We were transported to and from hotel which was great. Jet skis were a great experience and all of the staff was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Hawaii Water Sports - Make Your Own Ocean Activities Combo

Parasailing,Bumper Tube, Snorkeling:Great experience, not so great service.

A friend and I signed up for the 3 ride plus and chose to do parasailing, bumper tube and snorkel at hanauma bay.

1) Parasail - shortly after we left the dock, we had the boat driver turn back with the other tourists on the boat because the staff forgot to give my friend and I wristbands for the events.
Parasailing went well and they sent us off in a boat to look at/purchase pictures, but was NOT informed where we were to go next or who was going to pick us up. They just dropped us off and that was it. We were very confused, we asked the kiosk but they had no idea either which was frustrating. After about 20 minutes, we were informed that there would be a boat to pick us up.

2) Bumper tube - Went smoothly.

3) Hanauma bay snorkel - The staff told us that there would be a van outside to pick us up. Again, we had no idea what the van looked like or who was going to pick us up. We saw a white van (with no company name) circle around about 4 times and finally figured out that it was for us. He dropped us off at the bay and told us he would be back in 2 hours to pick us up. After paying the admission fee, watching the safety video for hanauma bay, and putting our personal items in the locker we only had 1 hours to snorkel!!! The hour flew by and we rushed back to the parking lot to get picked up. We saw our driver, but he told us that he MEANT to say that he was going to pick us up in 4 hours!!!!! He wouldnt let us on his van because he said that he was going somewhere else! At this point we were extremely aggravated and got on a van with a completely different driver after we explained our situation.

I was very disappointed in the service and professionalism of the tour company with the amount that I paid. It is highly unlikely that I will ever do a package deal with this company again nor will I refer my friends. It was such a disappointment because this company had great reviews, but it definitely did not live up to its ratings.

Fun on a waverunner

This is a fun little trip. The check in booth is located quite a ways away to where the actual jet ski event it. You take a small van there and then take another boat to a little island. From here you get on the jet skis and take a 30 minutes to run around in circles. We had a blast.

Why 4/5 stars? They would not let you do other fun things with the boats. I used to have my own PWC so I was expecting to have a more freestyle day and not a race around in circles day. I wanted to do 180s and create whirlepool jumps. But other than that it was fun.

I would recommend.

booked the banana boat, parasailing and scuba dive combo. loved the parasailing. Banana boat was ok. had a little girl with us so didnt go full speed. the diving was ok too. was only certified diver so had to go along with the learners

Amazing experience had by all

Such an AMAZING experience. Both my sister and I can't swim so we were weary at the start but we told the guys on deck so they could keep an eye on us - fortunately we didn't tip the jet ski over! Definitely will try again.

Great Water Activity

This is my first time going to Hawaii, and my first time tried Jet Ski, at the first I was scared because I couldn't swim, I was afraid of dropped into water. But in fact, it was very cool, not even a slight chance to get into water, very safe and fun activity. Both of me and my guy loved it.

I would actually give this 3.5 stars instead of 3 if I could. The service was great and the people helping you with the jetskis were really nice and informative. The only gripe I have is that you can only ride around in a circle with the jet skis, and I expected it to be more open. You have to wait for enough people to board the ferry to take you to the jetski area, which can be annoying. For shuttle riders, you have to wait for enough people to ride that as well. Just a heads up!

Tandem jet ski ride was a lot of fun. Thought 45 min might be kind of long but the time flew by and it was perfect. One of our favorite things during our vacation.

Great Fun

My wife and I went Jet Skiing for the first time ever and had a blast! Decent price and they have high quality waterproof cameras on the skiis but charge extra if you want a copy of photos or video. So bring extra money if you plan to buy a copy but thats optional. The staff was very nice especially the captain of the boat that drove us to the activity barge, he was telling jokes the whole way. Over all, I would recommend this activity to a friend.

had a blast so much fun. the jet ski was awesome, the banana boat was hard but so much fun. the bumper tube was awesome, def a must do when in hawaii. your arms and legs will be like jello after but i would def do it again

The parasailing was fun and everything I expected and wanted. The jet skiing on the other hand was in simple terms lame. Going around a simple, and I mean simple course was not what I was expecting and wanted.

A day of fun!

We chose this activity due to the recommendation of our hotel staff. This was so much fun! We have never done this before and my kids (16 &11) loved it! We got lost on the way and called and the staff gave us directions to get there. The drivers of our banana boat were the best. We had so much fun and laughed the entire time. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to have fun on the water!

Great for first timers

We chose the banana boat option which left us all with sore muscles the next day from holding on. Fun but not for everybody. Jet skiing was great for beginners! Parasailing was a blast! Could have done without the rocking the boat when we were at full sail--instantly made us motion sick but gratefully it only lasted a few seconds. Some of the staff left you with the impression that they hate their job and they are sick of tourists.

Wonderful experience

I had jet skied before, but I had never done it in Hawaii, this was a different experience and one that I loved thoroughly, I went with my girlfriend. We were given clear instructions on how to behave and what to do in event of an accident, the jet ski time was fun and we had a brilliant time, I highly recommend it!

I was playing Jet Ski,Bumper Tube,Banana Boat for my first time, and it was an awesome experience. I would't actually recommend scuba diving for first timer though because me and my sister were both nervours down the water and we actually dived up in less than 5 min. Note: There is nothing wrong with the instructor. The instructor was very professional, he explained most of the thing clearly before you dived down. For first timer, please note that you will be using mouth to breath and you may feel the pain in ur ears.

My husband and I loved this! We were hoping to have a little more freedom of where to go for the jetski part, but all the same it was fantastic! The parasailing was AMAZING!!! The colors of the ocean were breathtaking! The staff were incredible as well! Worth every penny and one of the best combo packs we went on!

Fun with Hawaii Watersports!

Even though the weather wasn't cooperating, we had a great time with Hawaii Water Sports.

The water was kind of cold, but the staff was great at getting us to do the activities and have a blast doing them! The bumper tube was a lot of fun, flying across the wake of the boat, and I even was able to stand up wake-boarding!

SCUBA was great, the visability down there the other day was fantastic, and saw some awesome turtles and eels, we could even hear the whales singing underwater! What a great day!

A friend and I did the 3 ride package. We did Banana Boat, Bumper Tube, and Scuba. The Bumper tube was lots of fun getting thrown around on the water. The Banana Boat was cool too, and it was my first time doing something like that. The best part of the day was the Scuba dive. Since we were certified we got to go to a couple reefs out in the bay. Had a good time and got some great pictures. Would recommend.

Bloody Awesome

I read one of the reviewers saying there was allot of waiting no worries as we are on hols and whats the rush. The Seabreeze crew was very professional and completed the instruction on the skis and provided us with a safety video before we commenced the ride. The triangle course was large enough to get up a decent speed on the skis, with only 6 skis on at a time provided a good space between each of them. The skis were in good condition and they were so much fun, definately a highlight of our trip.

The only negative is that we had a camera not taking videos and photos as well which was unfortunately as my daughter was the victim who likes to take photos and remember great moments, if it was of one of my sons they wouldn't of cared so much.

SeaBreeze sports needs to look into this as allot of the reviews have mentioned this.

Fun - but involves some waiting

The activity is a lot of fun. The jet skis were in good condition, easy to ride, and quite fast. The staff took care to provide instruction. We were a bit disappointed to have to ride around a fairly small triangular course, but we had plenty of room for each rider.

There was a lot of waiting: the pickup was 10 minutes late. When we arrived at the location we waited to sign in, then saw a safety video, then waited 20 minutes for a boat to take us to the jet ski platform, then waited on the platform for our turn. After our ride we waited on the platform for a boat to take us back to shore, then waited for our photos, then waited for the van to take us back to town. All in all, for a 30-minute activity it was a LOT of waiting. Don't make plans that depend on being back in town early!

Also, although there is an online system that allows sign-up for solo or tandem rides, and assigned ride times, it turned out that they had 10 solo riders signed up for the 1:30 time slot, which was a
