Some attractions and slides may be closed depending on the day and time, and there are height restrictions for children. A large sign provides a map of the attractions along with height restrictions, while a smaller sign shows the current open and closed status. Since some slides may close at certain times, I think it's better to go for the slides you want to try first. If you can speak English, you can check with the staff. For those like me who can't speak it, I think it's fine to just enjoy the slides you want to try 😊.

その日ごとや時間帯によってクローズになっているアトラクションやスライダーが有るのと、子供さんは身長制限が有ったりするので大きな案内板にアトラクションの地図と身長制限、小さな案内板に現在のオープンクローズの状況が確認出来ました。時間帯によってクローズになってしまう物も有ったりしましたので滑りたいスライダーが有れば先に行った方が良いと思います。英語が話せる方はスタッフに確認すれば良いと思いますか
私のように話せない方はとりあえず滑りたい物を利用したら良いと思います😊

I had wanted to order something I had seen others enjoying for a while, but I couldn't because there were no pictures on the menu. However, this time I was able to order it. It was called Chili Cheese, which is topped with chili bean sauce and cheese sauce over fries, and it was very delicious. They also provided a dipping sauce that was tangy, similar to Caesar salad dressing, and something like jalapeños. The pizza comes with two pieces, about the size of a large pizza in Japan, along with a set of fries. So if you want fries, be careful not to order extra, as you'll end up with quite a lot of fries.

以前から他の人が持ってるのを見て美味しそうだったのでオーダーしたかったけどメニューに写真が載ってなかったので頼めずにいたのですが今回オーダーする事が出来ました。チリチーズという、ポテトの上にチリビーンズソースとチーズソースがかかっててとても美味しかったです。ディップ用にシーザーサラダのドレッシングっぽい酸味のあるソースとハラペーニョみたいなのをくれました。ピザは日本のLサイズ位の2ピース分にポテトがセットで付いてきますので、ポテトを食べたい方は別でポテトをオーダーしてしまうとなかなかの量のポテトを食べる事になっちゃいます。

The banana boat can hold six people, and while it goes fast, it's not so fast that you'll be thrown off, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

We happened to see a lot of honu (sea turtles), so we were able to see them up close. They said we were lucky, so it might be rare to see them.

Other activities (like canoeing) may have limited availability, so you might need to wait your turn.

However, since we had plenty of time, there was no need to rush.

バナナボートは6人乗りで、スピードは速いけど振り落とされるような速さではないので、安心して楽しめる。

たまたまホヌがいっぱいいたので、近くで見ることが出来た。
運がいいと言っていたので、中々見ることが出来ないのかも？

他のアクティビティ(カヌーなど)は、数に限りがあるので、順番待ちする必要があるかもしれません。

ただ時間に余裕があったので、そんなに焦る必要はない。

The buggy experience was a lot of fun! The driving time was surprisingly long, and the range of activities was wide, making it enjoyable.

However, the dust was intense, so it's better to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and you might want to bring skincare products like facial cleansers as well.

バギーの体験はとても楽しかった！
運転時間が意外と長くて、行動範囲が広いので楽しい。

ただ砂埃がすごい、全身砂だらけで汚れた服で行った方がいいし、顔も洗顔などのスキンケア商品を持って行った方がいいかもしれません。

I was able to see both sea turtles and dolphins. I was also hoping to see tropical fish while snorkeling, but that didn't happen.

ウミガメもイルカも見ることができました。シュノーケリングで熱帯魚を見ることも期待しておりましたが、それはかないませんでした。

船中のスタッフは、とってもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。
前回と少しずつ変化していてそれなりに参加することに意義あり！でした。

We participated as a family! My high school and middle school sons were hesitant to join, but once they got on the canoe and rode the waves, they shouted that it was amazing!! It feels really great, so if you're unsure, I definitely recommend participating!

We participated as a family of four, including our grandchild. Our grandchild was thrilled feeding the turtles and little birds. The birds even perched on our shoulders and heads, which was enjoyable. The dolphin show was also great. The staff was friendly.

家族孫入れて4人で参加。孫はカメや小鳥の餌やり等で大はしゃぎしてました。
小鳥は肩や頭に止まったりしたので楽しめました。イルカショーも良かったです。
スタッフはフレンドリーでした。

This tour was amazing and so much fun. The tour guides were fantastic. The views of Oahu while ziplining and on the platforms were stunning. I have ziplined in NZ & Fiji but this would be my favourite. The ATV ride was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this tour.

The weather was clear on the day, but it was reported that the sandbar was not visible, so the experience ended with activities offshore.

The staff were friendly, and I had a great experience. This was my second time parasailing in Hawaii; I used a different company last time, and compared to them, the number of photos taken and the variety of shots were very limited, which was disappointing.

スタッフの方も気さくで、楽しい体験ができました。ハワイでのパラセーリングは2回目で、前回は別の会社を利用しましたが、そちらに比べて写真を撮ってくれた枚数や撮影のバリエーションが非常に少なく残念でした。

Snorkeling and ocean leisure activities (such as banana boat rides, boating, and stand-up paddleboarding) are included, making it enjoyable for a variety of people. The snorkeling area is very shallow, so even those who are not good swimmers can enjoy it safely. The staff is friendly and speaks both Japanese and English.

シュノーケルと海のレジャー（バナナボート、ボートやサップ等）がついていて色々な人が楽しめます。シュノーケルもとても浅いエリアなので、泳ぎが苦手でも全然安全に楽しめます。スタッフは日本語、英語ともにOKでフレンドリーです

It was a tour where I could do everything I wanted at once: exploring sandbars, observing sea turtles, and snorkeling. The staff was friendly and accommodating in both English and Japanese, which made me feel very secure. Meals and drinks were included, and I could also experience the atmosphere of international cuisine.

サンドバー散策、うみがめ観察、シュノーケルとやりたいことが一度でできるツアーでした。スタッフも親切で英語も日本語にも対応しているのでとても安心です。食事や飲み物も含まれていて海外の食事の雰囲気も感じられます

It was my first time paragliding. I had a wonderful experience in favorable weather. The two guys were very friendly and communicated in English, explaining things with clear gestures. The wind on the boat was pleasant, and the scenery was amazing.

パラセイリング初めてでした。
天候に恵まれた中で、素敵な体験をすることができました。お兄さん２人も、英語でのコミュニケーションでしたが、とてもフレンドリーで、わかりやすいジェスチャーを入れながら説明してくれました。
ボートでの風も気持ちよく、景色も最高でした。

Tour consists of sandbar and coral reef with amazing burger lunch in-between. All gears for snorkeling were provided as well

I knew in advance that the tide wouldn't go below zero, but on this day, it felt like the tide was gradually rising. It was fun to do various activities like stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. During snorkeling, we were given bread to feed the fish, and many of them came close.

潮位がマイナスにならないことは事前に分かっていたのですが、この日は段々潮位が上がっていく感じでした。
サップやカヤックなど、いろいろなアクティビティができて楽しかったです。
シュノーケリングでは、餌のパンをもらえて、魚がたくさん寄ってきます。

We were the only Japanese people there, and I was anxious because I didn't understand English, but I managed to understand through gestures and by watching how others did it! At first, it was scary because it swayed a lot, but after that, it just felt amazing!! When we landed, they made sure our feet touched the sea, which was so much fun! I could feel the beautiful scenery and breeze of Hawaii, and it was the best experience! The location was also easy to find, near Kaka'ako, and after we finished, we went shopping and took a walk before heading back! If you love heights, you should definitely try this!

私たちしか日本人はおらず・・・英語がわからず不安でしたが、ジェスチャーや、前の人のやり方をみて理解！
飛び始めはゆらゆら揺れるので怖かったですが、そのあとはただただ気持ちいい！！
降りる時には海に足がつくように楽しませてくれました！
ハワイの景色と風を感じられて、最高の体験ができました！
場所もカカアコ近くでわかりやすく、終わってからも買い物や散歩をして帰りました！
高い所が好きな人はやるべきです！

Previously, I participated in a tour where we were driven around, but this time we joined a self-driving tour. It was a dynamic experience that was thrilling and allowed us to feel nature up close. The guide spoke English, and although I couldn't understand everything, they made a great effort to communicate in a fun way. They also took photos at various points, making it a wonderful experience.

以前は、乗せてもらうツアーに参加しましたが、今回は自分達で運転するツアーに参加しました。
迫力があり、自然を間近に感じるダイナミックな体験ができます。
ガイドの方は英語ですが、（全部理解はできませんでしたが）
一生懸命楽しく伝えようとして頂きました。ポイントでは写真も撮ってくださり、良い経験になりました。

Meeting at 5:40 AM before sunrise is indeed early, but we were still among the fourth or fifth group to enter the site. We rented a paid option for a parasol and chair set, which I highly recommend due to the strong sunlight. In the morning, there are relatively fewer people, making it enjoyable. Around 10 AM, we had an incredibly lucky surprise when a monk seal suddenly came up on the beach to rest, just about 10 meters from our base. My grandchild had been talking about wanting to see one since before coming to Hawaii, so it was great that we could make that happen by chance. There is a law requiring a distance of over 15 meters from monk seals, so it’s also a good memory that our base had to be moved quickly.

日の出前の５時４０分集合はさすがに早いが、それでも現地では４組〜５組めの入場グループでした。有料OPでパラソル・チェアセットをレンタルしましたが、日差しが強いのでぜひお勧めします。午前中はヒトも比較的少なく楽しめます。１０時頃に私たちのベース基地から１０ｍくらいの場所に突然にモンクシールが砂浜にあがってきて休憩するという超ラッキーサプライズに出会えました。一緒の孫がハワイに来る前から会いたいと話していたので、偶然にも叶えてあげられてよかったです。モンクシールには１５ｍ以上距離を取らなければいけない法律があるので、我々のベース基地は速攻移動させられたのもいい思い出です。

The sandbar is located inside the bay, so the waves were very calm. I usually get seasick, but this time I was fine. We saw turtles from the boat, and finally, we went snorkeling around the coral reef.

サンドバーが湾内なので波がとても穏やかでした。船酔いしやすい方ですが、今回は大丈夫でした。亀は船の上から見て、最後に珊瑚礁の周りをシュノーケリングしました。

The tour at Kualoa Ranch was amazing! The views were absolutely breathtaking, everything was very well organized, and the guide shared lots of interesting stories that made the experience even more special. Definitely worth it!

It took about 30 minutes to arrive from Waikiki by rental car.
We had a great time as a family of four (two adults and two elementary school children) from 10:30 to 14:30 as follows:

Both adults and children were very satisfied and unanimously agreed to "come again."

The staff were very polite and kind, and there was absolutely no worry about communication in Japanese. I was able to enjoy my time safely and happily from start to finish. Their character was truly wonderful, and I entrusted everything to them with great confidence. Unexpectedly, there was a wild seal sleeping on the beach, safely protected with cones and ropes to keep humans at a distance, which was impressive. Such a cute sight! While swimming, I encountered beautiful fish and turtles that touched my heart. Even if you're not confident in your swimming skills, the instructors guide you well, and I believe you'll be able to fully enjoy the beauty of Hanauma Bay!

なんと言っても、スタッフさんがとても丁寧で優しくて、日本語対応も全く心配ないですし、最初から最後まで安全に楽しく過ごせました。お人柄が本当に良くて、とても信頼してお任せしました。予想外にも野生のアザラシが浜辺で寝ていて、人間が近づかないようにコーンやロープで安全に保護されていのは感動しました。とても可愛い姿！水泳中には綺麗な魚さんや亀さんとお会いして心を打たれました。泳ぎに自信がなくても、インストラクターの方々がしっかりと誘導してくれますし、たっぷりとハナウマ湾の美しさを堪能できると思います！

This is my fourth trip to Hawaii. I finally fulfilled my long-held dream! I was simply moved in front of the magnificent nature created by the Big Island. This time, it rained a little along the way, so I hope to visit again in sunny weather next time.

4度目のハワイ旅行。ついに念願叶いました！ハワイ島が創り出した大自然の前に、ただただ感動。。今回途中で小雨が降ってきたので、次回は晴れの中伺いたいです。

This is my second time using this service, and I felt that it was a friendly and enjoyable surfing experience where I could stand up and ride the waves right away. I have tried other schools at Waikiki Beach, but this lesson is definitely the best. I will be visiting again soon, so thank you!

今回で2度目の利用になりますが、いずれもすぐに立って滑ることができ、親切で楽しいサーフィン体験スクールだと感じました。ワイキキビーチの他のスクールでも体験しましたが、やはりこちらのレッスンが一番です。近いうちにまた伺いますので、よろしくお願いします。

I went there again this time because I had a great time about 10 years ago! The water slides had about a 15-minute wait for each, and I had more than enough fun for about 5 hours! The UV rays are stronger than in Waikiki, so while it's not cold, sunscreen is a must! Although outside food is not allowed, the food options are expensive and not that great, so it's better not to have high expectations in that regard.

10年くらい前に一度行って楽しかったので、今回も行きました！ウォータースライダーは全て15分待ち程度で、約5時間でしたが十分過ぎるほど楽しめました！
ワイキキよりも紫外線が強いので、寒くないですが日焼け止めは必須です！飲食類持ち込み禁止なのにフードは高くて大したものがないので、そこは期待しない方がいいです。

I had to wait quite a bit because some people didn't arrive on time as we were going around the hotels. The shuttle service was included, and there was an explanation at the entrance, along with assistance on how to use the lockers. I thought the stay would be short, but since it wasn't too crowded, I was able to enjoy the slides a lot and was satisfied.

ホテルを順に回るので時間に来ない人がいてだいぶ待たされた。
送迎付き、入り口で説明があり、ロッカーの利用方法なども一緒にきてやってくれる。
滞在時間は短いかなと思ったけど、そこまで混んでなかったのでスライダーもかなり利用できて満足です。

I took the shuttle bus from the Sheraton Hotel. The seats were unreserved and the air conditioning was quite strong. When we got off the bus, only the Japanese participants were called and given an explanation of the itinerary in Japanese. The tour itself was explained only in English, but the atmosphere was enjoyable.

シェラトンホテルから送迎バスで向かいました。車内は自由席でエアコンは冷房強め。
バスを降りると日本人だけ呼ばれて日本語で行程などの説明があります。ツアー自体は英語の説明のみでしたが、雰囲気は楽しかったです。

We set off with four groups, including ourselves. The boat that takes you to the flying area is already an attraction! We headed offshore while enjoying the sea breeze. The staff were cheerful, and we had a great time.

私たち含め、4組で出発しました。
飛ぶところまで行く船がもはやアトラクション！潮風を浴びながら沖合に出ました。
スタッフの方も陽気で楽しい時間を過ごせました。
