The driver wearing a blue T-shirt that said "Captain Bob" was supposed to guide us in both English and Japanese, but in reality, it was a large man in a gray tank top who was very tanned and could hardly speak Japanese (・_・;). However, I was relieved that the guidance on the boat was provided entirely in Japanese by "Yuki-san."

When my son got stung by a jellyfish (?), he kindly helped with cooling treatment and explained how to handle it afterward. The hamburger for lunch was also delicious (⌒∇⌒).

During my first snorkeling experience, I was a bit flustered, but he kept asking from the boat, "Are you okay?" which reassured me (I might have looked like I was drowning, lol). I saw sea turtles several times, but unfortunately, I couldn't swim with them. (However, it seemed like others on the opposite side were able to swim with them.)

The sandbar was beautiful, and if I ever go to Hawaii again, I would love to visit this place once more.

「’’Captain Bob’’と書かれた青いTシャツを着ているドライバーがツアー名を英語と日本語でご案内します。」と、案内には書かれてましたが、実際にはグレーのタンクトップを着た、めっちゃ日焼けをしてる日本語がほとんど話せない大きな男性でした(・_・;)
しかし、船での案内は「ユキさん」が終始日本語で安心しました。
息子がクラゲ（？）に刺されたときも、心配してくださってクーリングの処置と、その後の対処法を教えてくれました。
ランチのハンバーガーも美味しかったです(⌒∇⌒)
初のシュノーケリングで、バタバタしてる私に船の上から「ダイジョーブデスカー？」と声を何度もかけてくださり、安心しました（溺れてるように見えたかもｗ）
ウミガメは何度も見られたのですが、残念ながら一緒に泳ぐことはできなかったです。
（でも、反対側で泳がれていた方々は一緒に泳げたようです）

サンドバーが綺麗で、またハワイに行くことがあれば、もう一度行ってみたい場所でした。

We were picked up in front of the hotel at 5:30 AM. I felt reassured that about 70% of the participants were Japanese. Moreover, more than half of them were also on their honeymoon and congratulated us. We listened to the instructions in English and Japanese on the bus. After a short boat ride from Port Harbor, thanks to E ho mai, we spotted a pod of dolphins and even encountered a sea turtle while swimming. Since we met the dolphins and sea turtles right away, we were able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, trampolines, and slides. It was a pity that there was only one kayak, so only a few people could experience it. The food included homemade cheeseburgers, chips, pineapple, and drinks, all of which were very delicious. The crew was cheerful, and they made the tour very enjoyable with hula dancing and funny stories. It was a bit pricey, but I would like to participate again. The Dolphin & You tattoo sticker was very cute and reminded me of the fun time even after returning to Japan.

朝５時半にホテル前でピックアップ。参加者は、日本人が７割くらいで安心しました。また、半数以上が私たちと同じハネムーンの人で祝福してくれました。バスの中で英語と日本語で注意事項を聞きました。ポートハーバーから船で少し行くと、E ho maiのおかげからか、イルカの群れを発見、泳いでいるとウミガメにも会えました。すぐにイルカ・ウミガメに会えたので、スタンドアップパドルボードや、トランポリン、滑り台を楽しむことができました。カヤックは一台しかなかったので一部の人しか体験できなかったのが残念でした。食べ物は、手作りのチーズバーガー、チップス、パイナップル、飲み物をいただきました。どれもとても美味しかったです。クルーの人も陽気な人ばかりで、フラダンスや、面白い話で場を盛り上げてくれてとても楽しいツアーでした。少し高いですが、また参加したいと思いました。ドルフィン＆ユーのタトゥーシールがとてもかわいく、日本に帰ってからも楽しかった時間を思い出せました。

I arrived at the meeting point late, and there were no staff members in sight, but I was able to pick up my items at the window on the right side, which was good.

The food was not delicious, and the drinks were average, but the activities were incredibly fun. The day I went was quite empty, allowing me to experience various activities, which was enjoyable.

現地集合で集合時間に遅れて、どこにもスタッフらしい方はいらっしゃいませんでしたが、向かって右側の窓口で受け取る事ができよかった。

食べ物は美味しいものはなし。ドリンクも普通でしたが、アクティビティは最高に楽しい。
行った日は結構空いており色んなアクティビティが経験でき、楽しかったです。

I was very satisfied to swim with dolphins, turtles, and fish! The staff were cheerful and made it enjoyable. I'm also very interested in the manta tour on the Big Island! I definitely want to participate again!

I want to say that the weather on the day of participation was great, but the sand was up to my waist... The hamburgers were excellent, and the Japanese crew was very friendly, so I would like to participate again next time.

参加日は天候に恵まれ最高と言いたいところですが砂浜が腰のあたりまで・・・ハンバーガーが絶品だったし日本人のクルーが凄く感じ良かったので次回も参加したいと思います

Although it rained a little at times, we had a wonderful experience at the beach. During snorkeling, we even saw a sea turtle swim right in front of us.

My wife got stung by a jellyfish, but we were still very satisfied.

時々雨もぱらつきましたがとてもいい海を体験することができました。
シュノーケリングでは目の前を海亀が通過する所も見られました。

クラゲがいた為、嫁さんが刺されちゃいましたが、それでも大満足です。

Since I arrived when it opened, I was able to enjoy everything from the start. Before I knew it, it was already time to leave at 15:15 after enjoying all the slides. The small lockers are $13 and can be opened and closed freely, so you can use them without worry. Bringing in food and drinks is strictly prohibited.

オープン時には既に到着しているので1番から楽しめます。全てのスライダーを楽しむうちに帰りの15:15はあっと言う間です。小さいロッカーは13ドルで開け閉めも自由なので気兼ねなく使えます。
飲食の持ち込みは厳しいです。

I thought I would be able to see whales up close, so I imagined a dynamic experience. However, due to conservation measures, there was quite a distance, which was different from what I expected. Still, the weather was nice, and I enjoyed a morning meal, and it was fun to stick to the deck and watch the surface of the sea. We were also able to take photos with Diamond Head in the background. I thought it was great for those with children, as it wasn't dangerous at all. As someone who enjoys swimming with dolphins and diving, this is our impression. It wasn't that we couldn't see them at all, and it was nice to encounter a mother and calf whale. However, we could only see their backs and fins popping up in the distance.

クジラを間近で見れると思っていたので、ダイナミックな感じを想像していました。
でも、保護の観点からかなりの距離があって、思っていたものとは違いました。
でも、お天気も良くて、モーニングも頂けましたし、甲板にへばりついて海面を見ているのも楽しかったですよ。
ダイアモンドヘッドバックに撮影も出来ましたしね。
お子様をお連れの方は、危なくありませんしいいなと思いました。
イルカと一緒に泳いだり、ダイビングをするのが好きな私達の感想です。
全く見れないって事ではなかったし、親子のクジラに遭遇出来たのも良かったです。
でも、遠くにポコポコって背中やひれが見える程度ですよ。

I was torn between Dinner Plan A and B, but I chose Plan A. Starting with the appetizer, moving on to the main meat dish, and finishing with the homemade tiramisu, everything was truly delicious. However, I ended up drinking too much beer and wine, equal to the cost of the course itself.

ディナープランAコースとBコース、どちらにするか迷いましたが、Aコースを頂きました。
前菜から始まりメインのお肉、最後の自家製ティラミス迄、本当に美味しく頂きました。ただ、ビールとワインを頂き過ぎて、コース代金と同じ分飲んで しまいました。

This was my second time at the pool, and since my children have grown, we had a lot of fun. The wait times were short, and compared to Japan, there were many more dynamic attractions, so time flew by. However, there was a problem at departure, which shortened our stay. The local response wasn't very good, so I would appreciate it if improvements could be made.

プールは、2度目でしたが、子供が大きくなったこともあり、とても楽しめました。
待ち時間も少なく、日本に比べるとダイナミックなものが多いので時間が、あっという間でした。
ただ、出発時にトラブルがあり、滞在時間が短くなってしまいました。
現地での対応があまり良くなかったので、
改善していただけると有難いです。

We had a great time on this tour. Dirk, the driver/tour guide gave us a lot of info. The tour was exactly as advertised plus we got to see some turtles at an extra stop. Lunch was Excellent. We would definitely do this again. Awesome! !!

Just what's needed after a cramped nine hour flight! Wonderful greeting! Alfred was so pleasant!

The Royal Swim itself was very enjoyable and truly memorable! The dolphins were so cute, and although it was my first experience, I was very satisfied!!

However, when I presented the voucher at the initial check-in, I found that my reservation was set for a different date and time two days later. In the end, I was able to experience it at an earlier time than planned for that day, but I felt very anxious about not being able to communicate in Japanese and wondering if I would be able to do it after coming all this way. I was really satisfied overall, but I had to rate it normally due to the reservation issue.

ロイヤルスイム自体は、とても楽しくて本当に思い出に残るものでした！
イルカ達もとっても可愛くて、初めての体験でしたが大満足でした！！

が、、最初の受付で、バウチャーを出したら予約日も時間も2日後の違う時間で予約されていました。結局、その日の予定より1つ早い時間で体験できましたが、日本語
も通じない中、ここまで来てできないのかととても不安になりました。
本当は大満足ですが、予約の件で普通にしました。

I experienced major thrill water slides like the Tornado. They are incredibly intense. You can forget all your worries and just enjoy.

トルネードなど主だった絶叫ウオータースライダーは経験しました。大変な迫力です。
そして、嫌な事などすべて忘れて楽しめます。

It was a clear day, and we were able to see wild dolphins and sea turtles. There were plenty of activities like slides, trampolines, and crew dances, which made it a lot of fun. I bought a rash guard from Dolphin & You as a souvenir! It was my first time abroad, and it became a wonderful memory.

当日は快晴で野生のイルカやウミガメを見ることができました。
滑り台やトランポリン、クルーのダンス等盛りだくさんでとても楽しかったです。
記念にドルフィン＆ユーのラッシュガードを買いました！
初めての海外でしたがとても良い思い出になりました。

It was my first time on a submarine, so it was a great memory.
Underwater, I saw a lot of fish.
The guide's talk was all in English, but each person had their own headset,
and by putting it on, you could listen to the narration of the underwater tour.
(There are channels in various languages, including Japanese.)
The air conditioning inside the submarine was very strong, and since we were on it for a long time, it was really cold.
I recommend that those who are sensitive to the cold bring something to wear.

潜水艦に乗るのは初めてだったのでとても良い記念になりました。
水中では魚がいっぱい見れました。
ガイドの人の話は全て英語でしたが、一人一台ヘッドフォンがあり、
耳を当てると海底ツアーのナレーションを聞くことができます。
（日本語を始め、各国のチャンネルがあります）
艦内は冷房がとても効いており、長時間乗るのですごく寒かったです。
寒がりの人は何か羽織るものを持っていくことをお勧めします。

It was my first visit to Sea Life Park in four years. The last time I came, it was evening, so there were few guests and it felt quiet, but this time it was bustling with many visitors. It was my second Dolphin Encounter, and once again, the dolphins were so cute that I wanted to come back multiple times. There was a family with children in the same group, but it seemed that for the kids, seeing the dolphins up close was scary, and they were crying. I wondered if it might be difficult for children who aren't used to animals. Around noon, there was a dolphin show, and I watched it before leaving. The explanations were in English, so I didn't understand them at all, but the dolphin show was adorable, and I felt like cheering for them. I definitely want to go again.

4年ぶりのシーライフパークでした。以前に来た時は、夕方のためかお客さんが少なく静かなところという印象でしたが、今回はたくさんのお客さんで賑わっていました。2回目のイルカのドルフィンエンカウンターでしたが、やっぱりイルカは、かわいく何度も来たいと思いました。同じグループにお子さん連れがいましたが、子どもにとって近くで見るイルカは、恐いみたいで泣いていました。ある程度動物慣れしてる子でないと難しいのかな？と思いました。お昼頃からイルカのショーがあり、ショーも見て帰りました。英語で説明をされていて全く意味は、分かりませんでしたがイルカのショーは、かわいくて見ていて応援したくなりました。また、行きたいと思いました。

There was a mix-up with what we ordered and what we were given, but the manager on duty did an excellent job making it right. Overall, it was a pleasant evening with good food. I would say that the rate is slightly more expensive than what I would expect for the return on the overall entertainment without alcohol.

I participated in October, and while the weather was good, the wind was strong! Because of that, the waves were high and the sea was a bit murky.

After snorkeling, my husband got seasick and couldn't eat much, which was unfortunate. Even for those who usually don't get seasick, it might be safer to take motion sickness medication just in case!

However, we did see turtles, and the sea was beautiful, so I was very satisfied! I want to try again when I come back to Hawaii!

10月の参加でしたが、天気はよかったのですが風が強い！
その為波が高く海が少し濁っていました。

シュノーケリングをしたあと、旦那が波酔いしてしまい、あまりごはんがたべられなかったのがかわいそうでした。
普段酔わない人でも、一応酔い止めは飲んで置いた方が安全かもしれません！

でも、カメさんもみれましたし、海もきれいで大満足です！
次ハワイにきたらまたリベンジしたいです！

I was picked up by bus early in the morning, and then we traveled by boat from the port to the spot. During the briefing, I learned that diving suits can be rented for $20. I decided to rent one just in case, but I think it's a good idea for those who get cold easily to borrow one.

After the briefing, we headed out for dolphin watching, and we were able to encounter dolphins perfectly. When we could get close, we were able to approach just a few meters away. It wasn't for a long time, so I wished I could have swum a bit more.

After that, we went snorkeling to see sea turtles, and there were options for SUP and canoeing. I relaxed on the boat. For lunch, we had hamburgers, drinks, and snacks that we saw at a local supermarket.

The tour went by faster than I expected, and many people experienced seasickness, so it's necessary to take measures like bringing motion sickness medication. They mentioned that opportunities to swim with wild dolphins might become rare, but I think it's not easy to see dolphins at such a close distance, so I definitely want to go on this tour again.

早朝にバスでピックアップしてもらい、その後港から船で移動してスポットへ。
事前説明の際、＄20でダイビングスーツが借りられます。
念のため自分はレンタルしましたが、寒がりな人は借りておいた方がいいかなー位だと思います。
説明の後いざイルカウォッチングへ。ばっちりイルカに遭遇できました。
接近できる時は数m先まで近寄れました
長時間というわけではなかったので、もう少し泳ぎたかったなーと
後はシュノーケリングでウミガメを見に行ったり、SUPやらカヌーやら
自分は船の上でのんびりしていました
昼ごはんは地元スーパーで見かけた？ハンバーガーやドリンク、お菓子
思ったより駆け足であっという間だったツアーでした
結構船酔いする人も多かったので、酔い止め等の対策は必要ですね
野生のイルカと泳げる機会がなくなるかもしれないということですが
なかなかあの距離でイルカを見る事は出来ないと思うので是非また行きたいツアーです

I participated with my mother, who is celebrating her 60th birthday, and it was wonderful. The staff were kind, engaging with us and even joking around.

Since my mother was with me, I was a bit anxious about the ladder to get on the submarine, but it had proper non-slip features and a stable footing, so my mother was able to go up and down safely, which was a relief.

Since this isn't an activity per se, most of the passengers were relatively older, so younger people might find it a bit lacking in excitement. However, the experience of riding a submarine and looking out at the ocean floor is something you don't get to do often, so it was really great! We took a lot of photos, and it became a wonderful memory! Thank you very much!

還暦の母と2人で参加だったのですが、とても良かったです。スタッフの方達も親切で、話しかけてくださったり、いたずらがあったり笑
母が一緒だったので、潜水艦に乗る際のはしご？みたいなものが少し不安だったのですが、ちゃんと滑り止めもついていたし、足場も安定していたので、母もちゃんと上り下りでき、安心しました。

アクティビティではないので、同乗者も比較的高齢な方が多く、若い方には少し物足りなさがあるかな？と思いましたが、潜水艦にのって海底を見渡すなんて経験なかなかできないので、とても良かったです！たくさん写真も撮って、とてもいい思い出になりました！ありがとうございました！！

I'll never forget the blunder on our honeymoon...
It was a tour I had been looking forward to since before we left. After the wedding, we were busy moving into our new home, and due to my lack of confirmation, I ended up entering our preferred dates for the tour up to the third choice on the iPhone site. After a while, I received a confirmation email, and I mistakenly thought the first choice date was confirmed, not checking the date. On the day of the tour (the wrong date), we waited and waited for the bus, but it never arrived. Worried, I tried to call, but since it was in English, I couldn't communicate at all. In a daze, I sought help from the HIS Japanese desk, and they kindly made the call for me. The result was that the actual date was yesterday. They had called our hotel for a room call in the morning, but we didn't answer (both of us were in a deep sleep due to jet lag), so it was treated as a cancellation. There was no possibility of a refund or date change. In the end, it was quite a disappointment. Even though it was my mistake, I wish they could have at least allowed a date change! Later, I saw a charge of about 60,000 yen for both of us appear on my credit card.
One day, I will get my revenge!

忘れもしないハネムーンでの失態。。。
渡ハ前から楽しみにしていたツアー。結婚式が終わり新居に引越しドタバタしながらの申し込みだった為、自分の確認不足が原因ですが、iPhoneサイトからツアーに申し込み希望日を第3希望まで入力し、しばらくしてからリメールで確約の内容が返信されました。その際にてっきり第1希望の日で決定していたと思い込み日時を見なかったのが始まり。いざ当日(間違いの日)バスを待っても待っても来ない。心配になりTelをしてみるも英語の為全く会話にならず。放心状態でHISの日本語デスクにヘルプを求め代わりに電話をしてもらいました。結果は、本当の日時は昨日。朝ピックアップの際にホテルにルームコールしてもらったけど出ず(時差ボケで２人とも爆睡)キャンセル扱いになっている。返金も出来ない、日時変更も出来ない。という結果に終わりました。自分のミスとは言え、せめて日時変更だけでもー！！後日2人分の約6万円が見事にカード請求としてあらわれましたとさ。
いつかはリベンジするぞー！

I was able to swim with wild dolphins. It was unfortunate that my younger child was unwell and couldn't participate in most of the activities. The other tour participants were all enjoying themselves.

The waves were high, and it was physically challenging to swim to the pod of dolphins, so those with small children should be cautious.

野生のイルカと泳ぐことが出来ました。下の子が体調不良でほとんどのアクティビティに参加できず、残念でした。他のツアー参加者は皆様楽しんでいました。

波が高く、イルカの群れまで泳ぐのが体力的にしんどかったですので、小さな子供連れの方はお気を付けください。

I wanted to experience the water slide that was featured on TV, so I went to check it out. It was so much fun, and I had the best time. There were more slides than I expected, but due to the park's operating hours, I could only stay until around 3 PM, and I wished I could have stayed longer♪

For your reference, even the smaller coin lockers cost $13, but we managed to fit clothes and belongings for both of us. You can open and close them multiple times with your chosen PIN.

During lunchtime, the food stalls get crowded, and the lines don't move quickly. It might be better to go at a different time.

You can use the Da Flowrider by purchasing a wristband at the kiosk near the lockers. It's $5 for bodyboarding, and if you pay $10, you can also use a surfboard. Please note that for those on the bodyboarding experience plan, the lessons are in the wave pool, not on the Da Flowrider.

テレビで紹介されていたウォータースライダーを体験したくて行ってみました。
どれも楽しくて最高の時間でした。思ったよりたくさんのスライダーがあって、でもパークの営業時間上、15時くらいまでしかいられず、もっといたかったです♪

ご参考までに
コインロッカーは小さい方でも13ドルかかりますが、夫婦2人分の着替えや荷物はなんとか入りました。好きな暗証番号で何度も開け閉めできます。

お昼時はフードのお店が混雑してなかなか列が進みません。時間をずらした方がいいかもです。

ダ・フローライダーはロッカー近くの売店でリストバンドを購入すれば利用できます。5ドルでボディーボードのみ、10ドル払えばサーフボードもできます。
ボディーボード体験プランの方はダ・フローライダーではなくて波の出るプールでのレッスンみたいなのでご注意を。

The optional tour I was looking forward to the most on this trip was amazing! I encountered dolphins and sea turtles multiple times, which was the highlight!

There were two snorkeling sessions: the first at a dolphin spot and the second at a sea turtle and tropical fish spot. After that, we had free time where we could continue snorkeling, relax on the boat, or play on the slide and water trampoline. We had so much fun!

The staff were all cheerful, and we enjoyed dancing together on the boat. The BBQ hamburgers were also very delicious.

I recommend bringing an underwater camera. Even as a beginner, I was able to take great photos! I can't mention other rental sites, but you can rent one in Japan for about 5,000 yen for a week, so definitely consider it!

イルカともウミガメとも何度も遭遇できて最高でした！

シュノーケリングは2回あって、1回目はイルカスポット、2回目はウミガメや熱帯魚スポット。
その後は自由時間でそのままシュノーケリングもよし、船でゆっくりもよし、滑り台や水上トランポリンで遊んでもよしと、めいっぱい遊べました！

スタッフもみんな陽気な方ばかりで、船上でダンスをして一緒に楽しみました。
BBQハンバーガーもとても美味しくいただきました。

水中カメラを持って行くのをオススメします。
素人でもしっかり撮れましたよ！
他のサイトの宣伝は書けませんが、日本で5000円出せば1週間程度レンタルできるのでぜひぜひ♪

Even though we were surrounded by the ocean, I wondered why we would take a bus to the pool. But it was fun! Since it was September, we didn't have to wait long to get on. The quiet Japanese people waiting in line were suddenly put on a big float, and the next moment, they started drifting away with a scream of "Kyaaa!" (*≧∀≦*)! It was hilarious!

まわりが海なのに、なんでわざわざバスに乗ってプールなんかー。と思っていましたが、楽しかったです。時期が9月なので、あまり待たずに乗れました。おとなしく順番を待つ日本人が、大きな浮き輪に乗せられて、流されはじめた次の瞬間！「きゃーっ」という叫び声が(*≧∀≦*)！笑えましたー。

I AM SO AMAZED AND DELIGHTED WITH MY FIRST LUAU EXPERIENCE, I LOVE IT.

Very friendly. Freddy took good care of us. Ship needs some updating but a good time and great views of Honolulu.
