The first time we used the service, my child had an allergic reaction during the course meal, but my father seemed to enjoy himself during the dance time later on. This time, I thought it would be a good change of pace for my mother since my father has passed away. She seemed to have a lot of fun and was very satisfied. Last time, we discovered my child's allergy through the course meal, so this time we opted for the buffet course. The roast beef was delicious, and we were very satisfied with this as well.

I visited on December 28, 2022. I took four children ranging from first grade to high school senior. Since one child didn't like meat with sauce and there were younger kids, we skipped the BBQ and shuttle bus. We only purchased admission tickets, but it seemed we got in at an even lower price due to a discount period.

We reserved a round-trip taxi from the hotel and headed there by taxi. It was from Aulani, and the fare was $26 going and $17 returning, totaling about $51 including tips.

For meals, there were light options around $10, and we could enjoy hot dogs, fries, and loco moco for about $13 to $14. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals.

As for the facilities, you could feel the age of the place, but there were plenty of slides, and my three middle and high school kids were really excited. The first grader was able to go on the least scary slide by themselves, and they all participated together on the bigger slides with a shared float, so they looked satisfied. There were also two areas with splash pools suitable for smaller children, making it enjoyable for everyone from little kids to adults. There were plenty of life jackets available for free, and they were clean, which made us feel safe using them. My daughter even said, "I wish there was a facility like this near our home... I would buy a season pass!"

It didn't seem like there was any disinfection, but since I brought my own supplies, it didn't bother me. I understood that we could each bring one unopened drink, but I noticed some locals had water bottles, so I'm not sure if that was allowed or not. We bought water at the shop right after entering, but since the opening hours were short, we managed fine with one bottle each.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied. My kids loved it and said they wanted to come back again.

ホテルでタクシーを往復予約して、タクシーで向かいました。アウラニからだったのですが、行きは26ドル、帰りは17ドル、チップ込みで往復で合計51ドルくらいでした。
お食事は10ドルくらいの軽いものから、13ドル、14ドルほどでホットドッグとポテトやロコモコなどが食べられました。みな好きに食べられよかったかなと思います。
施設的には、長い年数を感じる施設ではありましたが、スライダーがたくさんで中高生の我が子３人は盛り上がっていました。小1の子も一番怖くないスライダーは自ら行けましたし、大きいスライダーも一緒の浮き輪に乗ってみなと参加できたので満足そうでした。もっと小さな子も遊べる水遊び場的なプールも２箇所ありましたし、小さな子から大人まで楽しめます。ライフジャケットもたくさんあり、無料で貸してくださっていましたし、綺麗なものがたくさんで安心して使わせていただきました。自宅の近くにこの施設、あったら良いのに…年パス買うわ！と娘が言うほどでした。
消毒等は無かったように見えましたが、いつものことで持参していたものを使っていたので、気になりませんでした。
飲み物も開いていないものならば1人一つ可だったように認識していましたが、地元の方なのかな…水筒を持ってきていた方もいたので、良いのか良くないのかはわかりません。入ってすぐの売店でお水をそれぞれ買ったのですが、開園している時間も短かったので、充分1人一本で過ごせました。

結果は大満足でした。また来たいと我が子達に大好評でした。

It's quite a large ship, so I thought it was understandable that the service was a bit rough around the edges. However, the fun atmosphere is something that everyone, including the guests, creates together, and in the end, we really enjoyed ourselves with the dancing. The YMCA and Hawaiian dance were the best.

The sunset and the night view afterward were indescribably beautiful, and I'm glad I booked this tour for Christmas.

I chose the lobster course. At our table of six, three of us were seated with an Italian family. They were such a lovely family, so we had a great time dining together. The cheese and fruits were arranged on the deck, but there was no explanation, so I wasn't quite sure about them. The food and drinks were delicious, and we were able to enjoy the show at a leisurely pace. When everyone danced at the end, it was truly fun, and we were all smiling the whole time.

P.S. We also got to see the whale's spout and tail!

At the dockside check-in they were very helpful. I just showed my confirmation email and she gave us out boarding passes. The dockside hula show was good. They had 2 musicians playing and 3 dancers, it wasn't Cirque Du Soleil but if thats what your expecting go to Las Vegas!!

I loved the meal. The purple bread (made with Ube) was good, it tasted like the Kings Hawaiian Rolls! The steaks are cooked medium rare, which I enjoy but was too under cooked for my wife. Even since she didnt eat her steak she still was full with the Crab and Chicken. The ice cream was delicious. The Mai Tai's were on point.

Our server was perfect. Very attentive to our needs, conversational without being annoying. Extremely gracious and appreciative.

I thought the sandbar was land. However, it is still the sea in shallow waters. You can't go in with your clothes on. You can see sea turtles from a distance. Also, the snorkeling experience is not in a place where you can stand, so it might be tough if you can't swim at all. There are no other stops, but the staff was friendly, and it was an enjoyable tour.

I wanted to enjoy a special dinner cruise, so I chose the highest-end course. I was looking forward to it, but I was surprised when I sat down. The space was cramped, the seats were too close together, and the table was way too small. When the servers brought out the dishes, they bumped into my shoulder and hands, making it impossible to eat comfortably.

Unfortunately, the food was not great either. However, the fireworks from the Hilton Hotel were a saving grace.

I reserved a window-side or private seating with a commemorative photo included, but I was initially guided to a group seating away from the window. When I mentioned that I had reserved a private seat, I was made to wait in the group seating for about 30 minutes.

It’s frustrating to think that perhaps someone who didn’t have a reservation was sitting in the window-side private seat.

When I was finally guided to my seat, there was not even a simple "sorry," and I was placed in a corner near the stairs where I couldn't see the outside view. Everything was ruined from the start, and it was the worst experience. I was really looking forward to this on my honeymoon, wanting it to be a very special day and a lifelong memory, but it left me feeling truly terrible.

Regarding the commemorative photo, I was asked for money, and even when I explained that it should be included, the staff had a sulky attitude and showed no signs of apology. There was nothing I found good about this experience.

It was truly the worst final day, and I will never use this service again; it was a complete waste of money.

I couldn't even enjoy the taste of the course meal due to my anger, and everything was ruined. I want all my time and money back.

ハネムーンで楽しみにしながら、とても大切な日に、一生の思い出の日にしたかったのに、本当に最悪な気分でした。

記念写真も、お金を要求され、全て含まれてるはずと伝えても、不貞腐れたような態度を取られ、それも謝るそぶりも何もありませんでした。
良いと思ったところは、もう何一つありません。

もう本当に最低な最終日で、今後2度と利用しませんし、金の無駄にも程があります。

怒りでコース料理の味も感じないし、全てがパーになりました。
時間とお金を全て返してもらいたいくらいです。

This is one of our favorite things my wife and I were able to do in Hawaii. We made a mistake while making our order, but they were very accommodating and helped us out. The captain and crew were extremely nice and helped set the tone for a good expedition. Quite a few families with kids went along, as well. The captain took time to spend with a young boy, giving him a treat that you could tell made the boy’s day. The trip gives you a great view of the bay, only improved by very a hospitable captain and crew. And we saw lots of turtles! We really appreciated the experience.

Crew is super chill and personable. Burgers were good - came with chips and a drink.

I was disappointed that the sun had set while I was getting my buffet, but I had a great time. It was mid-November, but I was fine without a jacket and in a sleeveless top until the end. The boat didn't rock too much either. It was a trip with kids, and even though I didn't understand any English, everyone was in high spirits and it was fun.

ビュッフェを取りに行ってる間に日が沈んでしまった事が残念だったけど楽しめました。
11月中旬でしたが上着なしのノースリーブで最後まで大丈夫でした。
船もそんなに揺れませんでした。
