I participated with my husband.

In addition to us, there was a newlywed Japanese couple and a family with small children from abroad on the tour (^ ^).

The tour bus arrived about five minutes early, but it was a regular blue van, not a flashy trolley. The foreign driver was standing outside the door, but he didn’t say anything, so when I asked, “Parasailing?” he smiled and confirmed our names (^ ^). Upon closer inspection, I noticed that his T-shirt had "Extreme Parasail" written in English.

The bus took about five minutes to reach the location of the boat. Once we boarded, there were two foreign parasailing instructors. Both were wearing sunglasses and looked quite handsome, which got me excited, haha.

The explanation was given in English, but they also showed us a paper with safety instructions written in Japanese. I don’t understand English at all, but they occasionally mixed in some Japanese, so it was no problem (^ ^).

The instructors looked like charming guys, but they were very attentive to safety. Even if someone casually did something dangerous, they were watching closely and would give a warning, haha.

Thanks to that, I was able to take off with great peace of mind (^ ^).

I wouldn’t say I have a fear of heights, but I definitely can’t cross suspension bridges, and I’m scared even on the Disney roller coasters, so I was worried, but it was totally fine!

The scenery was truly breathtaking. A grand panorama. I felt like a bird. The sky is so quiet.

Of course, the view while flying was amazing, but even just being on the boat was quite thrilling and very satisfying!

Photos are taken for $30, but we took turns taking pictures among ourselves as Japanese (^ ^).

In the end, I gave the instructor a $5 tip (^ ^).

I was so satisfied that I regretted not bringing a little more money for tips!!!

I really recommend it (^ ^).

ツアーには私達の他に日本人の新婚さん一組、外国人の小さな子供連れ家族が一組でした(^ ^)

ツアーバスは5分前には迎えに来てくれましたが、派手なトロリーではなく普通の青いバンでした。
また、運転手の外人さんがドアの外に立っていましたが声をかけてくる事は無いので、
こちらから「パラセーリング？」と声をかけたら笑顔で名前を確認してくれました(^ ^)
よく見たら運転手さんのTシャツにエキストリームパラセールと英語で書いてありました。


バスは5分ほどで船のある場所に到着、船に乗り込むと外国人のパラセーリングのインストラクターさんが二人います。
二人ともサングラスでしたがかなりイケメン風でテンション上がりました笑

説明は英語で話しますが、日本語で書いた注意事項の紙を見せてくれます。
英語は全くわかりませんが、たまに日本語も交えてくれるので全然問題ありません(^ ^)

インストラクターさんはイケメンチャラ男風ですが(すみませんw)安全面にはしっかり配慮してくれます。
何気なく危ない事をすると、見てないようでしっかり見ていて注意されます笑

おかげでとっても安心して飛び立つ事が出来ました(^ ^)

私は高所恐怖症とまでは言いませんが、吊り橋などは絶対渡れませんし、ジェットコースターもディズニーランドのもので限界なくらい怖がりなので心配でしたが、全然大丈夫でした！

本当に感動の景色。大パノラマ。
鳥になった気分。空って静かなんだなー。



また、飛んでからはもちろん感動の景色ですが、ボートに乗っているだけでもかなり迫力があり大満足です！

写真は30ドルで撮ってくれますが、私達は日本人同士で取り合いっこしました(^ ^)

最後にインストラクターさんに5ドルチップを渡しました(^ ^)

大満足だったので、チップのお金をもう少し持っていけば良かったと後悔したくらいです！！！


本当にオススメです(^ ^)

My first parasailing experience!
Two handsome guys assisted us.
We boarded a boat with four groups of participants and headed to the parasailing location.

We challenged ourselves to the highest height of 150 meters.
It was much less scary than I expected, and the flying time was so much fun!!
The guys even played around by intentionally dropping us into the sea, which added to the experience. The water wasn't cold, and it was really enjoyable!
Make sure to wear a swimsuit since you might get wet!

They also took photos and made a DVD for us. I think it was $30? It does cost money, but everyone on the same boat bought it!
It became a wonderful memory★

I was able to experience parasailing efficiently within a tight schedule, which was great. A van arrived to pick us up 15 minutes before the meeting time. They waited while calling out to us until the exact departure time. It can be a bit hard to find if you're at a distance, so it's good to be cautious and stand near the road. Parasailing felt safer and less scary than I imagined. The view was also amazing and breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

集合場所には15分前には迎えのワンボックスが来ました。出発時間きっかりになるまで

I forced my 7-year-old daughter to join, but she got seasick while waiting for our turn for parasailing. If you see that view, even those with a fear of heights won't have to worry about the height at all! It might be better to take motion sickness medication to avoid getting sick on the boat.

I booked the longest time to be in the air, but it was almost the same as those who booked for a shorter time. Did a semi-private lesson with two friends which was perfect. Jordan man, so good, he was an amazing instructor, kind and supportive and super friendly, and he got us all up on our boards and surfing on our own within the first hour. The day was bright, waves were slow but incoming, and the view of Waikiki from the water was unforgettable! Thanks to Hans Hedemann Surf School and HawaiiActivities.com. Ah man, such a great way to spend the morning.

The weather was great on the day, and we had a wonderful experience!

During our time there, we were the only Japanese participants, while the other four groups were all foreigners. We didn't speak much English and felt a bit lost trying to keep up with the conversations between the local guide and the other participants, but the important thing was that the guide communicated in simple English and some Japanese, which made it enjoyable for us. In fact, the other four groups were couples, and we were a duo of two women, so we ended up interacting with them quite a bit... right? (laughs)

We signed up for the 130 meters height. However, I’m not sure what height the others signed up for or if we really did the 130 meters. It felt like we flew longer than expected, and it was fun. The view was truly spectacular!! Just be aware that even if you say you don’t want to get wet, they will pretend to drop you into the sea. It was fun in the end, though! (laughs)

As others mentioned, photos are taken for $30. We considered asking other participants to take our pictures, but we couldn't bring ourselves to do it with the foreigners. (laughs) Of course, some of the photos were blurry, but they took about 80 pictures and a few videos, so we were really satisfied! I think there might be some variation in the number of photos, but they burn the CD right there and hand it to you, so there's no waiting.

写真は他の方たちも記載していたように30ドルで撮ってくれます。他の参加者に撮ってもらおうとも考えましたが外国の方たちには頼むことができませんでした。笑　もちろんピンボケしている写真もありますが、約80枚の写真と少しの動画も撮ってくれたので本当に満足です！写真の量には差があるとも思いますが・・・ＣＤその場で焼いて渡してくれるので待つこともありません。

高さは好みもあるかと思いますが、パラセイリングができたことは本当によかったです！

First time doing this and wow! The staff were friendly and fun. Taking a boat ride how can you go wrong, then I was attached to the parachute and Best water view ever! took the dip and to my surprise the water was warm. Ended the vacation on a high note. enjoyed so much all my tropic or island vacation will end on this high note, just higher only went 600 ft. hope the next Captain and crew are as excellent as this Cap and crew.

When I actually went to the school’s reception, it seemed that my reservation hadn’t been communicated, and I was told, “There’s no instructor.” As a result, the start time changed from 8:30 to 10:00, wasting an hour and a half of my valuable time. I had hoped for 8:30 because the wind is weaker earlier in the morning, but after 10:00, as expected, the wind was strong, making it difficult to go out to sea. The staff at the local reception were kind and provided free parasol rentals and a one-hour board rental while I waited until 10:00. I’m not sure how the reservation communication works, but I hope this kind of issue can be avoided in the future.

結果08：30スタートが10：00スタートに変更されてしまい、1時間半の貴重な時間を無駄にしてしまった。

Okay, I'm hooked! I cannot wait to get back to Oahu, and get on a board again! The day was great in every way. Austin is an amazing instructor, and a cool dude. I felt safe and confident with him, and was surfing in no time. Absolutely awesome!! I also had the privilege of meeting CJ, and Rachel (Turtle Bay shop). Thank you both for all the encouragement and advice with my plans to make Oahu my home in the very near future. Looking forward to seeing all of you again...and, of course, surfing. Mahalo!

The 150m extreme ride was amazing.
Indeed, altitude is important for parasailing!
I had experienced a lower altitude before, but this was on a different level.
The breathtaking view from the highest point is something you can never experience from the ground.
If you are going to try parasailing, definitely choose the 150m option.

The bus arrived late at the meeting point, which made me worried, but it came 8 minutes late. If the road was congested, it can't be helped.
The activity was extremely satisfying. My husband, who was scared, seemed to enjoy it so much that he said he wanted to do it again! It seems that parasailing is available in other places on Oahu, but I'm glad we chose this one where we could enjoy the view of Waikiki. We also had a great time with the other participants.

On the day of the reservation, it was canceled due to rain. We didn't know it was canceled until we called the local office. After the call, I received an email from Veltra. I think it would be reassuring to know in advance who will contact us and how, and by what time before the meeting.

Parasailing was incredibly fun. The staff responded to my limited English conversation, and communicating with other foreign guests, even in broken phrases, was enjoyable. My son said it was the most fun he had on this trip.

However, I was a bit surprised by the local disbandment. It would be perfect if there was support for the return trip. Best of luck to you.

I waited for about 15 minutes for the pick-up. It was mentioned that there would be a "trolley with a logo to greet us," but no one came despite waiting... I kept an eye out every time a car stopped, but there was no sign of the right vehicle. After more than 15 minutes had passed, I started to feel anxious and decided to call. They told me, "It already passed." I hurriedly took a taxi to the location where the boat was departing and managed to make it in time for the tour.

When I spoke to a Japanese woman at the reception about the absence of the vehicle and the fact that we weren't called, she responded as if it was our fault, saying, "We don't call names, you know? Others have gotten on." The vehicle I saw was just an ordinary van without any logos.

受付に日本人の女性がいたためそれらしき車が通らなかったこと、特に呼ばれもしなかったことを伝えたところ「名前は呼びませんよ？他の人は乗ってきてるんですよ？」と逆に私たちのせいだと言わんばかり。
車を見るとロゴも何もないただのワゴン車でした。
今まで色々なツアーに参加してきましたが送迎の方は必ず参加者のリストを持っていたし、普通のワゴン車なのであればせめてツアー名だけでも言ってくれれば良いのに...と思います。
Pick Up場所のデューク像前は止まる車も多く、他のツアーの待ち合わせ場所やトロリー乗り場にもなっているため、案内もなしにロゴの無い車をツアーの車だと判断するのはかなり難しいです。
船に乗ったガイドさんは現地の方で参加者を楽しませてくれましたが、他の参加者を待たせてしまったこと、受付の日本人女性にすごく感じの悪い態度を取られたことで、ハワイで楽しい思い出を作るはずが残念な思い出となりました。

参加当日風が強い事もあった為かどうかはわかりませんが、妻と子供の1回目は参加できたものの２回目の参加時に（私と子供）パラシュートが絡まってしまい参加する事が出来ませんでした。非常に残念です。

The view while feeling the wind is amazing, unlike the scenery seen through the airplane window. I'm glad we chose to go as high as possible.

We went as a couple, but the kids who came in a group and rode in the three-seater seemed to be having a great time together.

You can take photos yourself, but it's also fine to take turns with the people you're riding with, so there's no need to worry about photos.

前回は強風で中止になってしまったのでリベンジ。

飛行機から窓越しで見る景色と違って、風を浴びながらの眺めは最高。
一番高くに上がるのにしてよかった。
