I finally experienced ziplining!
We went by rental car without any shuttle service.
The location was easy to find. Everything on-site was in English, so there were moments of confusion (laughs), but it all worked out! The staff were bright, kind, and reliable, which made up for it! The scenery is truly amazing. There’s also a bit of an obstacle course that takes about three hours. If you're not afraid of heights, you'll be fine.
You can definitely enjoy nature to the fullest!

Great place to zip line...Staff was great. We had tour guides Sage, Danny and Asia. Awesome people and very friendly, the learned our names from just the first zip line. I wouldn't book through Veltra (sorry they were nice) however Climb Works has a greater military discount; 25% trumps 10% any day, wish I knew that. It was a great adventure overall! I would do it again.

Zipline crew was amazing. Tip: bring your tip. You leave almost everything at the lockers before you go out so I didn't have a tip for the girls that were our guides. They were awesome, always positive, on their game. The landscape plus flying through the air was something I'll never forget. We were so happily surprised by the meal. Not fancy, just so yummy. I think it was the best we had our whole trip to Oahu and we were there for 13 days. Secret Island was fun even though it was a bit chilly and overcast. We went out on a complimentary boat ride with a glass bottom, saw some turtles. Since it's on the Windward side of the island which has more rain and weather, I might have skipped the island (which is not really an island).

I wanted to try ziplining, so I booked a package that included transportation. The pickup time was punctual. There was one Japanese couple, and the rest were all foreigners. Although the explanations were only in English, they were easy to understand with gestures. (It might be tough if you don't understand any English at all.) The staff were cheerful and kept the energy up, so I enjoyed the tour the whole time! The first line was scary, and I had a hard time jumping off, but from the second line on, it was fun to glide, and I wasn't scared anymore. I was able to slide backward and even upside down.

This was the best zip line experience I've ever done. Each line was a blast, the crew was fun to hang out with and they gave us drinks and food from the farm we flew over. The adventure of going from station to station was also fun. As the course went on they build your confidence to try new fun ways to fly. The views are spectacular of the North Shore. This experience is well worth the drive from Waikiki.

The Zipline and the guides were awesome. I would highly recommend the Zipline as it was just amazing and so much fun.
I was pretty disappointed with the secret island adventure and wish I would have saved my money. There was no snorkeling and staff were not interactive with guests. I had never SUP board before and it would have been nice for a staff to explain or even get in the water and help guests. There was definitely enough staff on the island...

I was anxious because I couldn't communicate, but the instructor was very kind and attentive, so there were no problems at all.

Jumping from the top of the mountain was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I brought my phone to take pictures, but I recommend not bringing it because if you drop it, it would be a serious issue.

The zipline at Kualoa Ranch is a great option. One of the advantages of the Keana Farm is that you can choose the zipline alone, which is not possible at Kualoa, and it includes round-trip transportation. At Kualoa, you can opt for round-trip transportation if you select other tours like the buggy, but if you choose the zipline alone, transportation is not included, making it difficult to get there.

You will zipline seven times with a group of ten people and three local foreign guides over about three hours. The tour description mentions a buggy ride (1.5 hours), but this does not refer to a self-driven buggy like at Kualoa, nor is it actually 1.5 hours; it refers to about a 20-minute buggy ride between the first and second ziplines.

While it seems like snacks are included, it's better to assume there will be almost none. The ziplining itself is very enjoyable, and the foreign guides are cheerful and entertaining. They are also very thorough about safety, which gives a sense of reassurance that the staff is well-trained.

Great tour! If you're only doing the one activity at the ranch, be sure to check what time your activity starts and finishes, you might want to catch the bus or drive yourself. saves you waiting around for hours for the first shuttle bus back to Waikiki.
The actual tour itself was really fun and well run! I would highly recommend

I wanted to go somewhere different and participate in an activity that not many Japanese people join, so I went with my 10-year-old child and my father. It requires physical stamina, but it was incredibly fun. However, there were absolutely no Japanese people, so it was English ONLY. My child can speak English, so we managed somehow (laughs).

A GREAT DAY AT THE RANCH...

The wife and I had never been to Hawaii or on a Zip Line before, but being from southern Arizona, we love horseback riding and the ranch lifestyle. The ranch is a beautiful place and is adorned with beautiful flowers, green trees, awesome views and a lot of history. Our horseback ride was awesome. I wish we had done the 2 hour ride. Bravo is a great looking buckskin who was relatively new to the herd. I really enjoyed riding him. He was just a tiny bit ornery at first, which made him more fun to ride, but nothing an experienced rider couldn't handle. He settled in nicely and we got to see some spectacular views. Lunch was good and filling. Then it was out to the zip lines. Our bus driver/guide was great. She was funny and very informative and knowledgeable. A real pleasure. Now I know what pipi is. LOL... You will see some pipi as this is an active pipi ranch. The zip lines were awesome. The guides were informative and knowledgeable and always make you feel safe and secure. There are cameras on some of the zip lines and a bridge. The pics didn't come out very good and were expensive to purchase. We found three that were sort of ok. If you bring a camera on the zip lines, you will probably get some pretty good shots but tether it to your body. If you drop your camera or phone or anything else, it's gone for good. They do have lockers at base camp to lock your stuff in while you are on the zip lines. There are a couple of uphill hikes between zip lines, (maybe 100 feet or so), that can be strenuous for someone out of shape and those paths have some loose gravel. Wear shoes that will be comfortable and work well with some loose uphill terrain. Tennis shoes work fine or hiking boots. There are also a couple of water stops along the tour. We had a blast and would do it again any day. Enjoy.

When I tried to book a zip line on Maui during my previous visit, I was told it was fully booked for quite some time, which was disappointing. So this time, I was eager and made my reservation early. Since I wasn't very confident about driving on Oahu, I opted for a shuttle service.

As others have mentioned, there was a bit of an issue with the shuttle. It was crowded, and they arrived more than 20 minutes late. The driver didn't come looking for me, so I had to go around checking each vehicle, asking, "Is this for the zip line?" Finally, when I found the driver who said, "Yes, get in!", I tried to show him my voucher, but he said, "I know, just show it when we get there," and didn't check my name before I got in the car. I had heard there were two zip line locations, so I showed my voucher to another American customer and confirmed, "We're going here, right?" which finally put my mind at ease.

There were only the two of us Japanese, and the rest were Americans, but the driver was cheerful and chatty, and the other customers introduced themselves. It was a friendly atmosphere, and we arrived in no time. The zip line experience was undoubtedly fun, making it the best day ever.

I wish there had been a voucher check at the beginning, as it would have saved me from so much anxiety.

However, I definitely want everyone to experience the zip line, so I give it ★★★★★!!

日本人は私たち2人だけで、あとはアメリカ人でしたが、運転手さんも陽気でおしゃべりで、他のお客さんたちも自己紹介をしたり、和気あいあいとした、バスの中であっという間に到着し、ジップラインは文句なく楽しく、最高の一日となりました。

最初に、バウチャーのチェックがあれば、あんなに不安にならなくて済んだのにと残念です。

We found a brochure at the Pineapple Center and quickly made a reservation on Veltra to try it out together. The mountain climbing with the buggy was more intense than I expected! The first zip line was scary, but after that, I got used to it and felt exhilarated. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately my husband got dehydrated and was very ill, therefore we could not go as planned. Please don't get sick because unless you plan to go the the ER and spend ~$500.00 to get a doctor note, your money will not be reimbursed to you!~

My group contained myself, sister and her husband. We choose the zip & Dip. We loved the zipline the weather was over casted and we enjoyed the views. All seven lines were fun. I think we all enjoyed going backwards. We would recommend the ziplines. However we did not enjoy the Secret Island. Not worth the money. Not enough time to enjoy everything offered need more SUP. Lunch was ok. We enjoyed the fresh pineapple and the chicken was good.

It was our first experience, and we didn't understand any English at all. We didn't know what was going on at the reception, but they showed us how to operate in Japanese, so we managed to check in somehow! We didn't understand the explanations at all, but we made it through. The staff were kind and friendly! There are no lockers, so it's best to go with minimal luggage! The drive was actually about 30 minutes. But it was fun! I want to participate again!

Pros: The guides were great. Especially the Hawaiian (?) lady. The zip lines were fun and I like how they had a story for each line. They were better than any of the other ones I been on. The cons: The hiking up hills with the heavy equipment. Not sure if that was in the description. They should warn us beforehand other than that I had a great time.

The zip line was physically demanding, but it was exciting and fun! The friendliness of the staff and the enjoyable atmosphere were also very good. My whole family said they were glad to participate.

The start was terrible as we waited 30 minutes for the bus. It was stated that if it didn't arrive in 10 minutes, we should call, so I did, but since it was in English, the conversation didn't go well. I called twice. During the second call, I was told to wait another 10 minutes, and after 30 minutes, the bus finally arrived. The voucher said to wait in front of the Ilikai Hotel, but the pickup was in front of the road, not at the entrance. Also, instead of calling me by name, they shouted "Zip line!" and I almost didn't realize it in time, which was scary.

Once we arrived, the staff were very friendly and created a fun atmosphere. With gestures, I could generally understand what they were saying in English!

First, we registered our profiles and consent on a wall-mounted PC screen. We had to leave all our belongings behind and participate with just our bodies. It was mandatory to use the restroom before joining.

We moved around the site in a jeep, and it was fun with the bumpy ride that splashed mud everywhere.

After that, we slid down the zip line, starting with the staff demonstrating how it’s done. Then, two people at a time took turns sliding. Before sliding, the staff communicated via walkie-talkie to inform each other of who was going next. The instructions before sliding were precise, which made me feel safe.

There are two ways to slide: fast and slow, and they provided a briefing on this. We slid down seven lines, doing various styles including upside down.

The course included climbing down with ropes, using arm strength to pull ourselves up, and a suspension bridge. We also had bananas and nuts to eat and could drink water, making it feel like an obstacle course. There were two zip line options in Hawaii, one in Croatia and this one, but we chose this one because it seemed more fun. I think we made the right choice.

While enjoying the zip line, I was impressed by the staff's skill and professionalism.

I believe my whole family enjoyed it. As a gesture of gratitude, I gave a small tip to two staff members I was able to identify during the tour. After finishing, it seems they go on break, so it’s best to give tips right away if you want to.

ジップライン、体力使いましたがエキサイティングで楽しかったです！
スタッフさんのフレンドリーさと楽しい雰囲気もとても良かったです。
家族みんな参加して良かったと言っていました。

スタートは最悪でバスを30分待ちました。10分待ってこなかったら電話と記載があったのでかけましたが、英語なので会話が成立しません。2回も電話かけました。2回目に10分待つように言われて、30分待ちで来ましたが、バウチャーはイリカイホテルの玄関前とありましたが、迎えに来たのはホテル前の道路の前で玄関前には来ませんでした。また「●●さん」と名前で呼ばずに、「ジップライン！」と叫ばれてすぐに気が付かず、乗り遅れなくて良かった。怖い・・と思いました。

現地に付いたら、スタッフさんはとてもフレンドリーで楽しい雰囲気で、ゼスチャーもあるのか英語なのに何を言ってらっしゃるのかが大体解りました！

最初にプロフィールと承諾を壁掛けのPC画面で登録します。
持物は全てあずけて身体一つ。必ずトイレをしてから参加です。

ジープで敷地内を移動しますが、泥が飛んでくるくらいグネグネ運転で楽しかったです。

その後ジップラインを滑走しますが、最初まずスタッフさんが滑って見本を見せてくれます。
その後順番に2名ずつ滑走します。滑走前にはスタッフさんがトランシーバーで連絡を取り合い、誰が滑るかを名前を伝えています。滑る前の滑走の手順も正確で安心して滑れました。

滑り方には速く滑る方法と、ゆっくり滑る方法があります。これをレクチャーしてくれます。
7本滑りましたが、逆さになったり、いろんな滑り方をしました。

コースの中には、上から縄で下に降りたり、下から上に腕力を使って自分を引上げたり、吊り橋があったり、途中バナナやナッツも食べたり、水を飲めたりアスレチックのようでした。
ジップラインはハワイでクロアチアと2つあったのですが、こちらの方がコースが楽しそうだったので私達はこちらを選びました。多分正解でした。

ジップラインを楽しむとともに、スタッフさんの滑走の上手さや仕事ぶりが素晴らしく関心してしまいました。

家族みんな楽しめたと思います。感謝の気持ちを込めて、一緒に回ったスタッフさんで発見できたスタッフさん2名にチップを少しお渡ししました。終了すると休憩に入られるみたいで姿がすぐにいらっしゃる場所が解らなくなりますので、渡したい方はすぐに渡したほうが良いです。
