I'm glad to say that it was a good experience. I didn't have any complaints about the food or desserts, which I've seen mentioned by others. The only thing I found a bit unclear was the selection process for the initial drinks, whether it was alcohol or tea.
I also made friends with the foreign guests next to me, and we took pictures together and had fun singing and dancing. The atmosphere outside the ship was refreshing, and the sunset was beautiful.

When going up to the upper floors, we used the elevator, and when we went outside from the ship to watch the fireworks, the lower floors were completely restricted, allowing us to enjoy the view without any crowd and in an elegant atmosphere. I made a reservation for the fireworks on Friday, so it was a bit pricey, but I was very satisfied.
上階へ上がる時もエレベーターを使い船から外に出て花火を見る時も下の階の方は一切入れないようになっていて混雑する事なく優雅な気分で見ることができました。金曜日ノ花火の日を予約したので少しお高めでしたが大満足でした。

After being seated, we were offered a welcome drink (you can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic). After the buffet, we went up to the deck from the stairs near the bar counter. We could see Diamond Head and the sunset. When we returned to our seats after the sunset, there was a show happening. I was with my 11-month-old daughter, and they provided us with a high chair (with a belt), and she was eating white rice and fruits. It seemed like she was enjoying herself, swaying to the music and clapping her hands. I don't think there are any diaper changing or nursing spaces.

The lobster for dinner was thick and tasted just like Japanese crab, it was truly delicious! The final jazz live performance was also moving. It was a great experience to overlook Waikiki and see the fireworks, I'm glad I participated!

I had a great time. The food was also good (course dinner). Lobster, wow! I ate it with my hands!
However, the first seat was "a bit" uncomfortable, so when I requested a change, they said okay but took a while to actually do it. The second time! It seemed like they were in charge of our table, and they changed it right away.
They even replaced all the drinks we had with new ones! Thank you, brother.

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this time, since it was a trip just for the two of us without kids, we decided to check out Blue Note Hawaii, which we had been curious about for a while. It was unfortunate that we couldn't see Air Supply, who had a live performance the following week, but we still enjoyed a wonderful Hawaiian night filled with a mature atmosphere at Spyra Jaira. The tour included one drink and tips, so I thought there wouldn't be a bill, but lacking English skills, I ended up paying with my card for the bill the waitress brought. However, after returning home, I contacted VELTRA, and they responded very politely, and to my surprise, they arranged for a refund. I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again. Thank you very much! ♪
ハワイはよく来てますが、今回は子供のいない夫婦2人での旅行ということもあり、前から気になっていたブルーノートハワイに行ってみました。翌週にはエアサプライがライブをやる予定があったのでそちらが見れずに残念でしたが、それでもスパイラジャイラは大人のムードたっぷりで素敵なハワイの夜を過ごせました。ワンドリンク、チップ込みのツアーだったのでお会計がないはずでしたが、英語力のない私はウエイトレスが持ってきた請求書に対しカードで支払いをしてしまいました。しかし帰国後VELTRAさんに問い合わせをしたところ本当に丁寧に対応していただき、まさかの返金対応となりました。返金までは難しいと思っていましたが本当に何度もメールを頂き丁寧な対応に感動しました。

The wind was strong and the boat swayed a bit. I enjoyed watching the show and dancing together! The sunset was also wonderful, and the staff was very attentive, allowing us to have a great time. Additionally, we participated on Friday night and were able to see the fireworks from Hilton. It seemed like couples and married couples were up there the whole time. With the wind, it would have been nice to have something to wrap around.

This time, we used a 5-star service with my spouse and our two children (our eldest daughter and our second son). It was our daughter's first time in Hawaii, and she enjoyed the sunset cruise with delicious food. The highlight was watching the fireworks from the boat, which made us all very excited! Next time, we want to bring our eldest son along as well.

Since we wanted to experience the sunset and dinner, we thought it wasn't overpriced, especially since we could also see fireworks. So, on Friday, my family and I participated in this tour. The sunset and fireworks were just as we expected and were great. Additionally, during the cruise, there was a performer who played and sang, and we also enjoyed a hula show. At the end, there was an audience participation event, and we truly had a wonderful time during the cruise.

Transportation and vessel operation were good. Food service and food need improvement. Service was very slow. Food was not served even remotely hot. Our steaks were so rare as to be inedible. A different dessert should be offered as the the one being served has very little taste. The food was a real disappointment.

I booked this tour to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary. I wanted them to enjoy a leisurely experience, so I requested a private table by the window for the course meal. As a result, we returned to the hotel still buzzing with excitement about how great it was. They seemed to have a wonderful time, and I felt it was a good decision to sign up for this course. I participated in a cruising dinner on the Star of Honolulu for the first time, and the crew was all so lively and it was incredibly fun! In the second half, there were hula dances and dances similar to haka, all of which were very impressive. If you're going to Honolulu, definitely include this in your plans.

The 90-minute stage was incredibly fun and I enjoyed it thoroughly. They know how to entertain the audience, so I lost track of time and had a great time.
Regarding the handling of the options, I made a reservation through Veltra, but the staff struggled to understand the meaning of the voucher. Even though one drink is free with the admission fee, they asked for payment. The voucher clearly states that it's free. I hope Veltra and Blue Note staff can coordinate better on this matter. That aspect left a bad aftertaste.

The wind was strong and the boat swayed a bit, so I was worried about seasickness when the meal started, but I enjoyed myself so much that I forgot about it while watching the show and dancing together! The sunset was also wonderful, and the staff's attentiveness made for a delightful time.

I was excited from the welcoming hula dance.
The interior of the ship was beautiful.
The arrival of the group was just in time for departure, so the waiting time felt long, but the crew members were friendly and chatted with us, making us forget the time.
A total of about 100 people, including students and teachers, boarded last. The cruise progressed mainly with the students, and since they occupied the food in the first half, we started eating around 6 PM.
The main attraction was the scenery, and although it had been raining since morning, I was glad to see a beautiful sunset.

This was my first time participating. The buffet had a limited selection, but almost everything was delicious! The roast beef wasn't tender, so if you're looking forward to that, it might be a bit disappointing... The two-person tables were really cramped, and the tablecloths felt a bit cheap.
I chose the reception plan, but the view from our window side was mostly land (the opposite side had the sea and the buffet line). The photos turned out to be great keepsakes. The sparkling wine got chilled towards the end, and it seemed fine to order a bottle on the day. The cake was three-quarters whipped cream and one-quarter sponge, so I couldn't eat much of it, which was a mistake. (I’m really sorry for leaving it.)
About 30 minutes before the fireworks, everyone went outside to watch. The fireworks were quite far away. It was windy outside at times, but I didn't feel any rocking of the boat that day. A woman played music and sang throughout, and after we finished eating, a few male and female dancers took turns performing.
The restroom was down a staircase in the basement, but it was very spacious. I didn't have a chance to give a tip before it ended. I used the shuttle service, and the three-digit number on the sticker we received at the meeting point was the number for the return bus.

30分前にはみんな花火を見るため外に出てました、花火はかなり遠いです。外、風は強い時ありました。船の揺れはこの日は全く感じなかったです。
1人の女性がずっと演奏しながら歌ってて、食べ終わった後は、数人の男女のダンサーが代わるがわる一通り踊ってくれます。
トイレは地下に階段で降りますがすごい広かったです。
チップは渡すタイミングなく終わりました。
送迎を利用しましたが、最初に集合場所でもらうシールに書いてある3桁の番号が帰りのバスの番号でした。

The Welcome Mai Tai was delicious. Since we were a group of three, we ordered a pitcher of beer for $20, which was a great deal. It was a buffet, so we were completely full and very satisfied.
ウエルカムマイタイがおいしかった。3人で参加したので、ビールをピッチャーで頼んだが、20ドルで安かった。ブッフェなので、おなかいっぱいになり大満足でしたでした。
