Reviewed by: Gale Moses, 2016/08/22It would have been "a once in a lifetime" opportunity in the Pacific ocean in Hawaii. Unfortunately the three of us anxiously awaiting our turn on the underwater scooters became seasick. Had we known the swells of the ocean, from tropical storm Darby, may have affected us negatively, maybe we could have prepared better. Perhaps somewhere in the confirmation the vendor could have mentioned motion sickness and recommended we take or put on something "just in case" we might be affected. My son made it into the scooter gear but came up because bubbles kept getting in his nose, eyes. Others on the boat did have a great time! We won't go again. We will snorkel next time. It just didn't work out for us.

poorly organized program......wait too much time for 15 min riding

Furthermore, I couldn't even enjoy with my wife and son at the same time. So embarrassed and annoyed much. I admit the riding itself is exciting activity but their program was not that sophisticated. I was so much disappointed.

ちょっと怖かったけどすごく楽しかったです

船酔い対策のアロマを塗ってくれたり、お水とポテチは食べ放題でした。
ちゃんと付き添いの方いて餌巻いてくれたり本当に綺麗でカメまで見れてよかったです

Nothing like Snorkeling when a sea turtle just swims up to you!!
Reviewed by: Daniel Haquet, 2016/07/14We did this as part of our anniversary week in Oahu and all I can say is if you are "thinking" of doing this, stop thinking and just DO IT! It's an experience you will never forget and the fact that we got to pet and swim along a sea turtle in the ocean is simply awesome!! The crew was amazing, the water was warm and it's something we'll never forget, the crew made this a very memorable experience.

Personal attention so that I got maximum experience as guides helped us see the turtles when they came around and did everything possible to draw the fish to us. You could tell the crew was experienced and competent.

Decent experience
Reviewed by: Kevin M., 2016/07/01First of all crew was great! Our driver and diver Taylor went out of his way to be helpful .
The experience was average . Not much time on actual scooter. A lot of time sitting on boat then back at shop waiting to be driven back while the video and pictures we being pushed. Wouldn't do it again but not unhappy that I did it once.

しかしながら、ご満足いただけるサービスを提供できませんでしたこと、お詫び申し上げます。
今回の内容を現地催行会社に確認させていただきましたところ、当日機械の不具合などはなかったとのことではございますが、
水に入るアクティビティの性質上、スクーターに乗り降りする際に濡れてしまう可能性があるとのことでございました。
写真撮影含み楽しみにされていたにも関わらず、ツアーページの記載内容に誤解を招く表現があり、ご迷惑をおかけして誠に申し訳ございません。

Reviewed by: よっぴ, 2016/06/018:00ピックアップが遅れたので電話をすると英語で出ました。バウチャーには英語、日本語対応と書いてありJapanese speaker pleaseと言ったところいないと言われた。
しばらく待ってピックアップされたが案内所について1分でさあ、船で行こう！とシーボブについての操作方法をなにも聞かされていないのにも関わらず君たち1番に行ってと言われて何もわからず不安しかなかった。
天気は雨でものすごく寒かったしこちらもバウチャーに暖かいコーヒー紅茶用意してあると書かれていたにも関わらずキンキンに冷えた水。
天気はだれのせいでもないのだが極寒で、ピックアップの車も冷房がすごく、終始震えていました。
1番に終わったのでその後最後の方々が終わるまで酷い船揺れの中ひたすら待っていた。
シュノーケリングもできるよと言われたがそれどころではない。
シーボブも15分回れると書いてあったにもかかわらず10分もなかった。
貴重な体験を出来たと思うし海の中は綺麗で海亀も会えました。
しかし天気に左右されまくったので写真代別でこの値段は高すぎると同じ日本人参加者と話していました。
この度はツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ご満足いただけるサービスを提供できませんでしたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
ピックアップの遅れにつきましては、交通事情などにより若干遅れる場合もございますが、ご案内通りにお待ちいただいても迎えが来ないため、不安なお気持ちだったかと察します。

船酔い対策をおすすめします

集合場所からオフィスまで移動し説明ビデオを観賞。ここまでは良かったのですが、その後は海にでる船を待つこと約1時間。なんの説明もなく、ただただ待つだけ。やっと船が来て海に出たと思ったら、先に海に出ていた船へ乗船するだけ。その船でもまったく説明がないまま、さらに1時間以上待たされ…あげくのはてに船酔い。体調が優れないまま水中スクーターを体験するという結果になりました。
ちなみに一緒に乗船していた中に日本の方が10名ほどおりましたが、ほぼ全員の方が船酔いとの闘いで、皆さんもとて辛そうでした。
ぜひ今後、参加される方は必ず船酔い対策をし参加されることをおすすめします‼

Underwater spectacular

It is like you are transported to another world and underwater world and I got to see fish, turtles, sting rays - just amazing - you won't regret it. So fun!

I was nervous but they put my mind at ease and I greatly enjoyed seeing all the fish and the sea turtles! They even had snacks for us on the boat.
Thanks for giving me an experience thought I would never get to have. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible experience! Highly recommend it

I don't know how to swim well, so I never go snorkeling or scuba diving and miss all the underwater fun. This activity allowed us to see the underwater world, feed fish in their natural habitat, spy on turtles and spend time together doing something fun and different. If you're prone to motion sickness, definitely take something for that before going because some people seemed a little sea sick. This activity impressed both of us. The divers were very helpful and took great photos. Thank you to the whole crew!

来てくれて、なぜか緊張や怖さがとれ、とても癒されました。
とても素敵なひとときでした。
潜った時期が２月ともあって、水からあがってきたら、風でとても寒かったので、
ウインドブレーカーで体をおおうものが必要でした。

とてもＧＯＯＤな体験でした
Reviewed by: キタヒト, 2016/02/25説明には少々不安がありましたが（笑）とても良い経験ができました。ボートにお水、スナック菓子が用意してあり、順番待ちの間は魚にエサをあげたり、シュノーケリングが自由に出来たりで待ち時間も楽しく過ごすことができました。ウミガメに出会うことができたのもとてもうれしかったです。待っている間船酔いするとお聞きしたので酔い止めを飲んでいきました。あと待っている間は寒かったので羽織るものがあるといいかと思います。海の中は想像していた以上にきれいで魚もたくさんいて本当に楽しかったです。また参加したいです！

Great Experience
Reviewed by: KrisG, 2015/12/27It is a great experience doing the Underwater scooter. The guides were excellent making sure we are comfortable right from the beginning. It was a 1 to 1 guided adventure. The guides captured excellent pictures and videos of us individually and as as a couple with the beautiful fishes!. The plus thing is they do have all the snorkeling gear available for free so once you are done or you decide when your turn is you can do snorkeling.

Reviewed by: mamaboku, 2015/12/03息子が大の魚好きで、毎回ハワイに行くとシュノーケルや潜水艦のツアーに参加していたんですが、今回はシーボブに参加しました。
７５歳の母と１０歳の息子がいたのでちょっと不安でしたが、ハワイの海中はとても素晴らしく、シーボブに餌が付いているので沢山のお魚たちが寄ってきてくれ、二人とも大はしゃぎでした。私も初体験でしたが海の透明感とかわいいお魚たちに触れて大感動！
また参加したいと思います！
ただ、潜るポイントまで小型の船で行き、三人ずつ１０～１５分潜っている間の待ち時間があり、停泊している船が結構揺れるので船酔い者続出でした。
私は酔い止めを飲んでいたので大丈夫でした。普段酔わない方も持って行った方が良いと思います。
