I made a reservation in advance and met the staff on-site on the day, so I was anxious until I got there, but I was able to meet the person in charge without any issues. The best part was being able to enter an hour earlier than regular guests, which allowed us to ride the slides before they got crowded. Once it started getting busy, some slides had a 30-minute wait, so that extra hour was invaluable.

Each slide has its own unique features and they are all a lot of fun. It's perfect for kids. I definitely want to go again when I come back to Hawaii. However, waiting for each slide without any shade was tough as my skin was getting burned...

事前予約をして当日現地で合流だったので、行くまでは不安でしたが無事に現地で担当者の方と合流できました。何よりよかったのが一般のお客さんより1時間早く入れるので一般開放の前に混んでしまうスライダーにじゃんじゃん乗ることができたことです。実際混んできてからは30分待つ必要があるスライダーが並ばないでいけるこの1時間は貴重です。
それぞれスライダーは特徴があり楽しいものばかり。子供には最高です。またハワイに来る際には是非行きたいと思います。
ただ、日陰もない中で各スライダーを待つのはじりじりと肌が焼かれてつらかったです。。。

I have been to Hawaii many times, but the chief's talk in this show was very interesting, and I would like to participate again.

ハワイには何回も来ていますが、このショーのチーフのトークがたいへん面白くてまた参加したいと思いました。

As the name "Heavenly Sea" suggests, the ocean was incredibly beautiful and moving. At the sandbar, the staff took many photos for us, which created wonderful memories. The hamburger we had on the boat was also very delicious. I had heard it would be cold, so bringing a bath towel was the right choice. I would like to use this service again next time.

天国の海と言うだけあって、海がとってもきれいで感動。
サンドバ－ではスタッフの方がたくさん写真を撮ってくださり、思い出が出来て良かった。
船で食べたハンバ－ガ－もとてもおいしかった。
寒いと聞いていたので、バスタオルを持って行って正解だった。
また次回も利用したい。

When I saw "popular," I thought, really?! and felt a bit anxious, but it was really great. The bus ride to and from was cold. There were participants other than Japanese people who seemed to be talking about how cold it was in English, but they only slightly reduced the air flow, and it was still cold. So, warm clothing is necessary.

The sea was truly beautiful, and the kids had a blast! We were very satisfied with the family photos taken. I wish we could have spent more time there. For lunch, we had hamburgers, but the portion was satisfying. The boat also had a restroom, which was reassuring! I didn't experience any seasickness.

After that, we went sea turtle watching. We were able to see several come up for air. Then we moved to a snorkeling spot. We saw a lot of fish and were very satisfied! Both my 6-year-old and 14-year-old enjoyed it. Although we participated at the end of July, it was cold when we got out of the water. At first, I felt the price was a bit high, but my family was very satisfied with our participation. 😊

”人気”と書かれると、ホントに?!と不安に思っていましたが、とても良かったです。
行き帰りのバスは寒かったです。日本人以外の参加の人がいて英語で寒いと会話していたようですが、風量を若干下げてくれてたぐらいで、それでも寒かった。なので、防寒着は必要です。

海は本当にキレイで、子供も大はじゃぎ！
家族写真もうまく撮っていただき大満足。時間的にはもっとゆっくりしたかったなぁ～
お昼は、ハンバーガーだけど、お腹は満足出来る量でした。
船には、トイレもあるので、安心！船酔いも無かったです。
その後は、ウミガメウォッチング。息継ぎに上がってくるのを何匹か見れました。
また移動し、シュノーケリング出来るスポットへ。
魚がいっぱい見れて、大満足！子供6歳、14歳も楽しんでました。
７月末の参加でしたが、海から出ると寒かったです。
最初は、料金的には高い気もしましたが、我が家は参加してとても満足でした(^^)/

I could only see the whale's fins and tail, but the deep blue, beautiful sea was stunning! Also, there were so many people that when the whale appeared, everyone crowded to that side, so I couldn't take many photos of the whale!

クジラは手や尾しか見れなかったのですが、真っ青で綺麗な海がとてもきれいでした！
また、人数がとても多くてクジラが現れるとそっち側に皆が寄るのでクジラの写真はあまり撮れなかったです！

When you think of Hawaii, you usually think of the beach, but the pool here is a big hit with the kids. The height restrictions are strictly enforced, so if you're bringing small children, there might be pools they can't play in, which could be disappointing.

Unlike Americans, we don't drink soft drinks in large quantities, so I think a plan without soft drinks is sufficient. Also, all the maps on-site are in English, so it's a good idea to print out a map from a Japanese website in advance. If you want to play until closing time, please make sure to reserve a taxi for your return, as there are no taxis available on the street.

ハワイと言えば本来はビーチですが、ここのプールは、コドモ達は大満足。
身長制限はキビしくチェックされてるので、小さいチビ連れの場合、遊べないプールがあって、ガッカリするかも。

米国人と違って、そんなにソフトドリンクをガブ飲みしないので、ソフトドリンク無しのプランで充分だと思います。
また、現地での地図はすべて英語表記なので、事前に日本語のサイトで地図を印刷しておいたほうが良いでしょう。
閉園ギリギリまで遊び倒したいなら、帰りはタクシーを予約しておいてください。
流しのタクシーは居ません。

With 10 adults, 6 toddlers, and 2 infants participating, I thought it would be impossible for everyone to board the boat, but we all managed to get on together, and it became a wonderful memory! The staff were all very nice, providing us with photos and tea, and their attentiveness was excellent. Since it was a short time, I was worried about whether we could enjoy it, but the plan allowed participation even for those with babies and those who didn't want to snorkel, so the whole family was able to have a great time! Plus, since we finished in the morning, we could move on to the next plan, making it a very satisfying day!

大人10名、幼児6名、乳児2名の参加で船の同乗は無理かと思ったけど、みんなで一緒に乗れ、とてもいい思い出になりました！
スタッフの方もみなさん良い方ばかりで、写真やお茶を運んでくれたりで、気配りもとても良かったです。短い時間だったので、楽しめるか心配だったけど、赤ちゃん連れにもシュノーケリングしない人がいても無理なく参加出来るプランで、家族みんなが存分に楽しむ事が出来ました！そして、午前中には、終わるので、次のプランも動け、大満足な日となりました！

I was torn between the Star of Honolulu and the Navatek, but choosing the Navatek based on experiences was the right decision. The morning tour doesn't include a meal, but since the goal was to see whales, it actually worked out well (lunch is after disembarking, back in Waikiki). We set sail almost at the same time as the Star, but even after the Star returned to port about 30 minutes after reaching the viewpoint, we continued to search for whales. The vessel is specifically designed for whale watching, making it very easy to see, and I highly recommend it.

スターオブホノルル号かこちらかで悩んだのですが、体験談などをもとにナバテック号を選んだのは正解でした。午前のツアーで食事もついていませんが、クジラを見るのが目的なのでむしろ良かったとも言えます（ランチは下船後、ワイキキに戻って）。スター号とほぼ同時に出航しましたが、スター号がビューポイント到着から30分くらいで帰港していった後も、クジラを求めて動いてくれました。船体もホエールウオッチング専用にできているのでとても見やすくおすすめです。

I went for the first time this time, and it was more fun than I expected.
We went to a wave pool for the bodyboard lesson, and it was quite hard and authentic!
The kids were initially tossed around by waves taller than they were, but gradually got used to it, and by the end, they were able to ride the waves skillfully.

今回初めて行きましたが、予想以上に楽しかったです。
ホディボードレッスンで波の出るプールに行きましたが、これが結構ハードで本格的！！
子供たちも最初は自分の背丈より高い波に翻弄されていましたが、徐々に慣れて最後は上手に波乗りができるようになっていました。

I was able to see the whales! However, they were too far away, just barely... I was hoping for splashes like in the photos, so I was a bit disappointed.

しかし、遠すぎて、かろうじて・・・でした。

The weather on the day was great, and I had an amazing time in the best conditions. I was especially lucky to see manta rays. The staff were very friendly and kind, and I was extremely satisfied. I definitely want to participate again!

当日は天気にも恵まれ、最高のコンディションの中楽しんできました。特にマンタが見れて超ラッキーでした。スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリー＆親切で大変満足しました。是非また参加したいと思います！

We had a GREAT time! Loved the volleyball on the sandbar, bbq on the boat and cruising across the bay watching the turtles. Snorkeling on the reef was awesome. The crew was awesome. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

I intended to participate using Early Bird, but it was disappointing that the participation date only allowed for regular hours, which really limited the time. There were many enjoyable attractions, and I was satisfied! However, even though the park isn't that large, it took a lot of time to move around. The wave pool was "too crowded" and "the waves were too strong," making it difficult for the kids, and the adults were struggling too. There were too few free floaties. I was looking forward to "Shaka," but it wasn't as intense as "Manta" in Guam. I have listed some complaints, but it is still a place I would like to visit again.

アーリーバードを利用して参加するつもりが、参加日は通常営業しか対応してなかったため時間が本当に短かったのが一番の残念。アトラクションは楽しいものが多くて満足！でもそんなに広くない園内なのに移動にすごく時間がかかります。波のプールは「人多すぎ」「波がきつすぎ」で子供たちは溺れかけて大人も必死でした。無料の浮き輪が少なすぎます。「シャカ」を楽しみにしてましたが、グアムの「マンタ」ほどキツクなかったです。不満が並びましたが、でもまた訪れたい場所ではあります。

The whole experience was great. Nice bus. Good guide. The actual park was very patriotic and humbling. Informative. Well done. Our kids enjoyed it.

It was my first time snorkeling, and I enjoyed seeing the coral too!
It was great that I could first challenge myself in the shallow waters!
The staff were so cheerful! It was reassuring that the Japanese staff provided clear explanations.
The handmade hamburger we had on the boat was delicious!
The freshly grilled patty was juicy!

とにかく海が綺麗でした！
遠目でしたが、海ガメも見れました。
初めてのシュノーケルでしたが、珊瑚も見れて楽しめました(*^^*)
浅瀬でまずチャレンジできたのがよかった！
スタッフの方がとにかく陽気！日本人のスタッフがきちんと説明してくれて安心でした。
船で食べた手作りハンバーガーが美味しかったです！
焼きたてのパテがジューシーでした！

Wow, what a wonderful crew, boat and view.
These guys are serious about safety in a humorous way. The crew was attentive and hard working while making the experience fun for all.
We saw spinner dolphins. Then moved on to snorkeling with fish and turtles. The fins, snorkels and masks were great. They had sizes to fit everyone. Lunch and mai-tai's were wonderful as well. We were additionally impressed that they cared about the ocean environment.
Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for the great memories!

My boyfriend and i really had fun snorkeling thou it's our first time doing it don't even know how to swim still we loved it..Staffs did a well done execellent job..We got to see lovely sea turtles & snorkel in d' ocean by d' reef (seen a lot of fishes) & a panoramic amazingly beautiful view of d' island..will definitely recommend this activities for everyone whose visiting Oahu..Enjoy!

I signed up for a tour that included pick-up, free drinks, and meals. It was smaller in scale than I expected. After going through everything once, I felt satisfied enough. However, I didn't have to wait long, and I was happy with the price. I was wondering when I would receive the souvenir cup that was supposed to be included in the tour, but in the end, I didn't receive anything. The driver on the way back was a foreigner who only spoke English, and I didn't have the chance to ask anything before being quickly dropped off at my destination. I thought any item would be a nice memento, so I was looking forward to it, but it was very disappointing. The fact that it was included in the fee but not given to us is quite disappointing.

送迎とフリードリンクと食事付きのツアーで申込みました。思っていたよりも規模が小さかったです。一通り乗ればもういいかなって、、。でも、それほど待つこともなく価格的にも満足でした。ツアーに含まれているはずの、お土産のカップはいつ貰えるのかと思っていたら、結局何ももらえず、帰りの運転手も英語オンリーみたいな外人で、聞くタイミングも無く目的地でサッサと降ろされました。どんな物でも記念になると思うので、楽しみにしていたのですが非常に残念です。料金に含まれていて、それをくれないという事は、○○ですね、、。

It was unfortunately rainy from the morning, but the sun came out just during the sandbar and snorkeling time. We checked the tides and were able to see the best views. The round trip from the port was cold due to the rain, and some people were standing in covered areas. There's nothing we can do about the weather, but it would have been even better if it had been sunny.

朝からあいにくの雨でしたが、サンドバーとシュノーケルの時だけ太陽が現れてくれました(^^)v
海の満ち引きを調べて行き、最高の景色を見ることができました。
港からの往復は、雨で寒く屋根のあるところで立っている方もいました。
天気ばかりはどうしようもないですが、晴れていたらもっと良かったでしょう(^-^)

The sandbar feels like an ordinary beach in the ocean, so I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be, haha. However, I think it's nice to spend the day relaxing, eating burgers grilled on the boat, watching sea turtles from the boat, and snorkeling.

サンドバーは海の中にある普通の砂浜という感じなので思ったほど感動でもなかったです笑でも、船で焼いてくれたハンバーガーを食べたり、船上からウミガメを見たり、シュノーケリングをしたりと1日のんびり過ごせてよいかと思います。

We had a very good time. The weather was beautiful, the water and snorkeling was great. Captain Bob and his crew did an excellent job. Everything was great. Will recommend to any one going to Honolulu.

Get ready for a fun time on this catamaran! The dolphins are a plenty and are in their hibernating season so they stay close to the coast. While you don't get in the water surrounded by dolphins, it keeps them safe, so it's good for everyone. There were so many kinds of fish and it was fun to swim through them. It was a nice cool day, and the dolphins were definitely out there. They got nice and close to the boat! The snorkel was amazing. By lunchtime, I was looking forward to food. The Captain is a fine cook and knows his way around a boat so it's double bonus for us. We had the tasty teriyaki chicken sandwich, which I can proudly give 5 stars! Try the Naked Pirate drink. It's awesome! The crew on the boat was friendly and managed to keep it fun for everyone even with a bunch of little kids running around. It's family-friendly and they made sure those kids stayed safe. This catamaran sail is worth every penny and then some. I highly recommend!

I was waiting at the changed meeting place the day before the tour, but no shuttle came, and I didn't receive any calls on my registered mobile. I tried calling the tour company several times, but couldn't get through. After 40 minutes, I finally got a call through, and when I explained the situation, they asked if I had been at the meeting place.

They said they would contact me again after confirming, so I waited in my room, but after 30 minutes, I still hadn't heard anything. When I called again, they said the Japanese office opens at 8 AM, which is why they couldn't contact me. At that point, it was already past 8:15 AM.

They mentioned rescheduling for another day or in the afternoon, but due to my travel schedule, I could only reschedule for that afternoon, which meant I would have to switch to a lunch plan that was different from the morning one I had originally chosen. Since I was traveling with an 8-month-old baby, snorkeling wasn't an option, and long hours would be a burden, which is why I had specifically chosen the morning plan.

It was a main option for me, so I decided to switch to the afternoon one, but they said it would just be a direct rescheduling, which frustrated me. When I complained, they said they would cover the costs.

The option I participated in was wonderful, but I felt that my limited time on this expensive trip was wasted on phone calls, I couldn't even have breakfast, and my original afternoon plans were ruined. Moreover, there was no response unless I took action myself. It’s truly sad and frustrating that such memories were left from this trip. I don't think I will use this company again.

I’m sharing this for reference, hoping no one else has to go through a similar experience.

参加前日集合場所の変更があったためそちらで待機していましたが送迎が来ず、登録した携帯に連絡が来ず、ツアー会社の電話にも数回したが繋がらず。40分後にようやく電話が通じ、事情を話すと
もう出てしまった、集合場所にいたのか？ との対応。

確認後再度連絡すると言われたため部屋で待ったが30分経っても連絡なし。再度こちらから電話したら日本語のオフィスが8時から開くため連絡できなかったと。その時点で8時15分過ぎでしたが。
他の日、もしくは午後に振り返ると言われたが滞在日程ではその日の午後にしか振替できず朝とは違った昼食付きのプランになってしまった。
生後8ヶ月の赤ちゃん連れだったためシュノーケリングが出来ないし長時間は負担になってしまうからわざわざ朝のプランにしていたのに。
メインにしていたオプションだったので午後のに振り返ることにしたが、そのまま振替にするという対応だったので頭に来て文句を言ったら料金はこちらで負担しますと。

参加したオプションは素晴らしかったのだが、お金をかけて行った旅行の限られた時間を電話のやりとりで無駄にされ、朝食も食べれず、もともとの午後の予定もダメになった。そしてこちらからアクションをかけないと対応もなし。せっかくの旅行にこんな形で思い出が残ってしまったことが本当に悲しく腹立たしい。
もう二度とこの会社は使わないと思う。
こんな目にあった人もいるということで参考までに載せておきます。二度と同じような経験をする人が出ませんように。

I participated in a tour in July during the day. The weather was a bit rainy and somewhat cold, but we had fun playing underwater beach volleyball at the sandbar. After that, we moved to a point where we could see turtles and had hamburgers. We saw about ten turtles from the boat. They come up to the surface for a moment to breathe, so we only saw them briefly. After that, we went snorkeling. There were life jackets available, and there were also things like boogie board poles, so I felt safe doing it. There were a lot more fish underwater than I expected. We were even able to feed them bread, which was very satisfying. Finally, it cleared up, and we were able to see the beautiful sandbar!

7月の昼のツアーに参加しました。天気は雨も少し降っていて若干寒かったのですがサンドバーでは水中のビーチバレーをやって楽しめました。その後はハンバーガーを食べて亀が見えるポイントに移動。10匹ぐらいの亀を船の上から見ました。呼吸をするのに一瞬海面に上がってくるとのこと。なので見えたのも一瞬でした。その後はシュノーケリング。これはライフジャケットもあるしビート板のポールのようなものもあるので安心して出来ました。海中には予想してたよりも色々な魚が大量にいました。パンをあげることも出来て大満足。最後は晴れて綺麗なサンドバーも見ることが出来ました♪

As the title suggests, the staff was very cheerful and helped create a lively atmosphere, making for a very enjoyable tour. It was initially rainy and cold, but the weather finally cleared up by the time we arrived at the sandbar. It was our honeymoon, and the staff suggested various poses while taking some wonderful photos for us. The hamburgers were delicious as well. The snorkeling was a bit murkier than I expected, possibly because it had been raining.

タイトル通りです、スタッフがとても明るく、雰囲気を盛り上げてくれたおかげで、とても楽しいツアーになりました。
当初雨が降って寒かったのですが、サンドバーに着く頃にようやく天気が回復。
新婚旅行だったのですが、スタッフの方が色々ポーズを言ってくれながら、とても素敵な写真を撮ってくれました。
ハンバーガーも美味しかったです。
シュノーケルは思ったよりは水が濁っていました。雨が降っていたからかも。

This was my second time participating, so I boarded the ship feeling reassured that it would be fun. However, the crew's energy and the differences in the ship I boarded meant it wasn't as exciting as I had expected. If I hadn't had the first experience, I would have rated it as enjoyable.

However, if this had been my first time, I might not consider repeating it.

今回は２度目の参加のため、きっと楽しいと安心しながら乗船しました。
ただ、なんというかクルーの方々のテンションや乗り込んだ船の違いもあって思っていたほど盛り上がりませんでしたが、一度目の経験がなければ楽しいという評価になったはずです。

ただ、今回が初めてであればリピートはしないかもしれないです。

We participated as a family in a wedding ceremony in Hawaii. It was a tour of the sandbar that I had always dreamed of, but unfortunately, due to high tide, the water was up to my chest. Additionally, it rained on the way there, and it was cloudy at the sandbar, so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery like in the pictures, which was disappointing. I would love to participate again.

The staff were very friendly, and the hamburgers we ate on the boat were delicious. At the sandbar, there were small, beautiful jellyfish, and I was really worried because I heard that getting stung can cause excruciating pain, even for adults. My brother, who is quite tough with pain, got stung, and he said it hurt a lot, so I was glad it wasn't my grandmother or sister (laughs).

While getting stung was unavoidable, the staff's quick response after finding the jellyfish was good. It was disappointing that we didn't see any sea turtles while snorkeling. Also, the air conditioning on the bus ride back was extremely cold, and with wet clothes, I felt like I was really freezing. It was so cold that I thought we didn't need air conditioning since we were already wet, but it was still very cold, which was the most disappointing part.

海外挙式でのハワイで、家族で参加しました。
憧れだったサンドバーのツアーでしたが、残念なことに満潮で胸下まで水がありました。また行きのバスの途中で雨が降っており、サンドバーでも曇りで写真で見るような景色は見れず残念でした。もう一度参加したいです。
スタッフさんはとても親戚で、船の上で食べるハンバーガーも美味しかったです。
サンドバーでは小さい綺麗なくらげがいて、刺されたら大人でも泣くこともある激痛と聞いてとても心配していました。刺されてしまったのが痛みに強い弟でしたが、かなり痛いようで祖母や妹でなくて良かった（笑）と言っておりました。
刺されたのは仕方ないですが、くらげを見つけた後のスタッフさんの対応も早くて良かったです。
シュノーケリング中にウミガメに会えなかったので残念です。
また、帰りのバスがすごーく冷房が効いており、濡れた服では寒くて本当に凍えそうでした。服が濡れているので冷房要らないんじゃ？というくらいなのに普通にしてても寒いくらい冷房が効いていたのが1番残念です。

Although the weather was unfortunate, both the guide and the staff were a fun group, and we had a great time on the boat. We enjoyed taking photos and snorkeling, and above all, the sandbar itself was amazing. I think it’s definitely worth a visit!

あいにくのお天気でしたが、ガイドもスタッフも楽しいメンバーばかりで、ボートの上から盛り上がりました。写真撮影もシュノーケリングも楽しめて、何よりサンドバー自体が最高でした。一度は行かれてみるとよいと思います！

Really enjoyed the show! Food was...ok. Would recommend based on the entertainment factor.
