Staff is very friendly. Jeremy and Kalani (I prob spelled his name wrong) were very knowledgeable, helpful. There was and older gentleman on the hike who had issues with heat exhaustion, and Jeremy even took off his t-shirt to help the man, that maybe shouldn't have been on the hike in the first place. It was great that we had the same two guides during throughout all three excursions. There are only two things they don't tell you before you go. One is that the hike is a real hike, not just a stroll through the woods, and bit challenging for someone who would become winded from climbing stairs. lol We were able to do the hike with no problems, but its just a word of advise. Second there is only one port-a-potty available at the beginning of the day, so make sure you go before it starts. But don't worry you will sweat out most of the water lol. You won't have access to another bathroom until the start of the snorkel. Other than those few surprises we had a wonderful time and everythi

Great day of events. For me the sailing portion made the day very long. I would not recommend all three in the future.
The hike and biking experience was awesome. Some of the guides on the boat were not as friendly or welcoming as I experienced on my other excursions. Kind of put a damper on an otherwise good experience.

I wanted to enjoy the sea, sky, nature, and the happy, rich atmosphere of Hawaii, so I signed up for this tour.
I strolled through a lush tropical rainforest that far exceeded my expectations, and it made me feel incredibly rich in spirit.
The rainforest offers various beautiful sights, and it's truly enjoyable. In addition to shopping, spa treatments, and ocean activities, please make sure to savor this abundant nature!
After such a hike, there's the downhill. You can really run down a scenic slope with a great feeling. We take a lunch break in the middle of the downhill, and the view of Waikiki from there is absolutely amazing.
All the necessary equipment for the hiking and downhill activities is provided by the tour company, so you can feel at ease.
I highly encourage everyone to experience this!

The hike was wonderful, something different from the beach. The guide was informative and we had an enjoyable time. However, the bike ride was rather slow. We were accomplished bikers and had to wait many times for slow people to catch up. It would have been more fun if they had divided the group up and let the fast ones go,go,go.

I've really enjoyed this bike tour.
It seems to be suited for beginner or intermediate.
If you are intermediate biker, don't miss the upper class course that you can request to the guide.
There are lots of bush, rock and the crossing point of the creek.
It's so fun!
You feel more fulfilled.
And Jereny, the guide was so nice guy.
He told us not only the course but also many histories about the ranch.

This time, I wanted to try something different, not just the usual sightseeing, so I participated with my 11-year-old son. The hike in Manoa Valley felt like a completely different world, far from Waikiki. It was as if we had entered a jungle. We crossed bamboo groves and visited waterfalls, realizing that there are such places on Oahu. After the hike, we completely changed the mood by going up Tantalus Hill (of course, we were driven there), and then we enjoyed a leisurely downhill ride on bikes that were provided for us. I had some anxiety before going down, but the instructor ensured everyone's safety while maintaining a slow pace, so I was able to enjoy the downhill ride with peace of mind. The views along the way, including spots where we could see Diamond Head and Waikiki, were really fun. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

We did the all day activity and it was terrific. My husband and I took our 17 yr old son and 10 yr old daughter with us and even they had a good time. My daughter liked the hike, especially the mud, and my son liked the bike ride down. We all enjoyed the snorkeling. We saw 3 giant sea turtles and a couple different types of fish. I highly recommend motion sickness pills if you aren't use to a boat ride. Our guide Jeremy was the perfect guide. I would definitely recommend this activity to families.

Our family did the Hike, Bike, Sail and Snorkel Tour and had a great time. It gave us a great blend of three different ways to see the island - hiking the rain forest, biking down the mountain (getting a GREAT view of Diamond Head and Waikiki during our lunch break), and snorkeling just off the coast.
Our tour guide, Jeremy, was fantastic. He was very personable and knowledgeable. My 10 year old son, enjoyed hiking and biking right by Jeremy and asking a TON of questions. And Jeremy did a superb job of answering all of his questions, never being bothered by them.
My family would definitely recommend this tour (all three parts) to anyone.

After suffering through hokey luaus and the miserable submarine and magic shows, we went on this tour and it absolutely made our trip. The rainforest hike was unique, as expected. The tourguide had everything thought out for us: we were provided with rubber boots, food, water, waist packs, and water bottles.
The downhill bike portion of the day made for some great views and excellent photo ops. We took a picture of us holding hands with the entire coastline visible about 5 miles behind us and lots of ocean behind that.
The highlight of the trip was the sailing and snorkeling during which we (both first timers) played among a school of fish, got up close to sea turtles, swam to the coral reef about 25 feet down, and enjoyed a trip a mile or so offshore. As we sailed back in, we saw dolphins swimming beside the boat. We saw more sea life during this trip than during the entire submarine tour.
The tour guide was totally helpful and fun to talk to at the same time. We'd do t

Knee-high rubber boots supplied by the tour are a must. . the hike goes into the rainforest ending at a waterfall and the passage out is thru bamboo. Bike ride was easy but great scenery. Mark meet us with the bikes and helmets and followed Matthias and the group down the mountain. Lunch was enjoyable and the snorkel part was relaxing and fun with Liz and Jocelyn as our boat "captains". Matthias was with us and the first one in the water to show us sea turtles and fish. Rarely do I take the time to be a reviewer, but my family so enjoyed the bike, hike, sail, and snorkel combo that I felt compelled to give a review. The excursion starts with a high through a beautiful rainforrest. The guides were well prepared providing boots that were definitely needed for the muddy terrain, as well as mosquito repellant( A MUST!) and ponchos. My wife is recovering from ACL surgery 8 months ago and I was concerned she would not be able to complete the hike. We were able to go at a slower pace than the main group and the guides were very accomodating.
The bike ride comes next. It was very scenic and all downhill. You do mostly braking-coasting with very little peddling. Ending the day with the sail and snorkel is like icing on the cake. We got to see sea turtles up close while snorkeling!
I would highly recommend this outing and would definitely do this excursion again if/when I return to Oahu!

A great way to see and learn about Hawaii. The hike through the rain forest was very fun and not at all overly exerting (perfect for a vacationing explorer). The guide was very knowledgable and entertaining, offering a perfect mix of commentary, facts and quiet time for some quiet reflection.
The bike tour was also very nice, only it was too short (well, the bottom of the hill has to come eventually). Again, the guide was knowledgable and gave us some spectacular views of Hawaii.

The trio combination of snorkeling, hiking and biking was unique. Our favoriate part of the day was the hike through the rain forest and snorkeling. The biking was OK but not at all challenging; good for the scenic view only. The snorkeling was OK, but could have been better if there was more to see i.e. aquatic life beyond the turtle. We also found it to be a bit intimidating to snorkel in the ocean, which was rather rough that day. We have snorkeled in the past in more protected areas such as coves and bays, and were anticipating something similar. Overall, if we could do it again, we would chose the hike, skip the biking and only do snorkeling within a contained area.
Thank you.
