We did jet skiing, bumper tubing, and parasailing. The staff were able to communicate in Japanese, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our family of five had a great time, and everyone said they really enjoyed it.

ジェットスキー、バンパーチューブ、パラセーリングをしました。
スタッフの方との会話も日本語で出来るし、とにかく皆さん大らかで対応が良く家族5人でしたが皆んなとても楽しかったと言ってました。

Great place great atmosphere. Great people great view. We had an amazing time.

I was torn between expensive luau shows, but choosing this one was definitely the right decision! It's the best entertainment you can only see here in Hawaii. Personally, I found the men's hula show to be rare and powerful, and I especially liked it.

I participated with my 9-year-old son on August 18. Before making a reservation, I looked at the reviews and saw mostly negative comments, which made me hesitant, but we had a great time.

There was a small note on the boat suggesting tips, but there was no pressure to give them at all. We participated as a group of four, and no one paid tips. Regarding photos, they asked if we wanted to take some, and when I declined, they responded with a smile and said, "Don't worry."

The view over 100 meters is beyond words! The waves weren't high, and I didn't feel seasick. The staff primarily spoke English, but one of the assistants seemed to speak broken Japanese.

I came across some reviews that seemed a bit shady, but the girl at the reception was friendly and even gave us water.

予約する前に口コミをみたら、ネガティブな投稿ばかりで、迷ってましたが、普通に楽しめました。

チップについては、ほしいな的な落書きが船内に小さく書いてありましたが、要求されることはまったくないありませんでした。実際に4ペアでの参加でしたが誰も払っていませんでした。写真についても撮るか？と事前確認があり、断りましたが、dont worry.と笑顔でやり取りしました。

100メートルオーバーの景観は筆舌に尽くしがたいです！波も高くなく、酔うこともありませんでした。基本的に英語のみですが、助手の人はカタコト日本語ができるようでした。
何となく悪徳っぽい口コミ見かけますが、受付の女子も感じよく、水もくれました。

I was able to drive with my Japanese license. Along the way, we stopped at 4 to 5 locations where we took off our helmets and received explanations about the stunning viewpoints, and we also took photos. It's possible to switch drivers as a couple, so I recommend registering for that during the initial application.

It was my first time driving a buggy. Since the accelerator and brake were out of reach with the seatbelt on, I placed my left foot on top of the tire cover and drove at an angle, which worked fine.

As a recommendation, the sand dust is quite intense, so wearing white shirts, pants, or bags is a no-go. Although it’s hot, I recommend something like a windbreaker made of crinkly fabric.

日本の免許の提示で運転ができました。
途中4〜5箇所で、車やヘルメットを外して
絶景ポイントの説明等して頂き、写真も撮って頂きました。
夫婦での運転交換が可能ですので、初めの申請時に登録することをお勧めします。

バギーの運転は初めてでした。
アクセル、ブレーキがシートベルトをすると届かないので、左足をタイヤカバーの上に乗せ、斜めにして運転し問題ありませんでした。

おすすめ内容として、砂埃がすごいので
白のシャツやパンツ、バッグは、NGな位です。
暑いですが、、ウインドブレーカーみたいな、シャカシャカ生地をお勧めします。

A very professional high-quality show filled with authentic elements of traditional cultures, like how they instantly made baskets out of coconut leaves. Particularly, the host was good, that he was able to play with fire while being a genuine comedian, making fun of lovers and kids in such a delightful way. True respect to the host, our chief that night!

Since our group is the only one in the car from a convoy of six vehicles, we could enjoy ourselves without any reservations! It was a fun time exploring the filming locations while driving through the majestic Kualoa! The dust was intense, so if you don't wear the goggles provided, it gets in your eyes, haha. After the two-hour tour, if you don't clean off the dust, your face ends up completely black, haha. But it was really fun, and I want to go again! Next time, maybe horseback riding or cycling!?

雄大なクアロアを走りながら、映画撮影したロケ地などを巡って楽しい時間でした！
砂埃はすごいので、渡されたゴーグルをつけないと目に入っていたいですｗ
2時間ほどのツアーで終わった後は綺麗に砂埃おとっさないと顔が真っ黒ですｗ
でも、ほんと楽しくてまたいきたいです！今度は乗馬か、サイクリングか！？　

We participated in a tour starting at noon with our family of four. We took a shuttle bus to Kualoa Ranch, and upon arrival, there was an explanation in English. After that, a staff member who spoke Japanese provided explanations for Japanese guests, and we received a different voucher from the one we had at the time of booking. When it was time, we showed our voucher, got equipped with helmets, watched a driving instruction video in Japanese, and then boarded the buggies.

We couldn't drive freely; instead, we followed a few buggies led by a guide, traveling at a maximum speed of 20 kilometers per hour. Occasionally, we were gestured to close the gap between vehicles. There were several stops where we could get off the buggies for explanations and photo opportunities. However, all the explanations were in English, so I could only understand bits and pieces. I thought it would have been better if I had known more about Kualoa's geography and history in advance.

We skipped the area that seemed to have been used for filming Jurassic Park. If you want to get off and take photos in such places, I think the Jurassic Park tour would be better. My father, who wasn't used to driving on the left side, tended to veer to the right, which was a bit nerve-wracking. But he seemed to get used to it after a while.

Driving the buggy was pleasant and fun, but we ended up covered in dust. Our clothes, bags, and shoes were all dusty. I recommend wearing clothes and carrying bags that you don't mind getting dirty, and either leaving them in a locker or putting them in a plastic bag. After getting off the buggy, I was shocked when I looked in the mirror at the handwashing station. There was sand in the gap between my helmet and goggles, creating a line of dust on my eyebrows and forehead, making for a funny look. You won't feel refreshed unless you wash your face thoroughly.

I wouldn't recommend going out right after the buggy tour. We took a shower, changed clothes, and went out to eat. After finishing the buggy ride around 2 PM, I planned to eat at Kualoa, but by that time, the hot dogs and other food were sold out. Since I was hungry, I only had ice cream. I wonder if the morning tours are better. I also considered the horseback riding tour, so I would like to try that next time.

家族4人で12時からのツアーに参加しました。
シャトルバスでクアロア牧場までいき、着いたら英語での説明でしたが、その後日本人用に日本語の話せすスタッフの方から説明があり、予約時のバウチャーとは別のバウチャーが渡されました。時間がきたらバウチャーをみせて、メットなどを装備してもらい、日本人用の運転の説明動画を見て、バギーに乗り込みました。好き勝手に走れるわけでなく、ガイドの方が運転する先頭のバギーに何台か連なり最高速度20キロで走行。たまに車間を狭めろとジェスチャーが。何箇所かバギーを降りて説明と写真の時間があります。
しかし、全て英語での説明なので断片的にしかわからず。事前にもっとクアロアの地のこと、歴史などを知っていれば良かったかなと思いました。
最後の方のジュラシックパークの撮影で使ったようなものがいっぱいあるところはスルーでした。
そういうところで降りて写真をとったりしたいならジュラシックパークのツアーのがよいかと思います。
左ハンドルに慣れていない父は右側に寄りがちで
少しひやっと。でもしばらくしたら慣れたようです。
バギーでの走行は気持ちよく、楽しかったです。
ただ全身砂埃まみれになります。
洋服、バッグ、靴まで砂まみれ。ホントに汚れてもよい服装、バッグはロッカーに預けるか、ビニールとかに入れることをおすすめします。
バギーを降りて、手洗い場で鏡を見てびっくり。
顔のメットとゴーグルの隙間に砂が。
眉毛とおでこに砂埃のラインができ、
おもしろ顔に仕上がってました。
顔丸洗いしないとさっぱりしません。
バギーのツアーのあと、そのまま出かけるのはおすすめできないです。シャワー浴びて服を着替えてご飯を食べに出かけました。
2時過ぎバギーが終わってから、クアロアでご飯を食べるつもりでしたが、その時間ではホットドッグなどの食べ物にSOLDOUTの表示が。
お腹が空いていたので、アイスだけ食べました。
午前中とかのツアーのが良かったのでしょうかね。
乗馬のツアーも迷ったので次回は乗馬でまわってみたいです。

At the entrance, there was someone who spoke Japanese and provided various explanations. Although the price included the paid bodyboarding attraction that I had researched before participating, it was closed. The staff at the entrance also said, "Please participate, it's really fun," but it was closed. I wondered why. I felt like I wanted a discount for that. (Especially since my child was looking forward to it.) Other than that, it was the same as the last time I participated; perhaps because it was a weekday, they opened the neighboring attractions in order.

入口には日本語が話せる方がいて、色々と説明して頂けました。
参加前に調べて頂いたボディーボードの有料アトラクション込みの料金なのにクローズでした。
入口のスタッフの方も、是非たのしいので参加してみてください。と言っていたのに　クローズ。なぜ？と思いました。
なら、その分の値段を引いてもらいたいなぁと思ってしまうぐらいでした。
（子供が楽しみにしていたので余計）
それ以外は、以前も参加した時と同じ様に平日の為か隣同士のアトラクションを順番で開けていました。

I thought the show would take place by the lagoon pool, but it turned out to be an interactive experience in the lagoon itself. It seems like something that wouldn't be possible in Japan due to safety and hygiene concerns, haha. The life jackets are excellent and keep you upright, floating up to your chest.

When you stretch your arms out in front of you, the dolphins swim by and you can automatically pet them from head to tail. Not everyone may get this, but the instructor explained everything in perfect Japanese (maybe of Japanese descent? A local person), which was really helpful. In addition to the instructor, a Japanese person was in charge of guiding us from the meeting point to the lagoon and providing various instructions, which made me feel very secure.

For the dolphin photo op, they take two pictures: one as part of the package and another as an additional option. You can see it from the spectator seats at the lagoon, so if you have family members who aren't participating, they can take photos of the experience.

ショーをやるラグーンの横のプールで実施するのかと思ったら、まさかのラグーンに入っての触れ合いでした。日本だと安全面・衛生面で叶わなそうですｗ ライフジャケットは優秀で、直立で胸まで浮きます。
腕を前に伸ばして待つと、イルカが前を泳いで行って自動的に頭から尾まで撫でられるスタイルです。
全員ではないかもしれませんが、インストラクターが完全な日本語(日系？現地の方)で説明してくれて助かりました。インストラクターの他に、集合場所からラグーンまでの案内や諸注意を日本人が担当してくれたので、とても安心しました。
イルカとの２ショットは、既定の写真と追加オプション購入の写真の2枚を撮ってくれます。ラグーンの観客席から見えるので、参加しない家族がいれば様子を撮影できます。

I participated with my daughter. While on the boat heading out, we were told we were too light, which made us anxious, but another mom who was with us agreed to jump together, so we were able to experience it safely. That mom was able to jump twice, once with her family and once with us, so we are very grateful for her help, but I don't think we did anything wrong, haha. If you're told you're too light, I think it's okay to ask someone else on board, "Could someone jump with me?"

We flew high right away, and it was fun without any scary shaking. The flight time was satisfying.

The meeting point is at the JTB HiBus bus stop. After getting off at Discovery Bay, head towards the sea, and once you reach the water, turn left towards the Hilton Lagoon.

Whether or not to take photos will be confirmed when you jump. For iPhone users, you can use AirDrop, and for Android users, it was $40 to purchase the SD card. Card payments are accepted.

母娘で参加しました。沖に向かうボート内で、二人は軽すぎて駄目だと言われて焦りましたが、乗り合わせた他のママが一緒に飛んでくれることになって、無事に体験できました。そのママも自分の家族とうちの回とで2回飛べたので、こちらとしては名乗り上げてくれて大感謝ですが、悪いことをしたわけでもないと思いますｗ 軽すぎて駄目と言われたら、乗り合わせた人に「誰か一緒に飛んでください」とお願いしてもいいと思います。
すぐに高く飛び、特に揺れるような怖さもなく楽しかったです。飛行時間は満足できました。
集合場所は、JTBのHiBusのバス停 ディスカバリー・ベイで降りたら、海に向かい、海に着いたら左に曲がったヒルトン・ラグーンの前あたりです。
写真撮影するかどうかは飛ぶ時に確認されます。iPhoneだとAirDrop渡し、AndroidだとSDカードごと購入で40ドルでした。カード払いOK。

We participated with three middle and high school students and my spouse. Although it was a long two hours, the scenery was beautiful, and the horses were very smart, making it an enjoyable experience. Once you start riding, it's non-stop for two hours. Make sure to use the restroom beforehand. Also, if you're not comfortable with hard seats, you might experience pain in your buttocks or the tops of your legs towards the end. I also felt some discomfort in my rear during the latter part. My wife and two children rated it as the best activity of our trip. The guide hardly spoke any Japanese, but I think if you watch the Japanese explanation video beforehand, it shouldn't be a problem for those who don't understand English regarding horseback riding. Additionally, only waist bags are allowed while riding. Other types of bags should be stored in nearby paid coin lockers or left at the reception desk (we had to leave ours at the reception due to a locker malfunction, so it's best to avoid bringing valuables).

There is an English sign at the dismounting area that says, "If you enjoyed and are satisfied, please consider tipping." I think a tip of around 15% is generally expected.

中高生3人と夫婦で参加。2時間という長時間ですが景色も良く、お馬さん達も大変賢く楽しむ事ができました。一度乗馬すれば2時間ノンストップです。トイレはしっかりと事前に済ませましょう。また、硬い椅子が苦手な方は後半お尻や足の付け根が痛くなります。当方も後半お尻が痛くなりました。妻と子供2人からは旅行中のアクティビティとしては最高評価でした。ガイドさんはほぼ日本語は通じませんが、事前の日本語説明ビデオを見れば英語が分からない方でも乗馬に関しては問題ないと思われます。また、乗馬の際にはウエストバックのみ着用可能です。他の形状のバック類は近くの有料のコインロッカーか、受付フロントに預けましょう（私たちはロッカー故障で仕方なく受付預かりにしました、極力貴重品は持って行かない方がいいです）。
「楽しめて満足できたらチップをよろしくね」と馬から降りる場所に英字の看板があります。原則15％～程度ののチップは必要かと思います。

I attended with children. We were looking forward to the lazy river, but it was closed all day. Including the transportation, it felt really expensive.

流れるプール目当てだったのに、一日中クローズ。
送迎まで入れるとめちゃくちゃ高く感じました。

It was amazing to race through the off-road trails with views of the mountains and the sea in the vast nature! I took a lot of photos and I'm soaking in the memories! There were only English-speaking staff, but they were very kind and accommodating! Since dust will cover your whole body, I recommend going with clothes and gear prepared for that, haha. If anyone is going to Hawaii, I definitely recommend experiencing this at least once! Thank you for the fun time! ^_^

Hanauma Bay, which has a reservation system and entry restrictions, was a great experience. To ensure we could enter, we asked a guide for assistance this time. With transportation included, we were able to complete our activities in the morning, allowing us to schedule other plans for the afternoon, which is a big plus. Since snorkeling in an unfamiliar sea can be concerning due to currents, having an experienced guide made it easy to focus solely on watching the fish. The guide is also fluent in Japanese, so everyone can feel at ease. They took photos during our snorkeling session, which they later uploaded to Facebook for us.

予約制で入場制限も出来たハナウマ湾。確実に入場できるように今回はガイドさんにお願いしました。送迎付きで無駄なくアクティビティの時間も午前中で完了しますので、半日は別の予定を入れる事ができるのも大きな魅力です。知らない海でのシュノーケリングですので、個人で行くと潮流等が不安ですが、慣れたガイドさんが居るので安心して魚を見る事だけに集中する事ができました。ガイドさんは日本語も堪能ですので皆さん安心できると思います。
シュノーケリング中に写真を撮ってくれて、後日facebookにアップして貰えますよ。

Family of four, including one, four-year-old and one two year-old. First time for the kids on a boat and we had a blast. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and personable. They made sure my kids were safe and comfortable. The time frames were very appropriate, the staff kept everyone engaged and entertained. Some staff shout outs for Brandon, Jeremy Natalie, Faith, the guy holding the mike (sorry I forgot his name!!) . And yes we saw TONS of dolphins.

I’m in my forties, but I was able to surf both enjoyably and rigorously.

I participated alone, and I was the only Japanese person there. During my time, there was no support in Japanese at all. That said, there isn’t much difficult English, so I don’t think a high level of English is necessary. However, if you can’t speak any English at all or feel anxious about it, I think it would be safer to go with another company.

There was one instructor for two of us. The other person was a large Western man, but he dropped out early and went home, so it was essentially a one-on-one experience.

The instructor was strict. It might not be suitable for those who prefer a slow, hands-on, and gentle teaching style, but I think it’s great for those who want to dive right in and go for it! I had a lot of fun trying multiple times.

However, you will get quite sunburned! Lying face down on the surfboard waiting for waves left my calves and the back of my thighs bright red, almost like a mild burn. I regretted not wearing my long pants rash guard that I had with me. You really do get burned. That’s the only thing to watch out for.

Also, if you are prone to motion sickness, I think it’s better to take some anti-nausea medication. I heard someone say they felt sick.

アラフォーですが、楽しく、厳しくサーフィンできました。

一人で参加したのですが、日本人は私一人でした。
私の時は日本語のサポートは一切ありませんでした。
とはいえ難しい英語はあまりないのでそこまで英語力は必要ないと思います。しかし、英語が全くできない、不安がある方は別の会社が安心だと思います。

二人に先生が一人付いてくれました。もう一人の人は欧米人の大きい男性だったのですが、早々に脱落し帰ってしまったので実質マンツーマンでした。

先生はスパルタでした。ゆっくり手取り足取り丁寧に教えてほしい人には不向きかもしれませんが、折角なのでガンガンやりたい！という人には向いてると思います。私は何度もトライできて楽しかったです。

ただ、かなり日焼けします！
サーフボードにうつぶせになって波を待つのでふくらはぎと裏の太ももが真っ赤になり、軽いやけどのようになりました。長ズボンのラッシュガードを持っていたので履けばよかったと後悔しました。
本当に焼けます。これだけが注意です。

あと酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んだほうがいいと思います。
酔ったと言っている人がいました。

At Kualoa Ranch, there are tours available by buggy, bus, and bicycle, but exploring the vast landscape on horseback is truly exceptional. You can take photos with your phone using one hand, as long as you keep your left hand on the reins, but it's a good idea to prepare something to hang around your neck for added security. Additionally, large backpacks and hats will need to be stored in coin lockers that allow for multiple entries. Regarding horseback riding abroad, there are Japanese-language explanations provided in advance, and the horses are familiar with the tour routes, so I think beginners will be just fine. (This may not be limited to this experience, but in general, for beginner horseback riding, it doesn't feel like you are controlling the horse.)

クアロア牧場自体は、バギー、バス、自転車で回るツアーもありますが、広大な風景を馬で回るのは格別です。携帯での写真撮影は左手を離さないことを条件に片手での撮影可能ですが、首から下げるものを準備などしておくと安心です。なお、大きなリュック、帽子などは、何度も出し入れ可能なコインロッカーに入れる事になります。海外での乗馬と言う事に関しては、日本語の事前解説も準備されており、更に、馬さんは、見学ルートに慣れているので初心者でも大丈夫だと思います。（これに限ったことではないと思いますが、初心者向け乗馬全般的に、操作して馬を操っていると言う感覚ではない）

I challenged myself with my 3rd-grade daughter and my husband to a 150m adventure. The boat ride was fast and thrilling, and the parasailing took us up to a height close to the highest point, allowing us to enjoy a panoramic view of Waikiki. We really felt the essence of Hawaii.

When running through the city, there was ample safety support, and I felt comfortable enjoying it even with my child. They also took photos along the way, creating great memories. The staff had a cheerful atmosphere, which made me smile naturally. I would love to do it again!

街中を走る時、安全面で十分なフォローがあり、子供と一緒でも安心して楽しめました。途中で写真も撮ってくれて、いい思い出もできました。スタッフの方々も明るい雰囲気で、こちらも自然と笑顔になれます。またリピートしたいです！

The explanation of the doctor's passion for the starry sky was very good. As the sky darkened, I was moved by how many more stars became visible to the naked eye. The explanations are in English, but I think everyone can enjoy them since they are all well-known stars. Not only stars, but we also got to see Venus, Saturn, Mars, and shooting stars, making it a tour that met my expectations.

博士の星空への情熱が伝わる説明がとても良かったです。空が暗くなるにつれて、肉眼で見える星が増えていき感動しました。説明は英語ですが誰もが知る星ばかりなので楽しめると思います。
星だけではなく、金星、土星、火星、そして流れ星も見られて期待通りのツアーでした。

The food, service, and entertainment were very good. The trip was organized well. Very clean facility and the experience was so enjoyable. We loved the sunset and fireworks while onboard. We'd take friends along on another cruise in the future. This is a great idea for special occasions.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we loved it. It's a really nice location for kayaking and snorkling! I love that it's self giuded and easy to understand. The staff were also the nicest☺️

Eight years ago when I participated, the weather was good, and the sandbar was at knee height, which made it very enjoyable.

The snorkeling felt like swimming in a line, and the staff was right there with us in the water, which was reassuring.

Now that my child has grown a bit, we participated again, but this time the water was at adult chest height, and my child couldn't enjoy it. The snorkeling spot was murky, and we couldn't see many fish.

Previously, the staff entered the water with us and kept an eye on us, but this time they just watched from the boat.

It was quite scary when we drifted off course due to the waves.

I participated this time because I felt safe before, but while it seems like anyone, even beginners or those who aren't good swimmers, can join, it's challenging when dealing with nature.

Personally, I think I would have skipped snorkeling today because it was quite frightening. It would have been better to have some information about the sea conditions today, like if there were more waves than usual.

There wasn't much confirmation of the number of people before and after entering the water, so I was left wondering about the safety measures in place.

I wouldn't really recommend this for people who don't have much experience in the sea.

以前（8年前に）参加した時は天候も良く、サンドバーも膝ぐらいの高さでとても楽しめました。

シュノーケルも列になって泳ぐという感じで
スタッフの方が一緒に海に入ってすぐ側にいて
安心できました。

子供が出来て少し大きくなったので
また参加したのですが

今回は大人の胸ぐらいの高さで
子供は楽しめずでした。
シュノーケルの場所も海は濁っていて
魚はあんまり見えませんでした。

またシュノーケルも以前はスタッフの方が
一緒に海に入って見守ってくれてましたが
船の上から見てるだけでした。

波に流されてコースから外れると結構怖くて、、

以前が安心して参加出来たので
今回参加したのですが

初心者だったり、泳ぎが得意じゃなくても
参加できます！という雰囲気ですが

自然相手なので難しいとは思いますが

個人的には今日はシュノーケルはやらずにいたと思います。結構怖かったので。
いつもより波があるよ今日の海の情報とかがあると
もう少し説明があると良かったと思います。

海に入る前後の
人数確認とかも特にされてなかったので
安全対策とかどうしているのかは謎ででした。


海の経験がそんなにない人にはあまりおすすめできません。。

Overall tour is very informative and enjoyable. Tour guides are great. Able to see uss misouri,uss bowfin and uss arizona memorial. The museum is great! I was talking to one of the personnel and he even gave me story about pearl harbour. Food serve is delicious. Able to meet my kababayan from Philippines. Thank you

As a 50-year-old man, I unfortunately couldn't surf due to back pain. My two sons, a college student and a high school student, participated in a group lesson. The college student had only tried surfing once about six years ago, while this was the high school student's third experience.

First, they showed a video in the shop and explained the basics before heading to the beach, which was educational and great! Once we got to the beach, they taught us how to stand on the board and we quickly went into the sea!

As we paddled out, the instructor suddenly pushed the board towards the shore and shouted, "Paddle!" and just like that, we were surfing! Wow! I managed to stand up and rode for over 100 meters from the open sea to the shore.

After that, my sons and another participant took turns catching waves, and everyone was able to ride for a long time! However, I later heard that because the rides were long, paddling back to shore multiple times was really tough for them!

I had also requested drone footage, so they took over 150 photos and 11 videos of the two of them. The drone video was high resolution and very beautiful. It was a bit expensive, but I was satisfied.

Next time we come, I hope to receive a higher level of instruction!

50男の私は残念ながら腰痛発症でサーフィンできず。息子達二人、大学生と高校生でグループレッスンに参加しました。大学生は6年ほど前に一度体験サーフィンのみ、高校生は今回が3回目の体験サーフィン。
まず初めにショップ内でビデオを見せてくれて、基本的なことを説明受けてから浜辺に出るのが教育的で良いですね！
浜に出るとボードを使って立ち方を教えてくれてすぐに海へ！
パドリングで沖へ出ると、すぐに先生が岸に向かってボードを押し「パドリング！」っていきなり波乗り！
あら！立てた！いきなり沖から岸まで100m以上乗れました。
その後も他の参加者一人と息子達の3人で次々に波に乗り、皆、ながーく乗れました！
しかし後で聞いたら一回の乗れる距離が長いので、岸から沖まで何回もパドリングで戻るのがとても辛かったと！
ドローンの撮影も頼んでおいたので、二人で150枚以上の写真と11個のビデオを撮影してもらえました。ドローンのピデオは高解像度でとてもキレイ。ちょっと高かったけど満足しました。
次に来たら、もう一段階上の指導をして

I had a great time with activities that you can't find in Japan. Some were thrilling, almost like an amusement park, and I couldn't help but shout out! There was also a children's zone where little ones could have fun.

There were no masks or social distancing, but I didn't mind since I went on a weekday. We took a shuttle bus and arrived around 10:30, and until about noon, it felt like we had the place to ourselves with hardly any wait time, which was comfortable! After that, it got a bit busier, but it was still good because we could ride after a short wait.

プールというより遊園地のようなスリルがあるものもあり思わず声が出ちゃいました！！
子どものゾーンもあり小さなお子さまはそちらでも楽しむことが出来ます。

マスクやソーシャルディスタンスは全くありませんが、行ったのが平日だったからか気になりませんでした。
送迎バスで行き、10時30分ごろに着きましたが12時くらいまでは貸しきりのような状態でほとんど待ち時間無く快適でした！その後も少し混んではきたものの、少し待てば乗れたので良かったです

I was a bit scared because I'm not good with roller coasters, but it didn't feel like I was floating like on a roller coaster. I could see Waikiki from the air, and it was very pleasant and fun!!

There were four of us, two Japanese girls in their twenties, and a family of five foreigners. The Japanese girls suggested, "Shall we take photos together?" so instead of buying photos, we exchanged them via AirDrop after parasailing.

We were making a lot of noise and having fun, so maybe that's why we got dropped into the sea?! But the others landed safely on the boat (getting dropped was also incredibly fun). The captain and crew were very cheerful and nice, and we had a valuable and enjoyable experience.

We did this on August 5th, and the weather was good with not much wind, so it felt nice. However, the boat rocked while we were on it, and it seems that on windy days, it can rock in the air too, so I think it would be a good idea to take motion sickness medication for peace of mind.

Everyone gives tips before getting off, so we gave a tip of $10 per person. I think it's good to prepare a towel in case you get dropped, along with a camera and some cash.

If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend trying it out!!

私はジェットコースターが苦手なので少し怖いなと思っていたのですが、ジェットコースターみたいにフワッと体が浮くような事もなく、空中からワイキキを見渡せ、とても気持ちいいし楽しかったです！！

私達4人と日本人の20代女の子2人と外国人家族5人でした。日本人の女の子達が「写真を撮りあいっこしませんか？」と声をかけてくれたので、写真は買わずにパラセイリングが終わった後、エアドロで交換しました。

私達はキャーキャー騒いでクルーやキャプテンにも声をかけて楽しそうにしていたせいか⁈海に落とされましたが、他の人達は落とされずにボートに着地していました（落とされたのもめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです）
キャプテンもクルーもとても明るくてイイ人だったし、貴重な楽しい体験ができました。

8/5にしましたが、天気も良く風もあまりなかったので気持ち良かったけれど、ボートに乗っている間揺れるし、風が強い日は上空でも揺れるみたいなので酔い止めの薬を飲んでおいたら安心だと思います。

みんな降りる前にチップを渡すので、私達は一人10ドルのチップを渡しました。カメラと少しの現金と落とされた時の為にバスタオルを用意しておいたらいいと思います。

迷っている方は是非体験して欲しいです！！

It was a beginner course, so I thought it would be easy, but there were some challenging parts that made it very interesting. Our guide was a man named Luis, and he spoke English slowly, which made it easy for the children to understand, and they were happy about that. He also showed a lot of consideration, and I think it’s a tour that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations along with the magnificent scenery.

The only area for improvement is the amount of downtime. We departed from Waikiki at 7:45 AM and arrived around 9:00, but the tour didn’t start until 11:30. After the two-hour tour, the return to the hotel was initially scheduled for 5:30 PM. It would have been nice to have some events to participate in, but everything was popular and sold out, so we ended up with quite a bit of free time. I asked the local staff to change to the 3:30 PM bus, but even then, we still had a lot of time to spare. I felt it would be great if there could be an improvement where we could choose the pickup time during the reservation stage.

初心者コースですので、楽々かな、と思っていたら、そこそこハードな部分もあってとても面白かったです。ルイスさんというガイドでしたが、英語をゆっくりと話してくれるので、子供たちも分かりやすかったと喜んでいました。また、いろいろ心配りもしてくれて、雄大な景色とともに、幅広い世代で楽しめるツアーだと思います。
唯一改善点は、ロスタイムの多さです。朝7:45ワイキキ出発で、９時ぐらいに到着ですが、ツアー開始は11:30。また、２時間のツアー後、ホテルへの送りは、当初17:30出発となっていました。何か参加できるイベントがあればいいのですが、どれも人気があってSold Outなので、かなり時間を持て余してしまいます。現地のスタッフにお願いして、15:30 のバスに変更してもらいましたが、それでもまだかなり余裕がありました。予約段階で、送迎時間を選択できるような改善ができるといいのにな、と感じた次第です。

I went with my 6-year-old son and my husband. My son came back excited, saying, "I want to go again! The water slide was the best!!"

As for my husband, he said, "It was definitely fun, but we didn't have enough time at all. We chose the premium course, but it felt like a waste of time to go get drinks and food even with the all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat options, so I think a simpler course would be sufficient. The Japanese guide was with us only at the beginning and the end, but I appreciated the explanations. There was also time spent waiting in line, so we just didn't have enough time."

息子は「また行きたい！ウォータースライダー最高！！」と興奮して帰ってきました。

「確かに楽しかったけど、時間が全然足りなかった。
プレミアムコースにしたけど、飲み放題や食べ放題でも飲み物や食べ物をとりに行く時間がもったいないから、シンプルなコースで十分だと思う。
日本語ガイドさんが最初と最後だけついてくれたけど、説明してくれたのはありがたかった。
列に並ぶ時間もあるから、とにかく時間が足りなかった。」と言っていました。
