I felt very safe with the Japanese staff at the center. The locals were also kind and communicated in English, so I was able to enjoy everything without any inconvenience, even though I only speak Japanese! The hamburger on the boat was the most delicious I had on this trip (^ ^). There was plenty of free time, and they clearly communicated important information, so I was able to relax and fully enjoy the beautiful sea! I was lucky to swim with a sea turtle. There was a shuttle to the Alohilani Hotel, and on the way back, they guided us as well.

The weather was clear! I was picked up near the hotel and took a bus to the location. The crew members were very kind and there were many happy people, which made it enjoyable! The lunch on the water was amazing!!! The sandbar we aimed for was breathtakingly beautiful. It was about thigh-deep, but that was no problem! We also saw many sea turtles before heading out to snorkel. It became a wonderful memory!!

My husband and I did this excursion together. He loves scuba diving, so he enjoyed it, but not as much as he does diving. I, on the other hand, get claustrophobic diving, so I LOVED this because I didn’t have to have anything touching my face/a mouthpiece. While under water, we saw tons of fish and sea turtles. In addition to scuba scootering, we got to snorkeling while we waited our turn for the scooters, so it was like two excursions in one. The staff were all great too!

Capt. Neal was great as well as his crew. The equipment provided was great and the crew encouraged everyone to participate. Kevin even got me to jump off the top of the boat! My husband and I tried several different activities. The trip length was perfect and everyone had a good time. The crew was multi-lingual speaking Korean, Japanese and English. The tour company made sure to keep us very informed of details and transportation. I would use this company for other adventures next time.

After being picked up at the hotel in Waikiki, we traveled for about an hour in the van to the North Shore. If you're worried about motion sickness, I recommend taking some medication beforehand.

Once we arrived, we were guided to the sandbar by a humorous guide and crew members.

If you wish to go snorkeling, you'll receive a brief lesson and wear a life jacket before walking a few meters from the sandbar and swimming out into the ocean.

It was enjoyable to see sparkling fish and turtles swimming leisurely around the sandbar. During the boat ride to and from the location, we learned about the history of the sandbar and Hawaii, which was very educational.

If I have the chance to travel to Hawaii again, I would love to participate in this activity once more.

A short trip to the offshore destination means you get to spend most of the tour time in the water with the amazing fish and turtles! We even saw dolphins! Riding on the front of the catamaran was also a highlight.

Fantastic crew - very friendly and terrific with kids! Our daughter was a bit hesitant about going in the water so one of the crew let her ride on the lifeguard surfboard and she still got to enjoy the whole experience.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a couple of hours’ snorkeling experience with great views and sensational Hawaiian sea-life!

We participated as a couple. Since it was an afternoon tour, the water level seemed a bit high, reaching about waist height. It was sunny and beautiful, but... We spotted turtles several times as they were being fed. The lunch was a buffet style and delicious.

This is Hawaii time! My first impression is that I will come back! This is my fifth year in Hawaii. My wife can't swim at all, so she has been practicing at a nearby pool for a year, but in reality, she hasn't been able to go much and still can't breathe properly while swimming. The day before the tour, we practiced just the arm movements of the breaststroke at the hotel pool (saltwater pool). Is this level okay??? Both my wife and I are 70 years old. The large bus at Sheraton Aloha Landing was full, which shows its popularity. The rain stopped, and the cloudy sky was a relief. Water volleyball was more difficult and fun than I expected. We watched turtles, ate delicious BBQ hamburgers, and went snorkeling for the first time. My wife held onto me while colorful fish swam within reach. We quickly got used to snorkeling, and it was a blissful time.

Travel: It takes about 30 minutes by bus from the hotel in Waikiki. Since it can be a bit chilly, it's a good idea to bring a jacket. If you are prone to seasickness, it's advisable to take motion sickness medication.
After that, we will board the boat, but Japanese people and Americans, along with others from English-speaking countries, will be on a different boat. It's reassuring that explanations will be provided in Japanese. Soft drinks are free, and alcohol will be paid for collectively after returning from the sandbar.
Impressions: The sandbar is for practicing snorkeling and taking a walk.
We moved to the snorkeling point, and there were life jackets available, so even as a first-time snorkeler, I had a great time. The number of fish when we got into the water was incredible! 😊

I was also happy that you pulled my hand when I got tired and swam with me in the coral sea until the very end. Thanks to you, I was able to swim with the fish for a full hour underwater. You also took photos of us snorkeling in the beautiful Hanauma Bay, which was a great help since we didn’t have to carry a camera. There were so many beautiful fish of various kinds. They came close and seemed very accustomed to people. I wished I could have swum a little longer. I participated with two younger colleagues from my company.

When we boarded the boat, the rain had eased and we were able to enjoy the sandbar and snorkeling without any stress, which was great.

I was worried about my colleagues who couldn't get into the water or felt anxious about snorkeling, but thanks to the staff's consideration, they were transported to the sandbar on a small boat and were taken around to look for turtles, so it seems they really enjoyed the tour.

A special thanks to Jamie for the fun conversations, and to Kaz, who took a lot of photos as a sort of assistant, and to Ebizou from Hawaii, who guided us around on the boat.

The staff and the tour deserve five stars, but since the weather and the tide conditions weren't perfect, I deducted one star... Next time, I hope to aim for a tour that scores 120 points. Thank you for the truly wonderful memories.

船に乗るときには、雨から薄日がさす状態に回復し、サンドバーとシュノーケリングがストレスなく楽しめて良かったです。

You will drive to the tour office, where you will watch an instructional video on how to ride the scooter. After that, you will head out to sea on a boat and ride the scooter. West Oahu Snorkel Cruise with Dolphin Watch, Kayak, SUP, Waterslide & Lunch

Swimming with wild dolphins was AMAZING! We struggled to find spinner dolphins early May 15, but Danielle and the entire crew were patient and determined to spot other types of dolphins. We found spotted dolphins, in deeper waters, which are faster but amazing to see in the wild. The crew including Yogi, Tyler, and a couple others helped our ship of 25 or so passengers stay safe and calm in the water knowing exactly what to do as the dolphins and wild life swam all around us. Making sure the swimmers and dolphins stayed safe was at the forefront of our dive. We relocated to another swim spot to see fish and turtles in shallow waters and we got to play on the slide and use paddle boards the crew provided us with. Jade, the photographer/ videographer, was amazing in capturing our time on the boat and in the water. This crew was fantastic and my fiancé and I would recommend this excursion 10/10 as a MUST DO. The feeling iI got seeing this animals in their natural environment, so willing to let us be close to them , is something I will never forget. We purchase the pictures from Dolphins and You and I can’t wait to get home to upload them!

First time in Hawaii and snorkeling for me; overall, it was a fun experience! Saw lots of colorful fishes and coral. The guide also made it easy to understand and use the equipment - and soon, everyone was snorkeling in no time. The group is small so you don't have to worry about there being too large of a crowd to be able to follow the guide. Great value and experience - highly recommended for anyone who is completely new to snorkeling and Hanauma Bay!

First, we went to the sandbar where we had about an hour of free time, but unfortunately, it was raining and cold, so we couldn't go into the sea. I recommend bringing a jacket just in case.

After that, we moved on to snorkeling for those who wanted to participate, and this is something you should definitely experience. I wanted to experience walking in the ocean, so I participated. I was a bit hesitant because the tide wasn't ideal on the day I could go, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. I got to see sea turtles, and the weather was great. When in doubt, it's best to participate! The hamburger was delicious too. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and I was very satisfied.

一度、海の中を歩く経験をしてみたく、参加しました。行ける日が今一の潮の引き加減だったので、悩みましたが、十分楽しめました。ウミガメも見れて、お天気にも恵まれ、やはり、悩んだ時は参加するに限ります！

It seems like there are unusual weather conditions everywhere, and it was cold even in May. It's usually much hotter.

So, when entering the sea, it was fine to just wear a swimsuit and then dry off and put on a cover-up when getting back on the boat.

I was grateful to have a warm drink after snorkeling; it was a nice way to relax.

This was by far one of the favorite things we have done in Oahu! Everyone was professional. You break up into small groups so our family of 5 was able to do this activity together with our own private guide. He was fabulous and let us work as much as we wanted kayaking and then would pull us when my younger kiddos needed a break. So fun! Pleasant for kayaking and beautiful for snorkeling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I participated in this tour for the first time!

This is a tour that even those who are not good at snorkeling can join with peace of mind. You can relax on the boat or rent kayaks and floaties in the shallow waters, which is reassuring.

Additionally, the crew members provided clear and thorough explanations, and I appreciated how attentive they were to the participants, more than I had expected.

If you suddenly feel like trying snorkeling during the tour, you can receive a snorkeling lecture and join in with confidence.

I recommend bringing marine shoes that can be worn in the water when participating.

I definitely think it was a great choice to go with Captain Bruce's tour over others.

はじめてのこのツアーに参加しました！

シュノーケリングが苦手な方も安心して参加出来るツアーです。
船内に残ってのんびりしているか浅瀬でカヤックや浮き輪などのレンタルもあり安心です。

又、乗組員の方も丁寧でわかりやすい説明で思っていたより ツアー参加者に気を配っていて良かったとおもいます。

途中でやっぱりシュノーケリングに挑戦してみたいと思っても安心してシュノーケリングのレクチャーを受けて参加出来ると思います。

参加する際は、海でも履けるマリンシューズを持っていく事をおすすめします。

他のツアーより断然キャプテンブルースのツアーにして良かったとおもっています。
