We encountered a pod of dolphins as soon as we set out to sea, and we were also able to see sea turtles. The dancing on the boat and the captain's hamburgers were delicious. I really enjoyed the hula lesson too!

海に出てすぐにイルカの群れに出会えたし、ウミガメも見ることが出来ました。
船上でのダンスや、船長のハンバーガーも美味しかったです。
フラレッスンもとても楽しめました！

The pool was not good. I had heard that we would be using blue shirts as a marker, but it was an aloha shirt instead. The trip took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there, and on the way back, even though we had enough people, the driver said one person was still missing, so we had to wait quite a bit and ended up departing 40 minutes late.

Most importantly, despite the plan including a BBQ for lunch, the bento was not something that Japanese people could eat comfortably. For our family of four, it was a terrible experience. The pool was in a state of being reserved for local surfers for hours, and we couldn't get in. That should be something the staff pays attention to.

Unless improvements are made, I cannot recommend this to friends who are going to Hawaii.

プールはダメでした。そもそも青いシャツを目印にと聞いていましたがアロハシャツだったし、行きは１時間４０分帰りは人数がそろってるにも関わらずもう一人来てないと運転手さんが言い、かなり待って集合時間より４０分遅れの出発でした。何よりも昼食ＢＢＱ込みのプランにも関わらず弁当で日本人はとても食べれるような中身ではありませんでした。
私たち家族４人にとっては散々な一のプールは地元のサーファーの何時間もの貸切状態で私たちは入れませんでした。あれは係員が注意すべきです。
改善がない限りハワイに行く友人とかにはお勧めは出来ません。

I had been many dinner cruises in Chicago, Portland and New Orleans, But this was the best one !!! so far.

First time & confused couples must try this !!

I think it might have been because it was November, but the weather was cloudy and, simply put, very cold. I participated in snorkeling while shivering, but the sea was murky and not beautiful at all. The water level was about waist-high, and there was certainly no sandbar.

Also, we formed a pretty tight group while snorkeling, so it was common to get kicked by others' fins...

I was honestly disappointed because I was expecting the images to reflect a different experience.

I think it's better for those participating to consider the timing of their visit.

１１月ということもあったかとは思いますが、お天気も曇りでとにかく寒かったの一言です。
シュノーケリングも震えながら参加しましたが、海も濁っていてきれいとは言えませんでした。水位は腰上くらいで、サンドバーはもちろんありません。
また、集団でかなり固まった状態で列をなしてシュノーケリングをするので他人のバタ足がぶつかることもしばしば…

画像の感じを期待していたので正直がっかりでした。

参加される方は時期を考えて参加されたほうがよいかと思います。

There are many water slides that you won't find in Japan, and it's not just fun for kids—adults can enjoy it even more! It was a great water park. The recommended slides are "Island Racer" and "Shaka."

Since our hotel (Hilton Hawaiian Village) was the first pick-up, we ended up riding for about an hour just for the shuttle to other hotels, which was a bit tiring. (However, we were the first to get dropped off on the way back, so maybe it was fair?)

After the pick-ups at each hotel, we arrived at Wet 'n' Wild in less than an hour! The park was not crowded, possibly because it was a weekday. We arrived right at opening time at 10:30, so we were able to enjoy the morning with almost no wait time after storing our belongings in a locker. However, as others have mentioned, there are some slides that aren't operating in 30-minute intervals (which is a bit vague), so it's better to go with that in mind to enjoy it more. Also, I think it's a good idea to apply sunscreen thoroughly.

I was worried about what to do with my valuables and belongings, but the locker I rented (large) was spacious enough, which was reassuring. The staff at the reception spoke Japanese.

I had so much fun that I experienced muscle pain the next day (for some reason in my arms), so I recommend going if you want to play hard during the latter part of your trip.

日本では見たことのないウォータースライダーがたくさんあり、子供だけではなく、むしろ大人こそ楽しい！？ウォーターパークでした。
お勧めスライダーは「アイランドレーサー」と「シャカ」です。

私達の宿泊していたホテル（ヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジ）へのピックアップが一番だったため、その後各ホテルへの送迎だけで１時間程乗っており、少々疲れました。（しかし帰りは一番最初の降車だったため、まぁ平等なのかも？）

各ホテルへのピックアップが終わると、１時間足らずでウェット・アンド・ワイルドへ到着！
平日だったからかパークは空いていました。ちょうど開園時間の１０時半に到着したため、荷物をロッカーに預けて、午前中はほぼ待ち時間なしで遊ぶことが出来ました。
ただ他の人も書いている通り、３０分区切り（若干アバウト）でやっていないスライダーがあるので、そういうものだと思って行ったほうが楽しめると思います笑　あとは、日焼け止めはバッチリしていったほうがいいと思います。

貴重品や、持ってきたものをどうすればいいか不安でしたが、借りたロッカー（大）は十分な大きさで安心しました。受付は日本語が話せる方でした。

楽しみすぎて翌日からの筋肉痛がキツかったので（何故か上腕）、おもいっきり遊びたい人は、旅後半にいくことをオススメします。

Very nice - punctual - good driving trip for us passengers. It was a fine experience including reasonable pricing with snorkeling rental.

It was unexpectedly rainy.
I went during the dry season, but I was surprised by the bad weather and the cold.
Especially during snorkeling, there were people shivering from the cold.
If it had been sunny, the scenery would have been beautiful and it would have been amazing.
I would like to try again next time.

乾季に行ったのですがまさか天気が悪く寒かったです。
特にシュノーケリングは寒くがたがた震えている人もいました。
晴れていればとても景色もよく最高だったでしょう。

I used to think, "Why go to a pool in Hawaii when there's an ocean?" but after watching a Japanese celebrity visit this facility on a program introducing Hawaii, I wanted to go. Finally, I was able to go this time. They picked us up at the hotel on time, and we set off by bus!!

From the opening at 10:30 AM until closing at 3:30 PM, my husband and I, both in our 40s, screamed our hearts out. Perhaps because it was the end of November, the park was not crowded, and we could enjoy everything without waiting. It was great to let out loud screams and have a blast! However, it seemed like only Japanese people were screaming, while the Caucasians were more subdued... (>_<)

There are plenty of pools for children, so I think even small kids can have a great time. Renting a locker costs $15, but you get $5 back when you return the key. I signed up for a tour without meals, so I had to pay for food separately, but you can get pizza, hot dogs, and hamburgers inside the park for about $10.

Food and drinks other than water are not allowed, and there is a bag check before entering the park.

The Shaka and Tornado rides were terrifying at first, but once I tried them, they were incredibly fun!! However, it seems I was tense, and I felt pain all over my body the next day and the day after.

You won't understand how fun it is unless you go. I highly recommend it for families with children and couples—definitely visit at least once!

海があるのにハワイでプール？と思っていましたが、ハワイを紹介する番組で日本のタレントがこの施設を訪れているのを観て、行きたいと思いました。念願かなってこの度、行くことが出来ました。時間通りにホテルまで迎えに来て貰い、バスで出発！！
１０時半開園から１５時半の閉園まで４０代の夫婦二人で絶叫して参りました。
１１月末だったせいか園内も空いていて、どれも待たずに出来ました。久し振りに大声を出して大騒ぎ！！とりあえず、どれも楽しいです。でも、絶叫しているのは、日本人ばかりで白人は、大人しめ・・・・(>_<)
お子さんのプールも沢山あるので、小さいお子さんでも十分に楽しめると思います。
ロッカーを借りるのに、１５ドル掛かりますが、帰りにカギを返却すると５ドル戻って来ます。私は、食事のないツアーに申し込んだので食事は別料金で自腹でしたが、大体１０ドル程でピザや、ホットドック・ハンバーガーが園内で食べられます。
お水以外の飲食物は、持ち込み禁止で入園する前に荷物検査があります。

シャカやトルネードは、最初、やるまでは恐怖でしたが、やって見ると最高に面白い！！
でも、体に力が入っていたみたいで翌日も翌々日も身体のあっちこっちが痛いです。

とにかく行って見ないと面白さは、わかりません。お子様連れの方もカップルの方も是非、一度は訪れて見て下さい～。

The sea was more beautiful than I imagined. I was moved to find such a beautiful place in the middle of the ocean. I also got to see sea turtles for the first time, and it was the best place ever. The hamburgers were delicious, and the staff were really great to us; I had so much fun♡ I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

This was our first luau and we weren't disappointed.
The food was so-so.... but the entertainment was first class.
The chief was funny and the dancers were excellent

Many people seemed to get seasick, but it was incredibly fun! I would love to request this again when I go to Hawaii! ♪

The sandbar was more beautiful than I imagined! It's a place I want to visit again. The weather wasn't very good, so snorkeling was a bit disappointing, but I got to see sea turtles, and I'm very satisfied!

I participated in somewhat gloomy weather, but luckily I was able to see the sandbar. I also took some really nice photos. I think it would be amazing if the weather were good.

かなりどんよりした天気の中参加しましたが、運よくサンドバーを見ることができました。

For water slide lovers, this place is a must! The slide with the red dome and the shaka sign was especially fun.

However, you have to carry a fairly heavy float up the hill by yourself, so it might be tough for just women (even the kids can manage it though).

There are lifeguards present, so it's safe for those with children (they don't talk much and seem to just do their job).

It was cloudy on the day we visited, and by 2 PM it got so cold that we had to change early. The lockers have some cover, but the indoor area is almost non-existent, so having a light jacket would be reassuring.

We requested a shuttle, and the bus was large, departing from the Sheraton. When you get on the bus, you show your reservation ticket to receive a pamphlet and a wristband (pass). Everyone else had pamphlets in Japanese, but for some reason, ours was in English, and since we're not good at English, we couldn't read it at all (laughs).

One disappointing thing was that the restrooms were extremely dirty. I could tolerate the gap at the bottom of the door, but there were too many places that hadn't been flushed... I hesitated to use them at all.

ウォータースライダー好きにはたまりません(∩´∀`∩)
特にシャカと赤いドームがついてるスライダーが面白かったです。

ただし、結構な重みのある浮き輪を自分で持って山を登らなきゃいけないので、女性だけだと大変かと思います(子供達ですら運べるレベルですが…)

ライフガード？がちゃんといるので、お子さん連れでも安心かと。(あんまり話さない、淡々と仕事をしている方達です)

当日は曇りで、14時過ぎには寒くてしかたなくて早めに着替えました。
ロッカーも屋根がある程度で、室内がほぼ０なので羽織物があった方が安心かと。

送迎を頼みましたが、バスは大型でシェラトンから乗りました。
バスに乗るときに、予約券を出してパンフレットとリストバンド？(パス)をつけてもらいます。
他の皆さんは日本語表記のパンフレットなのに、何故か私達のパンフレットは英語表記で、英語が苦手な私達は全く読めませんでした(笑)

残念だったのは、トイレがめちゃくちゃ汚かったこと。ドアの下が結構開いているのは我慢出来ますが、流されてないところが多すぎ…
ちょっと使うのも躊躇う程でした。

I gathered at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on ○○ Street at 6:15 AM, woke up at 5:30, and was at the meeting place 10 minutes early, but the bus didn't arrive. When I asked the hotel staff, I realized it was on the opposite street. I ran to ○○ Street and arrived at the meeting place by 6:17, but there was no one there. Thinking the pickup hadn't arrived yet, I asked other tour company staff present, and they said, "They usually wait for about 10 minutes, so if they haven't come by 30 minutes, you should contact them." So I waited. When they still didn't come, I called the number listed, but it was too early to connect since it was outside of business hours, and the voicemail was in English and quite fast, so I couldn't understand it. I had no choice but to wait until the business hours started at 7:00 to call again, but there was only English-speaking staff, and we couldn't communicate. I explained the situation at the Japanese counter of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and when they spoke on my behalf, they said, "We waited for about 5 minutes, but since no one came, we left. You can either change the date or try to catch a taxi right now, but it might be too late." Since I had booked optional tours online for other days, I couldn't change it, and I didn't even know the tour location, so I had no choice but to cancel.

Other tour participants were waiting for their people to arrive, and if the phone had connected, I might have made it in time. Above all, the fact that there wasn't a single staff member who could speak Japanese was the most frustrating part.

I reserved a rotating restaurant with a night view on this site, but there were no Japanese-speaking staff there either, and the transportation to Tantalus was not scheduled properly, so it ended up being the same time as the meal. I wanted to go to Tantalus more than have dinner, but I couldn't go, and I really thought I shouldn't have made a reservation on this site!

朝6:15にハイアット・リージェンシーホテルの○○通り集合で、5:30に起きて10分前には集合場所にいたが、バスが来なくてホテルの人に聞くと反対の通りだったことに気がついた。走って○○通りまで行って6:17には集合場所にいたが、姿はなく、まだお迎え来てないのだと思い、そこにいた他のツアー会社の人などにきくと、『大体10分くらいしかは待ってくれるから30分まで待っても来なかったら連絡してみればいいよ』と言われたので待っていた。それでも来なかったので書かれていたところに電話すると、時間が早いため営業時間外で繋がらず留守電も英語でかなり早いためききとれなかった。仕方なく営業開始時間の7:00まで待ってから電話すると、英語スタッフしか居なくて私たちでの会話は無理だった。ハイアット・リージェンシーホテルの日本語カウンターで経緯を説明し、会話してもらうと、『5分くらい待ったが来なかったので出発した。日にちを変えるか、今からすぐにタクシーを拾ってきてもギリギリ間に合うか分からないくらい』とのことだった。他の日もネットでオプショナルツアーを入れていたため変更はきかず、ツアー開催場所も分からないくらいのでやむを得ず断然した。
他のツアーの人は人が来るまで待っていてくれていたし、電話が繋がればすぐに行って間に合ったかもしれないし、なにしろ、日本語が話せるスタッフが一人もいない事が一番嫌だった。

このサイトで夜景の見える回転式レストランを予約したが、そこにも日本語が話せるスタッフはいなくて付いてくるはずのタンタラスの丘送迎も時間設定ができず、勝手に食事開始時間と同じになってしまうため食事よりもタンタラスの丘に行きたかったのに行けず、本当にこのサイトで予約しちゃだめだ！と思った。

We made a reservation for Friday night for a family of four, including a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old, and participated on Sunday. While it was understandable that the reservation was for Friday night, we received no response despite reaching out multiple times. Finally, on Sunday at 8:51 AM, we managed to get through on the phone, and they told us to come to the Sheraton by 9:05.

We were staying at Outrigger Reef and had planned accordingly, so we made it on time. However, even though payment was completed, we couldn't reach anyone at Veltra, and I was worried about potential cancellation fees if we couldn't participate (I wasn't willing to pay due to lack of communication, but I didn't want to deal with any disputes).

Wet & Wild seemed to be fun for the kids. However, since my younger son is 100 cm tall, he couldn't go on the rides and showed some dissatisfaction. Other children were also turned away, so he seemed to accept it. I had a coupon for a body board that could be used at the JCB wave pool, but no one knew who was in charge, and we ended up waiting for nearly an hour without resolution. I decided to give up since it was a waste of time, and I think there was a lack of proper communication regarding this.

Since we couldn't enter the wave pool, the kids ended up enjoying the children's pool. The lazy river was enjoyable for both parents and kids. Overall, despite the short stay with transportation included, I think we had a good time.

7歳、3才、夫婦で金曜の夜予約して、日曜に参加しました。
金曜夜の予約であったのは仕方ないが
何度こちらから連絡してもなしのつぶて。
日曜当日朝8時51分に漸くこちらから電話して繋がり、九時五分にシェラトンにこいと。
アウトリガーリーフに滞在し、余裕をもって行動していたので間に合いましたが、
支払いは完了しているのに、ベルトラにも連絡はつかず、参加出来なければキャンセル料がかかりそうだし(連絡不着で払う気はありませんでしたが、揉めるのは面倒だし)、不安でした。
wet&wild自体は子供たちには楽しかったようです。ただ身長が次男は100cmなので乗り物系に乗れず、ご不満な様子も見せましたが、他のお子さんも断られていて、納得したようでした。
JCBの波のプールで使えるボディボのクーポン券を持っていたのですが、担当相が誰も分からず、結局一時間近くまたされ解決せず、時間が勿体ないので諦めましたが、周知が不徹底だったと思います。
波のプールに入れず、子供たちは結局、子供用プールで楽しんでいました。
流れるプールは親子とも楽しめました。トータルでは送迎つきで滞在時間は短いものの楽しめたと思います。

Had Justin as the guide. Very very good - he made the trip!
Think he managed to talk the entire day(!) and added a lot of interesting and useful information throughout. Wife wanted to try the Shrimp Trucks, so that was her highlight, I wanted to see the large surf, so all-in-all, satisfied all our wants. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this activity. Driver was very helpful and informative. Everything was just as the company promised. We had a wonderful time.

The sandbar was incredibly beautiful and the best place. I felt like it was a heavenly sea when the tide came in and the beach appeared. I also saw sea turtles and had an amazing experience snorkeling with lots of fish.

I checked the dates for when the sandbar would have the lowest water level, but there was still water up to my knees, so I didn't encounter the scenery I often see in pictures. Still, it was really beautiful!

Snorkeling was included in the plan, and since I can't swim, I hadn't prepared for it. However, the staff reassured me that they would support me, and they took me to the snorkeling spot. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy snorkeling!

サンドバー自体はなるべく水位の低い日にちを調べて行ったのですがやっぱり膝下ぐらいの高さまで潮があって、よく見る画像のような光景には出会えませんでした。それでもすごくきれいでした！
シュノーケリングが予定に組み込まれていて、わたしは泳げないからと準備をしないでいたらスタッフがサポートするから大丈夫だよ、と声をかけてくれて一緒にシュノーケルスポットまで連れて行ってくれました。おかげ様で楽しくシュノーケリングができてよかったです！

I visited for the first time.
The lunch was neither good nor bad, just ordinary.
Since it was a weekday and open only until 3:30 PM, there were quite a few people.
The bodyboarding lesson was unexpectedly enjoyable because the waves were much larger than what you would find in Japan.
The slide was also available with almost no wait, making it more enjoyable than in Japan.

昼食は可もなく不可もなくふつうです。
平日でなおかつ３時半までの営業だったので人はかなりまばら。
ボディボードレッスンは日本では考えられない程大きな波がくるので予想外に楽しめました。
スライダーもほぼ並ばず利用できこちらも日本より楽しめます

The show was very good. The meal was OK, with the crab legs being excellent, while the steak left something to be desired. The dance afterwards was a genuine "hoot"!!!

I had a great time! It was really enjoyable!! The crew's homey atmosphere was also very nice!! I was satisfied because I could see the sea turtles properly.

However, despite being called the sea of heaven, the water wasn't very clear! Okinawa is definitely much clearer!!

But since it was after the rain! The photos were taken with dynamic range, so maybe this is how it usually looks!?

The snorkeling was really fun too!!

Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but I think the view would be wonderful if it were sunny.

You can definitely see sea turtles (just their heads, though), and the offshore sandy beach is a fantastic spot.

However, if there are many participants in snorkeling, it can get crowded in the water, so be careful of the feet of the person in front of you (laughs).

残念ながら曇ってましたが、晴れてれば景色も素晴らしいと思います。

ウミガメは100％見れます(頭だけですが)、沖合のサンドビーチも素晴らしい場所です。

ただシュノーケリングは参加者が多いと海で渋滞が起きますので前の人の足にご注意を(笑)

Enjoyed experience, but don't leave anything on the bus.
Our driver Patrick said it would be OK to leave items on bus during tour, because he would lock up the bus, but failed to tell us that he would go back to the city to return other guests on the shorter tour and return for us later, hence my wife's pink shawl went missing

It was a very fulfilling day, and I was extremely satisfied. The sandbar was beautiful, and I even got to see a sea turtle. If I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate again. Thank you, Yuki.

This was my third time in Hawaii, but I hadn't been able to go to the Bishop Museum's hula lesson due to scheduling conflicts, so I finally participated for the first time! A famous teacher is currently giving lessons in Japan, so his daughter stepped in as a substitute, and it was a lot of fun. It was a moment where I could truly clear my mind after a long time. There were also plenty of other activities like a Japanese-language tour and lei-making. The staff in charge of Japanese were all wonderful, and I had a great time. However, the location of the bus stop to Waikiki is quite difficult to find, so be careful. Even though I received a map, I made mistakes twice. Make sure to find School Street and take Route 2!

ハワイは3回目だけど、なかなか日程が合わず行けなかったビショップミュージアムのフラレッスンに初参加！有名な先生がいま日本でレッスン中ということで娘さんがピンチヒッターで教えてくださったけど、楽しかった。ひさびさに無心になれたひと時でした。そのほかにも日本語の館内ツアー、レイ作りなど盛りだくさん。日本語担当のかたもみんな素敵で、非常に楽しかったです。ただし、ワイキキへのバス停の位置はかなりわかりにくいので注意。地図をもらったのに2回も間違えました。スクールストリートをうまく見つけて、2番ルートに乗ってください！
