I was 15mins late the check in time but the kauloa Ranch office does not allow any grace period time and asked me contact back to Veltra tour agent for rescheduling. I was forced to take other alternative tour at that day which is only worth 1/3 of the original package price that I already paid and ended up to lose more than $500. I was very upset about the Kauloa Rach Office response and Veltra feedback and assistance. I do not recommend use this website and please book through their website directly. Then there will be much flexibility.
My whole family were literally just looking outside of the valley and waited for 3 hours there.

They are punctual! Make sure you get there in time. Parking is a beast on the beach, took us a little over an hour to park. But as far as the ride they were awesome! Very chill and relaxing. My family was terrified when taking off but absolutely loved it once we were out there they didn’t want to come back on land we got to see turtles it was an amazing experience and awesome pricing . Definitely recommend! 5/5

I was picked up in Waikiki, and the driver explained the history while we first went to the Dole Plantation! We stayed there for about 30 minutes, including a bathroom break, and then headed to the town of Haleiwa!

The location was absolutely amazing! I felt reassured because the horseback riding instructions were provided in Japanese on the bus beforehand.

Once we arrived, the staff were very attentive, checking in on us and asking if we were okay, which made them friendly and approachable.

I've had a few horseback riding experiences before, but if I come back to Hawaii, I would definitely want to book here again!

ワイキキでピックアップしてもらい、運転手さんに歴史等説明してもらいながらまずドールハウスへ行きました！そこでトイレ休憩含め30分程滞在し、いよいよハレイワの街へ！
とにかくロケーションが最高でした！乗馬の説明も事前にバス内で日本語でしてもらえたので何より安心でした！
現地に着いてからもスタッフさんがよく説明とこちらの様子を伺い、大丈夫？と声をかけてもらったり、フレンドリーで親しみやすかったです。
乗馬体験は数回したことがありますが、またハワイに来たらこちらで予約したいです！

If you choose a day that aligns with low tide, you can see the sandbar, so I think it's a good idea to do some research before going. Since it's a large catamaran, you can't land on the sandbar, but it will take you close to it. The boat can go to a depth of about knee-high during low tide, so you can enjoy the sea thoroughly. It was a great comfort that the boat had a restroom.

潮の干潮時に合わせて日を選ぶとサンドバーが見えているので、せっかくなので下調べして行くとよいと思います。
カタマランの大きい船なのでサンドバーに上陸はできませんが近くまで行きます。干潮時で膝くらいの深さのところまで船は行きますので十分に海を楽しめます。
船にはお手洗いがあるのが大きな安心感でした。

We participated with my parents, making a group of four. The two-hour ride felt a bit long, and my legs were a little shaky when we got off, but we enjoyed the beautiful views of Kualoa that can only be seen while horseback riding.

Perhaps due to limited slots during the COVID-19 pandemic or its popularity, there was only this one time slot available during our stay, and we were able to make a reservation just a month in advance!

For those participating, make sure to use the restroom before the two-hour ride! Also, be aware that you can't drink water during the ride! (My father put a small bottle in his chest pocket.) During our ride, it was only in English, but they showed us a Japanese video at the beginning, so I don't think it will be too difficult.

2時間は少し長く感じて、降りる時に脚が少しガクガクしましたが笑、乗馬でなければ見ることのできない素敵なクアロアの景色を見て楽しめました。
コロナ禍で枠が少ないのか人気のせいか、1ヶ月前でしたが滞在中だとわずかこの日のこの枠だけ空いていて予約できた！という感じでした。

参加される方は、2時間降りないのでトイレを済ませておくこと！
水も飲めないのでご注意を！(父は胸ポケットに小さいペットボトルをいれてました)
私達の時は英語オンリーでしたが、最初に日本語の動画を見せてもらうのでそこまで難しいことはないと思います。

We were running a little late and called to confirm that it would be ok. They said get here in the next 5-10 and it should be fine. We did but they had already left.

Tony was a great guide! The trip was definitely worth it! I wish they wouldn't make you drive to Waikiki if you aren't staying in Waikiki. Only Pearl Harbor tour we could get booked and it was great!

Note: they are a tent set up by beach right at the road. Super friendly, on time, fun, wanted to be sure we had a good time! Would book again!

There was ample parking at the facility and we were able to quickly find the check in table. The staff let us know that due to higher than normal winds (15 mph, normal would be 5 - 10mph) they were offering people the option to rebook. We opted to continue since it was the only day we could do this.

Staff said it usually takes about 30mins to get to the sandbar. We are by no means super kayakers, took us about 45mins to get there. Spent about 2 hours out there, eating snacks, snorkeling with turtles and taking pictures.

Took about an hour to kayak back. Because of the winds, there were times when paddling didn't move us anywhere.

Overall great experience! Only rec would be to bring extra water. We each finished a 16oz and 24oz thermos, and were really thirsty by the end because of the sun.

I was hoping there would be an area where we could jump off the boat. But overall we had a good time and my kids really enjoyed it. The best part was the live music. The singer you had was spectacular and I wish he could have sang the whole time.

We did this on our last day and it was the best way to close our trip. Drinks are amazing and good vibes.

Awesome experience. The people are so friendly. We’d enjoyed all the stories and the surroundings. It was all organized very well and you can tell, Chiefs family spend a lot of time on all. Can’t wait to experience this again!

Horses, Beach views, and GOATS! This horseback riding trails is one to beat, The staff was super friendly and ready to strike up conversation, the horses are gorgeous and friendly and the view! Nothing beats looking at the shore while on a horse, but most importantly they have these goats that you know are up to no good haha. Definitely will remember the experience and most definitely will be back again when visiting the islands

My entire family attend Chief's Luau and it was wonderful from top to bottom. They provided a huge amount of good food and moved people through the line quickly. Chief Sielu was delightfully funny, wise, heartfelt and shared his culture in such a beautiful way. All of the musicians, dancers and fire/knife dancers were absolutely amazing. All the performers showed such a passion and love of their culture. I would highly recommend this luau for anyone wanting to learn more about Polynesian culture.

My second time to Wakiki and my second time cruising with this company. Both times on the cruise have been amazing and very relaxing! The staff and captains are friendly and engaging. The Mai Tai's and music were on point! You will not be disappointed!

My family and I had a blast on our snorkel trip. This was our first time doing anything like this and it was amazing. We were able to see lots of fishes and turtles. The water was so clear that it made it so easy to spot fish. The captain and his crew were very professional and helpful. We had a great group of families with us and made the trip that much better. On another note we were able to see one of the crew members catch a fish on our trip. Fun time. Recommend for everyone to try.

The whole tour was fantastic. My family and I had a wonderful time. Seeing the different cultures and stile of living and activities was astounding. The shows that they put on in each island was energetic and very informative. We also watched the final show the Breath of Life. Don’t want to spoil it so you have to come and see it in person. Part of our tour was the food that was included in our purchase. The food was phenomenal. So many different type of food from different cultures. Again you must come and experience it yourself. A five star in my books.

We had a blast with Morgan driving use around the 900+ acre Gunstock Ranch we saw a see cave, a WWII pill box, beautiful views of the North shore and the East side of the island. Lunch was at a peaceful shaded area on top of the ranch. And we had to try out the tree swing. Did I mention that almost all of the ranch hands are beautiful women. Thank you Gunstock we had a great time.

The instructor ( Troy ) was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I was first time surfer. We have a wonderful time.

Amazing views and saw sea turtles! Great experience and the instructor was very helpful. She told us exactly where to go and where not to go. She even pinned the locations on our phones which was super helpful. We did the whole day tour and it was worth it. Great time.

Awesome time with Ezra, Bruce, and Scott. They made it so much fun with their jokes and stories. The views are amazing. They made us feel safe and welcomed. Highly recommend and will come again!

Ryujin is very nice friendly guy, we all could relaxed while the photo session.

It was absolutely beautiful!! We all had a great time starting from awesome live band on the boat, SUP, Canoe, snorkeling are all inclusive, my 70 plus years old parents enjoyed trying on the SUP too! We also had 3 years old, she was having fun swimming and relaxing on the floating deck in the middle of ocean! Watching fishes swim by us was pretty neat! Great experience for all of us. If you’re in Hawaii you must go!

With 3 children that are 9 and under, we needed a relaxing massage. Aloha Therapy did just that! I researched ahead of time because I didn’t want to go to a sketchy place. They don’t have much online presence, but that’s because they had to close during the pandemic and recently reopened. They are on the 2nd floor of the Imperial Hawaii Resort and their pictures on Yelp are exactly what we saw in person. We bought two 60-minute Lomi Lomi massages and the two ladies that worked on us were super kind and attentive. At one point, my masseuse noticed a bruise on my leg and asked if it hurt, so that she could work around it. It was great that she noticed and wanted to provide the best service possible. The Lomi Lomi massage was FANTASTIC- long sweeping motions on my back and legs. I wish I would have booked 90 or even 120 minutes, but the massage was so good that even 60 minutes was well worth it. We’ve had massages in very expensive hotels in Monterey, Ca and this one tops it. My husband needed a lot of work on his back and shoulders and said he was surprised how strong his little masseuse was. They use their body weight on certain parts, and even stretched our legs (which felt very relieving since I rarely stretch). My masseuse starting with soft pressure but once I asked for firmer pressure, she adjusted and completely worked out all my kinks. For a few days, I had some back spasms running down my lower back and right bottom cheek- she massaged my back and bum so well that the pain was gone when I walked out! They ask you to keep your underwear on and tuck the sheet over it- very modest which I appreciate. When massaging my bottom, she used her elbows, etc which I think is how she was able to get deep into the muscle to fix the pain. One big plus- the masseuses never spoke to one another! So nice that all we heard was the relaxing music. We got bottled water at the end and walked out absolutely pleased- I would HIGHLY recommend Aloha Therapy & hope to come back soon!

- I was a bit anxious on the bus since most of the people around me were foreigners, but once I got on the boat, there was a Japanese guide who was very polite and friendly, and I had a great time.
- There were also preschool children, which made me a little nervous, but thanks to the guide, I was able to enjoy myself without any worries.
- The hamburger on the boat was delicious, and I felt completely satisfied with everything! I want to go again!!

・バスの中は周りは外国の方ばかりで不安でしたが、船に乗ると日本人のガイドの方がいらして、とても丁寧かつフレンドリーに接していただき、とても楽しかったです。
・未就学児もいて少しドキドキでしたが、ガイドさんのおかげで全く不安なく過ごすことができました。
・船上でのハンバーガーも、普通においしく、すべてにおいて心が満たされました！また行きたい！！

Is there a submarine experience in Japan? The wrecks of ships and airplanes were incredibly impressive, and I was able to see sea turtles, which was wonderful! Perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no Japanese guide, and I got a bit lost along the way, but it turned out to be a very valuable experience!

This was truly such a fun time. The crew was friendly, informative, fun but still professional. The views were gorgeous and the catamaran itself was a blast!
