The driver-guide was kind and friendly, but since the explanations were only in English, I couldn't understand anything and felt anxious from start to finish, which made the experience zero fun. While there were some pouches with explanations about the fish, I wished they could at least prepare a minimal Japanese pouch with the day's itinerary, return time, meeting place, and precautions for Hanauma Bay. I think Japanese people who cannot speak English should not participate. Conversely, if they want to attract Japanese customers, they should prepare explanatory pouches. If they don't need Japanese customers, then it's fine to continue as they have been. At least I managed to get back.

12月末で雨期だったので、天候が悪く、寒くて、10分も海に浸かることができないほど、直ぐに着替え駐車場の方に向かったが、雨宿りするところもなく売店とトイレの小さな屋根の所に大勢でいてましてが、こんな時に雨宿りできる屋根のある施設があれば良いのにな〜と思いました。
運転手ガイドさんは、優しくて親切ではありますが、英語の説明しかないので、全くわからず最初から最後まで不安で楽しさは、0でした。魚の説明のパウチ等は、軽く回されましたが、そのパウチを準備できるならせめて最小限の日本語の1日の流れ、帰りの時間と集合場所、ハナウマベイの注意事項等のパウチを準備して欲しかった。英語のできない日本人は、参加すべきでないと思います。逆に日本人のお客さんを獲得したいなら説明パウチを準備すべきだと思います。日本人のお客さんを必要ないと思うなら今まで通りで良いかと思います。何とか帰ってこれましたから

So much fun. the bbq burgers were good. The 1st stop is not worth it to snorkel, not much to see, just enjoy the sandbar and the volleyball. the 2nd spot was good snorkeling b/c it was at a reef. Don't swim over top of it though. just around it. you can make it all the way around it with plenty of time to spare. It was very fun. The water was a little cold, but not too bad but thats probably because I went the week of Thanksgiving. They give you the gear you need, my suggestion is to fit the mask before you get down to the water. they give you full foot fins to use. The crew was super helpful and really nice. I definitely recommend!!

Guaranteed window-side or private seating! We participated in the 3-star (lobster & steak) experience with my husband.

First, we got off the shuttle bus and entered the ship, but there was no guide, and we didn't know where to go. Following the crowd to the second floor, we were told, "You are on the first floor," and after going down, we still didn't know which room or seat to go to. We finally managed to find a staff member who helped us get to our seats.

Later, I realized that the sticker given on the shuttle bus had the floor number written on it... However, with hundreds of people boarding, I really wished there had been some guidance on where to go when we got on the ship.

Then, the toast performance started right away, but our glasses were empty, and we toasted with empty glasses. I thought they would come to take drink orders, but the servers were too busy, and it was impossible. When the lobster was brought to us, I asked to place a drink order, but I was told to wait, and it took a long time to get someone. I finally managed to order when the server brought drinks to the people at the next table. I mentioned that we didn't have the toast champagne, but it was never brought to us afterward.

Finally, our drinks arrived, but I ordered a non-alcoholic drink, and when I tasted it, it clearly had alcohol in it. I wanted to get it changed, but the server was always busy, so it was impossible. When the steak was brought, I told them it was not what I ordered and asked for a change, but again, nothing came. During the main course, I hadn't been able to drink even a drop, so I ended up drinking self-serve water (laughs). The plan includes two drinks per person, but I felt it was impossible to drink two in the two-hour cruise. By the way, I'm not fluent in English, but I can manage some conversation.

I've been to Hawaii several times, so I didn't expect Japanese-style service, but I was quite disappointed. Although we had a window-side seat, the windows on the first floor were dirty from the water splashes, so I couldn't take any pictures through the window.

On the other hand, the performers were doing their best to entertain everyone. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, but it was a great opportunity to see Waikiki from the ocean side, and the scenery and night view were lovely.

There are many good reviews, so maybe I just had an off experience, but for about 66,000 yen for two people with transportation included, I can't recommend it to anyone, and I won't be repeating this experience.

ドリンクの注文は聞きに来てくれるだろうと待ってましたが、サーバーが忙しくしていて全然無理。ロブスターを運んできた時にドリンクオーダーをお願いしたがちょっと待ってと言われ、なかなか来ず。隣の席の人のドリンクを運んできた時に再度声かけてやっと注文できました。そのときに乾杯のシャンパンがなかった旨伝えましたが、その後持ってくることはありませんでした。
やっとドリンクが来ましたが、私はノンアルを頼んだのに飲んだら明らかにアルコールが入っていてトホホ…。変えてもらおうにもずっとサーバーが忙しくしていて無理。ステーキを運んできたときに、注文したものと違うから変えてほしいと伝えました。が待ってもやはり来ず。メイン食べてる時にもドリンクが一滴も飲めていないという状況、私もうセルフのお水飲みました（苦笑）。私の注文はもう諦め、ステーキのお皿を下げにきた時に主人の2杯目のドリンクを注文したけど、これまた最後まで運ばれることはありませんでした。プランには1人2杯のドリンクが含まれていますが、2時間の乗船で2杯飲むことは不可能だと感じました。
ちなみに英語は堪能ではありませんが、ある程度の会話はできます。
ハワイには何回か行っていますので、日本のようなサービスを期待してはいませんが、なんかガッカリでした。
窓側席でしたが、1階の窓は水しぶきで汚れてますので、窓越しに写真なんて撮れません。
ちなみにパフォーマンスの方はみんなを楽しませようと頑張っていました。
くもりでサンセットは残念ながら見れませんでしたが、ワイキキを海側から見る機会はないので景色や夜景は素敵でした。
良い口コミが多いので、私がハズレに当たっただけかもしれませんが、送迎付き2人で約66,000円、誰かにオススメもできませんし、リピートはないです。

We had a wonderful time! The sunset in Hawaii was beautiful, and we even got to see fireworks at the end, which made both the kids and parents very happy. At the end, we had a moment to celebrate the anniversary person, and when I handed over a paper with their name, they called out the name and celebrated the birthday as well! Each person received three drink tickets, so we could enjoy some alcohol, and the kids had tropical juices, which they loved. It would have been nice to have options for rice in addition to just bread. This was a request from the kids who wanted to eat meat and rice. I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii.

Perfect pick up bus ride in AM just about 50ft from ilikai hotel , make sure you have copy print out voucher proof of purchase to show driver , bus ride about an hour ride to Kaneohe Bay , there were two boats , one Japanese speaking , boat ride wonderfully exhilarating around Kaneohe Bay to sandbar spot , perfect weather on sandbar volleyball play , grilled burgers with toppings and sides tasty with having second servings offered , kids and family members had a blast snorkeling at barrier reef spot lots of fish and sea life , boat ride back to dock saw many sea turtle’s swimming above water nature at its best !!! Staff and boat Captain , Fun , Funny , and HelpFul !!! Will recommend & do again in future

I used this service for my honeymoon. We started by going out to sea on a boat, first heading to the sandbar where we enjoyed beach volleyball, snorkeling practice, and taking photos. After that, we had hamburgers on the boat and moved to a snorkeling spot.

The luggage could be stored under the seats on the boat. Since you'll be getting wet when taking towels or accessing your belongings after coming out of the water, I recommend bringing a bag that can get wet. For changing, I wore my swimsuit underneath, so I stored the clothes I wore on the boat under the seat. A bag that can hold clothes without getting them wet would be ideal.

The water at the sandbar was waist-deep, and I had a great time. The color of the water clearly distinguished between the sandbar and the deeper areas, which made it easy to enjoy. The crew really pumped up the excitement during beach volleyball, making it a lot of fun. The hamburgers were delicious and served BBQ style. Soft drinks were unlimited as part of the tour fee, while alcohol was $8 per drink, and those who had drinks settled their bills at the end of the tour.

We were able to see many sea turtles and mantas during our travels. It seems that mantas might not be visible at certain times, so we were lucky to see them twice. We snorkeled near the coral and saw many beautifully colored fish. Although I didn't see any, some people did spot turtles. The crew's explanation of snorkeling was very easy to understand, so even beginners will be fine.

After getting off the boat, we had to return to it on our own, so I think it's safer for anyone not confident in their stamina to wear a life jacket to enjoy the experience without worry. After returning from snorkeling, the crew pours warm water over you. There are no changing rooms or showers after the tour, so it's a good idea to quickly change in the restroom before it gets cold or to wrap yourself in a thicker towel.

着替えは下に水着を着て行くので船の上で着ていた服を脱いで席の下に収納します。濡れないように服も入れられる大きさのカバンがいいと思います。
サンドバーは水面が腰あたりでしたがとても楽しめました。水の色がサンドバーのところと深いところとはっきりわかれているので安心して楽しめました。
ビーチバレーはクルーの方がとても盛り上げてくれ楽しかったです。
ハンバーガーはBBQスタイルで美味しかったです。
ソフトドリンクはツアーの料金内で飲み放題、アルコールは1杯8ドルで飲んだ方はツアーの最後にまとめてお会計されていました。
移動中にウミガメやマンタをたくさん見ることができました。
マンタは時期によっては見れないこともあるそうで2回も見れてラッキーとのことでした。
シュノーケリングはサンゴの近くに行って行いました。
キレイな色のお魚がたくさん見れました。
私は見れませんでしたがカメが見れた人もいました。
クルーの方のシュノーケリングの説明はとてもわかりやすかったので初めてでも大丈夫です。
船から出てからは自分たちで船に戻らないといけないので体力に自信がある方以外はライフジャケットを着た方が安心して楽しめると思います。
シュノーケリングから戻ったらクルーの方が温かいお湯を上からかけてくれます。
終了後更衣室やシャワー室はないので寒くなる前にトイレ等でささっと着替えるか上から厚めのバスタオルを羽織るといいと思います。

It was a very fun atmosphere! It was a bit cold, and we ended up leaving early, but they gave us warm cocoa and poured hot water on us, which helped ease the chill a bit! We also got to see sea turtles and manta rays! It was enjoyable to see small fish up close too! It turned out to be a great honeymoon! Thank you! Lastly, there was a tip box at the end, so it felt like we should put in a little something.

The timings and organisation of the tour were good. We were picked up from the airport and taken to see the Volcano National Park sites with a good guide who kept us informed and was accommodating of our needs. Unfortunately you can't schedule nature and we didn't see any volcanic activity apart from a little steam, but it was still interesting, especially the lava tube.
We had a helicopter tour with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters to finish off with, but I will not review that part, I will review their admin however. We really wanted a copy of the video of our flight as it was for a 50th birthday, but due to a technical difficulty could not get it at the time. We were told to just drop them a line, but after several emails and calls, still nothing - very disappointed in them.

My husband and I enjoyed it for the second time, and the first-timers with us had a great time as well. Due to the weak yen, we were torn between the buffet, but choosing lobster was the right decision. Watching the sunset and night view from the boat feels wonderful!

Very early pick up but tour was well organised. Only concern was having lunch at about 11.15am in aviation museum - a bit too early. Not sure the 10 minute quick stop on the way back into Honolulu counted as a city tour. Otherwise a good tour highly recommended for a full day.

I was recommended by a travel agency to join this trip as a couple, and I participated. I was actually worried because of some negative reviews, but it was amazing! The scenery was truly breathtaking. Dinner while watching the sunset was the best. I took a lot of photos after going out to the deck. The mocktails were delicious and very Hawaiian. The lobster was large, meaty, and tasty. There were live singing, hula dancing, and haka performances, and we arrived at the peak of excitement when everyone danced to YMCA together. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

I participated in the Star of Honolulu! We gathered at the designated meeting point, the Hilton's Islander drop-off, where staff holding a sign arrived 15 minutes early. Each person received a sticker to place on their bags or clothes. The flow was very clear, and we boarded a large bus with about five groups. After about 15 minutes, we arrived near Aloha Tower and entered the Welcome Honolulu. The staff guided us to our table seats based on the sticker numbers.

We enjoyed a meal with live music and had free time. I took a stroll around the ship to capture the sunset as quickly as possible; it was wonderful to have that freedom. After returning to our seats, the showtime began, expressing Hawaii's history through hula dance. I had given up on visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center because it was too far, but the content was similar, and I felt happy to see it right in front of me on the Honolulu, which everyone from children to the elderly could enjoy.

The ship had minimal rocking, and I took motion sickness medication just in case, but it was fine. The comfortable seats and breeze made the time fly by! On the way back, we were safely guided to the bus according to our stickers back to the hotel. I participated with my elderly father, but there were many people who came alone. The flow made it completely fine to enjoy even if you’re by yourself. After returning home, it’s definitely a memorable experience that makes you want to participate again in this gentle cruise.

事前予約の指定場所、ヒルトンのアイランダー車寄せに集合し予定の15分前にはプラカードをお持ちのスタッフさんがいらっしゃいました。各自シールを貰いバッグや洋服に貼ります。大変わかりやすい流れで、5組ほどご一緒に大型バスへ。15分ほどでアロハタワーの辺りに到着しウェルカムホノルル号の中へ。あとはシールの番号を誘導スタッフさん方々が見て流れのままにテーブル席へ。
生演奏付きの中、お食事しフリータイム。途中なるべく早くサンセット撮影に船内をお散歩、自由が最高です。お席に戻りショータイムスタートハワイの歴史をフラダンスで表現✨ポリネシアンカルチャーセンターは遠くて諦めてましたが、内容は同じく船内で貸し切りのように目の前で拝見できるホノルル号でしたらお子さんからお年寄りまでみなさん楽しめて幸せと感じました꒰ღ˘◡˘ற꒱✯*･
船の揺れが少なく、酔い止めも念のため飲んでから乗りましたが大丈夫です。
心地良いお席と風に...あっという間の時間でした！お帰りもシールの通りバスに誘導されホテルまで安全です
高齢の父と参加しましたが、お一人参加の方たくさんいらっしゃいました。
流れ的に1人でもまったく問題なく楽しめます
帰国後、必ず思い出になりまた参加したくなるょぅな優しいクルーズです

　金曜日の花火も小雨が降っていましたが、船が傾く程に魅了することができ、砂浜の人はどうやって観たのか心配する程でした。
　食事も美味しく、ポリネシアンダンスショウなど飽きる暇が無いひと時でした。
　本当に良かったのですが、日本語の説明文をしっかりと読まないとドリンクのおかわりは現金が必要など給仕の人は英語のみの対応で少し焦ってので、最高は控えました。

最後に足ひれと浮き具を着てサンゴの周りを泳ぎます。
浮き具があるので、沈む心配はないし、熱帯魚も見れてよかった。

昼食はサンドバーで泳いだ後にハンバーガーをいただきました。
肉が大きくて味もしっかりしていておいしかった。
泳いだ後のハンバーガーはおいしく感じます。

The weather was nice on the day of the trip, but the air conditioning on the bus was so strong that it felt cold. After boarding the boat with the sound bar, I quickly understood the guide's explanation.

At first, we practiced snorkeling, then slowly peered into the water and realized I was surrounded by small fish. After that, we enjoyed watching sea turtles and dolphins.

It was really great!

当日は天気も良かったのですがバスの中のクーラーが効き過ぎる位効いて寒いくらいでした。サウンドバーに付き船に乗り込みガイドの説明ですぐに理解出来ました。
最初はシュノーケルの練習をした後ゆっくり水面を覗き込み小さな魚の中に自分が居るのがわかりました。その後海ガメ、イルカ　ウォッチングをたのしみました。
とても良かったです
