I participated in a 1-hour mountain bike tour! There were 8 of us in total, including 4 others from our group. Before the departure time, we had practice time, and even as someone who rode an electric bike for the first time, I got used to it quickly. The initial uphill was tiring, but after that, I enjoyed riding in the gentle nature. There was a participant whose chain came off, but they quickly fixed it. Since it was a 1-hour course, we had about 2 hours of waiting time until the return bus, which felt a bit long. The 1-hour course felt a bit short, so if I participate again, I would like to join the 2-hour course! 😊

Since we had a 3-year-old child with us, we only joined the activities involving rides, but the Jurassic Park movie location and the jungle tour in the Kualoa mountains were quite bumpy, and the child enjoyed it like a roller coaster. The weather on the day of the event was perfect. My wife, who is usually not accustomed to riding a bicycle, and I participated together, and we both had a fantastic time!

For those who regularly ride mountain bikes, the trails might feel a bit lacking, but the stunning scenery, the impressive mountain ranges, the beautiful blue sea, and visiting locations that have been used in numerous films made it all incredibly enjoyable.

I think the course overlaps with most other activities, so I highly recommend experiencing it on a bicycle while feeling the wind!

Thanks to the e-bike, my wife was completely unexhausted and was very satisfied just enjoying the ride.

It's perfect for movie lovers. The scenery from the films is right in front of you! It's a valuable experience! The botanical garden was also enjoyable with the guide's humor. Lunch can get crowded, but there were enough chairs for us to sit. At one point, we ran out of hot water for milk, and since the next tour time and dining area weren't in a restaurant, I was concerned about hygiene for the baby and didn't order. Also, there are no changing tables, but if you're well-prepared, it's fine for those with babies! You can sit for a long time without getting tired and enjoy it all the way to the end.

Although the guide mentioned that there would be no explanations in Japanese, the presenters at each attraction provided explanations in Japanese, which was helpful.
We chose the movie location tour, jungle exploration, and the Taste of Kualoa tour (a tour to see and taste Hawaii's agricultural products). Since it was our first time, I was wondering what it would be like, but these turned out to be quite enjoyable attractions.
There seem to be many other activities available as well, such as ATV rides, horseback riding, and zip-lining. I thought I would try different attractions next time I come.

The round-trip bus from Honolulu to the ranch was quite uncomfortable on the way there.
The air conditioning was too strong, making it cold, the seats were hard, and the background music was too loud. Since the pickup was at 7 AM, I couldn't even sleep on the bus in that situation.

Kualoa Ranch is beautiful and probably my favorite place on Oahu. There is so much to do there! This is a bus tour that offers an awesome experience driving through the heart of the ranch and listening to the guides commentary about the different movies that were filmed there. The bus makes multiple stops along the way so you can get out, walk around, and take pictures as you please. Overall good tour. The guide was very knowledgable and made it fun. From the moment Sean picked us up we knew we were going to have a great time with his warm welcoming fun personality and his Aloha Spirit.

His knowledge of both 5-0 series was incredible along with life on the island and other filming areas that go on on the island as well as several historic events for the islands.

He showed us the offices for both series as well as where they lived on the series. As he try to take us by the studio it was blocked off because of the recent tragic deaths of one of Honolulu’s officers Processions was about to begin. He pointed out where the tragedy had occurred.

We went to the Overlook where Danny goes during the show often then off to McGarret’s House for lunch.

Lunch was very good and he pointed out several things that have been shot there from the show.

He was very gracious and was always there to take any and all photos we want it. I participated with my 7-year-old child. At the movie filming locations, the Japanese-speaking driver provided fun explanations while we toured the sites. The scenery was wonderful. Since I had only been around Waikiki before, I realized once again that this is also Hawaii.

It started to rain, and we wore raincoats. The jungle exploration was entirely in English. Unfortunately, my English isn't great, so I couldn't understand the explanations, but my child said this was the most fun part. It seemed like they enjoyed the bumpy ride.

The other activity also had explanations in Japanese after the English ones, which made me feel at ease participating. My child seemed to tire out and was a bit less energetic. Overall, everywhere you looked, there were magnificent and wild views, and it was a lot of fun.

I participated with two female friends. I had never been to Kualoa Ranch before, and initially thought about trying the popular zipline, but since there were only seven ziplines, I thought it might be boring if it ended too quickly, so I put that on hold. Next, I considered the popular buggy ride, but since there were no single seats available, and there would be a problem deciding who would drive if we took a five-person buggy, I also put that on hold. Ultimately, we chose the e-bike tour (2 hours, no kayaking, with a shuttle option). It turned out to be amazing! Here are the details.

The tour started at 12:30, and we gathered in front of the designated hotel at 10:20. Although we arrived early, the bus came just in time, which made me a little anxious. There were quite a few people going to Kualoa, so we were transported by a large bus (about a 50-minute ride), and I slept the whole way there and back. After arriving, we checked in at the ticket office, which was all in English. As others have mentioned in their reviews, there is over an hour of waiting time from check-in to the start of the tour, which can be a bit boring, but there were horses around, and the views were stunning, so we spent the time taking photos. 天気も良く、服が汚れず、素晴らしい絶景の中を風をきって進むのはとにかく気持ちがよかったです。

Kayaking doesn't take long to get used to, and there's no worry about falling! I didn't understand more than half of what was said in English during the guidance, but it was fun.

The mountain biking also allows for practice until you get used to it, which is reassuring. Since it has assistance, I didn't get tired at all. I was very satisfied to feel the great outdoors up close.

There's also a bus service to the ranch, so that's comforting.

This tour was really good, the tour guides were full of humour and fun stories to tell, the vehicles were comfortable and the tours well done. (Would've like just a -little- more time in some of the places (not a lot, just 2-3 more minutes maybe)).
But I would definitely recommend this full day tour to anyone, there's something for everyone at Kualoa Ranch.

VELTRA deserves praise too, I got a voucher from a friend and had trouble redeeming it, contacted VELTRA on Facebook and was told I had to call to book the tour and they would add my voucher. As I didn't have a working phone available they managed to transform the voucher into points and add them to my VELTRA account. I was then free to use it for this booking. Thank you for making it so easy for me :-)

After checking in at the pickup location, we received a paper with the schedule and order of today's activities, along with colored tape wrapped around our wrists. It seems there were many participants that day, as we took two buses. As we drove along the coast towards the North Shore for about 70 minutes, we could see pastures on the left, and soon we spotted the sign for Kualoa Ranch. In the pastures, there were cows, cows, and more cows, along with a cowboy on horseback, which heightened our excitement.

We were welcomed by staff playing the ukulele in front of the guest center and received explanations about the meeting points for each activity. After that, everyone participated in their chosen course. The meal was a simple buffet, and later the staff informed us that the chicken and pork were raised on the ranch. It seems that popular courses like horseback riding and the ATV tour fill up quickly, so it's best to make reservations early. If the weather isn't good (you'll need a change of clothes if it rains), the value of the experience diminishes a bit.

If you want to visit the filming locations, you need to join the movie set tour to see everything. Reviews mention that you can see some parts from the ATV and horseback riding, but we only caught glimpses. The movie set tour provides thorough explanations, and there are tours available in Japanese as well. This was my first time participating after seeing it featured on TV. The pickup was smooth and on time. The bus's air conditioning was too strong, and even though I complained to the guide, it didn't help; everyone seemed to endure it. It was an immersive tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the great nature of Kualoa. There was no wasted time, and we were able to see all the highlights. However, it was stated that long pants were absolutely necessary, but they weren't needed at all (they might be required for horseback riding). I was torn between horseback riding and mountain biking, but ultimately chose mountain biking. It was the right decision! There was a decent amount of exercise, but the breeze I felt while pedaling was amazing! I had prepared myself for a wait until the bus on the way back, but we participated in the 12:30 session, finished at 2:30, and took the 3:00 bus back to Waikiki, so it worked out perfectly.

I had a great time.
It was a one-hour electric-assist mountain bike tour, and the hour flew by.
