Neither my spouse nor I speak English, but the staff used a translation app to explain everything to us. Please prepare your passport as identification! A copy is also acceptable. They provide a drop-proof strap that can be fixed to your smartphone or camera.

Other helicopter tours had weight restrictions that prevented us from participating, but this tour has a limit based on the total weight of all participants, so even those who are a bit chubby can join. The 60-minute tour over Oahu offers great views and is thrilling without windows! On the way there, the left side seats have a good view of Honolulu's cityscape, while the right side overlooks the ocean.

We also flew over areas in the mountains where cars can't go, so I'm really glad we participated! The lack of hotel pick-up was a downside, but now with Uber, it's easy to use it for round trips.

I've participated in various activities, and if you're hesitating, I really recommend joining this one; it was fantastic!

スマホやカメラに落下防止の本体固定式のストラップ付けてくれます。
他のヘリコプターツアーは体重制限があって参加できませんでしたが、このツアーは参加者全員の体重での制限なので、少々ポッチャリさんでも参加できます。
オアフ島60分のツアーで景色もよく窓なしでスリル満点です！
行きは左側の席がホノルルの街並みが良く見えます。右側は海になります。
車が行けない山の上所も飛ぶので、本当に参加してよかった！

ホテルまでの送迎がないのがネックでしたが、今はUVERもあるので、往復UVER利用すると楽です。

色々アクティビティ参加しましたが、悩んでる方いたら本当に良かったので参加してみて下さい。

You'll drive a buggy for a solid two hours. It was incredibly fun! While driving, there were times I got lost in the scenery, so it's better to stay fully focused on driving, haha. Also, since you'll get a lot of dust from the buggy in front of you, I recommend choosing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

This Tour was fantastic and our tour guide was extremely informative as well as entertaining

Loved this trip! My group and I had the BEST time. Loved the floating platform for hanging out, having some drinks, dancing (we brought our own waterproof speaker).

Some of our group also liked trying the stand up paddleboarding (though noted the area you're allowed to go in is pretty small) and the snorkling.

Would definitely recommend for a big group, such an easy way to get everyone out to the sandbar and enjoy the stunning turquoise waters. We did it as part of our wedding week with guests.

My husband and I really enjoyed the Sunset Snorkel Cruise! The views were beautiful and the crew were so nice! I was nervous about trying to snorkel but the crew was super helpful and I felt safe (life vest and I was able to use a floatie as well) and we saw lots of colorful fish and sea turtles! The cocktail service was great, tasty and generous. Unfortunately during the return portion of the cruise, I felt a bit seasick (did not really affect my enjoyment of the cruise though) so only ate rice for dinner but my husband enjoyed the food which was plentiful. If you are prone to motion sickness (which I am) that would be my only advice, I forgot my accupressure wristbands which do actually work fairly well. I liked that the group was small and we had the freedom to move around and sit and stand where we wanted and all the guests were pleasant and we felt comfortable socializing and getting to talk to other people. I highly recommend this cruise!

Beautful sunset view from the top deck; great food and entertainment. The best part by far was the Jazz Ensemble! At the end, the cast and servers did an amazing ‘hula hula’ version of YMCA. The group loved it.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the entire family was unable to participate, so it was just my second son and me. However, thanks to our experienced guide, we were able to thoroughly enjoy Hanauma Bay!

急遽、家族全員で参加出来なくなり、次男と2人だけの参加でしたが、ベテランガイドの方のお陰で気持ち良くハナウマ湾を満喫出来ました！

The waves were high, so we stayed in the calm waters, but on the contrary, sea turtles came into the calm area, and we had a great time. There is preparation, a briefing, and changing clothes, so swimming lasts about an hour, but it can be quite wobbly. The guides, D who speaks Japanese and C who is Japanese, were very friendly and accommodating.

波が高く内海のみでしたが、逆に内海に海亀が入ってきてくれて、とても楽しめました。準備、講習、着替えがあるので泳ぐのは1時間程度ですが、結構ふらつきます。ガイドさんは日本語の話せるDさんと日本人のCさん2名で、とてもフレンドリーに対応してくれます。

As soon as the car departed, it started to rain. I didn't have a raincoat because it wasn't listed in the items to bring, and I ended up spending nearly two hours completely soaked. The car had no front windshield or side windows, so every time it moved, rain poured down from the ceiling like a waterfall.

Before I knew it, only the instructor was wearing a raincoat while we were drenched. The instructor continued the tour as if it were completely normal, but we were in no condition to enjoy it. Even though it started raining after we left, with that much rain, I think it would have been reasonable to ask, "Shall we turn back?" or to have prepared enough raincoats for all passengers from the start. (Since there were other customers on the tour, we couldn't just say we wanted to turn back.)

Alternatively, since the weather looked suspicious before departure, it would have been nice to have been asked at check-in, "Would you like to buy a raincoat?" The child sitting in the front seat became so cold that they stopped talking halfway through, and I thought they would catch a cold if we stayed on for another 30 minutes. After we returned, I didn't have a change of clothes, so I ended up buying an expensive T-shirt at the shop.

I think I would have enjoyed it if it hadn't rained, but from that point on, I just wished it would end quickly, enduring the rain without even getting off at the spots we stopped at. I truly had a very difficult two hours.

I believe it rains easily in the mountains. Even if it's sunny in Honolulu, it's better to bring a raincoat and a change of clothes. Please include this in the items to bring on the Veltra website. Thank you.

車が出発してすぐ雨が降り出しました。
持ち物の欄になかったのでレインコートを持っておらず、ずぶ濡れの状態で2時間近くを過ごすことになってしまいました。車はフロントガラスも横の窓もない形状だったために、動くたびに天井から滝のような雨が降ってきました。
気づけばインストラクターさんだけがレインコートを着ていて、私たちはずぶ濡れという状態‥。
インストラクターさんは当たり前のように通常通りツアーを進行していきますが、こちらはとてもじゃないけど、それどころじゃありませんでした。
出発した後の雨だったとしても、あれだけの雨なら「一度戻りましょうか？」と聞くとか、レインコートを最初から乗客分も用意してくれるとか、考えてくれても良いと思います。(ツアーは他のお客さんもいたため私たちだけ戻りたいとは言えませんでした)
もしくは出発前から雲行きが怪しかったので、受付の時に「レインコートを買いますか？」と一言欲しかったです。
前の席に座った子供は寒さのあまり途中からグッタリして喋らなくなり、このままあと30分乗っていたら風邪をひいてしまうと思いました。戻った後も着替えを持ってきていなかったので、売店で高いTシャツを買うことになりました。
雨が降らなければ楽しめたと思いますが、途中からはただひたすら早く終わってほしいと願い続け、途中で立ち寄るスポットでも降りることすらせず雨の中耐えました。
本当に本当に辛い2時間を過ごしました。
山の方は雨が降りやすいのだと思います。ホノルルが晴れていても、レインコートと着替えを持参した方が良いです。ベルトラの方でも持ち物に記載してください。お願いします。

Thanks to the other passengers on board who kept pointing out, "It's over there!" I was able to see it several times. The announcements made by the captain when something is spotted are, of course, only in English, so those who don't understand English will have to rely on the reactions of the surrounding passengers. I imagined it would be as luxurious as a show like "Itte Q," but it was surprisingly underwhelming.

一緒に乗船しているお客さんが見つける度にあっちにいるよ！と声をかけてくれたおかげで何度か見ることができました。船長が見つけた時にかけるアナウンスは当たり前に英語のみなので、英語がわからない人は周りのお客さんの反応を頼りにすることになります。イッテQのような豪華な感じを想像していましたが、案外しょぼかったです。

I had some worries about the activities abroad, but the receptionist was kind to international travelers, and I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind.

海外のアクティビティーで心配もありましたが、受付のお姉さんが海外の旅行者にも優しく、安心して楽しめました。

My 9-year-old child and husband participated! I was unfortunately unable to join because of my 2-year-old daughter, but my son said that one of the most fun things he experienced this time was flying in the sky. I think it was a very good experience for him. I was worried about the plan until just before, and I made the reservation in the middle of the night on the day of the event, but it was great that I could book smoothly. Also, since we stayed at Hilton, it was convenient to be close to the meeting point!

2歳の妹がいる為、私は参加できず残念でしたが、息子がこの度で1番楽しかったことの中に、空を飛んだこと。と言っていたのでとても良い経験になったのだと思います。
直前までプランに悩んでいて、当日の夜中に予約しましたが、スムーズに予約できたのも良かったです。
また、ステイ先もヒルトンだったので、集合に近く便利でした！

Although it was a very cloudy, overcast day, the staffing crew still made the trip a lot of fun.

We had the best time. Brought our grandkids ages 10 and 12 and they were entertained the entire time. I highly recommend this luau. The food was good much variety. It was a little chilly so bring a sweater. They had activities in the beginning also.

There is a pickup service from the center of Waikiki, and it takes about 30 minutes to board. Many foreigners participated, and the explanations after departure were primarily in English, but it wasn't a problem at all. About 20 to 30 minutes after departure, we were able to see whales around the area with Diamond Head in front of us. They were small, but we could see them spouting water multiple times and jumping, making the time fly by.

Since it’s a large boat, I think you don’t have to worry too much about it rocking, but it was cold inside the boat, so I recommend bringing a jacket!

ワイキキの中心部からの送迎ありで30分ほどで乗船。外国の方も多く参加されており、出発後の説明などは基本英語でしたが、困ることはなかったです。出発後20分から30分ほどでダイアモンドヘッドを正面に見渡すあたりでクジラを見ることができました。小さめでしたが、何度も潮を吹く様子やジャンプする姿など見ることができ、あっという間の時間でした。

大きな船なので揺れなどはそこまで心配しなくて良いかと思いますが、船内は寒かったので上着を持っていかれる事をお勧めします！

The upper deck was great for taking pictures. We started off with a charcuterie board that had tasty cheeses and fruit. The second course included lobster over a beet salad with a nice puree. My only reservation was the meat which was overcooked in my opinion, but to be fair, I'm sure many people prefer a medium-well filet. Taking pictures in between courses was a huge plus and didn't make us feel confined to the table. Overall, I would recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a good time.

Must see when in Hawaii it’s about a 20 minute boat ride out to the sandbar and there’s few companies have monopoly on it. However, they do make it enjoyable and relaxing. They have stand up paddle boards and kayaks for use but it’s only a small area you can go. This is just for relaxing and viewing Hawaii from a really beautiful location. Snorkeling isn’t the best because you’re only able to see a few fish. So what they could do better… selling or including drinks onboard. You have to bring everything with you although if you pay the fee you receive a bag of chips, a sandwich and juice/water. I didn’t like that we had to wear a life vest to snorkel, but maybe it’s to protect the coral so you don’t stand on it. Other than that the live music was awesome and everyone had fun.

I made a last-minute reservation for parasailing on the same day in the afternoon, and I challenged myself at the final slot (5:00 PM)! Everything from the reservation to the guidance on-site was smooth, and it became an unforgettable experience. I tend to get seasick, so I took motion sickness medication, but I think it's easier to get sick while moving on the small boat than when flying, so I recommend taking medication if you're worried about it. I definitely want to do it again!

思い立って当日の午後予約、最終（17:00）でパラセイリングにチャレンジしました！予約から現地での案内まで全てスムーズで、一生忘れられない体験となりました。私は船酔いしやすいので酔い止めの薬を服用しましたが、飛んでいる時よりも小型船で移動している時の方が酔いやすいかと思うので、心配な方は酔い止め服用をお勧めします。
また是非やりたいです！

In Japan, you cannot operate a jet ski without a license, so you can only ride as a passenger, which is boring. However, in Hawaii, you can operate one without a license (within limited water areas, but it's still quite exhilarating)! You also receive photos and video data, making it a great keepsake. I think the experience cost is reasonable. It's a recommended activity.

Access to the experience location requires a car or bus, but you can easily get there by bus from the Waikiki area.

ジェットスキーは免許がなければ日本では操縦できず、後ろに抱っこ搭乗するしかなく、つまらないのですが、ハワイでは（限られた水域内ですが十分爽快）免許なしで操縦させてもらえます！写真や動画データももらえるので、良い記念になると思います。体験費用もリーズナブルだと思います。おすすめのアクティビティです。
体験場所へのアクセスは、車、バス利用等が必要になりますが、バスでも問題なくワイキキ近辺から行くことができます。

The initial explanation was like a menu, and there was a Japanese translation guide available. The announcements and commentary on the ship were in English only. I used a translation app to somewhat understand. There were many customers, both Japanese and foreign. I couldn't see clearly up close, but from a distance, I could see the spouting and the back! Above all, the wind was really strong and cold; motion sickness medication is a must! There was an announcement to consult the tour guide if you feel unwell. I'm glad it didn't rain, and the view of Diamond Head from the sea was very beautiful.

Initially, I had asked someone else to drive, but I was encouraged to drive myself. The controls were simple, and I was able to enjoy the immersive experience, which was great. Since we traveled on mostly unpaved roads, there was a lot of dust, and my clothes ended up completely white. It's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Being a filming location for Jurassic Park, the magnificent scenery was breathtaking.

当初運転は向こうの方にお願いしてたのだけど、勧められて自分が運転する事に。でも操作は簡単で臨場感を味わえたのでよかった。ほぼ舗装されてない道を行くので砂埃がすごく服は真っ白に。汚れてもいい服装がベスト。ジェラシックパークのロケ地とあって、雄大な景色に圧巻でした。

The kayaks were well-maintained and easy to maneuver, making the experience enjoyable for both beginners and experienced kayakers alike.

What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional guidance and support from the staff. Their expertise and passion for the marine environment were evident, as they pointed out interesting flora and fauna, ensuring we didn't miss any of the hidden gems beneath the waves or along the shore.

Overall, the snorkeling and kayaking experience at Sanbar is a must-do for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature, whether underwater or gliding on the surface. It's an ideal adventure for those seeking tranquility, excitement, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

We participated in a four-wheeler buggy tour as a couple. The experience of driving through the majestic mountains of Hawaii is something you won't easily find elsewhere, and it's an activity I highly recommend for car enthusiasts.

ハワイの神々しい山中の自然を車で走る体験はなかなか味わえないもので、車好きにはお勧めのアクティビティです。

The tour had breathtaking views, and both our guide Zoe and the boat drivers were incredibly kind, making the experience absolutely worth it.

The raptor tour at the ranch and the guides where so much fun and would love to do it again.

The transportation is a while nother issue. We needed to be to the bus pick up by 815 to check in for our 830 departure. Was told at pick up no food or drinks on the bus so we thought we could eat when we got there.

Bus left at 830 and arrived at 920 where we where kept in the bus for another 10 plus min for no reason given to us. A bus that had no working bathroom. When released we where told we had to gather for a briefing and couldn't use the restroom or we'd miss it itinerary.

Spent another 10 min for everyone on the bus to get a paper with their activities printed on it. Then we where lead into the ranch and briefed on every actively before being turned loose with just enough time to go-to the bathroom and report for our your at 1015.

After the two hour tour (great time) we had barley enough time to wash and get back on the bus. We where hungry and wanted to eat and shop for souvenirs but instead had to wait till we got back to our hotel at 2pm

No eating 8am to 2pm
Would have spent at least another $100 on food and gifts if given the time. Would never take their transportation again. Find your own way!

I heard that a wetsuit is essential for the ocean in Hawaii during winter, so I thought it would be convenient to have it included in the tour price without any additional fees. Since I was a beginner in both Hawaii and snorkeling, I hoped for a tour without needing to rent a wetsuit. We went at a leisurely pace and had an incredibly valuable experience, going to very deep spots. The kids seemed to be impressed as well, saying they were scared but excited to see the fish!

冬のハワイの海はウエットスーツ必須ですよ、とのことだったのでもう先にツアー料金に組み込んで頂き、追加料金の発生が無いと便利だなと思った。ハワイもシュノーケルも初心者だったため、ウエットスーツは頼まずツアー希望していた。ゆっくりペースでとても深いところまで行ったりしてすごく貴重な体験をした。子供達も印象的だったようで、怖かったけどお魚さん見れた！と興奮していた。

Until I reached the top, I felt as if I was slipping down from my backside while shouting, but once I got to the top, I was able to enjoy a wonderful view of Diamond Head and the ocean in the distance. It was thrilling and fun!

It was no one’s fault that the day we went was windy and they had to turn the boat around after they said “this is where most whales hang around.” We got to see a blow hole and one fluke which was fun but it was at the very end of our trip so we didn’t get to stay and watch the group of whales any further. The captain did delay our return 15 minutes to see the whale that we did see which was very nice! Overall, it was no one’s fault that the weather wasn’t the best but to me it felt like a waste of my time and money and I was disappointed in the end

Check-in is easy to find next to the anchored Star Honolulu. A large ship welcomes you with the captain as you board. After boarding, everyone waits in seats on the first floor and listens to an explanation from a whale expert for about 15 minutes after departure. If you are seated before departure, you can purchase drinks, snacks, and bagels for a fee. There are important explanations about the size of the whales and how to identify their location by relating it to the positions of the clock hands. Once the explanation is finished, everyone moves to their preferred floor. Whales can be seen very well from any deck. I was able to see the whales' spouts and tails up close, and most importantly, the captain takes the time to show the whales to the children when they are spotted. Thanks to this, we were able to see the whales multiple times, and the kids were very satisfied. It became a wonderful memory.

チェックインは停船しているスターホノルル号の隣でわかりやすい場所でできます。大きな船にキャプテンが出迎えてくれて乗り込みます。乗船後全員一階の席で待機し、出航後15分くらいはくじら専門家の方の説明を聞きます。出航前から着席すると、ドリンクやスナック、ベーグル等有料購入できます。鯨の大きさなどの説明や、鯨がいる場所を時計の針に見立てて何時方向に見えると乗客に伝えること等の重要な説明があります。説明が終わると一斉に好きなfloorへ移動します。どの階でもとても良く鯨が見えました。思っていたよりも近くで鯨の潮吹きや尻尾をはっきり見ることができ、何よりも、しっかり子供も見れるように鯨を発見するとキャプテンは時間をかけて見せてくれます。そのおかげで何度も鯨を見る事ができて子供も大満足でした。とても良い思い出になりました。

The tour guides were great! Very informative and funny. We did get soaking wet due to the weather but man was it worth it! We had a great experience! We stopped a few time to take pictures and talk about the history. The guides were very informative. They also talked about different movies that were made there.Highly recommended!
