Last year, I signed up for the same tour, but I couldn't find the pickup bus. I was really disappointed, but the team at Veltra handled the follow-up quickly and politely. This year, I decided to give it another try and chose Veltra without hesitation, feeling reassured by their response to last year's mishap. The pickup location had changed from last year, but I was able to meet up with the driver without any issues. Since it was a weekday, the place was relatively quiet, and I was able to enjoy riding the popular slides continuously, having a fantastic day!

昨年、同じこのツアーを申し込みしたのですが、迎えのバスに遭遇できませんでした。ガッカリ落ち込んでいたのですが、ベルトラさんの方で迅速、丁寧に事後処理の対応をして下さいました。今年こそリベンジしようと再申し込みし、昨年の万が一の対応に安心できるベルトラさんを迷わず選びました。ピックアップ場所も昨年から変更されており、無事、迎えの運転手さんと合流。平日という事もあり、比較的空いていて、人気スライダーにも続けて乗るなど、1日中、思いっきり楽しむ事ができました！

Great opportunity to see turtles and fish. Food was good. Staff was super friendly and there was ample parking at the marina. Overall we like it.

I received a clear explanation of the history of the Kingdom of Hawaii in Japanese. It was a meet-up at the location, but it was close to the bus stop, and since the area is residential, it was fine. It was my first time doing hula dancing, but they taught it slowly, so I was able to keep up! Making leis was also fun. I highly recommend it!

ハワイ王国の歴史を日本語でわかりやすく説明していただきました。現地集合でしたが、バス停からも近く、周囲は住宅街なので大丈夫でした。フラダンスは初めてでしたが、ゆっくり教えてくださったので、ついていくことができました！レイ作りも楽しかったです。お勧めです！

Since the tour was during high tide, the island didn't appear, just a shallow sea. The guides were kind, but overall, I think the price was high. I don't think I'll try again.

満潮時にツアーだった為島は現れずただの遠浅の海。
ガイドさん達は親切ではあったがトータルしても料金は高いかな？リベンジしようとは思わない。

Although the weather was cloudy with occasional rain and the tide was somewhat high (around 1 meter at the sandbar), I believe it was not the best climatic condition. However, thanks to the cheerful and warm-hearted staff, the captain's performance, and the adorable marine creatures we encountered, we added a wonderful page to our memories of our first trip to Hawaii!

I participated with my wife and our children, aged 4 and 8, and our whole family was able to enjoy the activities with peace of mind from our respective positions.

曇天～時折雨天で潮位もやや高く（サンドバーで1m前後？）、決して気候的にはベストコンディションとは言えない状況だったと思いますが、陽気で暖かな心遣い満点のスタッフのみなさん・キャプテンのパフォーマンスやかわいい海の住民たちとの出会いにより、初めてのハワイ旅行の思い出に最高の１ページが加わりました！
妻と４歳・８歳の子供たちと参加しましたが、家族一同それぞれの立場で安心してアクティビティを満喫できました。

Great experience arranged by great people! I Can highly recommend this trip.

Once a year, I travel to Hawaii with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we enjoy dinner at Taormina. This year, we had a wonderful time again with delicious food and the staff's warm hospitality. When I mentioned to the staff that it was our 31st wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a dessert plate at the end of dinner, making it a memorable and fantastic dining experience once again. I definitely plan to return to Taormina next year!

一年に一度結婚記念を兼ねて妻とハワイに旅行し、タオルミーナでディナーを楽しんでいます。今年もまた美味しい料理とスタッフさんのホスピタリティーあふれるおもてなしに最高の時間を過ごす事が出来ました。今年で結婚31周年だとスタッフさんにお話したところ、ディナーの最後にサプライズのデザートプレートを出して下さり、今年も思い出深い最高のディナーを楽しむ事が出来ました。また来年も必ずタオルミーナに帰って来ようと思います！

The sliders here are all incredibly enjoyable and fun. This time, a Japanese staff member provided various explanations and assistance, which was very reassuring. You can take one unopened bottle of water per person, so it's more economical to bring your own. Credit cards are accepted within the facility, so you probably don't need to bring cash. I think the locker fees have gone up a bit. During my visit on August 1st, the large locker was $18.

ここのスライダーはどれも最高に気持ち良く、楽しいものばかりです。
今回は、日本の方が、色々と説明してくれ、アシストもしてくれるのでとても心強かったです。
水は、一人一本未開封のボトルが持っていけるので、持って行った方が節約になります。
施設内では、クレジットカードが使えるので、現金は持って行かなくてもいいかと思います。
ロッカー代は、少し値段が上がってると思います。今回8月1日の利用でしたが、大きいロッカーが18ドルでした。

We didn't get to see any turtles but there were lots of fish. Overall we had a good time

It may have been a coincidence, but the Japanese were only among themselves. I was a bit anxious since there were no explanations in Japanese, but I was able to enjoy dolphins and snorkeling in a world without Japanese, which was different from Waikiki, without any major issues.

たまたまかもしれませんが、日本人は自分たちだけ。
日本語の説明は一切ないので不安もありましたが、大きく困ることもなく、ワイキキとは違う日本語のない世界でイルカやシュノーケルを楽しめました。

I visited on a Saturday, and it wasn't crowded, so we were able to enjoy the slides smoothly! My two children, both in the third grade, were very satisfied sliding down the slides. The wind was strong, so it occasionally felt cold, but when we were in the sun, it got quite hot, making it difficult to regulate our body temperature, haha.

土曜日の利用でしたが、混んでおらずすいすいとスライダーを楽しめました！小学生３年の子供２人も、スライダーで滑って大満足です。風が強いので、時折寒く感じることはいつもですが、日当たりにいるとかなり焼けるので体温調整が難しいですｗ

This is my third time at Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii. Last time, my grandchild was only a year and a half old, so they don't remember it, but this time they are 8 years old and were the first to jump into the pool and have fun! I felt that there were fewer Japanese visitors compared to last time. I could really see how the strong yen is affecting places like this! We talked as a family about how nice it would be to come back again next year while riding the bus home.

今回で3回目のウエット　アンド　ワイルド　ハワイ　前回孫は未だ1歳半だったので覚えていないのですが、今回は8歳になって来たので、誰よりも早くプールに入って楽しんでいました❣️
前回に比べて日本人が少なくなったのを感じました⁉️
こんな場所にも円高が影響しているのを目の当たりに感じました‼️
又来年もこられたら良いのになっと家族で話しながらバスに乗って帰りました

The cruise was very nice. Sunset was perfect. Prime rib was OK. I was expecting more. The chicken was great! Fish, was ok too. I would do the cruise again. I would upgrade to see if the food was better. Buffet was ok for an.overall rating!

The atmosphere was amazing! Looked very high end and it felt like it. Staff was very friendly and had great service. Super romantic dinner cruise that I highly recommend to any couple looking for a unique Hawai’i experience. Food was really good, not the biggest portions, but still we left satisfied. I will say whatever the dessert was, wasn’t very good. The only negative. It was this fruit flavored cake but it tasted like dish soap. Other than that this is a must!! Beautiful scenery and nice cool breeze with excellent food and live entertainment! We did pay for the middle tier I believe so it was the four course meal with two drink tickets. I think anyone would love this.

If the weather had been better, the color of the sea would have been even more beautiful, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was really great! The BBQ hamburgers on the boat were very delicious. There were mostly Westerners, but since the staff were Japanese, I was able to enjoy myself without any problems.

The plan included a bus pickup, so there were no particular inconveniences getting to the location. The whales were different from what I had imagined, but I think it was nice to have a wonderful boat trip. The boat felt rockier than I expected. Some people were sitting, but most were on the deck on the third floor watching. They announced when we were likely to see whales, so we could spot them quickly, but most of what we saw were just tails or backs, and we couldn't really see the full picture as I had imagined. However, the weather was nice, and it was a fun boat trip, so I was happy with it.

バスでお迎えに来てくれるプランだったので現地までは特に不自由ありませんでした。
クジラは想像していたのとは違いましたが、素敵な船旅ができたので、まあよかったかなと思います。船内は思ったより揺れていた気がします。座っているひともいましたが、ほとんどは３階とかのデッキで見ていました。クジラが出そうなところをアナウンスしてくれるのですぐ見れるのですが、ほとんどがしっぽだけとか背中だけで、なかなか想像していたような全体像をみることはできませんでした。
でも天気が良く楽しい船旅だったので良かったです。

Since my fifth-grade child has exceeded 132 centimeters, we participated as a parent-child duo. In the past, we tried to go by bus, but we couldn't find the bus stop and ended up lost, so this time we applied for a package that includes transportation.

The tour ends at 3 PM, while the park closes at 4 PM, so our stay is only about 4.5 hours, which isn't very long. However, the wait times for the various slides are short, usually around 15 minutes at most, so we can enjoy ourselves. Just be sure to have lunch before it gets crowded, around 11 AM, and avoid long lines to make the most of our time!

小学5年の子供が132センチを超えたので、親子2名で参加。過去に一度Theバスで行こうとしたが、バス停の乗り場降り場が分からすたどり着けなかったので、今回は送迎つきで申し込み。
16時閉園に対して15時終了のツアーで、滞在時間は4時間半程度と長くはありませんが、各種スライダーの待ち時間は長くても15分程度と短いので満喫できます。ただしランチは込み始める前の11時過ぎに済ます、行列の長いものは避ける、など時間を有効に使う必要があります！

Well organized, lots of things to do on the island or you can choose to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and water.
We enjoyed the sand bar adventure, did some kayaking, played volleyball and ping pong.
Bathrooms are a great touch on this serene setting, they are clean and have AC.
The boat ride and back had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Everything was pristine and amazing. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

I booked a tour with pickup from a nearby hotel to Hanauma Bay.

For the pickup from the hotel, I communicated to several drivers who seemed to be part of different tours that I was participating in the Hanauma Bay tour and shared my name to find my driver.

The entrance to Hanauma Bay opens at 7 AM, so we waited in line until then. For some reason, one participant from our tour acted as the representative to manage the entrance fee collectively. I wondered what would happen if this person ran away, but they managed to pay without issue.

Although it wasn't us, other tour participants were renting additional life jackets, but the driver said, "It's not on the rental list, so if you pay in cash now, I'll give you the life jackets." Since they couldn't communicate in English, I stepped in to negotiate on their behalf, and reluctantly, the driver handed over the life jackets.

Hanauma Bay was absolutely stunning. Since it was early in the morning, there were fewer people, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is a place to store valuables at Hanauma Bay, so I left cash and other items there, keeping only my phone and the key to the valuables box in a waterproof case around my neck. I left towels on the beach, but they were safe. I think it's better to clean up a bit earlier than the meeting time since there are few showers available.

近くのホテルからハナウマ湾までの送迎付きのツアーを予約しました。

近くのホテルからのピックアップは、何人かのツアーのドライバーらしき人に、ハナウマ湾のツアーに参加している旨と名前を伝えて、ドライバーを見つけました。

ハナウマ湾の入り口が朝7時に開くので、それまで列に並んで待機でした。入園料は何故か、そのツアーの参加者の1名が代表者となり、まとめて管理してました。この人が逃げたらどうするんだと思いましたが、無事払ってくれました。

私達ではありませんが、他のツアー参加者がライフジャケットを追加でレンタルしていたのですが、ドライバーは、"レンタルリストに無いから現金で今払えばライフジャケットを渡す"と言っていました。英語でコミュニケーションできない方々でしたので、代わりに私が間に入って交渉したら渋々ライフジャケットを渡してくれました。

ハナウマ湾は絶景で最高でした。
早朝だったこともあり人も少なく満喫しました。

ハナウマ湾には貴重品を預ける所があるので、現金等は預けて、携帯と貴重品ボックスの鍵だけ防水ケースに入れて首からぶら下げてました。
タオル等は浜に置きっぱなしでしたが、無事でした。
シャワーの数が少ないので、集合時間よりも少し早めに片付けた方が良いと思います。

It was my first time back at Hanauma in about seven years. It was beautiful and fun as always. The person who came to pick me up was also very kind. Unfortunately, the water was cold since it was early in the morning.

約7年ぶりのハナウマでした。やはり綺麗で楽しかったです。迎えに来ていただいたくれた方も親切でした。
朝早かったこともあり、水が冷たかったのが残念。

It's understandable that the bus broke down and the pickup was delayed, but I would have appreciated some communication via email or other means. I was quite worried, thinking that I had made a mistake about the pickup location.

バスが故障して少し迎えが遅れたのは仕方がないですが、メール等で連絡が欲しかった。ピックアップ場所を間違えたと思ってかなり心配しました。

I was able to see sea turtles and mantas multiple times from the boat. The way the manta slightly raised its wings looked like a greeting and was adorable.

Then it was snorkeling time. My son swam ahead first, and he encountered a relaxed sea turtle, allowing them to swim together for a while. By the time I was called over to see, it had already gone into its hole.

The hamburger was delicious! After snorkeling, it gets cold when the wind hits your wet body, so it's better to have a towel or a jacket (I had a UNIQLO rash guard). They also provided warm drinks (cocoa was popular with the kids).

I got sunburned on my shoulders and calves, which turned "bright red later." Areas that are not usually exposed are prone to sunburn even with sunscreen, so be careful.

船からウミガメやマンタを何度も見ることができました。マンタが両ヒレをちょこっと上げる仕草が挨拶に見えて可愛かった。
そしてシュノーケルタイム。息子が真っ先に泳いで行ったからか、のんびりしていたウミガメに出会いしばらく並泳できたとのこと。私が呼ばれて見に行ったときは穴へ入ってしまったあとでした。

ハンバーガー美味しかったです！
シュノーケル後は濡れた体に風を受けると寒くなるので、タオルや上着（私はUNIQLOのラッシュガード）はあった方が良い。温かい飲み物の提供もありました。（ココアは子どもたちに人気）

日焼けで肩の後ろとふくらはぎが「後から真っ赤」になりました。普段出し慣れていない部位は日焼け止めを塗ってもやられやすいので注意。

I thought everything, from the meals to the crew's service, was perfect!

If you ride on Friday, you can also see fireworks, which is a great deal!

It is a bit pricey, but it's worth experiencing!

Really awesome morning- gorgeous waters and lots and lots of sea life!

Me and hubby really enjoyed the beauty in the hardship that Pearl Harbor bodies!

The crew makes sure things run smooth, and the boat is a nice smooth sail as well!

The weather was somewhat lacking, but the sun came out occasionally, making it a decent day. The guide on the boat spoke Japanese clearly, so I felt reassured that I could hear the explanations well. At the sandbar, the sea sparkled beautifully, and it was very moving. It was amusing to watch the beach volleyball match between the participants, which turned into a Japan-US competition. (I was thinking to myself, "You went to the beach, and you're happy about that?" haha)

I wasn't expecting much from the hamburger for lunch, but it was very delicious and the portion was just right; it might have been the best part of the tour!

I participated in the last snorkeling session where I could stand, but since it was a few meters deep, I didn't join in to accommodate my family who can't swim. I recommend understanding that snorkeling will be in places where you can't stand before participating. Also, the large shuttle bus was comfortable for both trips, which was nice.

船上でのガイドさんは日本語でかつ良く通る声なのでしっかり説明が聞けて安心できました。
サンドバーの所では海がキラキラ輝いてとても感動しました。
ツアー参加者同士のビーチバレーが日米対抗になっていて見ていて面白かった
(海に行ったんだろ？そんなので喜んでどうするって自分に突っ込んてましたがw)

昼食のハンバーガーは期待していなかったのですが、とてもおいしく量も丁度良くツアーの中でこれが一番良かったかなw

一番最後のシュノーケリングは背が立つレベルなら参加しましたが、数メートルあるそこそこ深い所の為、金槌の家族に合わせ参加しませんでした。背が立たたない場所でのシュノーケリングという事を理解した上で参加されることをお勧めします。
あと送迎のバスが大型で往復ともゆったりできたのは良かったです。

We had this Snorkeling Adventure June1988 on our Honeymoon. We are Happy Uncle Bob’s Snorkeling Adventure 36 years later our Honeymoon with our 2 kids to share our Love June 2024.
Looking forward to do this again with our grandkkds someday.

This was a great experience. The performers and all staff were professional and made sure we had a good time. Food portions were perfect so that we weren't super stuffed but full enough. Beautiful food presentation. Hats off to the culinary team and chef!!!! This was a memorable experience and the interactive dance for everyone at the end was a perfect way to end the dinner cruise. Only one recommendation would be to have air conditioning in the boat. Other than that, the night was amazing!!

In the early morning at Hanauma Bay, I never expected it to be this cold. I did go into the water once, but it was so cold that I gave up quickly. I was really shocked that there were hardly any fish around. When I visited in the past, it was in the afternoon, so it was warm and there were plenty of fish to enjoy! Is there no tour available in the afternoon? I felt that it has become increasingly difficult to enter Hanauma Bay lately. The driver was kind and stopped by Leonard's Kitchen for us on the way back.

まさかこんなに寒いとは思ってもみませんでした。
一回は海に入ったものの寒すぎてすぐにギブ。
魚もほとんど見当たらなくめちゃショック。
過去に訪れた時はお昼からだったので暖かかったのか魚もたくさんいて楽しめたのに！
お昼からのツアーは無いのでしょうか？
最近はますますハナウマ湾に入るのが難しくなってきてることを実感しました。
ドライバーの方は親切で帰りにカハラモールにあるレナーズキッチンカーに寄ってもらいました。
