especially the bodyboard included in this plan. There was no shuttle service, so I went by rental car, which was inexpensive. It was nice to stop by the nearby outlet as well.

近くのアウトレットにも寄れて良かったです

We considered spending time by the pool in Hawaii, but the attractions were enjoyable for both adults and children. We wanted to keep costs down, so we went without a shuttle and used a rental car, which was not a problem. There were also Japanese staff who were very friendly.

アトラクションは大人も子供も楽しめました。
安くすませたくて、送迎なし、レンタカーで行きましたが問題ありません。
日本人スタッフもいて、親切でした。

My child finally got to touch a dolphin, which was a long-awaited dream. The rain that had been falling just before stopped, and we made the best memories!

At the entrance, they provided information about the meeting time and shuttle service, and we received a map, which was reassuring. When the time came, a very kind staff member who spoke Japanese explained the precautions, so the kids were able to participate with confidence.

My second son is about 120 centimeters tall, and he was a bit scared because he could barely touch the bottom of the pool, so parents with children should keep this in mind! By chance, we were able to touch a walrus, and it truly felt like a miraculous moment. The photos were taken by family members who weren't participating from a distance, but I think it's best to purchase the beautiful photos. They took several pictures, and they were ready about 20 to 25 minutes after the tour ended, allowing us to choose our favorites! We also enjoyed other facilities within the aquarium. I'm glad we participated!

子供が念願のイルカタッチ。直前まで降っていた雨も止み最高の思い出ができました！
入口で集合時間と送迎時間を案内してくださり、マップも受け取れるので安心です。
時間になると、日本語を話せるとても親切やスタッフの方が注意事項を教えてくださったので、子供達も安心してチャレンジできました。
次男が120センチくらいの身長で、プールでギリギリ足がつくかつかないかでちょっと怖がりましたので、お子さん参加の方は参考になさってくださいね！偶然にもウォルフィンとのタッチができ、本当に奇跡のような時間でした。写真は遠くから参加してない家族が撮りましたが、やはり綺麗な写真は購入するのが良いと思います。何枚か撮影してくださって、ツアー終了後20〜25分くらいで完成して、自分で好きな写真を選べます！水族館内の他の施設も楽しめました。参加してよかったです！

My daughter and I had an amazing time with the crew learning about sharks and observing them in their natural habitat. A MUST DO for everyone. Bring an underwater camera but don't spend your whole time behind the camera or you will miss what is all around you. Listening to the whales singing was an added bonus.

We had such a great day!! The crew was fantastic.
We loved going out to the beautiful sandbar and getting to look back at the beautiful island!!
We saw a sea turtle on the snorkel part of the excursion and so many fish!! Thanks for a great day.

Went here last year during the firework show 10/10

I am so glad my friends and I booked this! Check-in was easy, you don't have to lug a kayak anywhere yourself bc it's there ready to go, easy-to-follow map/instructions and you get plenty of time on the water. I'll do this again for sure!

I had a great time challenging myself with my grandchild and another person. I asked for the departure location, but I was given directions to an unrelated area. When the time came, I returned to the reception to ask again, and to my surprise, it was right next door. I was told to go to the Atlantis boarding area, and the guidance was unacceptable.

孫と３人で挑戦でとても楽しかったです。
出発の場所を聞いたのに関係ない方角を教えられ、時間が来てしまったので受付まで戻り聞くとびっくりです。隣でした。アトランティス乗り場をおしえられ、案内が悪かったのはありえませんでした。

We had a great time! The dancers, food, and everything was enjoyable!

I rode the smallest mountain bike. It was tough at first, but once I got used to it, it was a breeze. I rode 9.5 kilometers, and since it was electric, I didn't get tired at all going uphill! I was worried about the weather in the morning, but by the time of the activity, it had cleared up completely, and the greenery of the mountains was even more beautiful. The color of the sea from the high ground was incredibly stunning and moving!

However, the path was muddy, and the splashes from the bike tires were quite something. It was a rare experience to get muddy at my age. Since the weather was uncertain, it was a good idea to bring a change of clothes (there are paid lockers available in the park that you can access). My bag was also a waterproof one, which was a smart choice. My daughter was able to borrow a bike, so I think it's fine if you don't have one.

Since there were only two participants, we could enjoy our time and take photos freely. The guide spoke only in English, but it was very easy to understand, so it worked out. I think anyone who can ride a bike normally can participate; it felt amazing to cut through the wind and ride through Kualoa!

マウンテンバイクは一番小さいのに乗りました。
最初に乗る時は苦労しましたが、慣れてきたら余裕でした。9.5キロも走りましまが、電動なので坂も全然疲れません！朝から天気が心配されましたが、アクティビティの時間にはすっかりお天気になり、山の緑がいっそうキレイでした、高台からの海の色もめちゃくちゃキレイて感動！
ただ、道がねかるんでいて、自転車のタイヤからの泥はねがすごかったです。この歳でどろんこになる貴重な体験でした。お天気があやしかったので着替えを持って行っていたのが正解でした(園内に出し入れ可能な有料ロッカーあります)。カバンもウォーターバックでしたので、それも正解。娘は貸してもらえてましたので、無くても大丈夫だと思います。
参加が2人だけでしたので、時間や写真も自由にフリーの状態て楽しめました。ガイドは英語のみですが、とても聞き取りやすく、何とかなりました。
自転車に普通に乗れる人でしたら参加可能だと思います、風を切ってクアロアを走り抜けるのは最高に気持ち良かったです。

My family and I really enjoyed our tour. The scenery is astonishing. Mesmerising view. Our tour guide/driver Precious was very entertaining, friendly, and enthusiastic. Hopefully we can back again to try other tours.

My 3 teen daughters and I had a great trip. Julia was a fantastic tender and our capain was so helpful all around. The BBQ was enjoyed by all. We made 3 mini stops along the way, first at the sandbar, next at a turtle watching spot and finally snorkeling where we saw 2 turtles and a ton of fish. Highly recommend!!

The tour guide is very nice, given a lot of information about which movies were filming at which spots.

Definitely need sunscreen! We enjoyed this tour, especially the historic importance of the place. Take a lot pictures.

The volcanic activity has already calmed down, allowing us to see the areas where lava has flowed and solidified. However, gas is still continuously being emitted, and we can observe that extensive volcanic activity is occurring underground from above.

It was both terrifying and moving to see from the helicopter how the lava flowed over a vast area, causing an entire village to disappear.

I received an email the day before asking me to confirm my reservation by phone, but I was participating in another tour, and when I tried to contact them, no one answered the emergency contact number. Even after leaving a message on the voicemail and sending an email, I received no response.

Moreover, despite it being clearly stated that lunch was included, when I asked the guide around noon, I was told that this tour did not include lunch, and I was even laughed at. I found out on the day that the flight times to Hawaii Island and Oahu Island were completely different, which really stressed me out.

I at least wanted lunch to be provided. For some reason, I was taken to a Japanese-owned bakery in a rural town that I had no interest in, and I wondered what the point was of being asked in advance what I wanted to eat.

The guide provided very little explanation about historical events or legends, mostly just talking about the eruptions from a few years ago. I was disappointed as the stories were only what I had already read in the news or guidebooks.

すでに火山活動は落ち着いているので、溶岩が流れて固まった後をみることができ、まだガスは継続して出続けているので、広大な範囲で火山活動が地下で起こっていることも上空から見ることができます。

ものすごく広い範囲に溶岩が流れ、村ひとつが消滅していってしまったことがヘリから見られて、恐ろしくもあり、感動でもありました。

前日にメールが来て、予約確認の連絡を電話するように書かれて来ましたが、別のツアーに参加していて連絡が遅くなると閉まっていて緊急連絡先にさえ誰も出ず。留守番電話にメッセージを残しても、メールで返事をしても向こうからの返信はありませんでした。

しかも「昼食付」としっかり書かれていたのに、１２時頃にガイドに聞くと、このツアーには昼食は付いていないと言われ、かつ、鼻で笑われました。ハワイ島に向かう飛行機の時間も、オアフ島に向かう飛行機の時間も全く違うことが当日に分かり、本当に焦りました。

せめて昼食は出してほしかったです。なぜか全く興味のない田舎町の日本人経営のパン屋に連れていかれましたが、事前に食べたいものを聞かれた意味はなんだったんでしょうか。

ガイドも歴史的なことや伝説はほとんど説明がなく、数年前の噴火の話ばかり。ニュースやガイドブックに載っていた話だけだったのでがっかりでした。

It was a wonderful experience. The local taxi driver mentioned that one hour wasn't enough, but two hours was quite physically demanding. The guide who accompanied us (a part-time trainer?) spoke English, so it was simple English, but I couldn't understand the warnings when I didn't catch what was being said, and I had to interpret and convey it to the participants. There wasn't much guidance regarding the filming locations; it felt like we were just riding horses. The horses were very smart and occasionally took off running, but they would slow down properly when they caught up to the horse in front. The next day, I had such muscle soreness that walking was difficult, but since I was just returning home, it wasn't a particular problem. I went with my 12-year-old daughter, and she really liked the calm horse and enjoyed herself. Since she is part of a sports club, it seems she didn't have any muscle soreness at all.

とても素晴らしい体験でした。
地元のタクシー運転手が１時間じゃ物足りなかったと言っていましたが、２時間はかなり体力がいりました。
一緒に回るガイド（調教するアルバイト？）も英語なため、簡単な英語でしたが聞き取れないと注意されている内容が分からず、参加しているこちらが通訳して伝える必要がありました。ロケ地に対してはガイドもなく、ひたすらに乗馬をしている感じです。馬はとても賢く、ときどき走り出しましたが、前の馬に追いつくとちゃんとゆっくりになってくれます。
翌日、筋肉痛で歩くのが難しいくらいでしたが帰国だけだったので特に問題はありませんでした。
１２歳の娘と行きましたが、娘も大人しい馬をとても気に入り、楽しんでいました。もともと運動部に所属しているので、彼女は筋肉痛は全くなかったようです。

This time, I participated in a limited-capacity monitor show without meals, along with my girlfriend on her first overseas trip. I initially thought there would be many Japanese tourists, but over 80% of the audience was foreign, and the energy was very much in line with international standards, which made it interesting and enjoyable.

The show started with dances and music that touched on Hawaii's history and culture. In the middle, Elvis and Michael joined in, and the show heated up to its peak. As a fan of Elvis and Michael, I certainly enjoyed it, but my girlfriend, who isn't very familiar with Western music, was also thoroughly satisfied and had a great time.

The production and music were wonderful, and overall, it was a very captivating show. Furthermore, the expressions and gestures of the performers conveyed their pride in and love for their culture. It was a valuable experience to understand Hawaii's culture and history and to connect with the charm of the land.

I highly recommend this fantastic show to everyone. Next time, I would like to make a reservation that includes a meal! You will have an amazing night, so definitely consider participating! Mahalo!

今回は食事無しの人数限定のモニターショー初海外旅行の彼女と2人で参加しました。
日本人観光客が多いのかなとの印象でしたが8割以上が外国人の方で盛り上がり方も海外仕様でその点も面白く参加できて良かった。

ショーの内容は前半はハワイの歴史や文化に触れる踊りや音楽からスタート。
中盤からはエルヴィスやマイケルが参加しショーはヒートアップし盛り上がりが最絶頂でした。
私はエルヴィス・マイケルのファンでもちろん楽しむこともできましたが、
洋楽をあまり知らない彼女も十分満足し楽しんでました。

演出や音楽も素晴らしく、全体として非常に魅力的なショーでした。さらに、出演者たちの表情や仕草から、彼らがその文化に誇りを持ち、心から愛していることが伝わってきました。ハワイの文化や歴史を理解することができ、その土地の魅力に触れることができた貴重な体験でした。
全ての方におすすめできる、素晴らしいショーでした。

次回は食事ありで予約してみたいと思います！
最高の一夜を過ごせるのでぜひ参加してみてください！

We had the best time on our clear bottom kayak tour! We saw sea turtles, manta rays, snorkeling, and did bridge jumping. Our guide was the best and the whole experience was great! We had a family of 4 with a 9 year old and 12 year old. They loved it! I highly recommend doing this tour!!

Most of the staff do not speak Japanese, but it’s manageable. However, at some photo spots, the guide stops for about 5 to 10 minutes to explain things, and it might be quite confusing if you don’t understand English. Even if you don’t understand, they will still take your photos. It seems like you don’t necessarily need long sleeves and long pants, but on a sunny day, short sleeves might actually be uncomfortable. We had quite a bit of time until the return bus, so we had lunch at the attached café, and it was pretty delicious!

日本語できるスタッフはほとんどいませんが、なんとかなるかんじです。
ただ、何ヵ所かの写真スポットで5分～10分程度停車してガイドさんが説明してくれるのですがこれはさすがに英語がわからないとちんぷんかんぷんかも。わからなくても写真は撮ってくれます。
長袖長ズボンでなくても大丈夫ぽいですが、晴天だと半袖は逆につらいかも。
帰りのバスの時間までけっこうあったので併設のカフェでランチをしましたがけっこう美味しかったです！

I participated with my mother/daughter! In the morning, the weather was bad, and there was thunder and rain in the distance, but by early afternoon it cleared up, and I was so happy to see dolphins and whales up close. It was quite rocky, so those prone to seasickness should be careful! Snorkeling was fun, but the waterslide was absolutely amazing and gave a fantastic sense of freedom! The friendly staff and the Japanese guide made it easy to enjoy the experience until the end. I want to participate again with my friends! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. Mahalo!!

朝は天候が悪く、遠くの方で雷雨も鳴ってましたが昼過ぎには晴れてきてイルカもクジラも近くで見ることができ、嬉しかったです。かなり揺れたので船酔いする方は注意！シュノーケルも楽しかったですがウォータースライダーが開放感抜群で最高でした！フレンドリーなスタッフの皆さんと日本人のガイドさんもいたので安心して最後まで楽しむことができました。
また友達と参加したいと思います！

Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of our trip. There were three groups on board, including us, and as we headed offshore, it seemed that we accidentally dropped the parachute into the sea while trying to spread it out, causing a bit of a scramble to retrieve and re-spread it.

We were the first group, but because of the drop, seawater dripped down the parachute lines after we ascended, making our eyes and faces hurt.

Also, for some reason, we were facing away from Waikiki Beach instead of towards it during the flight, so we couldn't enjoy the scenery much.

The other two groups didn’t get as wet and were able to enjoy the view towards the beach, which made us envious.

Additionally, I found that I wasn't as comfortable on the boat as I had expected, so overall, I didn't enjoy it very much. My husband seemed to enjoy the boat ride, though.

当日はあいにく曇天でした。自分たち含め3組で乗船し、沖合に向かっていき、パラシュートを広げる時に誤って？海に落としてしまったようで慌てて回収して広げなおしていました。
私たちは1組目だったのですが、海に落としてしまったせいで上昇してからパラシュートの紐づたいに海水がしたたり落ちてきて目や顔が痛かったです。

また、飛んでいる間、なぜかワイキキビーチ向きでなく沖合向きになっていたのでほとんど景色を楽しめませんでした。

そのあとの2組はあまり濡れることもなく、ビーチ側向きで楽しめていたのでうらやましかったです。

また、私は船が思ったより苦手だったので総合的にあまり楽しめませんでした。
旦那さんは船の移動含めて楽しめているようでした。

I couldn't get a detailed look at the filming locations of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World, but the thrill of driving on the off-road paths was amazing! The weather held up just enough, so I didn't get caught in the rain, but since there are no windows, it might be a good idea to bring a towel because of the dust.

The guides were very cheerful and took lots of photos for us.

Next time I go to Hawaii, I would love to experience the filming location tour.

One thing to note: I had a reservation for the 1:00 PM buggy tour, but the pickup was at 8:00 AM, and we arrived after 9:00, which left us with quite a bit of time to kill. There are souvenir shops and places to eat, so we were able to relax, but if you want to make the most of your time, I think it might be better to rent a car.

ジュラシックパーク、ワールドのロケ地を詳しく見ることはできませんでしたが、道中のオフロードのような道を自分の運転で進む爽快感は最高でした！
天気もぎりぎり持ってくれたので雨に降られることはありませんでしたが、窓が一切ないので土埃がかかるのでタオルは持って行った方がよいかもしれません。

ガイドの方々もとっても陽気で、写真もたくさん撮ってくれます。

また次ハワイに行ったときはロケ地巡りコースで体験してみたいです。

一点だけ、バギーツアー13時スタートの予約でしたが、お迎えは8：00で到着が9：00過ぎでかなり時間を持て余してしまいました。
お土産屋さんやご飯を食べるところもあるのでゆっくりはできましたが、時間を有効に使いたい方はレンタカーで行ったりした方がよいかなと思いました。

We participated as a family of ten, including my parents and siblings. Both the guide and staff were very kind, and we had a great time. The weather was nice, and the beautiful sea and sky were amazing! The water temperature was a bit cold, but it was manageable once we got used to it. The sandbar was knee-deep, and we could swim comfortably at the snorkeling point, where we also saw fish in the coral area. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, and everything was great. It was a satisfying tour for the whole family.

両親と兄弟家族で10人で参加しました。ガイドもスタッフもとても親切ですごく楽しめました。
天気もよく、きれいな海！空！最高でした！水温は少し冷たいですが、入っているうちに慣れる程度でした。サンドバーの深さは膝ぐらい、シュノーケリングポイントでも気持ちよく泳げて珊瑚のエリアでは魚もみることが出来ました。ランチのハンバーガーもおいしくて何から何までよかったです。家族みんな満足なツアーでした。

I was very satisfied to see many sea turtles and fish. The weather was bad, but the ocean was very beautiful. We also saw dolphins on the boat during our travels.

海カメも魚もたくさん見れて大満足です。天気は悪かったですが海がとても綺麗でした。移動の船ではイルカも見れました。

Due to strong winds, the event could not be held as originally planned and was rescheduled for the following day, but I’m glad I participated! I was able to swim with sea turtles, which was a dream come true, and I had a great time snorkeling in the beautiful sea!

強風により当初の予定での開催が叶わず、翌日の催行となりましたが、参加して良かったです！夢だったウミガメとの遊泳が叶って、綺麗な海でシュノーケリングが出来て楽しかったです！

It was so much fun!! The sky felt close, I could see the mountains, and right below was the ocean. Participating with my friends made it an unforgettable memory.

とっても楽しかったです！！空が近く、山も見えて、真下は海で、友達と参加できたことが、忘れられない思い出になりました。
