Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet any whales this time, but the splendid sightseeing boat didn't sway much, so I was able to enjoy the trip without worrying about seasickness. My 2-year-old was super excited about being on such a big boat for the first time, and our whole family had a blissful time admiring the beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki from the sea. The staff were warm and attentive, making it truly a perfect description of an elegant holiday. I definitely want to book again for our next trip to Hawaii, aiming for a little revenge on the whale sighting!

残念ながら今回はクジラさんに会うことは叶いませんませんでしたが、大きな揺れを感じない立派な遊覧船だったので、船酔いの心配もなく終始安心して楽しめました。
2歳の子供も初めての大きな船に大興奮で、家族全員でダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの美しい街並みを海から眺めるという、至福のひとときを過ごせました。スタッフの方々の気配りも温かく、まさに優雅な休日という言葉がぴったりです。次回のハワイ旅行でも、リベンジを兼ねてぜひまた予約したいと思います。

The cheerful staff keeps you entertained. Although it's in English, they are accustomed to Japanese people and explain things with gestures, so there are no problems. The parasailing itself is fantastic. If I have the chance, I would like to do it again next time.

It's fine to bring bags like backpacks. You can store your belongings and sandals in the space under the seats, so they won't get wet. Of course, managing valuables is each person's responsibility. I think the photo option will be added unless you decline it. This time, I participated with three people, and one stayed on the boat, so taking photos with my smartphone was sufficient. With a smartphone, you can also take videos, and if one person is staying on the boat, I think the photo option isn't necessary. However, if there isn't anyone to take photos from the boat, it would be better to opt for it.

The boat rocked, but I didn't get seasick. It might have been influenced by the fact that there were only two groups participating and it was a short time.

陽気なスタッフが楽しませてくれます。英語ですけど、日本人に慣れていて身振り手振りで説明をしてくれるので問題ありません。パラセーリング自体は最高です。機会があれば次回もやりたいと思っています。

リュックなど荷物を持ち込んでも大丈夫です。腰掛け下のスペースに荷物やサンダルなどを入れて保管しますので水には濡れません。もちろん貴重品は各自の責任での管理となります。写真撮影のオプションは断らない限りつけられてしまうと思います。今回、私は3人名での参加で1名が船に残っている状況でしたので、スマホでの撮影で事足りました。スマホだと動画も撮れるし1名が船に残っているのであれば、写真オプションはなくても良いと思います。もし船から撮影してくれる人がいないのであれば、オプションつけた方が良いです。
船は揺れましたが船酔いはしなかったです。2組の参加で短時間であったということも影響したかもしれませんが。

Thousands of humpback whales come to Honolulu in winter! I was so excited and nervous about this first-time experience that I definitely wanted to participate. We set sail on time, and I couldn't contain my excitement at the breathtaking views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea. Along the way, rain clouds rolled in, and it suddenly turned into a downpour, making it a bit chilly, but it was still fun. I caught a glimpse of the whales for just a moment; I wanted to see more, but I will try again on the next opportunity. If I had to point out one area for improvement, I would have liked the coffee provided to be hotter. The staff were all smiling, which was great.

何千頭のザトウクジラが冬のホノルルにやって来る！これは是非参加したいと初めての体験にドキドキワクワクしました。時間通りに出航し、海の上から見るワイキキとダイヤモンドヘッドの絶景に興奮が収まりません。途中、雨雲が掛かり突然スコールになり、寒くもなったりしていましたが、楽しかったです。クジラの姿は一瞬見えました、もっと見たかったが次のチャンスでまたチャレンジします。改善点一つ上げるとすれば、提供されていたコーヒーが熱々のものにしてほしかったです。スタッフはみんな笑顔で良かったです。

My wife wanted to try it, so even though I have a fear of heights, I decided to participate. There were about ten other participants at the same time. We flew in pairs or threes, but since we were last in line, we had time to mentally prepare ourselves. I think each group flew for about seven minutes. When we actually took off, it was scary, but the view of Hawaii from the sky was breathtaking.

You can bring your phone while flying, but I didn't have much opportunity to take pictures. You can also purchase photos taken from the boat, or ask other participants to take pictures for you. The photos you buy are often taken with professional cameras, and they turned out well, so I recommend purchasing some as a keepsake.

一緒に行った妻がやってみたいとのことで、私は高所恐怖症でしたが参加することに。参加した時間は他にも参加者が多く10人くらいとなりました。2人もしくは3人で飛んでいましたが、自分達は順番が最後だったので心の準備をする時間がありました。1グループ7分程度空を飛んでいたと思います。実際に飛ぶと怖いのは怖いですが、空からのみたハワイの景色は絶景でした。
携帯も持って飛べますが、自分はあまり写真を撮る余裕はありませんでした。船からの写真は購入もできますし、他の参加者にお願いして撮ってもらうこともできます。購入した写真は本格的なカメラで撮ってもらえることもあり、写りはよかったので思い出に写真購入することをおすすめします。

I couldn't see any whales, but I was very impressed by Diamond Head from every angle. First of all, even though it was a large ship, it was about four times faster than I imagined. Because of this, when I climbed to the top of the ship, the wind felt really nice, and the weather was good, which made me feel very refreshed. The ship traveled from the departure point all the way to the back of Diamond Head and then returned, allowing us to see Diamond Head from various angles over the sea.

クジラは見ることができませんでしたが，ダイヤモンドヘッドはあらゆる角度から見ることができ，とても感動しました．まず，大きな船であるにも関わらず，その速さは想像の4倍ぐらい速かったです．そのため，船の屋上に登ると風がとても気持ち良く，天気も良かったため，とても爽快な気分になりました．船は出発地点から，ダイヤモンドヘッドの奥まで進み，折り返して帰ってくる航路であったため，海上から様々な角度のダイヤモンドヘッドを見ることができました．

In the end, I did see a spout and a little bit of the tail, but I can't deny that it felt a bit lacking. I had prepared myself for the possibility that it might not be very big based on past posts, so I wasn't too disappointed.

Since it was a large boat, there was no rocking, and I was able to enjoy the cruise with pound cake and drinks. On a smaller boat, you could move around more easily to search for whales, but I think the waves would be quite intense, raising concerns about seasickness. This time, the weather was decent, not too cold, and I was able to spend the time comfortably.

結果的には潮吹きと、少しのしっぽは見えましたが、物足りない感は否めませんでした。過去の投稿からも、大きくは見えないかもしれないと覚悟していたので、そこまで残念とは思いませんでした。
大きな船なので、揺れもなく、パウンドケーキと飲み物付きのクルージングで、それなりに楽しめました。
小さな船だと小回りもきいて鯨を探しに色々動けるでしょうが、波がすごくて、船酔いが心配だと思います。今回は、天気もまずまずで、そこまで寒くなく、快適に過ごせました。

I heard that we would rise to 150 meters above the ground, and I was very scared, but being in the air was very meaningful, and there was no shaking, so I enjoyed it. However, I experienced the worst seasickness ever while on the boat before taking off. I knew that a certain speed was necessary for flying, and I took motion sickness medication, but it didn't help. Others were also feeling unwell and had to sit down, so I think once in a lifetime is enough for me.

地上から150mまで上がると聞いてとても怖かったのですが、空中はとても有意義で揺れもなく楽しめました。が、飛ぶまでの船内で過去一船酔いしました。飛ぶのにそれ相応の速度が必要なのは承知しており、私は酔い止めを飲みましたがダメでした。他の方も体調不良でダウンしており、人生で1度乗れば十分かなと思いました。

I couldn't see any whales, but as you can see in the photos, I was able to enjoy a very beautiful view and feel the ocean of Hawaii. The banana bread and coffee were also very delicious, and overall, I am satisfied. I was worried about seasickness, but there were no significant waves, and I was able to spend the time comfortably.

クジラは見えませんでしたが、写真のとおりとても綺麗な景色を見ることができ、ハワイの海を感じることが出来ました。
バナナブレッドとコーヒーもとても美味しく、総じて満足です。
船酔いを心配していましたが、特に大きな揺れもなく健やかに過ごすことが出来ました。

I usually don't get seasick, but despite being on a large ship, the waves were so rough that I felt nauseous. It's a shame I didn't see any whales.

They come around to take drink orders, but it's okay if you don't want to order anything.

I intended to do some small fish fishing, but I ended up catching a Spanish mackerel while trolling during the move!

After that, I continued fishing for small fish and was quite satisfied!

I participated with a light heart, and it was really great!

I don't understand Japanese at all.

その後本来の小物釣りでも適当に釣り続けて満足でした！

軽い気持ちで参加しましたがとても良かったです！

We had such a wonderful time. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The ONLY complaint we had was the fact that the ATV’s could be a little cleaner other than that, it was a great experience.

It's about an hour, but you can relax by drinking some beverages, eating snacks, and enjoying the sea breeze.

There was a bit of cloudiness, but thanks to the captain and the curly-haired brother, I had a great time! I definitely want to participate again when I come to Hawaii next time!

It took just under an hour from the pick-up to boarding, and we spent two hours on the boat. I think how many whales you can see depends on the timing, but since it was the season, I was a bit too hopeful and was a little disappointed to only see them a few times in the distance. Although it was in English, I enjoyed the fun facts about whales that were shared!

送迎から乗船まで1時間弱、船に乗っている時間2時間でした。クジラがどれくらい見られるかはそのときのタイミングによると思いますが、シーズンということもあり期待しすぎていたあまり、数回遠くに見える程度だったので少し残念に思ってしまいました。英語ではありましたが、クジラについての豆知識をお話ししてくれて楽しめました！

I boarded the Star of Honolulu and participated in a whale watch. Unfortunately, we didn't see any whales that day. We gathered at 8:45, but we left the hotel early and took an Uber because my wife doesn't like getting seasick, so we chose the Star of Honolulu.

We were warmly welcomed by the crew and the captain as we boarded the ship. The crew provided us with drinks and banana cake, along with explanations about the enjoyment of whale watching and the ecology of whales before we set sail.

We each went to the third deck and the rooftop deck, ready for the whale watch. Squinting our eyes and listening to the announcements over the ship's intercom, we soaked up the sun while looking at the streets of Waikiki and Diamond Head, but the whales didn't appear for quite a while. After turning back, we ended up spending over two hours on board without seeing any whales this time. However, it was a fun time. On the way back, we received tickets to board again, and I'm looking forward to the next time!

3階デッキや屋上デッキに各々行きいざホエールウォッチ　眼を細めて　また艦内放送からのお知らせを聞きながら日光にあたりワイキキの街やダイヤモンドヘッドをみながら、なかなか現れないホエール　折り返してから結局２時間あまりの乗船で今回は見れませんでした。でも楽しいひと時でした。帰りにまた乗船出来るチケットをもらい次回を楽しみにしてます

I finally got to go to the Makapu'u Trail, which I've been interested in for a long time! When we stopped by the blowhole, it was raining heavily, but by the time we reached Makapu'u, the weather cleared up, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The views of Kailua and the mountains were stunning. The driver was very kind and made a stop at Leonard's for everyone’s request, so we didn’t have to go to the shop ourselves. I heard some people took the Blue Line of the Waikiki Trolley, but I think the tour is convenient and offers good value for both time and cost. I was hoping to see whales, but unfortunately, we didn’t spot any. If we had, it would have been a five-star experience. Thank you!

前から興味を持っていた、マカプウトレイルにとうとう行けました!ブローホールに立ちよった時は雨がひどかったのですが、マカプウについた頃は晴れて、景色を堪能できました。カイルア方面や山々、絶景でした。ドライバーさんがとても親切で、みんなのリクエストでレナーズのトラックにも寄ってくれたので、お店に行かなくてもすみました。ワイキキトロリーのブルーラインで行く方もいるようですが、ツアーが便利でタイパ、コスパともにいいと思います。クジラも期待していたのですが、見られませんでした。見られたら⭐5つです。ありがとうございました。

By using this shuttle, you can smoothly return to Waikiki after descending in the morning, making it a very practical option for those who want to make effective use of their time.

送迎に特化しているため、余計な観光案内や拘束時間がなく、自分のペースでハイキングに集中できる点が最大のメリットと言えます。
頂上からのパノラマビューは圧巻ですが、人気スポットゆえの混雑は避けられません。このシャトルを利用すれば下山後もスムーズにワイキキへ朝には戻れるため、時間を有効に活用したい方には非常に実用的な選択肢です。

The hospitable guides and Japanese staff provided various support, allowing us to enjoy driving the Raptor, fully experiencing nature, and listening to lectures about Hawaiian traditional culture, myths, and nature. Driving the Raptor is super easy even for women, and it's so much fun!

ホスピタリティあふれるガイドさんや日本人スタッフさんたちが色々とサポートしてくれるので、楽しくラプターを運転して、大自然を満喫して、ハワイの伝承文化や神話や自然についてのレクチャーを聞いたりできました。ラプターの運転は女性でも超簡単で、楽しすぎます。

The day before, there was a heavy rain warning and the weather was bad, but on the day itself, it was sunny with gentle winds, making it perfect for whale watching. As we went up to the deck and waited, we received a message from the captain! Looking in that direction, we saw a cute tail 😍😍😍—there was a baby whale! After a while, many boats gathered, and everyone started watching! I wanted to take photos, but they quickly went underwater, so I hope you can burn the memory into your mind. You could see the whale's spout even from a distance, and it moved in that direction. Although it was a short time, we were able to see a lot. Also, the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the boat was amazing! I want to go again.

前日は大雨警報が天気が悪かったのですが、当日は晴れて風も穏やかで、絶好の鯨ウォッチング日和でした。デッキに上がって待っていると船長からのメッセージ！そちらの方向を見ていると可愛い尻尾が😍😍😍ベビー鯨がいました。しばらくするとたくさんの船が集まってきてみんなでウォッチング！写真！をと思っているとすぐに水中に入ってしまうので是非目に焼き付けて欲しいです。🐳の潮吹きが遠目でもよく見えてそちらの方向へ移動してくださいます。短い時間でしたがたくさん見る事ができました。また、船からのワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドの景色も最高！また行きたいです。

The tour time was neither too busy nor too leisurely; it was a good amount of time. The view from Diamond Head was very beautiful, and it was a great experience to participate.

ツアーの時間は忙しくもなく時間を持て余すわけでもない、いい時間でした。ダイアモンドヘッドからの景色はとても綺麗で参加していい体験でした。

We saw whales several times and were able to see them in various forms. Thank you for the precious experience. Also, the bread and Kona coffee included in the tour were delicious, and we had a great time.

I participated in the earliest time slot experience. On the way to Diamond Head in the shuttle, I saw many people running. Mornings in Hawaii start early! Whether you can see the sunrise or not, I highly recommend this experience for morning activities! The shuttle takes you to the ticket office, so it requires less stamina than climbing from the bottom. I did this experience on my first morning in Hawaii and established a rhythm for waking up early.

送迎車でダイヤモンドヘッドに向かう途中、ランニングしている人もたくさん見ます。ハワイの朝は早い！
日の出が見れても見れなくても、朝活にぜひおすすめの体験です！券売所まで送迎してくれるので、下から登るより体力は要りません。ハワイ初めての朝にこの体験をし、早起きのリズムをつくりました。

I was able to make a reservation at a great deal using points. In expensive Hawaii, it didn't feel too pricey since it included tips. The day before, I had an à la carte meal at a different restaurant that cost $100, so I really think this was a great deal.

ポイントを使ってお得に予約できました。なんでも高いハワイでは、チップ込みなので高くは感じませんでした。前日違うお店でアラカルトで食事しましたが、100ドルでしたので、ホントにお得だと思います。

The crew was a kind and handsome pair of brothers. The boat was fast, and there were several thrilling moments that made my stomach drop. Parasailing was simply delightful! Once the harness was secured, we floated up, and my daughter exclaimed, "It feels just like Soarin'!" It truly was an extravagantly real Soarin' experience.

Before taking off, they checked if it was okay to get wet in the sea, and after I answered "OK," we were splashed down to our waists twice in a grand manner. The landing was also soft and well-executed.

After disembarking, you can decide whether to purchase the photos after checking the images on a PC. They also transferred the data directly to our smartphones and provided an SD card as well.

クルーは親切なイケメン兄弟でした。
船は速くて、胃が浮くようなスリリングな揺れが何度か。
パラセーリングは、ただただ気持ちよかったです！ハーネスをつなぐとスーッと浮き上がって、娘が、ソアリンみたいー！と叫んでいて、確かに贅沢すぎるリアルソアリンでした。
飛ぶ前に海に浸かって大丈夫か確認があり、OKと答えたら、豪快に２回腰まで浸かりました。着地もフワッと上手でした。
写真は下船後、PCで画像を確認してから購入するか決められます。データはその場でスマホに落として、SDカードでも渡してくれました。

Friendly staff, great time!!

First off the driver, Matthew was great, I couldn't find the pick up spot and he called me and got me there. My fault, I get lost crossing the street. It was rainy, but the place was packed for the 6:15 am trip. 2vhours is more than enough to hike to the top and take pictures along the way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

運良く、天候に恵まれて楽しむことができました。英語ができた方が意思が伝えられるので良いです。着地では少し水に濡れてOKと伝えて、楽しむことができました。

On the last day in Hawaii, I was looking for an easy activity that I could do in a limited amount of time, and I found availability here. Despite making a reservation on the morning of the same day, the process went very smoothly, which was great. The reception location was a bit hard to find, but there was a van with the company name on it as a landmark. There were two young women at the reception (one of whom was fluent in Japanese), and the crew consisted of two young men who spoke English, but there were no communication issues. The ride to the spot felt like a fast cruise, which was enjoyable in itself. I had some slight anxiety about how the landing would go during the parasailing, but it was operated very skillfully, and I naturally landed behind the boat. It was a truly valuable experience.

ハワイの最終日を前に、なにか手軽に限られた時間でできるアクティビティがないかと探していたところ、こちらに空きがありました。当日の午前中に予約したにもかかわらず、大変スムーズに手続ができ良かったです。受付場所はややわかりにくかったですが、社名の入ったバンが止まっているのが目印です。受付は若い女性２名（1名は日本語堪能）、クルーは若い男性２名で英語でしたが、コミュニケーションに問題はなかったです。スポットに着くまでは高速でのクルーズという感じでそれ自体が楽しかった。パラセイリングも、着地する際はどうするのかななど若干不安がありましたが、非常に上手に操作されて、自然とボートの後ろに着陸するようになってました。大変貴重な体験ができました。

On the day of the event, I was worried because the wind was strong, but it seems that the staff's response was good, and my daughters had a great time. Unfortunately, even after taking motion sickness medication, I still got sick, which was disappointing. I can't help my condition, though...💦

当日は風が強く、大丈夫かなって不安はありましたが、スタッフの方の対応も良くかったみたいで娘たちは楽しい時間を過ごしました。酔い止めを飲んでも酔ってしまったので、そこが残念でした。体調はしょうがないのですが…💦
