I wish the day we went the clouds was not covering the sun so the water was a little bit cold . The staff was awesome and activities was there to do but there was a jelly fish lingering so people got stung . Beside that it was a great adventure.

When we got off the boat, it was around 6:30, just in time for dinner, so making a reservation at a restaurant near the Royal Hawaiian would allow you to avoid waiting. I recommend the American Chinese restaurant P.F. Chang's.

I thought it might be tough since we had to gather early in the morning, but it turned out to be a great experience. On the day, we encountered dolphins and whales, and we were able to enjoy the subsequent activities as well. The staff, including AYA who spoke Japanese and INGRID who was great at hula, were kind and fun, which made it even better.

Since it's an activity involving nature, whether you see the animals depends on luck, but I recommend giving it a try.

There were others who had made reservations on the same site and were also denied entry for the same reason. I don't think it's acceptable to spend a lot of money and have a negative experience that wastes time.

We participated as a family who loves magic (an elementary school student, a preschooler, and their father). The performers noticed we were Japanese and incorporated some Japanese into the show, which the father enjoyed, but it seemed difficult for the children who don't understand English. I had an amazing time! Everyone on the staff was great! We rode a banana boat, and the local guide took us to a spot where we could see sea turtles! The snorkeling was beautiful too, as the fish gathered when we scattered food! And the ocean was just stunning! My daughters, who are 8 and 6 years old, are already saying they want to go back.
