We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon and overseas wedding. Originally, my husband and I agreed that we wanted to ride solo, so we participated in the solo rides with transportation included. All the other participants were on tandem rides. It was a bit challenging at first until we got the hang of it, but once we did, we improved our speed and turning techniques! The tandem riders would switch at designated points, and I thought it seemed like a waste of time to switch, watching them out of the corner of my eye. The 30 minutes went by in a flash! It was almost not enough (laughs). We really had a great time! I absolutely recommend riding solo! Both of us are likely to get hooked on jet skiing!

However, it was a bit chilly, possibly because it was slightly overcast, and the sea was cold. Also, goggles are a must. The seawater is salty, and with all the splashing while jet skiing, your eyes will hurt. We rented goggles, which was definitely the right choice. They cost $10 each, which is a bit pricey, but it's better not to skimp on that.

We did the three combo activity and it as absolutely full of fun! Overall it was a great day out in the sun and beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish the time at Hanauma bay was longer and had options of later pick up, it was beautiful and breathtaking. Wish I could of stood longer. Bring snacks and drinks highly recommend.

The bus arrived at the meeting place on time. The distance to the jet ski location was about 30 minutes, and there was a lot of waiting time even after we arrived. The jet skiing itself was enjoyable, although it was cold since it was December, and we had fun going around three poles. However, I highly recommend wearing goggles, which cost $10 per person. Additionally, the end time was significantly delayed. The simulation at the time of booking indicated we would get off the bus at the meeting point at 10:00, but the jet skiing ended at 10:30, and the next bus was at 11:00. They helped us call a taxi, which was a relief, but it was an unexpected expense. I really recommend planning with plenty of buffer time.

I was picked up at the hotel on time, and after a quick check-in, we took a 10-minute boat ride to the jet ski location. After a brief explanation, I was able to ride at full speed and enjoy jet skiing to my heart's content while screaming with excitement. On the way back, I wanted to keep playing in the ocean, so I was dropped off at Waikiki Beach, which I really appreciated. I definitely want to join this tour again next time.

Everything was well orchestrated and every single person that we dealt with from the driver to the check in staff to the guys driving the boats and operating the activities were awesome. Couldnt ask for a better group of people. The rain didnt put a damper on our day.

In December, it was sunny on the day, but there was also some wind, making it a bit chilly for marine sports. After listening to the instructor's explanations, we started. We went around three pylons in a clockwise direction, full throttle for about 30 minutes! Since it was just going around, it can get a bit boring once you get used to it, but racing while soaking up the sunlight and seawater is really fun!

*The local instructor also recommends it, but goggles are a must. You’ll understand why after going around once without them (laughs).

While many other marine sports start early in the morning, it was great that we could participate starting at 2 PM. Just going around in a one-way loop in the water was already a lot of fun, but it seems like it would be even more enjoyable if we could move around more freely and in a more complex way.

our driver and cruiser are so nice and cool, it's a pre-honeymoon with my husband and we both have a blast!
the bay was so pretty and you really just enjoy the time up in the sky, sometime they will dip you in water just for fun! haha
one thing that's important, they took GREAT pictures!
so i can't help but buy them all, digital in USB for all pictures they took! total 92 pictures!
thank you guys for creating a unforgettable memories for us!

A shuttle came and picked us up from our hotel to take us to the site. We then got on a boat and they took us to a course where we had to wait our turn to get on the jet skis. It was great for us beginners, as the course was in a circle with buoys marking where you had to go. We felt super safe the entire time. They attach a Go Pro and have it take pictures for the first half and then a video for the last half, which is available for purchase after. I highly recommend paying $5 before for the goggles, they were super helpful in keeping the salt water out of our eyes.

The shuttle to the hotel arrived well before the scheduled time, so there was no anxiety. It takes about 30 minutes by car from Waikiki to the port.
From the port to the course, you travel by boat while enjoying the scenery, and the location is fantastic!
Since this is a tour specialized in jet skiing, the course is different from other tours, allowing for longer distances and times to fully enjoy the experience.
However, for safety reasons, it seems that the maximum speed is limited for two-person rides.
For those who want to go fast, a single ride is recommended.
I think it's a good value for a half-day (3-hour) tour.

港からコースまでは景色をみながら、ボートで移動していき、ロケーションも最高です！

Everything was great! My family loved the beautiful view of Maunalua Bay. The staff were super friendly and cooperative to our needs. They were super specific as to what the directions were or what to do just in case of emergency. The footage from the GoPro turned out great too. The boat had music and they allowed us to swim if we'd like while we were waiting. I would definitely recommend! I'd come here again :)

We traveled with a teenager and an 8 year old. Our day on the bay was amazing. The entire staff, from start to finish, we're super friendly and made the experience that much more fun! We felt we left making friends! Parasailing was exceptionally beautiful! The "water dip" was exillerating! Our girls said they will never forget this trip. And that's what it's all about! Buy the photo package- they capture unforgettable precious moments you won't want to miss out on trying to snap photos of everything.

Awesome deal! Had a great time! It was our first time doing it and exploring Hawaiis ‪finest. The deal is awesome. Who wouldn't want a 2-1 rebate. They service you from start to finish. Very convenient. Not too far from Waikiki. They were able to accommodate us, especially since we're out here on vacation. They picked us up from our hotel. No charge, so definitely make use of that tipping service. Hopefully you're generous enough to do so. We got the jet ski deal but take a look at the whole package deals especially the 3-4 rides. We didn't have enough time to do all of that because our flight was in the evening & luckily the staff were kind enough to squeeze us in the am activities‬. The staff were great. Met a Chamorro which was awesome! Y'all should do it! Well worth the money and time. Don't forget to get your photos and video. It's soooooo worth capturing the moment.

The H20 Water Sports in Honolulu offers a fantastic jet-skiing experience. Featuring the lovely turquoise waters of Maunalua Bay, purchasers will be given half hour of a quality time racing acrossing the ocean. A pick up service to an ideal location is what makes this experience so great. The water there is relatively calm and warm, yet strong enough to lift the front of the jet ski, providing a thrilling sensation that customers cherish. Safety is also a top priority here. Even if you jet ski capsizes, you will be fine since you have your life jacket on. All in all, I would highly recommend tourists consider this option, as it is an exhilarating experience one surely should not pass on. If jet skiing is not your thing, H20 Water Sports also offer parasailing, which I plan on trying on my next trip.

Fun day in the sun once we got going

I booked this activity online. The driver picked us up from our hotel in Waikiki on time and drove us to the activity center which is about 25 minutes drive from Waikiki. Once we arrived they processed us with waivers etc. quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately that's when the wait started. We waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle boat to take us to the barge where the jet skis are docked. The shuttle ride is only about 10 minutes but once we arrived at the barge there was another 45 minute wait till we actually got on the jet skis. After a 30 minute ride, we were shuttled back to the activity center and then waited another 40 minutes for the shuttle bus to take us back to Waikiki.

The jet skiing was very fun. Jet skiing in the ocean with waves is a lot of fun with large sprays and a good speed rush. The staff were very friendly but they are very busy and you have to be prepared to wait around. In total it took us about 4 hours door to door to complete this activity.

It was a perfect day and a great ride. I wish we would have booked a longer ride and gone as a solo rider instead of tandem. My other half is a bit more reserved than I and when she was driving it felt like a Sunday drive :( However, when I drove it was like a roller coaster ride!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Activities were amazing, we did the parasailing and the jet skiing and it was truly a great experience! I wish we went higher in the parasail (we went 800ft) but it was still breathtaking. From the time we were picked up from our hotel to the time we returned, I could not have asked for better service. I can not fault them at all and I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

Overall it was a poor experience. Waiting was the theme here and the entire process was extremely slow. We were bused to a small and very overcrowded check in center. Had to fight our way to check in then told to wait outside. Almost all boats left and no one said anything to us. I had to go in and ask what we needed to do to get any answers. They took us out to a barge and we were told to wait. We waited over an hour with many others waiting for our turn to go. Parasailing was very short in time and length. We waited another hour on barge for jet skiing. Jet skiing involved going around in a circle with many restrictions. Then waited for another hour to get on boat to get back to check in center. Then waited at least 45 minutes before our bus showed up. Parasailing and jet skiing took total of 1/2 hour but it took 6 hours overall to do it.
