Well Worth It!
Reviewed by: Ruth, 2022/02/16My husband and I booked this at the last minute, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were very positively impressed. The boat was ready on time, clean and in very good shape. The crew were friendly as well as professional, answering any questions, patiently waiting and following signs of whales, and even taking pictures for passengers. It took a bit of patience on the passengers' part, but the crew knew where to go. We saw several pairs of mother whales with their young. At one point there were spouts going up in three different spots around us. And, really, seeing whales never gets old! The slow roll as they surface then the tail flip as they go back under is so peaceful, but thrilling at the same time. Although the crew were all younger folks, the music they played was at first a nice mix of standard pop songs that appealed to all ages. But the best was when they started playing all Hawaiian artists. (The captain joked that the whales like the Hawaiian music best). That music just seems to naturally go along with the sun and swell of the waves. We would definitely recommend this tour (and we already did).

First part of the trip had difficulty finding the Whales (Mother Nature you know) but the captain and crew were relentless in the search to provide us an excellent experience! We found a group of whales that came extraordinarily close to the boat. Refreshments and snacks were also provided. Great for any traveler, family, couples or solo!

Knowing ahead that if there were no sightings you would be able to use your ticket again later is awesome. We loved the pineapple drinks on board and the staff was top notch! It's great for all ages! I only wish they had more options for food or snacks, though that could be covid related, I'm not sure. Do this!

Itxwas a beautiful day. We spotted lots of whales. We danced to the great selection of music played by Tiny. Wholeheartedly recommend this excursion.

Reviewed by: Prachi D, 2022/01/20This a must do activity. Since Dec to Mar is mating season, they guarantee you sights of whale or will offer you another trip.
Those whales are majestic to watch. The views of west Oahu from the boat were treat to our eyes. I haven’t seen a landscape that beautiful. The good part is our boat was NOT overcrowded at all. The boat also had net at the front where you can sit. Its an amazing experience to feel the ocean waves so close.
The staff was super nice and fun. We were late by 3 mins and still they were courteous and waited for us. The music on boat is fun and the crew will keep entertaining you with the Hawaii'an language to call out whales and also jokes!! They were also helpful in clicking pictures for us. We even managed to get a pic with whale's tail in the background!!!
They offer 1 free drink per person (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and a snack too :). I would suggest not to drink while on boat if you have a motion sickness. We had US COVID vaccination card so weren't required to take a COVID test. Please check with COVID requirements before booking.

Doug, Natalie, and Nicole were an awesome crew, striking the perfect balance of fun and informative. We saw quite a few whales while still getting to enjoy the beautiful morning on the catamaran.

Great time and awesome staff!

Outstanding Experience

ホエールウォッチングクルーズ（眺めと解説が良かった）

ただしかなり運にも左右されるかもです。自分が行ったときには一頭しか近くにはいなかったようで，それが海面まで上がってくるのを何回か見た感じです。
何頭も見られるときもあるようです。
鯨はそこまで間近で見られるわけではありません（あまり近づくのは禁止されているようです）
また息継ぎをすると潜ってしまうので，次上がってくるのをしばらく待つことになります。
鯨も良いですが，虹がとてもきれいに見え，またワイキキビーチを海側から見えます。そちらの眺めも良かったですね。

Reviewed by: もんもん, 2020/03/28初のホエールウォッチングで、親子の鯨が見れてとても良かった。もう少し近くで見れるかと思った。鯨の安全性の問題なので仕方ないと思った。船は大きい船だった。食事なしのプランだったので、朝食付きの人は出港前にブッフェを食べていた。食事なしの人はご飯を食べていった方が良い。ホノルルからこんなに近いところで見れるとは思わなかった、海から見るホノルルもとても景色が良かった。鯨だけでなく、ダイヤモンドヘッドも綺麗に海から見れた。とても優雅なクルーズだった。

大型船なのですぐ近くとは行きませんが充分肉眼で確認できるほどの距離でのジャンプを3度ほど見ることが出来ました。
双眼鏡を持っていたら良かったかなと思いました。

●送迎
★送迎は大きめのバスで近くのホテルに集合でした。
★帰りはアラモアナで降ろしてもらう事も出来ました。
⚫︎食事
★朝食付きか迷いましたが、船の中の食事は気持ち悪くなるかも、、と思いやめておきました。
★朝食付きにしてる方は多く、船が動き出す前に皆さん食事をとられていました。
★持参しても出発まで時間もあるし食べる事は可能です

★肝心のクジラは、、見れました！！ただやはりそんなに近くではなかなか見れなかったです。
潮をふいているのと、しっぽが遠くですが、みえました。
★帰りにイルカの群れが現れてくれてそちらは至近距離で見られたので大満足です！

又参加したいけど、旦那が船酔いしてしんどそうで、船酔いの心配の人は薬を飲んでおいた方が楽しめます。

天気によって違うかも
Reviewed by: ばつまま, 2020/03/19娘にクジラを近くで見せてあげたいと思い、ツアーに申込みました。当日は雨風があり海は荒れ模様。
比較的大きな船でしたが、非常に揺れて船酔いが。。
娘はひどくてトイレから出てこれずクジラどころではありませんでした。私自身も船酔いしましたが、何とかクジラを見ました。けれど尾っぽが数回見れたくらいでした。時期や天候にもよりますが、船が苦手な人には勧められません。

今回は悪天候で十分にお楽しみ頂けず大変残念に思います。
