I did a 2-hour horseback riding tour at Kualoa Ranch (with transportation included). Upon arrival, everything was in English for check-in and facility guidance. I had a reservation at 12:00 and arrived around 11:30, where I received a general briefing before heading to each activity. They advised us to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and if you were even a little late, they would start without waiting. Before that, I was told to put my backpack and other belongings in a locker, but the available lockers were broken and empty... With only five minutes left until the meeting time, I was anxious, but I explained the situation to the staff who gave the briefing and was able to hand my things directly to them. I accidentally left my valuables inside, which worried me, but they were returned safely after the tour. There is a small pouch holder on the horse's saddle, so you can put a small pouch (about the size of a sacoche) and water there. Having a strap to hang your smartphone on your shoulder makes it easy to take photos. The guide spoke English but also made an effort to communicate in broken Japanese, which was nice. The sunlight was incredibly strong, so I should have worn a long-sleeve shirt. It was scorching. Overall, it was a great experience to enjoy the stunning scenery for a relaxed two hours!

クアロアランチで2時間の乗馬(送迎付き)をしました。現地に到着し、全て英語での案内でチェックインや施設の案内があります。12:00からの予約で、11:30ごろ到着し、全体説明を受けてから、各アクティビティー先へ行きます。15分前には必ず行くように言われ、少しでも遅れたら待たずに開始するとのこと。その前に、乗馬はバックパックなどの荷物はロッカーへ入れるように言われましたが、利用可能なロッカーが故障していて空いていなく…、集合まであと5分しか時間がなく焦りましたが、説明を受けたスタッフに事情を説明して直接預けました。うっかり貴重品も入れたままで、ずっと気がかりでしたが終了後に無事に返してもらえました。馬のサドルにかける小物入れがあるので、そこに小さいポーチ(サコッシュ程度の大きさ)や水は入れられます。スマホは肩にかけられるストラップがあると撮影しやすく便利です。ガイドは英語ですが、片言で日本語で声掛けしたり気を使ってくれて感じの良いスタッフでした。日差しが半端なく強いので、長袖を羽織るべきでした。じりじりします。総合的に絶景をゆったり2時間堪能できて良い経験になりました！

I could clearly see that the staff members were making a great effort to entertain the guests. Thanks to that, even though English was the main language and there were some parts of the conversation I didn't fully understand, I had a wonderful time. I also felt that they were well-trained in safety measures. This time, we went on a zip line tour as a family, and everyone seemed to have a lot of fun, creating great memories.

Although it was only an English-speaking guide, we had a great time and were able to enjoy the zip line safely.

On the way there, we ended up on a bus with a group of over 40 people, and our family was separated onto different buses. However, feeling anxious, I negotiated and managed to get us all on the same bus.

英語のガイドのみでしたが、楽しく盛り上げていただいて安全にジップラインを楽しむことができました。

行きのバスで40名以上の団体と一緒になり、家族がバラバラのバスに乗車することになってしまいましたが、不安なので交渉してみたところなんとか一緒にバスに乗ることができました。

I read in a review that the wait time for the shuttle bus is long, so I took an Uber instead. It cost about $50 one way. It was great to get there and back quickly!

It cost $5 to store my luggage in a locker, but they only accepted Visa or MasterCard! Since I only had an American Express card and cash, I consulted with the staff, and they were able to help me.

The scenery was very beautiful, and the horses were adorable, making it an unforgettable experience! Important instructions were given in Japanese, such as "Please go right" and "Kick! Kick!" I would love to experience it again.

送迎バスを利用するとバス待ち時間ぎ長い、とこちらのレビューで読んだので、Uberで行きました。片道50ドルくらいでした。さっと行けて帰られてよかったです！

ロッカーに荷物を預けるのに5ドル必要でしたが、ビザカードかマスターカードのみ！アメックスカードと現金しかなかったため、受付の方に相談したところ、預かってもらえました。

とてもきれいな景色で、馬もかわいくて、忘れられない体験となりました！大切なことは日本語で指示してくれました。「右に行ってください」「蹴って！蹴って！」など。もう一度体験してみたいです。

I experienced a 2-hour Magic Island tour. I could feel the Hawaiian breeze, and the guides were friendly, which made me very satisfied. The Segway has a pouch, so you can carry valuables and towels. At the end, they also recommended a great lunch spot. Although it was in the morning, I was under the blazing sun for 2 hours, so my hands and arms got really sunburned. Even with sunscreen, I still burned, so I think it's better for sensitive individuals to wear long sleeves.

2時間のマジックアイランド周遊コースを体験。ハワイの風を感じられ、ガイドさんたちも親切でとても満足でした。セグウェイにポーチが着いているので、貴重品やタオルは持ち運べます。最後におすすめのランチのお店も紹介いただきました。午前中でしたが、2時間炎天下なので、手の甲から腕がすごく日焼けしました。日焼け止めを塗ってもやけたので、敏感な方は長袖がいいと思います。

This was our first zipline experience and it was so much fun!! Thank you to our amazing team that lead our group. They made it much more memorable . I would definitely recommend veltra for your zipline adventure!

What a blast, we got a bunch of cool knowledge on all different pieces that make kualoa ranch!!

The sunset dinner cruise was quite crowded. Since I had reserved a 5-star experience, there wasn't much of a feeling of congestion when I arrived on the floor, and I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The meal also progressed slowly, so many people went out to the deck to enjoy themselves along the way. While sipping on a Mai Tai and gazing at the sunset... I realized the sky was filled with stars. Fireworks erupted from Waikiki Beach, and the atmosphere on the boat reached its peak! After that, we returned to port while indulging in jazz. It turned out to be a wonderful day.

サンセットディナークルーズはかなりの混雑ぶり。5スターを予約したのでフロアに着くとそれほど混雑感は無く、ゆっくりと楽しめました。食事もかなりゆっくりと進むので、途中デッキに出て楽しんでいる方も大勢いました。サンセットを眺めながら、マイタイを飲みながら…気付くと満天の星空。ワイキキビーチから花火が上がり船内の盛り上がりも最高潮！その後、JAZZに酔いしれながら帰港。素敵な1日になりました。

Great food, good entertainment, great view of the fireworks, and ended the cruise with a fun dance party!

The cabana that I was supposed to have reserved was not actually booked, and it took a considerable amount of time at the reception. It was a waste of time. The driver's attitude was not friendly.

予約したはずのカバナが予約なっておらず受付でかなり時間がかかった。時間のロスでした。運転手の愛想が悪かった。

The lunch was delicious, and the staff was friendly. However, whether the sandbar appears depends on the tide, so it's best to check the tide schedule in advance. Since this can be somewhat predicted, I feel that the tour company should provide some guidance on this. If they don't, it's reasonable to think that the chances of the sandbar appearing are low.

ランチは美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーです。ただ、サンドバーが現れるかどうかは潮位次第なので、あらかじめ満ち引きを確認された方が良いです。ある程度は予想できる事なのでツアー会社が目安を伝えるべきな気もしますが、それをしないと言うことは、サンドバーが現れるかタイミングは少ないと考えた方が良いでしょう。

Even though it was summer vacation, we were able to participate in activities smoothly without waiting in line. The wave pool had large inner tubes available for free, which made the kids super excited. It was a lot of fun.

夏休みなのに、順番待ちもスムーズにアクティビティに参加できた。
波のプールも大きな浮き輪が無料貸し出しで子どものテンションが最高だった。

We booked this cor the sunset and fireworks. Seating was packed and food was okay / ordinary, what you would expect from set menu for hundreds. Staff worked hard, tried to keep things moving. Sunset was almost missed due to service. Noisy entertainment. Fireworks were short and low key, and hard to see with packed walkways. We were some what disappointed overall and regreted not going on a smaller and cheaper vessel.

The trip was fun and the staff were great. They gave great information about everything we were doing and safety was very important to them.

I was worried it might be scary since I'm not good with roller coasters, but it wasn't scary at all! The scenery and the wind felt great.

Surreal experience seeing the ship WW2 ended on. Having a guide made it very pleasant.

The sandbar was in the ocean, but the weather was great, the scenery was beautiful, and I had a lot of fun! The guide was wonderful, and the hamburger was delicious. As mentioned in everyone's reviews, it's recommended to bring extra towels and a jacket since it can get cold!

I was saddened by the lack of English explanations due to my limited English skills. Japanese tourists are gradually returning to pre-COVID levels, and I hope they can implement Japanese guided tours at least once a day or at least every other day. The guide was friendly and took photos for us, and it felt great to drive through the beautiful land of Kualoa for two hours. I thought it would be even more enjoyable if I understood the movie explanations. We only passed by the giant fallen tree from Jurassic Park, while other tourists were taking photos, but we just walked by. When I asked the guide at the next stop why we didn't stop there, he said that this tour does not stop at that location. If that's the case, it's misleading to have that photo included in the tour description.

Also, when booking the shuttle tour, it's important to try various start times to find one that suits you, or you will waste a lot of time at Kualoa. We had a 10:30 AM start for the buggy tour, and our pickup in Waikiki was at 8:15 AM. We arrived at Kualoa around 9:15 AM, listened to the Japanese guide, watched a Japanese video, and then hurried to buy souvenirs before the tour started. The lockers were broken (it seems to always be that way), so we had to protect our souvenirs with eco-bags as much as possible and placed them at our feet in the buggy, but the eco-bags ended up covered in dust.

After finishing the buggy tour at 12:30 PM, I bought photos from the vendor and went to the restroom, only to find it was already time for the return bus. I had brought a change of clothes, but there was no time to change, and I returned to the hotel covered in dust. By the way, most men were wearing shorts. Sunglasses were available for rent, and they gave us a neck holder (to wear around the neck and cover the nose).

全て英語の説明で英語力のなさが悲しかったです。
日本人観光客もコロナ前に戻りつつあり、１日に一回、せめて２日に一回、日本語ガイドツアーを実施して欲しいです。
ガイドさんはフレンドリーで写真も撮って下さるし、クアロアの大地を２時間走るのは気持ち良く、映画の説明がわかったらもっと楽しいだろうと思いました。
ジュラシックパークの巨大倒木は近くを通るだけで、観光客が写真を撮っていたのに私達は素通り。
次の停止ポイントで、ガイドさんになぜさっき止まらなかったか聞いたら、このツアーはあそこには止まらない、とのこと。だったら、このツアーにあの写真が載ってるのは間違いです。
あと、送迎ツアーを申し込む時は、開始時間を色々入力してみて自分に合った時間にしないとクアロアでタイムロスが多くなります。私たちは10時30分スタートのバギーでワイキキピックアップは8時15分でした。クアロアに9時15分頃着いて、日本語ガイドさんから話を聞いて、日本語ビデオを見て、その後、開始までの時間に急いでお土産を購入。ロッカーが故障してたので、（どうもいつもそんな感じみたい）お土産を出来る限り持参のエコバッグなどで守って、バギーの足元に置いて出発しましたが、エコバッグはホコリまみれになりました。
12時30分にバギー終了後は、業者さんの写真を買ってトイレに行ったらもう帰りのバスの時間でした。
着替えを持って行ってましたが、着替える時間はなく埃まみれのまま、ホテルに帰りました。
ちなみに男性は半パンの方ばかりです。
サングラスは貸し出しあり、ネックホルダー（首にはめて、鼻まで覆う）プレゼント。

This was my third time kayaking, so I didn't take a guide. Before departure, I checked a 10-minute explanation on a tablet. We transported the kayak on a cart for about five minutes to the nearby riverbank, then lifted it off the cart and into the water. This was my first experience in this area, so I was a bit nervous but felt happy when I succeeded. When we reached the beach, a young man asked in English, "It's from a nearby shop, do you need support?" I thought I would be asked for a tip, so I declined with a "No thank you" (he might have been genuinely kind; another young man helped pull the kayak up to the sandy beach when we were leaving).

The uninhabited island seemed to be about 300 meters away, but it was difficult to get on the kayak at the water's edge. We laughed while getting on, even as we tipped over. After that, we paddled right and left, struggling to balance our power, and with the waves, I felt a bit anxious about whether we would be okay. After about ten minutes, we got into a rhythm and arrived at the uninhabited island in about twenty minutes.

After that, we paddled steadily towards the coral reef at Lanikai Beach. We borrowed snorkeling gear, left the kayak on the beach, and went snorkeling. I had put my sunglasses, shoes, and boots in a mesh bag for snorkeling, but since I didn't secure it properly, some of the items floated away. I found a few later, but remember to close the bag tightly. This took about three hours.

After eating, we rented bicycles and went cycling. I had planned to try bodyboarding, but the waves weren't that strong. I paddled quite hard, so I didn't have the energy to think about anything else, which gave me a good sense of fatigue, satisfaction, and accomplishment. The sea and the scenery were very beautiful, and I saw sea turtles swimming.

カヤックは３回目くらいですので、ガイドはつけませんでした。
出発前にタブレットで１０分程度の説明を確認してから出発です。
台車に載せてあるカヤックを、５分くらい近くの川べりまで運んでから、台車からおろして、よいしょと川へ。この辺も初体験なのでちょっとドキドキしながら、できた！とうれしい。浜辺に着くと、お兄さんが「近くのショップのものだが、サポートが必要か？」と英語で聞いてくるので、きっとチップを取られると思い、No thank youとお断り（本当は親切かもしれません。帰るとき別のお兄さんがカヤックを砂浜まで引き上げて助けてくれました。）。
無人島は300mくらい先のようですが、まず波打ち際でカヤックに乗るのが難しい。沈しながら、笑いながら乗船。その後は、右に行ったり、左に行ったり、二人のパワーバランスが揃わず、波もあり、大丈夫なのか？とちょっと不安になりました。１０分くらいすると調子も出てきて、２０分くらいで無人島に到着。
その後は、ラニカイビーチのサンゴ礁を目指してひたすら漕ぐ。シュノーケリングのセットを借りたので、浜辺にカヤックを置いて、シュノーケリング。シュノーケリングを入れる網袋にサングラス、靴、ブーツなどをいれていましたが、口をしっかり留めなかったので、中に入れていたものが流れてしまいました。いくつかはその後見つかりましたが。口をしっかり締めることをお忘れなく。これで３時間くらい。
食後、自転車を借りてサイクリング。ボディーボードをやろうと思っていましたが、それほどの波はありませんでした。
結構必死に漕いだので、他のことを考える余裕もなく、良い疲労感と満足感、そして達成感が得られました。海も景色もとても綺麗でした。ウミガメが泳いでいました。

The price is high, but it's a facility you can only experience here.
There are also bus tours and horseback riding tours.
Next time, I want to participate in a different tour.

I participated in a tour with a four-wheeler! I was very satisfied with the opportunity to enjoy the nature of Kualoa.

Since the buggies kick up a lot of dust, I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty! Be careful as your hair can get quite tangled afterward.

It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't stop at the spot where the Jurassic Park sign and fallen tree scene are, but we were able to pass by it. Overall, I had a great time!

クアロアの自然を満喫できて大変満足しました。

バギーは砂埃がすごいので汚れてもいい服での参加をお勧めします！！終わった後は髪もギシギシになるので要注意です

ジュラシックパークの看板と木が横たわっているシーンの再現があるところで停車できなかったのだけ残念ではありましたが側を通ってみることはできました。
しかし、全体的にはとても楽しめて良かったです！

I visited in early August. All the slides were operational, and although there was a bit of a wait, the kids had a great time.

8月上旬に行きました。スライダーなどは全て稼働していて、多少並びましたが、子供も思う存分楽しめました。

I experienced it for the first time. It was really high!! Looking down, the sea was far away and the boat looked tiny, and I was genuinely scared thinking the rope might snap and I would fall... My son, who was with me, seemed to be having a great time, but I was too scared to enjoy it at all. I ended up chanting a prayer. The time felt incredibly long. However, towards the end, when we splashed into the water, it was fun. Everyone was getting splashed, and we all laughed together.

The boat staff were friendly and engaging, even with Japanese guests. I definitely recommend experiencing this. It will become a lifelong memory.

As for the meeting point, it took about 20 minutes to walk leisurely from the center of Waikiki while checking Google Maps. You don't need to take the trolley.

初めて体験しました。いやもう高い！！足元を見ると海面も遠くボートもちっちゃく、ロープが切れて落ちるんじゃないかと思うと本当に怖かった、、、。一緒に乗った息子はとても楽しそうでしたが、私は怖すぎて無でした。念仏唱えました。時間もえらく長く感じました。しかし最後の方で水面にぼちゃん！は楽しかった。どの組もぼちゃんやられててみんなで笑いました。
ボートのスタッフは日本人にも気さくにどんどん絡んでくるフレンドリーな方でした。
ぜひ体験することをおすすめします。
一生の思い出になりますよ。

待ち合わせ場所ですが、ワイキキの中心からグーグルマップみながらのんびり歩いてたしか20分くらいでした。トロリー乗らなくても大丈夫ですよ。

Great adventure tour for those who like to really explore. You can tell this company is passionate about what they do! Best tour on the island by people who live and breathe it!

Instead of having an expensive meal at a restaurant, this package, which is reasonably priced and includes a show, is the best option. It's just a short walk from Waikiki Beach, so you don't need transportation, making it even more cost-effective. "The Sin Elvis Presley" is really hilarious. You absolutely have to see it. "The Sin Michael Jackson" is a bit too overweight (laughs).

ヘタにレストランで高価な食事をするくらいなら、それよりお値段もお手頃でショーが見れるこのパックは最高です。
ワイキキビーチからすぐなので、送迎不要で歩いて行くとさらにハイＣＰ。
「シン・エルビス・プレスリー」めっちゃ笑えます。絶対見るべき。
「シン・マイケル・ジャクソン」は太りすぎです（笑）。

During the activity, the staff took photos for us, but when I received them via email, the image quality was poor, making it difficult to recognize faces, which was disappointing. Maybe it was because I was using an Android? However, after returning to my home country, I received high-quality photos.

At first, it felt like we were walking among the trees, which made the time seem a bit long, but once we reached the area where we could see the ocean, the scenery was beautiful and refreshing. The footprints of Godzilla and the canyon from Jurassic Park were particularly impressive. I could see a line of 4WD vehicles from other tours, which looked just like a scene from the Jurassic movie.

For safety reasons, video recording was not allowed, but taking photos was fine. We were allowed to bring about two small bags. Larger items should be stored in lockers or the vehicle. It might be good to have a small bottle of water with you.

After returning to Japan, I really wanted high-quality photos from the tour, so I emailed the contact who had reached out right after the tour and asked if they could send me higher quality photos as attachments. They sent them right away, which truly impressed me.

アクティビティの途中でスタッフの方が写真をとってくれますが、メールで受け取ったら画像の画素数が悪く、顔の判別が不可能な感じでがっかりでした。アンドロイドだからかな？でも、帰国後に高画質の写真をいただけました。

最初は木々のなかをいく感じでちょっと時間を長く感じましたが、海がみえるあたりから景色がとてもよくて気持ちよかったです。ゴジラの足跡、ジュラシックパークの渓谷。
　特に他のツアーの４WDの車列がみえ、それが、あのジュラシックの映画のワンシーンのようです。
　安全のためビデオ撮影は不可で、写真は大丈夫でした。荷物はポシェット２つ分くらい持ち込み可能でした。大きな荷物はロッカーか車にしまっていきましょう。小さな水があるといいかも。

日本に帰国後、やっぱり高画質のツアー中の写真がほしくてツアー直後にメールをくれた先にメールでもっと高画質の写真でメールに添付してほしいとお願いしたら、すぐに送ってくれました。これには本当に感激しました。

I thought the first zip line would be the most challenging, but the staff worked hard to keep everyone excited, and we had a great time. Crossing the small suspension bridge along the way was probably the funniest part! The transportation to Waikiki was also comfortable.

最初のジップラインに行く時が一番大変だと思ったがみんなを盛り上げようと頑張っているスタッフさんと楽しく行けました。
途中の小さな吊り橋を渡る時、凄く笑わせてくれたところが一番楽しかったかもしれないけど？!
ワイキキまでの送迎もあり快適でした。
