The sun sparkles on the Pacific Ocean as the cruise ship cuts through the waves, creating a beautiful scene among the swells. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spot any whales, but the staff were very attentive and we enjoyed a relaxing time. My husband uses a wheelchair, and they were kind to us from the moment we made our reservation. Although we couldn't go to the deck, we enjoyed the view of Hawaii from the sea together.

クルーズ船が波をかき分ける太平洋を太陽がキラキラと照らし、波間がとてもきれいです。
残念ながら、私はクジラを見つけられませんでしたが、スタッフの方が声掛けしてくださったり、ゆったりした時間を過ごしました。
主人が車いすを使ってますが、申し込みの時から親切にしてくださいました。デッキには行きせんでしたが、二人で海上からのハワイの景色、楽しみました。

On December 15, 2017 (Friday), I participated in "Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii - Enjoy Thrilling Water Slides! / Limited Time Campaign / One-Day Pass / With Shuttle Service."

We were a family of seven and had the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM, but there was a group that arrived late at the next Sheraton, and we had to leave without picking them up. Before entering the freeway, the tour company called the driver and instructed him to "go back to the Sheraton and pick up the group that missed the bus." The driver was angry, but in the end, we returned to the Sheraton to pick up the late group.

I heard that the group was delayed because they were smoking. This caused about a 30-minute loss of time. I believe there was no need to go back to pick up a group that was late for such a reason. If you are late, you should use a taxi or similar service to get there.

While the late group received very kind and gentle treatment, the group that boarded the bus at 9:00 AM was treated poorly. The late group got on the bus without showing any remorse or even saying, "I'm sorry," which was frustrating.

"Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii" was very empty, almost like we had the place to ourselves. December is indeed a quiet time! We were able to slide down the slides multiple times without any waiting, which was very satisfying.

We had reserved a cabana, but since it was so empty, there were plenty of deck chairs and tables available, so I thought we might not have needed to rent a cabana after all. We also received two inner tubes, and since it was not crowded, we didn't have to wait in line to borrow tubes for the slides. If you go with a large group during busy times, I think using a cabana would be convenient.

私達は家族7人で、9時の一番のピックアップでしたが、次のシェラトンで遅れてきたグループがあり、ピックアップできずに出発しました。フリーウェイに入る前に、ツアー会社から運転手に電話があり、「シェラトンに戻って遅れてバスに乗れなかったグループをピックアップしろ」とのこと。運転手も怒っていましたが、結局のところシェラトンに戻って、遅れたグループをピックアップしました。
そのグループは煙草を吸っていて遅れたとのこと。その間約30分のロス。
そんな理由で遅れたグループを戻ってまでピックアップする必要は無いと思いました。遅れた場合はタクシーなどを利用して行くべきだと思います。
遅れてきたグループには大変親切でやさしい対応でしたが、9時1番にバスに乗ったグループにはとんでもない対応でした。
遅れてきたグループは悪びれることもなく、「すみません。」の一言もなく、バスに乗り込んできたのには閉口しました。

「ウェット・アンド・ワイルド・ハワイ」はとても空いていて、まるで貸し切り状態でした。12月は空いているのですね！
スライダーも全く待つことなく、何度も滑ることができ、充分満足しました。
カバナを予約していきましたが、閑散としていたので、デッキチェアもテーブルもいっぱい空いていて、カバナを借りるまでもなかったかな？と思いました。
浮き輪も2つ付いていましたが、空いていたので、スライダーの浮き輪を借りるのに並ぶこともなかったです。
大勢で行く場合、混雑時だったら、カバナを利用すると便利かと思います。

I participated with two friends. It was my second time paragliding, but the experience in Hawaii was something else. The wind was strong, and we swayed up and down, left and right—this is the real thrill! Since it was December, I thought it might be cold, but the seawater was warm, and I was fine without wearing anything extra.

To my surprise, I even got to see the splash of a whale, making it an amazing experience. I want to participate again!

友達と3名で参加しました。
パラセイリングは2回目でしたが、ハワイでの体験は別物でした。
風があり、上下左右に揺れてこれぞ醍醐味！
12月だったので寒いかなと思いましたが、海水も暖かく上に何も着なくても大丈夫でした。

まさかのクジラの水しぶきも見れて最高の体験になりました。
また参加したいです！

We both cannot swim but dan and Jan made us so comfortable that we forgot our worries and went for it. They gave us a lesson before the activity and it helped us a lot. During the activity, Dan was always there.. literally holding my wife's hand through out so that she doesnot panic. We had a beautiful experience to remember. Highly recommend Dan and Jan.

I chose a small group activity since my mother can't swim. The instructor, Dan, held my mother's hand the whole time to reassure her, and she was overjoyed, saying she never thought the day would come when she could go snorkeling! She mentioned that she wants to go snorkeling again on our next trip. Thank you so much, Dan! 😊

泳げない母と一緒と言うことで、少人数のものを選びました。インストラクターのダンさんが、ずっと母の手を握り安心させてくれたとのことで、まさかシュノーケルができる日が来ると思っていなかった！！と大喜びでした。次回も旅行に行ったらシュノーケリングしたいと言っていました。ダンさん本当にどうもありがとうございました＾＾

This time, due to the weather, there were two schedule changes on-site, but the staff at VELTRA were very kind and helped us, allowing us to fly safely. When I had questions on-site and called, I was relieved that I could communicate entirely in Japanese, possibly because there was a Japanese staff member.

For parasailing, there were two staff members, and while we were waiting, they kept the atmosphere lively, which was a lot of fun. The view from 150 meters was truly breathtaking!

One thing to note is that the boat used for transportation shakes a lot, so if you're prone to motion sickness, it's better to take some anti-nausea medication.

At the end, as a thank you for the enjoyable experience, everyone gave tips to the staff (I’m not sure about the standard amount, but we gave $10 each to the two staff members). It was truly the most pleasant and fun experience!

今回は、天候の関係で2度ほど現地で日程変更があったのですが、VELTRAの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、無事に飛べました。
現地で聞きたい事があり、電話した時にも日本人スタッフの方だったのか、全て日本語でやり取りができた事にも安心しました。
パラセーリングは、スタッフの方2名だったのですが、待ってる間は、常に場を盛り上げてくれて、とても楽しかったですし、150mからの眺めは、まさに絶景でした！
注意点としては、移動の船がものすごく揺れるので、乗り物弱い方は、酔い止め飲まれた方がいいです。
最後は、楽しませてもらったお礼にスタッフの方に皆さんチップを渡されてました(相場は分かりませんが、私達は2名の方に10＄ずつ渡しました)。
本当に最高に気持ちよく楽しい体験でした！

The transportation to the flight was very enjoyable. However, there was one issue with the group division; my brother-in-law, his wife, and her sister's son were placed in one group and flew together. Since we received photos, it would have been better if we could have flown separately.

送迎から飛ぶまでとても楽でした。1点だけグループ分けの部分で勝手に決められてしまい私の義理の兄と奥さんの義理の妹とその息子が1つのグループで飛ばされてしまいました。
写真も頂いたので別々で飛べたらもっと良かった

We came to Hawaii to bring our young daughter, age 7, for her first trip, hoping it would be a memorable one, and she was over the moon with this experience. She got a bit queasy for just a few minutes with the short ferry ride to the sub, but after that, she was perfectly fine. The sub itself was roomy enough to not feel like you were sitting on someone else, and everyone gets window seats, so there is no need to worry about not seeing something. They do 180s so that both sides of the sub get to see everything. Amazing. They have sunken plane and ship wreckage that have allowed artificial reefs to be created, and they are teeming with fish. I've personally been to Hawaii over 20 times in my life and this has by far got to be the best experience I've ever had. Bring a light sweater for the breezy trip to and from the sub, if you're prone to getting chilly in ocean breeze. Don't forget to look in the water when you're on the pier waiting for the ferry - there are reef fish there, too!

Excellent team, equipment and service. We booked the tour with whale watch guarantee very early in the season, we did not see whales our first 2 times, but we never had to ask for the voucher to go again and it was very easy to rebook for another day and time. We had an amazing exoerience seeing the whales on our 3rd trip. On trip one and two the team also made sure we had a good time by serving great cocktails.

I participated because I really wanted to touch a dolphin! The instructions were provided carefully in both Japanese and English, and everyone had their own time to touch the dolphins, making it a satisfying tour even for shy people!!! The sea lion and dolphin shows were also enjoyable to watch, as the animals seemed happy to perform! I want to participate again (^｡^) I brought home a USB shaped like a dolphin!!! Haha!

とにかくイルカが触りたくて参加しました！
インスラクションも日本語と英語で丁寧にしていただいたし、ひとりひとりイルカさんにさわれる時間をとっていただいてシャイな人でも満足できるツアーでした！！！
ほかのアシカショーやイルカショーも動物が喜んでやってるかんじがしてみてて楽しかったです！また参加したいです(^｡^)

I challenged myself to 150 meters of parasailing! I thought if I was going to do it, I might as well go for the highest option. I was a bit anxious about what it would be like before getting on, but once I was up there, the view of Honolulu was amazing and very refreshing. The boat crew was also a lot of fun and kept the guests entertained. I definitely want to do it again!

１５０メートルのパラセーリングにチャレンジしました！どうせやるなら1番高い方がいいなあと思い決断しました。乗るまではどんなものか少し不安でしたが、実際に乗ってみると高い方がホノルルを一望できてとても爽快でした。ボートのクルー達もとても面白い人達でお客さんを楽しませてくれました。また乗ってみたいなあと思いました。

This time, we participated as a three-generation family. In Waikiki, we couldn't find sandals in small sizes for young children, so we gave up and joined the tour. However, at the entrance, there were many cute sandals available. Additionally, there were plenty of waterproof items, which got the whole family excited and set us off to a great start.

The lockers were of a type not commonly seen in Japan, but the staff kindly explained how to use them in Japanese without delay, allowing us to securely store our belongings.

Once inside, colorful rides and attractions spread out before us, building our excitement. Each ride is thrilling, and you'll definitely want to go on them multiple times! Especially, the Volcano Express is great for racing to see who can reach the finish line first. Of course, we competed several times. There’s also a three-dimensional pool where young children can play and enjoy themselves, making it fun for all generations!

If you get a little hungry, there are restaurants, fast food places, and bars, so you could spend the whole day there without running out of time. During the rainy season, there can be cold days, so I think it's a good idea to participate wearing a long-sleeved rash guard for UV protection.

この度は、三世代で参加しました。ワイキキでは、小さな子ども用のサイズのサンダルを見つけられず、諦めてツアーに参加。しかし エントランスでは、可愛いサンダルがたくさん。その他、防水グッズ等も多数揃えられており 家族皆テンションが上がり、幸先の良いスタートとなりました。
そして、ロッカーは日本では見かけないタイプでしたが、空かさずスタッフの方が日本語で丁寧に使い方を教えてくださり、安心して荷物を預けることが出来ました。
中に入ると、カラフルなライドやアトラクションが目の前に広がり、ワクワク感が募ります。
どのライドもスリル満点で、何度も繰り返し滑りたくなる事、請け合い！
特に、Volcano Express は、誰が早くゴール出きるか競争しても良いですね。勿論、私達も 何度も競争しました。小さな子ども達も楽しんで遊べる立体的なプールもあるので、世代関係なく楽しめます！
小腹が空いたら、レストランやファーストフード店やバーもあるので、一日中 居ても 時間が足らないくらい。雨季は、寒い日もあるので、UVカットも兼ねて 長袖のラッシュガードでの参加が良いと思います。

In December, it was sunny on the day, but there was also some wind, making it a bit chilly for marine sports. After listening to the instructor's explanations, we started. We went around three pylons in a clockwise direction, full throttle for about 30 minutes! Since it was just going around, it can get a bit boring once you get used to it, but racing while soaking up the sunlight and seawater is really fun!

*The local instructor also recommends it, but goggles are a must. You’ll understand why after going around once without them (laughs).

12月。当日は晴れてはいましたが、風もありマリンスポーツをするには少し寒い日ででした。インストラクターから一通り説明を聞きスタート。三本のパイロンを右回りに。アクセル全開で約30分周回！周回するだけなので慣れてくると飽きますが、太陽の光と海水を全身に浴びながら快走はホント楽しい！

※現地インストラクターも勧めますがゴーグルは必須。ゴーグル無で一周すると意味わかります（笑）

Saw several whales, good photo opportunities, nice music, food was okay, and accommodations were good in spite of rainy, overcast weather. The photos for purchase were overpriced.

I was a bit anxious because the pickup time was more than 10 minutes late, but I was picked up safely and arrived at Hawaii Kai in about 40 minutes. There were some waiting times after we arrived, but the boat transfers to parasailing were incredibly fast, and it felt like we were about to collide! It was a lot of fun!

Once on the parasailing boat, I had the harness attached and took a quick photo. I was the first one to go up. It felt like I was flying in a very peaceful space, and it was so enjoyable! The scenery and atmosphere were something you can only experience in Hawaii, and it was all perfect! At the end, they showed us the photos and videos they took. I didn't purchase them, but I did feel like I wanted them as a keepsake. If you have the time, I definitely recommend experiencing this!

ピックアップの時間が10分以上過ぎてたので、少し不安になりましたが、無事にピックアップしてもらいハワイカイまで40分くらいで到着しました。着いてからも諸々待ち時間がありましたが、、船を乗り継ぎ、乗り継ぎでパラセーリングまでの船ではめちゃくちゃ早くて、ぶつかりそう！！など楽しませてくれました！

パラセーリングの船に乗り込みハーネスを取り付けてもらい、写真をパシャリ、一番手で上げてもらいました。とても穏やかな空間で空を飛んでるようでとても楽しかったです！
ハワイでしか味わえない空間に景色、全て最後でした！
最後には撮ってくれた写真と動画を見せてもらいました。購入はしませんでしたが、記念に欲しい気もしました。
時間があれば是非体験して欲しいです♪

I'm so happy!! It was a dream to swim with dolphins!! I can't swim and I'm not good at putting my face in the water, but I had a wish to "swim with dolphins and touch them," so I decided to take on this experience. At first, we communicated with the dolphins, taking pictures while giving them kisses and touching them. They have such smooth, beautiful skin (laughs). After that, it was finally time to begin. Following the trainer's instructions, we waited in position, and the dolphin came right to us, allowing us to hold onto its dorsal and pectoral fins and move forward. It was my first experience, and it was truly fun!! We couldn't take pictures with our own cameras, but the staff took some great shots for us, which we bought. It has become a wonderful memory.

幸せー！！夢だったイルカちゃんとのスイム！！私は泳ぎができず水に顔をつけることも苦手なのですが「イルカと泳ぎたい、イルカに触れたい」という願があり今回体験に挑戦しました。最初はイルカとコミュニケーションをとる感じでキスの写真を撮ってもらったり触れたりしました。ツルッとした綺麗な肌（笑）その後はいよいよ始まります。トレーナーの方の指示通りの体制で待っているとイルカちゃんがちょうどいい場所に来てくれ背びれ、胸びれにつかまり前に進んでる～初めての体験、本当に楽しかったです！！自分たちのカメラで写真撮影はできませんでしたがスタッフの方がとても上手にとってくれたので、それを買ってきました。とてもよい思い出になっています。

It was so much fun! I was excited and nervous, but I flew over the ocean. For a moment, I felt a bit scared, but since I was with someone else, I felt very reassured. Once I put on the safety belt and thought I was ready, I was suddenly in the air. I quickly soared higher and higher. Once I was up there, I didn't feel scared anymore and enjoyed the Hawaiian breeze. In the end, I splashed into the water (laughs). The staff took photos from the boat, and I bought a USB memory for $25. I'm still enjoying looking at those photos (they turned out to be quite interesting).

楽しかった～！！ワクワクドキドキでしたが海の上を飛んできました。一瞬、恐怖心も出てくるのですが二人乗りだったので、とても心強かったです。安全ベルトをつけ準備ができたと思ったらあっという間に空へ。みるみるうちに高く飛んでいました。上がってしまうと怖さもなくハワイの風を感じて楽しみました。最後は水にチャポ～ン（笑）スタッフの方がボートから写真を写してくれていて２５ドルでＵＳＢメモリーを買いました。その写真を見ては、また楽しんでいます。（なかなか面白い写真が撮れていました）

The bus on the way there was too cold due to the air conditioning, which was a downside, but I felt relieved when I got off the bus and felt the warmth of the sun. On the way to the sandbar by boat, I encountered a sea turtle. There were fewer sea turtles that day, but I was happy to see them popping their heads out of the water and swimming! When we arrived at the sandbar, the water level was a bit high, and I was submerged up to my waist, but the color of the sea was so beautiful!! I took a lot of pictures. The snorkeling time was shorter than I expected. Everyone was getting hungry, so it was lunchtime. We had sandwiches, chips, and tea. Looking at the photos after returning to Japan, the color of the sea at the sandbar is even more wonderful!!

行きのバスの中は冷房がきき過ぎていて寒かったのが難点でしたがバスから降りて日差しの暖かさにホッとしました。ボートでサンドバーへ行く途中、ウミガメさんに出会いました。その日はウミガメさんは少なめでしたが水面から顔を出したり泳いでいる姿を見ることができて嬉しかったです！サンドバーに着くと水位が高めで腰まで浸かりましたが海の色がとても綺麗！！沢山写真を撮りました。シュノーケルの時間は思ったより短めです。お腹も空いてきて皆さんでランチタイム。サンドイッチとチップス、紅茶を頂きました。日本に帰ってきて写真を見るとサンドバーでの海の色は一段と素晴らしいです！！

I love Chief Sielu's wit, and his personality really comes out throughout the show. You can really tell he enjoys hosting the luau and loves all his guests. They also have a lot of fire knife dancers (and world champions, at that) making their fire dances probably the most impressive ones out there.

The food is good and there's a cash bar (you get a few free drink tickets based on which package you book). The only problem with this luau is that it's so far away from Waikiki and starts right after rush hour, so you might want to leave earlier (perhaps at 3pm) to beat the traffic. Alternatively you could just spend the day in Kapolei at wet n wild or Coral Crater. Parking is $5 at wet n wild.

I couldn't tell how many meters we went up, but we ascended rapidly. By the way, I love heights, and we definitely went up quite high! I set it to 90 meters, but I think we probably went even higher. However, the view was amazing and I was really moved. That said, I started to feel seasick. I took motion sickness medication beforehand since I had read reviews, but it didn't help. Motion sickness medication is absolutely essential!

何メートル上がったか分からないくらいグングン上がりました。因みに高いところ好きですが、結構な高さ上がってました！90メートルにしたのですが恐らくそれ以上上がってたとも思います。でも景色はすごく良くて感動しました。ですが、船酔いをしかけました。事前に口コミを見ていたので酔い止めを飲みましたが駄目でした。絶対酔い止め必須！！

I participated in September, and this time I also reserved a cabana. The cabana comes with a cooler filled with mineral water and fruits, and the staff takes lunch orders and delivers them to the cabana. During busy times like summer vacation, there's no need to wait in line, and you can order whatever you like from a wide menu. You can enjoy a relaxing and leisurely time.

Since there are cabana-exclusive floaties, there's no need to search for floaties in the wave pool. I think using a cabana is a great idea, especially during crowded periods.

9月に参加しましたが、今回はカバナも申し込みました。カバナは、クーラーボックスにミネラルウォーターやフルーツが用意され、ランチはスタッフがオーダーを取り、カバナまで届けてくれます。夏休みなどの混雑時には並ぶ必要もなく、豊富なメニューから好きなものをオーダー出来ます。のんびりとゆったりしたひと時が過ごせます。
浮き輪はカバナ専用の物があるため、波のプールで浮き輪探しの必要もありません。
特に混雑する時期に、カバナ利用はいいと思います。

It was convenient to be within walking distance from the hotel. I had fun getting interesting photos taken that I couldn't capture myself for $30 (cash price). I booked for 90 meters, but was it more than that? We went quite high up! (^_^)

$30(現金価格)で自分では撮れない面白画像も撮影して貰えて楽しかったです。
90mで予約しましたがそれ以上だったのか？かなり高くまで上がってました(^_^;)

I participated with my family of four, and although I had some concerns, I found that even with only English being spoken, a bit of Japanese was understood, and there was a laminated Japanese explanation sheet, so I didn't feel too inconvenienced. The driver for the pick-up was also funny, which made it enjoyable.

Now, onto the main topic: I challenged myself to the 150M. I thought my 7-year-old son might hesitate at the last minute, but he watched the other adult guests being attended to first and seemed to enjoy it, saying he wanted to ride again the next day. They adjust the flight arrangements based on the size of the children, which is great. In the latter half of the flight, you get about half your body submerged in the sea, but if you don't like that, you can go ahead first. However, since the belt gets wet, your swimsuit will also get wet. So let's give up on staying dry and enjoy it to the fullest. You ride the shuttle van to and from in your swimsuit, and it's fine even if you're wet. Just bring a towel instead of a change of clothes. Everyone in Hawaii is very kind to children, so you can feel at ease. The only downside was that the SD card we purchased for the photos was a bit disappointing.

親子4人で参加して少し不安もあったのですが、英語のみとなっていても片言の日本語が通じたり、ラミネートされた日本語説明書があったのでさほど不便は感じませんでした。送迎のドライバーの方も面白くて、楽しかったです。本題ですが150Ｍにチャレンジしました。7歳の息子は土壇場で嫌がるかと思いましたが、他の大人だけのお客様を先にアテンドしその様子を見ていたので楽しめたらしく、翌日も乗りたいと言っていた。子供の体の大きさを見てフライトアレンジをしてくれるので良いです。フライト後半海に体半分くらい浸かるのですが、それが嫌な方は先に行ってくれればＯＫ。ということでしたが、ベルトが濡れているため水着は濡れます。なので諦めて思いっきり楽しみましょう。行きも帰りも水着で送迎バンに乗ります。濡れていても大丈夫。着替えなんて特に持たずにタオルを持って行きましょう。皆さんハワイの方は子供にとてもやさしいです、安心してください。ただ撮影してくれた購入のＳＤは微妙でした。

The entire tour was incredible. We saw the active volcano with lava spewing out during the flight. The bus tour guide had lots of interesting stories. One person in our group was on a wheelchair and she enjoyed the entire tour as well. Highly recommended.

I signed up because my 4-year-old daughter wanted to interact with dolphins. Since our session started at 11:45, we had nearly a 2-hour wait, so we wandered around the park. Unlike Japanese aquariums, the animals were kept in a way that was closer to their natural habitat. In the area where you can interact with small birds, you can feed them directly, and with over a hundred colorful birds, it's definitely Instagram-worthy.

Of course, interacting with the dolphins was fun, but we also really enjoyed the bird interaction (we ended up going to the bird zone twice). If you love birds, this is a must!

*Please be careful of bird droppings. Wet wipes are a must!*

4歳の娘がイルカと触れ合いたいという事で申し込みしました。11:45スタートの回だったので待ち時間が2時間近くあり、園内をフラフラ。日本の水族館と違って自然に近いかたちで飼育されていました。また、小鳥と触れ合えるゾーンでは鳥達に直接餌をあげれて、百羽以上？のカラフルな小鳥はインスタ映え間違いなしです。
イルカとの触れ合いはもちろん楽しかったですが、鳥との触れ合いも楽しかったです。(結局鳥ゾーンに2回行きました)
鳥好きは是非！

I participated with my 6-year-old child, but swimming with the dolphins was quite a challenge, so my spouse and I took turns. The activity slide looked fun, and it was great to see everyone enjoying it.

It was mid-December, and I heard it was cold even with a wetsuit, so I brought a winter rash guard just in case and wore diving shorts underneath, which kept me warm.

We were able to see about 10 dolphins up close! During snorkeling, we encountered about 3 dolphins, and I was very satisfied! I was also glad to see a sea turtle from the boat.

I think it can depend on the weather, but unlike other tours, it was great to have an eco-friendly and authentic experience. Thank you!

12月半ばでしたが、ウェットスーツでも寒いとの事で、
念のために持参した冬用ラッシュガードと、
ダイビング用の短パンをインナーにしたら、
寒くなかったです。


イルカさんは、群れで10頭くらいに間近で逢えました！
シュノーケリングの時も、3頭くらいに逢えて、
大満足でした！
ウミガメにも船の上から逢えてよかったです。

天候にも左右されると思いますが、
他のツアーさんと違って、エコで本格的なツアーでよかったです。

I was worried because my daughter tends to get motion sickness, but I spoke to an older woman in charge who gave me various pieces of advice and showed concern. My anxiety completely disappeared, and I was able to enjoy the experience without worrying about the motion at all.

娘が酔いやすいため不安でしたが

話す色々アドバイスをしてくれたり気にかけたりして下さり
すっかり不安な気持ちがなくなり
そして揺れも全く気にすることなく
楽しむ事が出しました

We participated as a family. My wife and child had their first snorkeling experience two days prior on another tour and enjoyed it, so we decided on this tour through Veltra, which offers both sailing and snorkeling. I don't speak English, but I thought I could manage if I understood the experiences shared by others. I couldn't fully understand the English of the woman at the beach reception or the crew on board, but they were very kind and helpful. When we dove into the sea, we saw four sea turtles swimming gracefully, and we were able to see tropical fish up close, including striped ones and yellow ones. The sailing after coming out of the water was also pleasant, with good weather and wind. It was great that my wife and child had learned the basics of snorkeling on another tour, but if it's your first time and you're going in without any preparation, it might be tough. I think it's better to research and understand beforehand. This tour offers good value for money, and since it starts in Waikiki, there's no wasted time. I think I will participate again next time.

家族で参加。妻と子は２日前に別のツアーでシュノーケリングを初めて体験し楽しかったのでVeltraで捜しセーリングもシュノーケリングも両方楽しめるこのツアーに決めました。私は英語は出来ませんが他の方の書いた体験談を理解しておけば何とかなると思います。ビーチの受付の女性の英語も乗船してからのクルーの英語も100%聴き取れませんでしたが親切に対応してくれます。海に潜ると海亀が４匹悠々と泳ぎ、魚も縞模様のものや黄色のもの等熱帯魚も近くで見れました。海から上がって来てからのセーリングも天気も風も良く気持ち良かったです。妻と子はシュノーケリングの基本を別のツアーで習っていたので良かったのですが丸っきり初めてでブッツケ本番ですとキツイかもしれません、ネットなどで調べて理解してから参加した方が良いと思います。コスパも良いしワイキキ集合で時間の無駄も無いこのツアーは次も参加すると思います。

I chose the option to meet at the location, but after arriving at the destination, I had to wait for a while. In the end, those who gathered by bus were prioritized, and I had to wait again. When I called out to the guide, I was told that unless I was part of the bus group, I would have to hear the explanation twice, and I was treated dismissively. It was very unpleasant.

現地集合のオプションにしたのですが、目的地に着いて、しばらく待たされ、あげくバスで集合した方が優先され、さらにしばらく待たされ、ガイドの方がどこか行くので、声をかけると、バス集合でないと、説明が二度なるといわれ、邪険にあつかわれた。非常に不快でした。
