It started with a fun and easy-to-understand explanation from Yuki, who perfectly embodied the image of a Hawaiian sister, complete with laughter. The sandbar only appears at the perfect timing, which is difficult since it's a natural phenomenon. Unfortunately, it didn't appear during our visit. All the other staff members, besides Yuki, were friendly and kind. The lunch was also quite substantial. On the day we participated, the weather was rainy and cloudy, but it miraculously cleared up just in time for the sandbar, turtle watching, and snorkeling. As soon as we finished and returned to the port, it started to rain again, so we were really lucky. We were able to see many turtles. It was a lot of fun.

ザ・ハワイのお姉さまっというイメージ通りなユキさんのわかりやすく笑いありの楽しい説明から始まりました。サンドバー自体は絶好のタイミングでのみ砂浜が出てくる事らしく、自然の事なので難しいですね。私たちの時は出現せずでした。ユキさん以外のスタッフの方皆さんも気さくで親切でした。ランチもボリュームありです。私たちの参加日の天気は雨と曇りで、ちょうどサンドバー、ウミガメウォッチング、シュノーケリングのタイミングだけは晴れて、全て終わって港に着いたら雨が降り出し、本当にラッキーでした。ウミガメもたくさん見れました。楽しかったです。

The day after arriving in Hawaii, we participated in a tour. It was my 4-year-old daughter, my 6-year-old son, my mother in her 60s, my husband, and me, a group of five. We were picked up at 5:30 AM, but thanks to the time difference, we had no trouble joining.

Our tour consisted only of Japanese participants. I wondered if only Japanese people make reservations for this tour. On the bus ride there, the guide provided fun explanations about the tour and information about Waikiki, and before we knew it, we had arrived. My son and daughter caught up on some much-needed sleep on the bus before boarding the boat.

This was my first time in Hawaii in September, and I didn't expect it to be so hot, but the temperature was just right for swimming. However, if you're feeling uncertain, it might be a good idea to rent a wetsuit. By the way, my mother and my son and daughter rented one. You must wear a life jacket, which also increases buoyancy, so I recommend it for those who are not confident swimmers.

I was disappointed not to meet the dolphin teacher this time, but I was very satisfied to see many turtles and fish. The chance of not meeting the dolphin teacher is only about 10%, so it seems rare. However, since we didn't get to meet, the tour company offered us a nice perk: half off the photo fee or a free participation in the next dolphin school.

It was a conscientious tour, and I would love to participate again.

Thank you so much to all the tour guides. I thought it was a wonderful tour because they genuinely tried to entertain everyone, including couples, older guests, and small children. Thanks to them, the kids had a fantastic time. My son, who was initially reluctant, got used to the ocean and enjoyed himself. He especially loved paddle boarding with my husband.

ハワイ到着の次の日に参加しました。４才の娘、６才の息子、60代の母、旦那と私の５人で参加しました。早朝、５時半にピックアップでしたが時差ボケのため難なく参加出来ました。
私達は、日本人しかいないツアーでした。こちらは日本人しか予約しないのかな？と思います。行きのバスでは、ガイドの方がツアーの説明やワイキキの情報など楽しくお話しして頂きあっという間に到着しました。息子や娘は足りない睡眠をバスで少し補充して、船に乗りました。
９月のハワイは初めてでこんなに暑いとは思ってなかったのですが、海に入るのにちょうど良い温度でした。でも、もし不安な場合はウェットスーツを借りた方がいいかもしれないです。ちなみに母と息子や娘は借りました。ライフジャケットを必ず着けますが、浮力も増すので泳ぎに自信がない方にお勧めです。
今回は、イルカ先生に会えず残念でしたが亀先輩や魚たちにたくさん会えて大満足です。
イルカ先生に会えない確率はわずか10%で珍しいようです。でも会えなかったのでツアー側から、写真代半額や次回イルカ中学に参加無料など嬉しい特典をつけてくれました。
良心的なツアーでまた参加したいです。

ツアーガイドの皆さん本当にありがとうございました。
カップルでも年輩の方も連れてこられた旦那や小さい子でも本気で楽しませようとしてくれて素晴らしいツアーだなと思いました。
おかげで子供たちはすごく楽しめました。最初は嫌がっていた息子も海に慣れて楽しんでいました。特にパドルボードは旦那と二人でずっと乗って楽しんでいました。

Manoa Falls was a different waterfall due to the impact of the hurricane (rockfall), but I was able to fully enjoy the unique flowers and plants of Hawaii. The walking distance was just right, and I could take my time while taking photos. The vegan lunch was also incredibly delicious, featuring only healthy options like vegetables and hijiki!

マノアの滝は、ハリケーンの影響(落石)で、別の滝でしたが、ハワイ特有の花や植物を充分に楽しめました(^-^)歩く距離も丁度良く、写真も取りながらのんびり行くことが出来ました。
ビーガンのランチも、野菜やひじきなど体に優しいものばかりで凄く美味しかったです！

The sea was rough from the morning... and there was a possibility of being sent back right after departure.

The waves were indeed a bit high, but we started looking for dolphins right away and spotted one ( •̀ᴗ•́ )/
On the way, we encountered a sea turtle!!
It was actually a couple of sea turtles having their time (laughs).
Then we went for the second round of dolphin searching...

And we found them again!!

Moreover, they were in a group, which was an amazing sight ( •̀ᴗ•́ )/

I really felt incredibly lucky, and it was so moving ( •̀ᴗ•́ )/

If you go to Hawaii, you definitely have to participate!!

Honestly, I thought I was being tricked when I joined, but... it was amazing (laughs).

- Although it's called Sandbar, due to the tides, it wasn't a sandy beach but just a shallow area. The height was about thigh-deep.
- During snorkeling, I didn't see a single fish in the 20 minutes.
- There were a lot of people, and it was quite crowded.
- However, the sea turtle watching was great, and I could see them well.
- The staff members were very friendly and fun.

・サンドバーといいつつ、潮の満ち引きの関係で、砂浜にはならずに、ただの浅瀬でした。高さは太ももあたり。
・シュノーケリングは、正味20分で魚は一匹も見えなかったです。
・人も多くてかなりの混雑でした
・ただ、ウミガメウォッチはよく見えて良かったです。
・スタッフの方々はとても気さくで楽しいみなさんでした。

I was truly moved because I never expected to meet so many dolphins! Of course, I was also very satisfied to encounter sea turtles. I had a great experience, especially with a cheerful photographer accompanying us, which was worth more than the price. I felt the same excitement as when I touched a whale shark in Okinawa. I will definitely go back to meet the dolphins in Hawaii in a few years!

まさか、あんなに沢山のイルカに会えると思っていなかったので本当に感動しました❗
もちろん海亀にも遇えて大変満足しています。なかなか陽気なカメラマンさんとも同行できて値段以上の体験ができました
沖縄でジンベイザメに触った体験以来の感動を得られました
また何年かしたら必ずハワイのイルカに会いに行きます

Since the meeting time was set for 6:50 AM, I arrived about 10 minutes early and waited, but when 7:00 AM came, no one showed up. I called and found out that phone support starts at 7:30 AM, which made me feel very anxious as I couldn't get in touch with anyone.

Eventually, around 7:10 AM, a staff member came to pick me up, and when they checked the schedule, it turned out the meeting time was set for 7:00 AM. It seems there had been an unannounced change.

Once on-site, the tour went smoothly, and I was glad to finally enjoy the location visits I had been looking forward to! As for lunch, I went in with low expectations as rumored, and it turned out I was right not to expect much.

待ち合わせ時間が朝6時50分だったため10分前くらいに到着し、待っていましたが7時になっても誰も来ず電話をかけたところ7時半から電話対応開始だそうで連絡もつかず大変不安な思いをしました。
結局7時10分頃に係の人が迎えに来て、予定表を確認したところ待ち合わせ7時となっていました。勝手に変更になっていたようです。
現地では問題なくツアーがおわり、楽しみにしていたロケ地巡りができてよかったです！
昼食は噂通り期待しないで行きましたが、期待しなくて良かった感じでした。

The contrast between the "whiteness" of the shallow areas with coral sand and the "blueness" of the deep sea is very beautiful and amazing. It was also my first snorkeling experience, and I had a lot of fun.

サンゴの砂で浅瀬になっている部分の「白さ」と深い海となっている所の「碧さ」のコントラストがとても綺麗で、最高です。
シュノーケリング体験も初めてでしたが、楽しかったです。

You can be separated into groups of Japanese and non-Japanese participants! So, while the Japanese side was a bit crowded, I think everyone had their own seats and could relax except when gathering for explanations.

First, we went to the sandbar for snorkeling practice! It was incredibly beautiful! Don't worry, there’s plenty of time for taking photos and playing ☻ Just keep in mind that depending on the time, the water can come up to your waist, so I think it's best to check in advance before participating!

After that, we moved on, and during that time, they grilled meat for our hamburger lunch! It was so delicious that I finished it in no time! You can drink beverages for free whenever you want! Only the alcohol is settled afterward!

Then we went turtle watching, and finally, we had more snorkeling! There was plenty of time for that too! They provide lifeguards, fins, and snorkeling masks, so you don’t need to prepare anything!

However, it was quite windy and cold during the move, so a jacket is essential! There are no towels provided, so make sure to bring one! But I think it will dry quickly because of the strong wind!

The meeting place is in front of the green hut at the back! Since I wasn't exactly on time, there's no need to rush if you arrive a bit late for the gathering time (laughs).

I had so much fun that I want to participate again!

日本人と、それ以外の方でボートを分けられます！なので日本人側は若干混んでいましたが説明で上に集まる時以外は皆さん各自席がありゆっくりできたと思います。

まずは、サンドバーに行ってシュノーケリングの練習！すごく綺麗でした！写真を撮る時間も遊ぶ時間もたくさんあるので安心してください☻ただ時間によっては海が腰あたりまで来るのであらかじめ自分で調べて参加するのがいいかと思います！

その後移動して、その間に焼いてくれたお肉でハンバーガーランチ！これがすごーく美味しくてあっという間に食べちゃいました！
飲み物も飲みたい時にタダで飲めます！お酒だけ事後精算です！

その後ウミガメウォッチングをして、最後はシュノーケリング！こちらも時間はたくさんありました！ライフガード、フィン、シュノーケリングのマスク等すべて貸してくださるので用意は不要です！

ただ、移動中は風が強くて寒いので上着は必須です！タオルも貸し出しはないのでどちらかを持ってくれば！でも、風が強くて乾くので大丈夫だとも思います！

集合場所は奥の方にあるの緑の小屋の前です！時間ぴったりではなかったので、集合時間に来なくても焦らなくて大丈夫です（笑）

また参加したいと思うほど楽しかったです！

I wanted to ride the Premium Submarine, but it was under regular maintenance, so I booked the Standard Submarine instead. I had heard that the windows were smaller and the seats were narrower compared to the Premium, but it wasn't as cramped as I expected, and the windows were decent enough for viewing and taking photos or videos without much issue.

The diving time was 45 minutes, which was sufficient to enjoy the experience. I read on one site that there weren't many fish to see, but during our trip, we were able to see quite a few. If I had to say, the fish didn't appear as colorful as in the advertisements, and overall, it looked quite blue. But that's the true color of the ocean, isn't it? This made me feel like I was really diving.

It was great. One thing to note is that the visibility differs on the left and right sides of the submarine; for example, if there are reefs visible on the right, there's nothing on the left, and vice versa. During those times when nothing is visible, it can get a bit boring.

プレミアム・サブマリンに乗りたかったのですが、定期点検中でスタンダード・サブマリンを予約しました。
プレミアムに比べ窓も小さく席も狭いと聞いていましたが、思ったほど狭くなく、窓もそれなりで、見るのは勿論、写真やビデオ撮影にもそれほど問題はありませんでした。
潜水時間は45分でしたが堪能するのに十分な時間でした。
あるサイトで魚がそれほど見られないと書かれていましたが、私たちの時はそれなりに見ることが出来ました。
強いて言うなら広告のようにカラフルに魚は見えず全体的に青く見えます。
でもそれって本当の海の色なんですよね。
こちらのほうが、本当に潜っているんだなぁっていう気持ちになりました。
よかったです。
あとは、潜水艦の左右で視界が違うので、右に漁礁が見えると左は何もなく、
その反対もあり、その見えない時間はちょっと暇です。

We chose the best day during our stay, but honestly, the sandbar wasn't as shallow as we expected. However, fortunately, the weather was great, and we got to see truly wonderful views, so I am very satisfied.
When selecting a tour, it seems that encountering a shallower sandbar depends on the tour duration and the timing of low tide.
It was fun.

私達は、滞在期間の中で一番良い条件の日を選びましたが、正直期待していたほどサンドバーは浅くなかったです。でも幸運なことに天候に恵まれて本当に素晴らしい景色が見られたので、私は大満足です。
ツアーを選ぶにあたって、より浅いサンドバーに出会えるのは、ツアー時間と、浅い干潮時の時刻が近いことだそうです。
楽しかったです。

I chose the day with the best conditions during my stay, as it was the closest to low tide time. Luckily, it was sunny, and I was able to see a beautiful, clear ocean.

On the day we participated, there were a lot of people, and two boats went out together. After arriving at the sandbar, we split into those who wanted to relax and those who wanted to snorkel. The snorkeling felt like everyone was swimming in a line in the same spot, so depending on the number of participants, it might feel a bit lacking for those who want to swim while observing slowly. However, I enjoyed it overall because I got to see beautiful scenery.

干潮の浅い日が狙い目ということで、干潮時間がツアー時間に一番近い、滞在中で一番条件が良い日を選びました。ラッキーなことに、晴天で、綺麗で透き通った海を見ることができました。

私たちが参加した日は人数が大変多くて、２台のボートが一緒に出ました。サンドバーに到着した後、ゆっくり過ごしたい人、シュノーケルをしたい人で分かれます。シュノーケリングは、みんなで一斉に同じ場所を一列で泳いでいく感じだったので、参加人数にもよりますが、ゆっくり観察しながら泳ぎたい人には物足りなく感じるかもしれません。キレイな景色が見れたので、全体的に私はとっても楽しめました。

I had a reservation, but I was seated close to the entrance as soon as I walked in. I thought the seats were better when I came without a reservation before.

The food is average. However, since the prices for individual dishes are high, I think the course is a better deal.

The couple next to me only had the main pasta and left.

The service was neither good nor bad; it was just average.

予約していたけど、入ってすぐの入り口に近い席でした。
以前予約なしで来たときの方がいい席だったなと思いました。

料理は普通ですね。
ただ、単品価格が高いのでコースの方がお得だと思います。

隣のカップルはメインのパスタのみで帰っていました。

サービスは可もなく不可もないといった感じで普通です。

I made a reservation for the last day in Hawaii on Friday. I was really looking forward to it, but… there was no information about when, what, or where things were happening. It seems there was live music, but in the end, I couldn't see or hear anything.

The dinner buffet guests were on the 1st and 2nd floors, while the appetizer guests were on the 3rd floor. After boarding, we were taken to the 1st floor, and seating was free, but there was no guidance on that either, so everyone was just wandering around aimlessly.

For some reason, it seemed that non-Japanese guests had arrived early and had already taken the window seats and were eating. I had also made a reservation for a children's chair since I was attending with a small child, but since there was no assigned table, they didn't bring it until I asked. The child was really looking forward to the hula dance, so it was truly disappointing.

In the end, I couldn't see it, but after watching the fireworks, I caught a glimpse of guests who seemed to be feeling good after drinking and were dancing with the dancers, which felt like the atmosphere of a bar or club. The fireworks and night view were beautiful, but it was really disappointing.

生演奏もしていたようですが結局見ることも聞くことも出来ませんでした
ディナービュッフェの客は1F2Fアペタイザーの客は3F
乗船後1Fに通され席も自由席でしたがその案内も無く、ただただみんなウロウロゴソゴソするばかり
何故か？日本人以外の客は早々に来ていたようで窓際の席に陣取りすでに食事をしている状態
小さな子供も連れての参加で事前に子供椅子の予約もしていましたが…
テーブルが決まっているわけでもないので言うまで持ってきてくれず
子供がフラダンス等とても楽しみにしていたのに本当に残念でした
結局は見れなかったのですが…最後花火を見終わりちらっと見た感じでは
飲んで気分が良くなったお客さんがダンサーと共に踊って楽しんでいる…
と言うその辺のバーやクラブのノリでした
花火や夜景は綺麗だったのに本当に残念でした。

I will share my experience from the perspective of an intermediate to advanced level diver who has participated in dolphin swim tours in various locations, holding a dive master certification.

- Good points:
A Japanese guide accompanies the tour. The day is packed with activities such as dolphin swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, hula experiences, a departure ceremony, and group photos, allowing for a lot of fun in just one day.

- Bad points:
The number of participants is too high (around 40 people), which creates a disparity between those who enter the water first and those who enter last, affecting the chances of seeing dolphins. It would likely be more satisfying with a maximum of about 15 people. I couldn't determine how close I could get to the dolphins, and while I was waiting near the pod, I was scolded harshly by the local staff for blocking their path. It seems that the only thing allowed is to float and observe from above, so those wanting to take photos should be cautious.

After coming out of the water, things get quite hectic, and you have to change in the restroom without being able to take a shower. (On diving shop boats in places like Okinawa, it's normal to have showers on board.) The lunch provided is not a bento but rather snacks and a drive-thru from Burger King, which is insufficient. Moreover, since you eat on the bus on the way back, the smell in the vehicle can make it difficult for those prone to motion sickness to eat. There is no dry area on the boat, so bags brought along can get wet. (At the very least, they could have put up a net on the ceiling to address this.) Given that there are many beginners, I think this is quite a significant downside. There were quite a few people who arrived with regular bags that ended up soaking wet.

・良い点
日本語ガイドが同伴
ドルフィンスイム、SUPなどのマリンアクティビティ、フラ体験、出航セレモニー、集合写真など内容てんこ盛りで１日で楽しめる点

・悪い点
一回の人数が多すぎる（40人程度）ので、最初に入水した人と最後に入水した人で、イルカに会える人とそう出ない人が差が出る。（せいぜい15人くらいにした方が満足度が高いはず）
イルカにどこまで近づいていいのかが判断できず、ほかのドルフィンスイムのツアーのつもりで群れの近くまで潜って待機していたら現地スタッフに水上でこっぴどく怒られた。（進路を塞いだと判断された模様）上からぷかぷか眺めるくらいしか許されなそうなので、写真を撮りたい方は要注意。

海から上がった後がかなり慌ただしく、シャワーも浴びられないままトイレで着替えてバスになる必要がある。（沖縄などのダイビングショップの船は船内でシャワー浴びれるのが普通）
ランチがお弁当などではなく、スナックと、バーガーキングのドライブスルーなので少ない。しかも帰りのバスの中で食べるので車内の匂いもあり酔いやすい人は食べていなかった。
船上にドライエリアが用意されていないので、持ってきたバックなどが濡れる。（せめて天井にネットを張って対処するくらいはできるはず）初心者が多いにも関わらず、これはかなりのマイナスポイントと思います。普通のバックできてしまい、バックがびしょびしょになっている方が結構いました。

This was my first time participating, and I had a great time. I would definitely like to do it again if I have the chance. The participation fee might feel a bit high at times, but it was really worth it, and I didn't feel like I wasted any money. If I have the opportunity to go to Honolulu again, I would like to participate.

今回、初めての参加でしたが凄く楽しかったです。また機会があれば是非やりたいです。参加費が少し高く感じれる事もあるかもしれませんが、本当にコストが結構良くて全然お金がもったいなくなりませんでした。またホノルルに行く機会があれば参加したいです。

It was a stroke of luck to see wild dolphins, and not only that, they swam below us. I felt that luck played a big role since it depended on anticipating the direction the dolphins would swim and their speed. I’m glad I participated because they made sure everyone could see them as much as possible.

野生のイルカのため運になりますが、イルカを見れただけでなく下を泳いで行きました。イルカが泳ぐ方向に先回りをし来てくれるのを待つことと、イルカの泳ぐ速度にも依存するため、運も大きいと感じました。できる限りみんなが見れるように考えてくれているので、参加してよかったです。

I was able to create wonderful memories in Hawaii! The weather was sunny on the day, and there were various attractions from intense slides to lazy rivers and wave pools, which made it a lot of fun! This time, I only had a one-day pass and transportation, but I was personally very satisfied. Soft drinks like cola were around five dollars, and food like pizza sets and hamburger sets were about ten dollars. Since the lockers and restaurants are close, I don't think it would be a hassle to go get money to make purchases. If you want to eat and drink without worrying about the price, I think it's better to add the options.

ハワイで楽しい思い出を増やすことが出来ました！
当日は晴れていて、スライダー系の激しいものから流れるプールや波が起きるプールなど色々あって楽しかったです！
今回は1日パスと送迎だけでしたが、個人的には大満足です。
現地ではコーラ等のソフトドリンクが５ドル前後、ピザセットやハンバーガーセット等の食べ物は１０ドルくらいです。
ロッカーと飲食店が近いので、購入するためにお金を取りに行っても苦にならないと思います。
値段を気にせず食べ飲みしたい方は、オプションをつけたほうがいいと思います。

I chose this tour based on checking the tide and finding a good location at a reasonable time. I saw plenty of sea turtles, but I would have been a bit more satisfied if we had gone to the sandbar before the tide rose. The water level was rising quickly, and by the time we left, it had become quite deep. During snorkeling, I could see the fish well, but there were so many people that it felt like a hot spring. I ended up seeing more people's feet than fish. Overall, the weather was nice, and I saw what I expected, so it was as anticipated. It has a cliché feel, but it seems to be a must-do tour.

潮位を調べて、かつ、できるだけましな時間で場所も良い、という観点からこのツアーを選びました。ウミガメはたくさん見れましたが、先に潮位が高くなる前にサンドバーへ行ってくれると、もう少し満足できたような。みるみる水位が上がってきて、帰るころにはかなり深くなっていました。シュノーケリングでは魚がしっかり見れましたが、あまりにも人が多くて、温泉状態。魚より人の足の方をたくさん見た、という感じです。一応、天気も良く、見るもの見たので、予想どおりというところでしょうか。ベタなところですが外せないツアーなのかな、という印象です。

Unfortunately, we couldn't see a beautiful sunset due to the cloudy weather, but the night view and fireworks visible from the sea were great. The boat sways quite a bit, and if you're prone to motion sickness, it might be tough for you.

残念ながら曇りだったため綺麗なサンセットは見られませんでしたが、海から見える夜景と花火はよかったです。
船は結構揺れて長時間乗っているので酔いやすい方は辛いかもしれません。

It seems that the phases of the moon and the tides are related. Rather than a sandbar, it was a beautiful sea that came up to my waist. The water was very clear, and I encountered many sea turtles on the way to the sandbar.

At first, when I entered the water, I thought, "It's cold!" but I got used to it after a while. Also, for all the smokers out there! Smoking is prohibited on the boat, but you can smoke in the water! I think having a smoke while standing in the waist-deep water is exceptional, so I recommend bringing your cigarettes!

As for snorkeling, the mask was covered in fine scratches and didn't have anti-fog treatment, so it fogged up quickly after just 2-3 minutes. Additionally, since we were swimming in a group next to the coral, the water became murky and it was hard to see, causing the fish to flee. There were many people who weren't used to it, so it inevitably became a bit crowded.

Participation in snorkeling seems to be optional, so it might be more meaningful to play around the boat. If you're mainly looking to snorkel and seeking the sandbar mentioned in guidebooks, I wouldn't particularly recommend it.

The staff from the tour company were cheerful, friendly, and kind, which was very nice. The sandwiches for lunch were also delicious.

最初、海に入ったときは「冷たい！」と思いますが、入っているうちに慣れていく感じ
あとは愛煙家の皆さん！！
船の中では禁煙ですが、海の中では喫煙できますよ！！
腰の高さまである海の中での一服は格別だと思われますので、愛煙家の皆さんはお煙草持って行くのをオススメします！！

シュノーケルは、マスクが細かい傷だらけなのと、曇り止めをしていないので2～3分付けていたらすぐ曇ってしまいます
あと、やはり団体で珊瑚の横を泳ぐので、水が濁って見えづらくなる＆魚が逃げます
慣れてない人もたくさんいらっしゃるので、どうしても芋洗い状態になってしまうのだと思います

シュノーケルの参加は自由みたいなので、船のまわりでシャパシャパ遊んでる方が有意義かもしれません
シュノーケルをメインに考えている＆ガイドブックに載ってるサンドバーを求めている方には、あまりオススメはしません

催行会社の方々は、陽気で気さく、優しい方が多いのでそこはとても良かったです
お昼のサンドイッチも美味しかった

By chance, all the tour participants were Japanese, so we had a guide in Japanese. During the drive from Waikiki to Manoa, we had a great time with bright self-introductions and learning about popular local shops in Hawaii.

Due to my age, I was worried about not being able to keep up with the others, but the guide made sure to stop at key points and kept the pace slow, which I really appreciated.

The explanations about the plants were detailed and interesting. If I had been hiking alone, I think I would have missed noticing the fruits high up in the trees and the differences between invasive and native plants.

The waterfall at the destination was magnificent. Although there were people who entered the water despite the restrictions due to infection risks, I understand their feelings (laughs).

I'm really glad I had such a fun time. Thank you, guides Toshi and Yuna!

偶然、ツアー参加者が全員日本人でしたので、日本語でガイドしてもらいました。
ワイキキからマノアに向かう車の中から、明るく自己紹介をしてもらったり、ハワイの現地の人たちに人気のお店を教えてもらったりと、楽しく過ごせました。
私は年齢もあって早く歩けないので、周りの方々の足を引っ張らないか不安でしたが、ガイドさんが要所要所立ち止まって、ペースをゆっくりに保ってもらえました。本当にありがたかったです。
植物の説明も詳しくて面白かったです。個人で登っていたら、高い木の上に果物が生っていることや、外来種と原産種の植物の違いに、気付かないで通り過ぎていたと思います。
ゴール地点の滝は見事なものでした。感染症の危険があるので入水制限されているのに滝壺に入ってしまっている人たちがいましたが、気持ちはわかります(笑)。
本当に楽しい時間を過ごせて良かったです。ガイドのトシさん、ユナさん、ありがとうございました。

We were blessed with beautiful sunny weather, enjoyed practicing snorkeling and playing volleyball in the shallow waters, and savored freshly grilled beef hamburgers on the boat. After that, we had a great time watching sea turtles and experiencing authentic snorkeling. It was fun to be surrounded by many tropical fish while also getting to see sea turtles!

晴天の天気に恵まれ、海の中に出来た浅瀬でシュノーケリングの練習とバレーボールを楽しみ、船上で焼きたてビーフハンバーガーを堪能した後は、ウミガメウォッチと本格シュノーケリングを楽しみました。シュノーケリングでは多くの熱帯魚に囲まれながら、ウミガメを見る事も出来て楽しかったです！

Having brunch on the ocean is an experience that is quite rare in everyday life, so it became a wonderful memory. My husband also seemed very satisfied. Since I didn't have a rash guard, I purchased an original rash guard before entering the water. I thought it was a bit expensive, but it was the right choice since it was a little chilly. Unfortunately, when I washed it, the color of the original rash guard faded significantly and transferred to other items. I hope this can be improved.

海の上でブランチが食べれるというのは日常から考えるとなかなか出来ない体験なので良い思い出になりました。主人もとても満足した様子でした。ラッシュを持ってなかったので海に入る前にオリジナルラッシュを購入しました。若干高いなと思いましたが、少し寒かったので正解でした。残念だったのが洗濯するとオリジナルラッシュの色落ちが激しく、他のものに色移りします。これは改良されると良いなと思いました

The clear sea sparkled beautifully under the bright sun, and the sandbar was lovely. Personally, I think it's worth experiencing at least once. For us, the short course was sufficient. It would have been even better if we could meet on-site. The bus was cold, and it can get chilly if the weather changes, so I recommend bringing a hoodie or something to wear. It might be better to enjoy it with a small group charter.

よく晴れていたので澄んだ海がキラキラ光ってサンドバーは綺麗でした。個人的にいけないので１度は体験しても良いかと思います。我々としてはショートコースで十分でした。現地集合できればもっと良かったですが。バスの中が寒かったり、天候が変わると寒いのでフーディなど羽織りものを持って行ったほうがいいと思います。
少人数チャーターで楽しむ方がいいかもしれません。

There were a total of 12 participants, including the two of us, and with the two guides, the total was 14 people. It was quite a large group.

During the drive, our guides, Yuna and Toshi, shared recommendations for restaurants and sweets, as well as some fun facts about Hawaii, which made the trip very enjoyable.

After arriving at the parking lot and using the restroom at the shop, we received water and ponchos. I had prepared my own water and poncho since they weren't mentioned in the tour details, but they turned out to be unnecessary.

After a group photo at the entrance, Toshi explained the precautions, and we started the trail. As we progressed, we received explanations about the plants along the course, making it more enjoyable than just trekking.

Also, during the trek, there were photo opportunities where they would take pictures for us, which made for great memories. We reached the waterfall in about 40 minutes, but the return trip was a bit slippery, so caution is advised.

On the way back, we also received explanations about the plants and had photos taken. Fortunately, it didn't rain that day, so our shoes and clothes didn't get too dirty, but some participants had muddy pant hems, so those who are concerned might want to bring a change of clothes.

For lunch, since the restaurant was crowded, we ate in the park. (If the restaurant is not busy, it seems you can eat inside.) The bento had a variety of small side dishes, which was nice. The colors were vibrant and visually appealing. The taste was, of course, good.

After eating and taking a short break, we were taken back to our hotel, and the tour concluded. The pace was adjusted to accommodate the slower participants, so I felt it was relatively easy for anyone to join. While Hawaii is often associated with the ocean, trekking in the mountains is also great!

当日の参加者は私たち二人を含め合計１２名、ガイドさん２人の総勢１４名です。なかなかの大所帯。
向かう車の中では、ガイドのユナさんとトシさんがお勧めの飲食店やスイーツなどを教えてくださったり、ハワイのプチ情報を教えてくださってとても楽しかったです。
駐車場に着き、売店でトイレを済ませませた後、お水やポンチョなどを頂きました。ツアー詳細にお水、ポンチョの記載がなかったので自分で用意していましたが、必要ありませんでした。
入口で参加者全員で記念撮影のあと、ガイドのトシさんから注意事項の説明があり、トレイルスタートです。
コース途中に生えている植物の説明を受けながら進むので、単純にトレッキングするよりも愉しかったです。
またトレッキング途中も、撮影ポイントが来ると写真を撮って下さるので良い記念になりますよ。
滝までは４０分くらいで到着、行よりも帰りのほうが滑りやすいのでちょっと注意が必要かもしれません。
帰りも行きと同様に植物の説明を受けたり、写真を撮っていただきながら帰りました。
当日、雨が降らなかったこともあり、私たちはそんなに靴や服が汚れることはありませんでしたが、中にはズボンの裾がドロドロになっている方もいらっしゃったので、気にされる方は着替えをお持ちになると良いと思います。
ランチですが、お店が混んでいたので、公園で頂きました。（お店が空いていれば店内で戴けるそうです）
お弁当はちょっとずつ色んなおかずが入っているのが良いですね。色も鮮やかで見た目にも楽しめます。お味はもちろん良かったですよ。
食事をして、ちょっと休憩したのち、ピックアップしたホテルに送って下さりツアー終了しました。
遅い方にペースを合わせて進むので、比較的どんな方でも参加されやすいと感じました。ハワイといえば海のイメージですが、山でトレイルするのも良いですよ～！

I joined this tour because I wanted to see sea turtles and the reviews were good. I was picked up right near my hotel and taken to the port. After a short boat ride, we arrived at a sandbar! The view was amazing, and we played beach volleyball and ate hamburgers. Just when I thought it was over, we went sea turtle watching, then moved on to snorkeling. It was a highly satisfying optional tour!

ホテルのすぐ近くにでピックアップしてもらい港へ。船で少し進むとサンドバーが！
最高の景色でビーチバレーしてハンバーガー食べてもう終わりだっけ？と思ったらそのあとウミガメウオッチングしてさらに移動してシュノーケリングして満足度の高いオプショナルツアーでした！

It was great to see sea turtles and fish. However, it was disappointing that the sandbar was only about waist-deep in the water. The ocean, the scenery, and the instructors were all fantastic.

ウミガメ、魚も見れて良かったです。ただサンドバーが腰くらいまで海だったのが残念。海も景観もインストラクターの方々も最高だった。

The dolphins are incredibly cute, so just watching them feels like a waste. Also, the scenery of the coastline around the Sea Life Park was very beautiful.

イルカがものすごく可愛いので、見るだけではもったいないです。それとシーライフパークの周辺海岸の景色がとても綺麗でした。

We arrived around 11 AM, just in time for low tide. Although the water level was up to my knees, the clear surface of the sea was truly beautiful. After a light session of beach volleyball and snorkeling instruction, lunch time came quickly. The hamburger looked light, accompanied by a side of beans flavored with barbecue sauce, but the beef patty was thick and satisfying. Aside from the paid beer, drinks like coffee, tea, cocoa, green tea, and juices were all-you-can-drink.

During that time, we arrived at the snorkeling spot by the coral reef and quickly jumped into the sea… I enjoyed the colorful fish swaying with the waves. A few people seemed to have been stung by jellyfish, but they received immediate care. It seems that if you're lucky, you might encounter a honu (sea turtle), but we missed the timing this time.

After snorkeling, the boat moved to the honu's swimming route, and we were able to see about ten honu swimming around the boat. The honu only come close to the surface when they need to breathe, so even if you spot them, they quickly dive back down.

The tour ended here, but our Japanese tour guide was a cheerful and lively woman, which was great. Despite some waves and wind left over from the hurricane, it was a memorable experience. I would like to go again, and next time, I want to aim for a day with a stronger low tide.

当日の干潮１１時のところ１１時頃の到着。
膝くらいまで水位はあったものの透き通った海面はほんとに綺麗でした。
軽くビーチバレーやシュノーケリング指導のあとあっという間にランチタイム。
ハンバーガー１個とサイドにバーベキューソース味の煮豆という見た目軽そうなのですが、ビーフパテが厚く食べごたえあります。
飲み物も有料のビール以外、コーヒー・紅茶・ココア・緑茶・ジュース類が飲み放題です。
その間に珊瑚礁のシュノーケリングスポットに到着し早速海へ…
色とりどりの魚を波に揺られ堪能しました。
ただ数名がくらげに刺されたようですが、直ぐに手当をしてくれていました。
運が良いとホヌに遭遇できるらしいのですが、今回はタイミングがあいませんでした。
シュノーケリングタイムが終わるとホヌの遊泳経路？へ船は移動し船の左右前後で１０頭くらいの遊泳してるホヌを見ることができました。
ホヌは息継ぎの時だけ海面近くに上がるので、見つけても直ぐに潜ってしまいます。
これでツアーは終わりですが、日本人のツアーガイドさんは陽気でキビキビした女性でよいかたでした。
ハリケーンの去った影響でやや波風があったものの思い出に残る体験でした。
また、行きたいと思います。そのときは今回よりも潮が強く引く日を狙いたいと思います。
