They took us out on a banana boat and a bumper tube just for the two of us, and we enjoyed both for about 15 minutes each! Before we started, they took our smartphones to capture some photos, which made for some wonderful memories.

バナナボートもバンパーチューブも私たち2人だけのために船を出してくれ、どちらも15分ずつぐらい楽しませてくれました！開始前にスマホを渡して写真撮影もしてくださり、とてもいい思い出になりました。

My 9-year-old daughter participated. Since it was a surfing experience in shallow waters, I felt more at ease as a parent with her wearing a life jacket. She really practiced surfing and was able to stand on the board properly within an hour. She felt a sense of accomplishment and said it was a really great experience! Additionally, although there was an extra charge, they also filmed a video, and the quality of the final product is good.

9歳の娘が参加しました。遠浅な所で波乗り体験なので、出来ればライフジャケットを着用するのが親としては安心です。本当にサーフィンを練習するので一時間もすればきちんと板の上に立てる様になりまし、子供も達成感とすごーく体験して良かった！との感想でした。また，追加料金ではありますが、動画も撮影してくれて、仕上がりもいいです。

The luau show and the fire show were wonderful. The tattoo experience was also great, and I got a unique flower design. I could choose designs like turtles or tribal patterns for the tattoo. Of course, since it was done with a permanent marker, it faded by the next day.
The food was just okay—neither good nor bad.
I was able to see a beautiful sunset from the venue, and on Friday night, I watched fireworks that were among the best I've ever seen.

ルアウショーも、ファイヤーショーも素敵でした。タトゥー体験も素敵で個性的な花を描いてもらいました。タトゥーは亀とか部族の柄も選べました。もちろん油性マジックなので、次の日には消えました。
食事内容はまあまあです。可もなく不可もなくといった感じ。
会場から素敵な夕日も見れたし、金曜日の夜で花火を見たのですが、人生最高に近い花火でした。

The sea was, of course, beautiful, but this tour was not just about seeing the ocean. The staff really got everyone involved, playing beach volleyball and grilling delicious hamburgers. The service was excellent. Of course, it was in Japanese. I definitely recommend this over just a sightseeing tour.

海はもちろん綺麗だったんですが、このツアーはただ海を見るだけではなくて、スタッフが一緒に盛り上げてくれてビーチバレーをしたり、美味しいハンバーガーを焼いてくれたり、サービス最高でした。もちろん日本語でした。ただ見に行くツアーより断然オススメです。

I was nervous about the first experience, but the crew really got everyone excited, and I had an amazing time. Also, my daughter got seasick and I felt bad for the inconvenience, but they were very considerate until the end, which made me very happy.

初めての体験に、ドキドキしていましたが、クルーの方が盛り上げてくださり、最高に楽しめました。また、娘が船酔いをして、ご迷惑をおかけしたのに、最後まで気遣ってくださり、とても嬉しかったです。

The Xplore ride was really fun and brought out the kid in me! If you know a little about VR and Mixed Reality, this experience starts off with Mixed Reality with nice fish and marine life around you and some light educational sections on Waikiki and the beaches. The ride does transition into full VR at times with underwater volcanic vents, above ground volcanic eruption, a 360 visual aerial view above the islands (nice!), and an underwater route with all sorts of aquatic creatures around you, known to be local to the islands and some nice coral (this was my favorite part). There is more light educational pieces dispersed in these full on VR parts as well. The movement of the bus really gives you the sense of “traveling” through the VR worlds and even the fish “swimming” through the bus in Mixed Reality was enhanced by the movement. Our host was wonderful and really explained everything well! The driver was very friendly too. The experience can be heard in Japanese or English. Too me, the only negative, though the headsets are of very high quality, was the pass through video of the outside was a bit unfocused when it was too far in the distance (like the ocean views near Diamond Head). Final thoughts are that it is definitely worth it and please consider supporting this business and others that bring the beauty of nature and the immersion of technology and imagination together!

During my visit to Pearl Harbor National Memorial, I was struck by the powerful sense of history and reflection that filled the site. Walking through the museum exhibits, I learned about the events of December 7, 1941, and saw artifacts, photos, and personal stories that brought the day to life. Taking the boat ride out to the USS Arizona Memorial was especially moving, as I stood above the sunken battleship and honored the lives lost. The experience was both educational and emotional, offering a deep reminder of the sacrifices made and the importance of peace.

Diving into the deep blue ocean, known as the color of the Earth, allowed me to see fish and sea turtles in their natural state up close, which was a wonderful experience. We spotted dolphins from the boat, but perhaps because we had children with us, we didn't see them underwater. However, on our way back to the harbor, a large group of spinner dolphins swam alongside the boat and jumped for us! Minako, our Japanese guide with 14 years of experience, always responded to our concerns with a smile and quickly addressed any issues. She was trusted by the other foreign staff, ensuring that we felt completely supported, making our first serious snorkeling experience very reassuring. Mahalo, thank you!

地球の色と言われる通りの深いブルーの大海に飛び込んで大自然のままの魚やウミガメを間近に見ることが出来、素晴らしい経験でした。イルカは船からは見られたのですが、子連れだったためか海中では見れませんでしたが、ハーバーに戻る途中、沢山のハシナガイルカが船に伴走してジャンプしてくれました！。この道14年と仰る日本人ガイドのみなこさんはお客の困りごとにも常に笑顔で迅速に対応され、他の外人スタッフにも信頼されていてサポートが万全で初めての本気のシュノーケルでも安心でした。

Today, I was able to see dolphins for a short time nearby. It was very enjoyable to spend time thinking about whether we would meet them, whether we could swim together, and so on. The staff also made it fun for us. The Japanese guide was cheerful and energetic, making it a wonderful memory. We also saw turtles, and my child enjoyed sliding down the slide 13 times.

今日は少しの時間にはなってしまいましたが近くでイルカを見れました。
会えるか会えないか、一緒に泳げるか泳げないか等、こんなことを考えながら過ごす時間はとても楽しかったです。
スタッフの方も一緒に楽しませてくれました。日本人ガイドも明るく元気でとても良い思い出になりました。
カメも見れ子供は滑り台を13回滑り楽しんでました。

We enjoyed the thrilling slide multiple times with our 11-year-old child. It was a 10-minute walk from the Bus C stop at Wakea St + Haumea St.

I was nervous when boarding the bus, but the driver greeted me with a smile and "Aloha," which made me feel at ease. The wonderful captain and crew created a lively atmosphere, and I had a great time. We visited several spots to see dolphins and were able to learn about their behaviors as well. My husband, who is not a strong swimmer, tried snorkeling, and when we consulted with the Japanese staff, they were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy ourselves. It was great to see him relax and float naturally while having fun! We were able to swim over a sea turtle. Next time, I would like to participate through the scholarship program! Thank you very much.

バスの乗車時は、ドキドキしていましたが、運転手さんからアロハと笑顔でで迎えてもらえて、安心しました。
素敵なキャプテンさん、クルーさんが盛り上げてくださり、楽しい雰囲気の中で過ごせました。
ドルフィンもいくつかのスポットをまわって、いっぱい見ることができました。また、習性など含めて教えてくださりました。
泳ぐことが苦手な夫とシュノーケルに挑みましたが、日本語スタッフさんに相談したところ、気にかけてくださり、楽しく過ごせました。自然と全身の力が抜けて浮いて楽しむ姿があり、良かったです！
ウミガメの上を泳ぐことができました。
今度は奨学金制度で入りたいと思います！

We participated as two adults and one child (10 years old). It was an extremely enjoyable tour with a high level of satisfaction! I felt it was an experience that you can't have at the beach.

As for the transportation to the sandbar, we used the hotel shuttle bus. Since we participated in the morning session, the bus meeting time was early at 7:50 AM. The bus had ample seat width, making it spacious and comfortable.

By the way, the bus information is sent via SMS the day before. The message reminds you of the driver, bus details (color and license plate), time, and meeting place. If there are similar tour buses nearby the hotel, you can easily identify yours by checking the license plate. Just let them know your name when boarding.

After arriving at the site, you check in at the front of the boat, but you need to submit a consent form. If you print and sign it in advance, you can just hand it over on-site. Otherwise, it seems you need to fill it out and submit it there.

Once on the boat, you can enjoy juice and donuts while waiting for everyone to board, along with explanations in Japanese. The explanations are in broken Japanese, but you can understand them well enough, so there's no need to worry. On the way to the sandbar, you can listen to a live performance by musicians, which is very exciting and raises the mood. However, children who can't keep up with the rhythm might be surprised. Our child was like that (laughs).

After arriving at the sandbar, everyone puts on life vests and heads out into the sea. You can choose from snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, or kayaking, doing what you want first. There are limited numbers of stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, but if you wait a while, those who get bored will return them to the staff, and they will let you know in Japanese, "You guys are next!" So just talk to the staff and enjoy floating around while you wait. There are also child-sized snorkeling gear available, so it's safe.

Our family doesn't usually swim at all, and before participating, there were concerns from family members about whether the tour would be okay. However, wearing life vests made us feel secure and those worries quickly disappeared. Our child, who can't swim and can't touch the bottom at all, was excited and having fun. At first, adults just need to support them when getting from the boat to the sea, and after that, they should be fine.

The day we participated was cloudy, so it was quite cold at first, and I was worried, "Can we really stay in the sea?" But after a while, it cleared up and got hot. It's best to apply enough sunscreen.

Once it’s sunny, you can play so much that you forget the time! It was the best tour, and I would definitely like to participate again if I have the chance.

ビーチでは出来ない体験だと感じました。

サンドバーまでの移動手段ですが、私たちはホテル送迎バスを利用しました。私たちは午前のパートに参加したのでバスの集合時間は7時50分と早め。バスは座席幅に余裕があって、ゆったりとして快適でした。

ちなみに、バスの情報は前日にSMSメッセージが送られてきます。メッセージには、ドライバー、バスの情報（色やナンバープレート）、時間と集合場所がリマインドされます。ホテル近場で似たようなツアーバスが止まっていたら、ナンバープレートを見れば確実に判別できます。名前を伝えて乗り込みましょう。

現地到着後は、船の前で受付をしますが、同意書の提出が必要です。事前に印刷して署名していれば現地で渡すだけです。そうでない場合はその場で書いて提出が必要そうでした。

船内に入った後はジュースやドーナツを頂きながら、日本語での説明などを受けつつ全員の乗船を待ちます。説明は片言の日本語ですが十分意味は理解できますので心配はいりません。サンドバー到着まではミュージシャンのライブを聞けますが、とても迫力があってテンション上がります。もしかすると、ノリについていけない子供はびっくりしてしまうかもしれません。うちの子はそうでした（笑）

サンドバー到着後はライフベストを着用して、皆さんどんどん海に出ていきます。シュノーケルやサップやカヤック、やりたいものからやる感じです。サップやカヤックは数に限りがありますが、しばらく待っていれば飽きた方がスタッフに戻していくので、スタッフに話しかけておけば「あなたたち、次ね！」と日本語で教えてくれます。ぷかぷか浮きながら楽しく待ちましょう。シュノーケルは子供サイズもあるので安心です。

私たちは海水浴すら全くしない一家でして、参加するまでツアー自体について「本当に大丈夫かな？」という家族からの不安の声がでていました。ですが、ライフベストきて安心して浮いていられるのでその懸念はすぐになくなりました。全く足がつかない＆泳げないうちの子も意気揚々とはしゃいでました。最初、船から海に降りる所だけ大人がサポートすれば後は大丈夫でしょう。

私たちの参加した日は曇りだったので最初は結構冷たく、「これ、海につかり続けられるの？」と不安でしたがしばらくするとピカっと晴れて暑くなります。日焼け止めは十分にしておいたほうがいいです。

晴れてしまえば時間を忘れるくらい遊べます！ぜひまた、機会があれば参加したいと思う最高のツアーでした。

We experienced the bumper tube since our family loves thrilling attractions. It jumps intensely to the point where you might bite your tongue while talking. It swings side to side, and the three minutes feel quite long due to its intensity. Our family loved it.

After that, we had a fulfilling experience with stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, volleyball, and snorkeling. I was satisfied to have such experiences at this price.

As for snacks, donuts are distributed at the beginning. If you’re not a fan of donuts, I recommend bringing your own light snacks. Also, if you have kids, they might get hungry after the activities, so bringing some snacks or light meals is advisable. Additionally, it gets chilly on the way back, so please make sure to bring a pool towel and a change of clothes.

At the sandbar, during high tide, the water reached up to the chest of someone who is 161 cm tall, and there was no sandy beach, but we still had fun. I’m concerned about rising water levels due to global warming, and I wondered if it becomes a sandbar during low tide.

バンパーチューブは、激しいアトラクションが好きな家族なので、追加でこちらを体験しました。
喋ると舌を噛みそうになるぐらい。激しくジャンプします。左右にも振られ3分程度が長く感じられるぐらい激しいです。
家族には大好評でした。

その後、サップやカヤック、バレーボール、シュノーケルなどをやり充実した体験ができました。
このお値段で体験出来て満足でした。

軽食ですが、ドーナツがはじめに配られます。
ドーナツが苦手な方は軽食をお持ちになる事をお勧めします。
また、お子さんの場合は体験後にお腹がすくと思いますので、おやつや軽食をお持ちする事をオススメします。
あと、帰りは冷えるので、プールタオルや着替えは必ず持って行ってください。

サンドバーは、満潮？、161cm身長の胸まで海水があり、砂浜はなかったですが、楽しめました。
温暖化で水面上昇が心配ですが、干潮だどサンドバーになっているのか、気になりました。

I participated in the banana boat plan at the beginning of August, and it was really great. We gathered at the nearby supermarket, Ross Dress for Less, but the only downside was that we arrived about five minutes late for the bus. However, there were about four or five other Japanese families and couples, so I didn't feel too anxious about it.

We then traveled by bus for about 40-50 minutes. Upon arrival, we checked in and boarded the boat under the guidance of a cheerful staff member who spoke a bit of Japanese. There were about 60-70 people from various countries on the boat, with around 30 from Japan. The announcements on board were a mix of English and Japanese, which made it comfortable for those who didn't understand English.

The location had shallow waters (not completely sandy), with a depth up to my stomach at 170 cm tall. They first guided four families who had signed up for the banana boat. We had four participants, but we boarded with two parents and a total of six people. It was a wonderful experience where we enjoyed about ten minutes of speed and stunning views of Hawaii.

After that, we had free time for snorkeling and canoeing, where they also provided instructions in Japanese. The snorkeling was amazing. There were various tropical fish nearby, and it was very beautiful.

As for the weather, it drizzled a bit while we were on the bus, but it stopped by the time we arrived, and it was almost clear skies.

バナナボート付きプランにして、8月初旬に参加しましたが、とっても良かったです。
ホテル近くのスーパー「ロスドレスフォーレス」に集合でしたが、5分ほど遅れてバスに来たことが唯一のマイナスでしょうか。ただ、他に4/5組の日本人の家族、カップルがいてお互い会話できていたので、そこまで不安はなかったです。
そのままバスで40-50分ほど移動。
現地で受付。陽気な片言の日本側話すスタッフの案内の元、船に乗り込みました。
船の中には他のいろんな国の人が合計60-70人ほどいたでしょうか。日本人グループが30名ほど。館内の挨拶は英語・日本語を混ぜて、英語がわからない人にも安心できる感じでした。
現地は浅瀬（完全に砂場に見えてる訳ではないです）、身長170でお腹くらいの水深。
最初にバナナボートに申し込んだファミリーを4組を案内してくれました（ここもしっかりしてます）。
うちは4人参加でしたが、親子2名と一緒に合計6名で搭乗。合計10分程度スピード感とハワイの絶景が見れる素敵な体験でした。
あとはフリーのシュノーケリングやカヌーを体験。そちらも日本語でつけ方など教えてくれました。
シュノーケリングは最高でした。
産後の近くにいろんな熱帯魚がいて、とっても綺麗でした。
最後に天気ですが、バスで移動中は小雨がぱらついてましたが、現地では雨も止みほぼ快晴になりました。

This was such a fun tour. My son had a fun time driving and I enjoyed riding along and taking pics of the breathtaking scenery. Nothing prepares you for the natural beauty of the Hawaiin mountains and land. Our guides were knowledgeable and made the tour fun. So glad we decided to do the tour.

We had a blast. The guides were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely do this again on my next trip

Driving the buggy was of course fun, the scenery was breathtaking, and the instructor was very engaging, making it an amazing experience. My child also loved it the most out of our Hawaii trip. I highly recommend it!

バギーの運転はもちろん楽しいし、景色も絶景、インストラクターの方もとても盛り上げ上手で最高な体験でした。子供も今回のハワイ旅行の中で一番のお気に入りでした。強くお薦めします！

The shuttle bus ride was very smooth, and I was able to enjoy activities right after arriving. They also played Japanese videos if needed, and the guide was very unique and fun! While driving, you get covered in dust, so I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, but they provide cloths to protect your face and goggles, so you don't need to bring anything special. It was really great to participate, enjoying both the sea and the mountains while seeing movie filming locations!

送迎バスに乗るところから非常にスムーズで、ついてすぐにアクティビティを楽しめました。必要があれば日本語のビデオも流してくれるし、ガイドさんもとてもユニークで楽しかったです！走ってるときは砂埃を全身に浴びるので、汚れても良い服装で行くことをおすすめしますが、顔をガードする布とゴーグルは配布されるので、特に持参するものは不要でした。映画のロケ地も見ながら海も山も楽しめて本当に参加してよかったです！

I was relieved to have a guide who spoke Japanese! The live acoustic performance on the ship was really moving—I want to hear it again. The sea was beautiful, but I was surprised that there were no sandy beaches, as I had imagined it would all be sand.

日本語話せるガイドさんもいて安心しました！船内の弾き語りライブもすごく感動しました〜また聞きたいです。海も綺麗でしたが砂浜とかあるの想像していたので全部海でびっくりました笑

This is the second time I go in this tour, since the first time was awesome!
This time the tour was delayed due to staffing issues: we didn’t have a captain and no one to take photos. The remaining of the tour was great once we got going, however the tour was cut short by 30 mins due to the initial delay, for 3 hours instead of 3.5 hours was described.

My husband and I surprised my parents with a lei greeting in the airport upon our arrival in Honolulu, Oahu. Our greeter was wonderful and the leis were beautiful! I especially loved the leis the guys are wearing, they were so unique. Perfect start to any Hawaiian vacation!

It was fun! The best! We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed the scenery of Hawaii! The guide was also entertaining, and we had a great time while waiting on the boat. Thank you!

Thanks to the Japanese guide, I was able to enjoy a safe and fun time. I had the best half day with music in the background. I wished I could stay at the sandbar forever. The foreign guide was also fun and friendly, which was great. It would be nice to have fresh water showers on the boat. The restrooms at the dock were too dirty. There were also no paper towels or trash cans. I think suggesting to use the restroom there while filling out the consent form would help avoid crowding the restroom on the boat.

日本語ガイドさんがいてくださっていたおかげで安全に楽しく過ごせた。音楽をバックに最高の半日を過ごせた。ずっとサンドバーにいたいと思った。外国人のガイドさんも楽しくフレンドリーでよかった。船に真水のシャワーがあればありがたい。船着場のトイレがきたなすぎ。ペイパーもゴミ箱もなかなった。同意書を書いている間にそこのトイレを利用をすすめることで船にのったときのトイレが混まないと思う。

It was the best experience! We signed up for the 150 meters. Our family of five participated, splitting into two groups of two and three! Even our 9-year-old child enjoyed it without being scared 😊 The crew members were very kind! I highly recommend it!

My daughter and I take snorkel trips every year but the hilarious crew made this one of the best!!

Three of our granddaughters became mermaids for the afternoon. The lived picking their Mermaid tails. The shoot shoot was fantastic we have so many great shots. Jennie was a wonderful instructor of all things Mermaid. Our granddaughters were thrilled!

The show was very good, the food not so much especially for the price. A lot of walking. A long drive from Waikiki in traffic.

I was relieved to have the reception in Japanese before boarding. Although it was said that English would be used after boarding, there were some people who could speak broken Japanese, so it wasn't a problem at all. The explanations for snorkeling and the staff were very enjoyable, and I had a great time.

However, perhaps due to the wind, I felt very cold after getting out of the water and was shivering. I wished they could at least provide warm drinks for a fee.

I was able to change in the only changing room available, which was a relief, but it seemed like the foreign guests were planning to leave in their swimsuits and looked quite cold.

I expected a wide sandy beach, but when we got off the boat, it was a shallow sea, which was a bit different from what I had imagined. However, I was able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling, and it was fun to ride the boat.

受付、乗船前の日本語でしていただいて安心しました。乗船後は英語と言われていましたが、カタコトの日本語ができる方もいて特に問題ありませんでした。シュノーケルの説明や、カラーの方たちがとても楽しくて、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ただ、風が吹いていたせいか、海から上がって寒くて寒くて、ガタガタ震えていました。
せめてあったかい飲み物くらい有料で良いから置いて欲しかったです。
早めに上がり、ひとつしかない更衣室に入って着替えできたので、助かりましたが、外国の方は水着で帰るつもりなのか、寒そうにしていらっしゃいました。
砂浜が広がっているかと思いきや、船を降りたら浅瀬の海で、ちょっと想像していたのとは違いましたが、シュノーケルで魚もたくさんみれて、ボートに乗ったら楽しかったです。

The guys were great, there were a ton of sharks. Just wish they would have given a little bit of instruction as to the use of the snorkel. I spent a fair amount of time afraid I wasn’t using it properly and would inhale the water. Otherwise it was a super experience! I would definitely recommend Hawaii Shark Experience.

The Japanese staff provided assistance from the pre-boarding explanation and even accompanied us on the boat, so I had no issues at all. I signed up for the full set with the banana boat and bumper tube, and everything was well organized. After that, I was able to enjoy enough time for SUP, kayaking, and snorkeling.

Since there was only one changing room after the activities, returning to the boat a little earlier than everyone else allowed for a smooth change. There were many comments about the bus being cold, but the driver frequently checked the temperature inside, so those in swimsuits didn't seem cold at all.

I think I will participate again next time!

乗船前の説明から日本語スタッフが対応してくれるし、船にも同乗してくれるので、何も困ることがありませんでした。
バナナボートandバンパーチューブ付きのフルセットで申し込みましたが、段取りも良く、その後にSUPやカヤック、シュノーケリングまで時間内で十分楽しむことが出来ました。
アクティビティ後は更衣室が1つしか無い為、みんなよりちょっとだけ早めに船に戻ることで、スムーズに着替えることができます。
バスが寒いとのコメントが多いですが、ドライバーさんが何度も車内の温度をヒアリングしてくれるので、水着のままの人も決して寒そうでは無かったです。
次回も参加すると思います！
