I was unsure about going to the pool in Hawaii, but since the kids seemed excited, I decided to sign up. In the end, it was a great success! The adults had fun all day too.

Compared to Japan, the coin locker fees are high, but the fact that they use a password system and you don’t need to carry a key, along with the freedom to access your belongings, was very helpful.

There’s also a shop in the central area for lunch, and we were able to time it perfectly when a downpour came. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they mentioned this place first.

ハワイへ来てプール？！と思いつつも子供達が喜びそうだったので申し込みました。
結果、申し込んで大成功！大人も一日楽しめました。
日本と比べるとコインロッカー料金が高いですが、暗証番号式で鍵を持つ必要がなく、出し入れ自由なのは助かりました。
ランチも場内中央にお店があり、スコールが来た時にタイミングよくとることができました。
子供達にハワイで何が楽しかったか聞いてみると、1番最初にココだと話してます。

The guide who showed us around was enjoyable and great. We were able to see a sea turtle, even if just a little, and snorkeling was fun. Even though I'm not a strong swimmer, I felt safe participating. We went as a family, but my kindergarten-aged grandchild was shivering and crying because of the low temperature. I think it's important to choose the right season for small children.

案内してくださったガイドの方が楽しくてよかったです。ウミガメは少しだけですが見えたし、シュノーケリングも楽しく、泳ぎが得意ではない私も安心して参加できました。家族で行きましたが、幼稚園児の孫は気温が低く、寒さに震えて泣いてしまいました。小さな子どもには季節を選ぶ必要があると思いました。

There is a shuttle service to the hotel (depending on the hotel), and since we were able to return to the hotel by noon, we could plan different activities for the afternoon, making it an efficient and enjoyable experience. We were able to see many sea turtles, and the ocean was very beautiful, so I would like to go again. The only downside was that after getting out of the water, my body was still cold despite drying off with a towel, and the air conditioning on the return bus was too strong, making it very cold (though this may vary by person). I think it's better to prepare warm clothing that can get wet.

宿泊先のホテルまで送迎あり（ホテルによる）、昼にはまたホテルに戻って来れたので、午後はまた違う予定を組めたので、効率よく楽しめた。
ウミガメもたくさん見ることができて、海もとても綺麗で、また行きたいと思います。
唯一、海に入った後体はタオルで拭くくらいで冷えているのに、帰りのバスが冷房効き過ぎていてとても寒かったので（個人差あると思いますが）、防寒具や濡れても良い温かい服は自分で準備をしておいた方が良いと思います。

I chose this tour because I heard the whale encounter rate is high. The weather was great, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any whales, which was disappointing. I just accepted it as a regular cruise. The open deck was windy and surprisingly cold, so a jacket is a must.

クジラ遭遇率が高いとの事で利用しました。
天気には恵まれましたがクジラには遭遇出来ずがっかり。
ただのクルージングに行ったと割り切りました。
オープンデッキは風があり意外と寒いので上着必須。

This was my first time in Hawaii for our honeymoon! We decided to join this tour because we wanted to see dolphins in the beautiful ocean. The day before, there was heavy rain, so I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be clear skies. We took an early morning bus to the port, and when we boarded the boat, the staff warmly welcomed us. The staff maintained a cheerful atmosphere and treated us with care from start to finish. We traveled by boat for about 45 minutes, and during that time, we were able to see a whale spouting! (By the way, on the way back, we also saw its tail.)

As for the dolphins, I was a bit anxious that we might not encounter them since we were dealing with nature, but we were able to see them underwater! (Interestingly, it seems that there were no sightings for the three days leading up to our participation.) Although we didn't see them up close like in an aquarium, I was moved to encounter wild dolphins! After that, we split into activities and snorkeling. I experienced snorkeling, and I was able to see many fish up close as well. On the way back, we had a fun time dancing hula with the staff. It became a wonderful memory of our once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon!

今回ハネムーンで初めてハワイにやってきました！綺麗な海でイルカがみたいということでこのツアーへの参加を決めました。前日は大雨で果たして天気は大丈夫かなと心配しましたが快晴でした。早朝バスに乗って港へ着き、船に乗船するとスタッフが明るく迎えてくれました。スタッフの皆さんは最初から最後まで明るい雰囲気で丁寧にもてなしてくれます。45分くらい船で移動しましたがその途中でクジラの潮吹きもみるとこができました！（ちなみに帰りは尾びれもみることができました）
そして肝心のイルカですが、自然が相手なので出会えないかもと不安もありましたが、水中でも見ることできました！（ちなみに参加日までの3日間は出会えなかったみたいです）水族館みたいに近距離でみれたわけではありませんが野生のイルカに出会えたのには感動しました！その後はアクティビティとシュノーケルに分かれました。シュノーケルを体験しましたがこちらもたくさんの魚を真近で見ることができました。帰りにはスタッフさんとフラで盛り上がったりと楽しいひと時でした。たった一度のハネムーンの良い思い出になりました！

It was incredibly powerful. A large whale spouted water right nearby, and there were cheers. I was lucky to spot it so quickly. I think it would be amazing to see the whales up close. The boat is large, but if you're prone to seasickness, I recommend bringing motion sickness medication.

凄い迫力でした。大きなクジラがすぐ近くで潮を噴き歓声があがっていました。
すぐに発見できラッキーでした。
もっと間近でクジラを見れたらすごいと思います。
船は大きいですが、酔いやすい方は酔い止めを持って行くと良いと思います。

I participated in the tour hoping to see whales, as I signed up during a time when other companies had not yet started their whale watching. There was an announcement that a dorsal fin was spotted! However, it did not appear again, and I was unable to see it in person. I did spot two or three dolphins.

It was the rainy season, and it rained, with cold winds making it quite chilly even with two layers of clothing. If the weather had been better, the scenery might have been nice.

Tips were collected in a box at the exit. The food on board was delicious, and the Japanese commentary was well done.

他社ツアーがまだホエールウォッチングを始めていない時期に申し込みしたため、運良くクジラに出会えるといいなと思い参加しました。
背びれが見えました！とアナウンスはあったものの、その後一度も現れず、実際に見ることはできませんでした。イルカは2、3頭確認できました。
雨季で雨が降ったり、風が冷たく上着は２枚重ね着しても寒いくらいでした。天気が良ければ景色も良かったかもしれません。
チップは出口に箱が置いてある形式でした。
船内の食事は美味しく、日本語での解説もきちんとあり良かったです。

According to the story, it seems a bit early in December. However, I was able to enjoy the lunch cruise. The staff mentioned that it would be difficult to see whales today, but they directed us towards the west coast where dolphins were spotted. We were able to see dolphins for a brief moment. I received a one-year valid reboarding ticket, but I'm not sure if I can go within a year.

話によると、１２月ではまだすこし早いらしい。
でも、ﾗﾝﾁｸﾙｰｽﾞということで楽しめました。
係員の人が、今日は鯨は無理そうだけど、いるかが西海岸のほうにいるからと、まわしてくれました。一瞬ですが、いるかが見れました。
１年間有効の再乗船券をもらえたのですが、１年以内にいけるかどうか。

We purchased the five star sunset dining and jazz. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxed. The staff was very polite and kind. The food ( 7 course) was magnificent! This was my second time for this cruise~ I will purchase another in the future

少し寒いですが、そんなに混んでいません。長い列に並ぶ必要もなく、ストレスもありません。

We love it! The crew are friendly and the performance was very interesting!! The food was stunning too!!! Love the lobster and the steak!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!

I have used similar facilities in Guam, but this one is larger and more comprehensive in terms of content. Even though it was the end of the year, there were few waits, and we had a great time playing. I was a bit disappointed that there were paid activities inside the facility and that the jacuzzi was gone. There are many negative reviews about the food, but I had the BBQ that they cook right there, and it was delicious without any issues! Since it's about 40 km away from Waikiki, I recommend taking a tour that includes transportation. It would be even better if there were two different return times for the tour bus. I would love to visit again when I come back to Hawaii.

グアムで同じような施設は利用したことはありますが、こちらの施設の方が規模も内容も充実しています。 年末でしたが待ちも少なく楽しく遊べました。施設内で有料アクティビティがあるのとジャグジーが無くなっているのが、少し残念でした。食事は酷評が多いですが、その場で焼いてくれるBBQを食べましたが、問題なく美味しかったです!ワイキキからは40Kmほど離れているので、送迎のあるツアーをオススメします。ツアーのバスの帰る時間が2パターン位あるともっと嬉しいですね。次もハワイに来たら又行きたいと思います。

First, the pickup was 15 minutes late. Just as I was about to call because I couldn't wait any longer, they finally arrived, and of course, there was no apology. Next, when boarding the boat, it was so crowded that there were no seats at all. Our group of six had to stand both going and coming back. The staff completely ignored the fact that we were standing without seats. It was difficult to stand with the boat swaying, and when I tried to go towards the deck to grab the handrail, I was told I couldn't. I had no choice but to keep standing. A minute later, when a foreigner tried to go to the deck, the staff said nothing. So, we also moved to the deck. My wife's parents, who are elderly and have weak legs, were with us, and I think it's terrible to accept reservations when there are no seats available. Even though we were visible to the staff, they did nothing and even prevented us from going to the deck. Moreover, when we were sent back, there was no explanation, and we had no idea which car we were supposed to get into. At one point, they changed the route to drop off other customers, and for some reason, they started picking up new customers, leaving us anxious about when they would finally send us. They stopped for a long time near the Sheraton without any explanation, and since it seemed like we wouldn't be departing anytime soon, we had no choice but to get off and go shopping. It was truly the worst experience. I will never use this company's tour again.

まずピックアップは15分遅れ。待ちきれず電話しようとしたところでやっと到着、もちろん謝罪はない。つぎに船に乗る際人がいっぱいで、座るところが全くない。私たち６人のグループだけが行きも帰りも立ったまま。スタッフは我々が座れず立っているのに全く無視。ゆれて立っているのが大変なため船の手すりに捕まろうとデッキの方へ行こうとしたらダメと言われ、仕方なく立っていた。その1分後に外人がデッキへ行こうとしたらスタッフは何も言わず。なので我々もデッキへ移動。妻の親が参加しており老人で足腰弱いんだから、座る場所もないのに予約を受けるなんて最悪と思います。我々がスタッフに見えているにもかかわらず、なんの対応もせずデッキにすら行かせるのを邪魔して一体なんなんだと思います。しかも帰りの送りの際もなんの説明もなく、いったいどの車に乗ればいいのかさっぱりわからなかった。途中他の客の求めでコースを変えて降ろしていたし、何故か新たに客を乗せ出しているしいつになったら我々を送ってくれるんだとやきもきしました。途中シャラトンのそばでなんの説明もなくずっと停車しいつまで待っても出発しそうにない為、仕方なく我々は降車し買い物にでかけました。本当に最悪でした。二度とこの会社のツアーは利用しません。

This was a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I was having problems swimming in the choppy water and one of the girls stuck by me, made sure I was ok and also made sure I was able to see the dolphins.
My son and grandson loved seeing the turtles and the kayak.
Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend this excursion with this company. They’re outstanding!

It was rainy, but I was able to see a mother and baby whale three times. You can see them even when it's not the season! If you come to Hawaii, you should definitely try to see them at least once! ^_^

雨でしたがクジラの親子を３回見つけることが出来ました。シーズンでなくとも見えるんですね！ハワイに来たら一度は見てみてはどうですか^_^

I was waiting at the designated meeting place as indicated in the voucher sent via email, but no one came for the pickup. I called the contact number multiple times starting ten minutes after the meeting time, but no one answered. After twenty minutes, I received a call saying that no one would come to pick me up and that I should take a taxi to a different location. They said they would send the new location via email, but I received no email or text message. An hour after the meeting time, I received a call from someone claiming to be an interpreter, asking if I would be coming by taxi, but I explained that I hadn't received any information about the destination and informed them that I would be canceling. Valuable time was lost.

メールで送られてきたバウチャーに、指定された待ち合わせ場所で待っていましたが、ピックアップに来ませんでした、待ち合わせの時間から１０分後から何回も、連絡先に電話をしましたが誰も電話に出ません、２０分後に電話が来ましたが、ここには迎えに来ないと言われ、タクシーで別の場所にこいと言われ、メールでその場所を送るとのことでしたが、メールもショートメッセージにも連絡なし。待ち合わせ時間の１時間後に自称通訳の方から（日本語）で連絡が来てタクシーで来ますかと聞かれるが、行き先も連絡が来ないと説明しキャンセルをする伝えました。大切な時間が失われました。

I had no sign of seeing any whales at all. I was prepared for them to be "small and hard to see," but they didn't show up at all. It's disappointing. I guess I'll just accept that it was a cruise tour off Waikiki.

全くクジラに会える気配がありませんでした。
「小さくてよく見えない」くらいは覚悟してましたが、全く姿を現しませんでした。残念です。

Salmon we ordered could have been better. Dress code was not being implemented. Only few people followed the instructions.

We didn't see much of the whale, only a blip, but there is nothing in voucher. The views are great!

The fireworks were smaller than I imagined and ended quickly. The Hawaiian food was delicious, but the crab was disappointing. I would have been satisfied with the cheapest course. Since it was December 22, it was cold, and I didn't want to go outside.

想像した以上に花火が小さくてすぐに終わる。
ハワイ料理は美味しかったがカニは残念。
1番安いコースなら満足出来た。
12月22日だったので寒くて外に出たくなくなる。

In the distance, I could see what looked like the tail of a whale and the shadow of a sea turtle, but in the end, there were no dolphins at all.

Along the way, I snorkeled for about an hour, but I didn't see any fish in areas that weren't particularly beautiful, like the coral reefs. When I participated in snorkeling tours in other countries, I had experiences where I saw very beautiful coral reefs and tropical fish, so if we weren't going to see dolphins, I wished we could at least stop at a spot where we could expect to see more tropical fish. Just looking at the white sand underwater quickly bored my child, and when we returned to the boat, it was cold.

One positive point was that the staff were very cheerful, dancing the hula and letting us ride in canoes.

I understand that these things can happen when dealing with nature, but I was disappointed that I invested a whole day, starting with a 5 AM gathering, for such a rare day in Hawaii.

By the way, as an apology for the group that didn't see dolphins, they said the next participation fee would be discounted by $20. However, since there's no guarantee that the same thing won't happen again, I won't participate anymore.

はるかかなたにクジラのしっぽと海亀が泳ぐ影らしきものが見られたのですが、結局イルカは姿すらなかったです・・。

途中、1時間ほど、シュノーケルをしたのですが、サンゴ礁など特に綺麗でないところで、魚も見られず・・。他国でシュノーケルツアーに参加した際は
とてもきれいなサンゴ礁と熱帯魚が見られた経験があるので、イルカも見られないならば、せめてもっと熱帯魚などが期待できるスポットで停泊してくれてもと思いました・・。海中の白い砂をみるだけで子供もすぐ飽きて、すぐに舟にひきあげたら今度は寒いと・・。

一つ良かった点は、スタッフの皆さんがとても陽気で、フラダンスを踊ってくださったり、カヌーに乗せてくれたりしました。

自然相手なのでこういうこともあるかとは思うのですが、貴重なハワイの1日を朝5時代に集合して一日投資したのにと残念でした。

ちなみに、イルカを見れなかったグループへのおわびとしては、次回参加代金が20ドルにディスカウントされるのだそうです。
同じことが2度ないとも限らないので、もう参加はしませんが。

We attended this cruise on 2017/12/24 Christmas eve and it was a wonderful evening from start to finish.The star of Honolulu is an amazing evening from the coach "Royal Star" transferring us from the hotel to the ship and back with great care. Upon arrival, the 5 star guests were ushered to the boat and boarding was separate from others. A photo, drink and canapes were offered on the top deck. We were then shown our seats - private 2 person table along the window - and drinks were served. The menu was a 7 course meal with the Beef with Foie Gras being the highlight of the dinner! Tender and melts in your mouth. Overall the dinner is a 9/10. Wait service was amazing, very helpful, explained all courses and never stopped smiling. Drinks were well made and presented nicely.
The cruise it self takes you along Waikiki beach with some great views of Diamond Head and all of Waikiki. The ambiance the sunset creates is great for all couples and a very romantic backdrop to take photos and video.
Live entertainment was a nice touch, with a Jazz show. The singer had an amazing voice along with the pianist and sax player.
This is truly an amazing dinner evening with your spouse or partner.

My only disappointment with this cruise is the actual time to spend on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze. Dinner is served shortly after leaving the dock which having a course dinner is hard to get up and leave between each course. We did manage after the salad to leave for a few minutes. The waiter kindly waited to serve us the 4th course when we got back.

Overall this cruise is an amazing romantic and wonderful cruise for couples celebrating. Make sure to pay attention during dinner to get great photos of Waikiki, Diamond Head and sunsets.

Our tour guide Alex (has been doing this for almost 30 years..) was absolutely amazing and informative.

The ship is slightly smaller than the Prince of Honolulu. As we approached Diamond Head, the waves became rough. I think it would be tough for children who get motion sickness. The departure time is leisurely, which is reassuring. The pickup location is also close to the hotel. We were able to see a mother and baby whale. This time, my child dropped their smartphone, but they were able to help us find it. It's a tour you can participate in with peace of mind.

船体はプリンスオブホノルル号より少し小さめ。ダイヤモンドヘッド近郊に近づくと波が激しい。乗り物酔いする子供は辛いと思います。出航時間がゆっくりなので、安心します。ピックアップ場所もホテルに近い。クジラの親子を、見ることができました。今回、子供がスマホを落としたがちゃんと調べてもらい、見つけることができました。安心して参加できるツアーです。

I arrived at the meeting place five minutes early, but there was already someone waiting with a sign that said "Majestic Whale." Since my name wasn't called when the time came, I spoke up when I noticed the sign saying "whale." If you're going, please try to speak up when you see the sign. There's no problem following the staff member. Once on board, there were levels with a buffet and an open deck, but the open deck was easier for taking photos and felt nice with the breeze. The day before, a local said they hadn't seen any whales this year, so I was worried, but thanks to the staff who searched diligently, I was able to see the tail twice and the body once. I enjoyed looking for whales and the scenery, and the chips, fruits, and burgers were delicious. There were some people who got seasick, so I think motion sickness pills and sea bands were helpful. I want to participate again to see bigger whales.

集合場所へ５分前にはついていましたが、すでに「マジェスティック号くじら」と書かれた看板を持った方が待っていました。時間になっても名前を呼ばれなかったので、「くじら」と書かれていることに気づいた時点で自分から声をかけました。行かれる方は看板を見たら声をかけてみてください。係の方のあとについて行くだけなので問題ありません。乗船するとブッフェのある階とオープンデッキの階がありましたが、オープンデッキの方が写真を撮りやすく風も気持ちよかったです。前日、地元の方が今年はまだクジラを見ていないと言っていたので不安でしたが、スタッフさんたちが全力で探してくれたおかげで、尾びれを２回と体を１回みることができました。クジラを探したり景色を楽しんだり、チップスやフルーツやバーガーも美味しかったです。船酔いをしてる方もいたので、酔い止めやシーバンドは役に立ったと思います。もっと大きくクジラを見たいのでまた参加したいです。

I could only get the appetizer course on the upper deck due to it being fully booked, but I was fairly satisfied with the food and drinks. The view of Waikiki from the upper deck was pleasant, and overall, I was reasonably satisfied.

満席で上甲板でのアペタイザーコースしかとれなかったが、食事と飲み物もそこそこ満足。上甲板からのワイキキ風景は気持ちよく、それなりに満足。

Coral has died, and efforts are underway for artificial reefs and coral restoration. Around the reefs, schools of fish, green sea turtles, and rays could be observed. Overall, including the transportation, boarding arrangements, and underwater scenery, the Atlantis experience I participated in 25 years ago in Maui was better.

珊瑚が死滅し、人工の漁礁と珊瑚の再生努力中。
漁礁周辺には魚群、アオウミガメ、エイなどが観賞できた。
送迎、乗船までの段取り、海底の景観など総合的に、25年前に参加したマウイ島でのアトランテイスのほうが良かった。

Cruise entertainment and food was great. Very disappointed that I saw no sea life, not even a dolphin )-.

The sun sparkles on the Pacific Ocean as the cruise ship cuts through the waves, creating a beautiful scene among the swells. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spot any whales, but the staff were very attentive and we enjoyed a relaxing time. My husband uses a wheelchair, and they were kind to us from the moment we made our reservation. Although we couldn't go to the deck, we enjoyed the view of Hawaii from the sea together.

クルーズ船が波をかき分ける太平洋を太陽がキラキラと照らし、波間がとてもきれいです。
残念ながら、私はクジラを見つけられませんでしたが、スタッフの方が声掛けしてくださったり、ゆったりした時間を過ごしました。
主人が車いすを使ってますが、申し込みの時から親切にしてくださいました。デッキには行きせんでしたが、二人で海上からのハワイの景色、楽しみました。

On December 15, 2017 (Friday), I participated in "Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii - Enjoy Thrilling Water Slides! / Limited Time Campaign / One-Day Pass / With Shuttle Service."

We were a family of seven and had the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM, but there was a group that arrived late at the next Sheraton, and we had to leave without picking them up. Before entering the freeway, the tour company called the driver and instructed him to "go back to the Sheraton and pick up the group that missed the bus." The driver was angry, but in the end, we returned to the Sheraton to pick up the late group.

I heard that the group was delayed because they were smoking. This caused about a 30-minute loss of time. I believe there was no need to go back to pick up a group that was late for such a reason. If you are late, you should use a taxi or similar service to get there.

While the late group received very kind and gentle treatment, the group that boarded the bus at 9:00 AM was treated poorly. The late group got on the bus without showing any remorse or even saying, "I'm sorry," which was frustrating.

"Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii" was very empty, almost like we had the place to ourselves. December is indeed a quiet time! We were able to slide down the slides multiple times without any waiting, which was very satisfying.

We had reserved a cabana, but since it was so empty, there were plenty of deck chairs and tables available, so I thought we might not have needed to rent a cabana after all. We also received two inner tubes, and since it was not crowded, we didn't have to wait in line to borrow tubes for the slides. If you go with a large group during busy times, I think using a cabana would be convenient.

2017.12.15（金）『ウェット・アンド・ワイルド・ハワイ　絶叫ウォータースライダーを楽しもう！ / 【期間限定キャンペーン】1日パス / 送迎付き 』に参加しました。
私達は家族7人で、9時の一番のピックアップでしたが、次のシェラトンで遅れてきたグループがあり、ピックアップできずに出発しました。フリーウェイに入る前に、ツアー会社から運転手に電話があり、「シェラトンに戻って遅れてバスに乗れなかったグループをピックアップしろ」とのこと。運転手も怒っていましたが、結局のところシェラトンに戻って、遅れたグループをピックアップしました。
そのグループは煙草を吸っていて遅れたとのこと。その間約30分のロス。
そんな理由で遅れたグループを戻ってまでピックアップする必要は無いと思いました。遅れた場合はタクシーなどを利用して行くべきだと思います。
遅れてきたグループには大変親切でやさしい対応でしたが、9時1番にバスに乗ったグループにはとんでもない対応でした。
遅れてきたグループは悪びれることもなく、「すみません。」の一言もなく、バスに乗り込んできたのには閉口しました。

「ウェット・アンド・ワイルド・ハワイ」はとても空いていて、まるで貸し切り状態でした。12月は空いているのですね！
スライダーも全く待つことなく、何度も滑ることができ、充分満足しました。
カバナを予約していきましたが、閑散としていたので、デッキチェアもテーブルもいっぱい空いていて、カバナを借りるまでもなかったかな？と思いました。
浮き輪も2つ付いていましたが、空いていたので、スライダーの浮き輪を借りるのに並ぶこともなかったです。
大勢で行く場合、混雑時だったら、カバナを利用すると便利かと思います。
